@bt_uk You've locked partner out of her email account, and cannot get right contact on phone to address. 3 hours and four different services, none providing help on this.

So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒

@bt_uk Do your engineers ever bother to turn up? X2 missed open reach engineers have let us down in November and Dec. No telephone call or text to tell us you will not be attending, awful customer service! So you just expect your customers to sit in all day? Sort your service out

@BTCare @bt_uk Interested how on the fault ticket. No broadband connectivity = slow broadband But that aside not being able to fix it for 5 days seems like a excessive amount of time for an internal network problem

I have never had such a rubbish time with changing providers... @Plusnet - Need to BT to remove the markers @bt_uk - Your account is closed, so it can't be us @OpenreachHelp - We do not talk to the Plebs This has been 2 weeks. How can it be this hard to move a bloody wire.

@bt_uk just didn't another hour online with support and no help from there what so ever. ANOTHER 24 hours of waiting?! You're kidding! That's a minimum of 4 days without internet. No ability to work, no recreation. Get this fixed

@btbusinesscare Hey Alan, I just get poor signal in places I never used to. Its not anything you can do I don't think. Can you confirm though if both BT and EE are combined or separate networks?

@bt_uk Broadband issue solved today ! Excellent service all round from all the customer service team. New Hub fitted ( my old one was faulty and not a BT Hub) and working so I have to give credit where it’s due! Thank you muchly !!
