@bt_uk You've locked partner out of her email account, and cannot get right contact on phone to address. 3 hours and four different services, none providing help on this.

So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒

@bt_uk My BT signal is awful, I have an average of 3 engineers visit a year. It would be more if I worked from home.
