I wait for a call back as the man explains that’s what he’d need to do as he needs to check my fault, 20 mins he says. 7 hrs later I’m still waiting.

john conner (@johnconner05) reported@bt_uk I do call - every Monday, get told order failed they will re-issue told to wait 3-5 days . I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
