@bt_uk what year are we living in? Paying £100+ a month for 376kbps download speed? Your customers service is also awful after having a service representative hang up the phone when said that I won't be buying anything and wanting to sort my WiFi out. 0/5 rating. Awful service!

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk My parents Tel & Broadband line went down 19Sep-severed cable found 2wks later, now been told severed line will be fixed by 11Nov! My 96yo Grandma is still without her personal care alarm. Come on BT Openreach sort this out. #Openreach #BT

@bt_uk hello. I was without broadband for upwards of 4 hours yesterday, due to the time it took for the engineer to resolve the issue. He was fantastic, I want that noted. Is there likely to be some compensation provided for loss of service? Many thanks, James

@bt_uk Any problem with the network in the HS2 Ness, Isle of Lewis area. reset the hub then within hours the speed is back to 7mb download, very poor, 3 days like this so far
