@bt_uk I have been a loyal bt customer for years. So disappointed in your handling of my broadband complaint. I wait for a call back as the man explains that’s what he’d need to do as he needs to check my fault, 20 mins he says. 7 hrs later I’m still waiting.

@bt_uk But too many conflicting answers about getting a time for resolution, including no phone because that’s now digital as well. Not good when the mobile signal in the area is really bad too.

@bt_uk what a joke your service is no Internet for 5 weeks and when I'm now entitled to leave, you disconnect my call meaning I have to phone again to what on hold for 45 minutes , DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

@bt_uk OK but you closed it so my expectation is that you open it just as quickly. Broken promises for call backs and any help to get service back as it was is unacceptable. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

@bt_uk Complete loss of service since last Saturday, spoke to numerous people over the course of 5 weeks , to which I'm constantly told different things and basically fobbed off without anything being done.

@bt_uk i’m totally fed up with your service. I have been complaining about my Wi-fi for months, asking you to send an engineer out because there is clearly a fault, but you’ve refused. I now have a new router and the problem is still there. What are you going to do about it??
