@bt_uk an error on BTs behalf means I now have two accounts yet have no internet because BT have given the wrong modem number to open reach. I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone to BT and you still can’t fix it. I am paying double for no service.

@bt_uk Gladly... Your service has been dire since I renewed recently. I have contacted for months continuously due to no Internet in the evening, and nothing is better. I was also lied to about receiving a new booster. Been with them years, never ever again. Awful!!

@madmax889 @bt_uk Definitely DO NOT do it online. This is what I did and 3 different advisors lied about what I signed up to - and admitted it! All previous times were over the phone. Never, ever online!!

@bt_uk I dont have a BT account I use Sky and when Sky is contacted they say they know of a problem and say it's at an exchange.

@bt_uk 3/ only, there is no 24hr help. Despite confusing info on your website, I reported the fault online and got the helpful message that it will be fixed by 2nd November. When you’ve got weeks to live, this ain’t that helpful. So I tried your online chat service.

@bt_uk I'm moving home on 11/11/2021, and need to sort out my broadband. I have investigated the BT option - as I would like to remain a customer - however unfortunately BT does not provide the speeds required in my new postcode. I therefore decided to go with another provider.
