@bt_uk Your new diagnostics setup for home broadband is a such a faff. I already turned the router off for 5 minutes and reconnected before your bot did the router reboot. Now I have to wait for a phone call back? The problem isn't my router or cable to the socket

@bt_uk I have now had 6 failed attempts to connect broadband and almost 2 months now waiting and paying for internet I don’t have. This service is terrible and all I get told from your team is that someone will call me back!! Terrible service

@bt_uk litany of errors. Cut us off 20 days early from last house. Moved in, hub delivered late. Since delivered last fortnight not working. Two engineer no shows. Unable to wfh- no tv. What we paying for?! Long wait times to call centre. Sort it out BT! #Goodtotalk- not!

@riahoward40 @bt_uk Hi Ria we had the same, our BT Box never worked properly BT sent and aerial guy round, thought wpuld be OK, but we didn't ever get a good signal and all channels pixilated. After months of trying and shelling out for a new aerial we could still not use BT BOX. Cont.

@bt_uk has incorrectly marked my credit record, and won't lift a finger to help. I can't speak to anyone who can help, and their customer service are telling me to wait 28 days. My family and I are HOMELESS because we can't get a mortgage because of BT's credit record mistake
