@bt_uk You've locked partner out of her email account, and cannot get right contact on phone to address. 3 hours and four different services, none providing help on this.

So just spoke with someone in the social media team @bt_uk and really not impressed. Needs @OpenreachHelp to fix the wire but no system to elevate this. In meantime we have to live on personal 4G with no compensation, current £100pcm DD gets taken and will only be refunded…

@imfundy @GregBegy @bt_uk I think EE and BT, although the same network, is not the same. I was sat with Father in law in westward Ho! and I had 4G (EE) and he had zero signal (BT).

@bt_uk im waiting 2-3 days without a phone for a new SIM card (which worked fine until tried in a new phone but now doesnt work at all), was offered compensation of about a fiver lol. BT keep putting prices up and not caring about customers! Time to vote with my feet
