@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

Can't make it up, turn on @btsport to watch Brugge v City, who's on talking? Klippity Klopp talking about Liverpool. I can only assume all the talk before tonight's Liverpool game is going to be about Citys game. Its just poor broadcasting.

@StephenDobbin4 @bt_uk Essentially those with no broadband today will need to have broadband in order to use the digital voice service. Communication providers may offer a range of broadband package in order to enable the use of digital voice but for those that don't actually want to go online

@bt_uk i tried to contact u last week and could speak to no one and had to message u! U found a fault and said an engineer would contact me to fix my broadband. No one has contacted and again i cannot speak to anyone unless i sit on hold for 30 mins !poor poor service fix this

So I get £200 for leaving bt TV and broadband with @bt_uk Might just have to do that offer with @skytv Bt is a disgusting company the way they treat there customers!

Done with @SkyUK TV service. Absolute bag of *****. Possibly looking at @bt_uk TV but have been disappointed with their general service as well in the past. Can't get Virgin in my area, anyone recommend any other options?
