@bt_uk You've locked partner out of her email account, and cannot get right contact on phone to address. 3 hours and four different services, none providing help on this.

So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒

. @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

@bt_uk Hi Rita, it is really terrible. We are meant to be working from home but can't! Checking the progress of it does not help me. I've been told so many different dates now someone needs to actually do something to help.

@bt_uk internet was meant to be activated on November 16th! 1 month later and still no activation! Being told every day to wait another 24 hours! Shocking service!

@bt_uk I don’t have the login information myself, but my brother does. The package we now have says we are on 5-6mbps. We also know the issue in our area hasn’t been fixed, so I have no idea if that is somehow confusing the system or not.

Sick to death of @bt_uk poor service, been in the house since Aug bank holiday numerous calls and still not sorted, 1 engineer came and the speed was slower b4 he left than what it was when he came. Another engineer coming now. Absolute joke #joke #poorservice #3rdworldcompany

@bt_uk Hi, I'm trying to find out what happens next with my order (VOL013-540542666685) - I called the fibre team last night but couldn't stay on the line on-hold once I was transferred. Can you help? Just trying to find out what happens next, and when?
