    So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you Β£400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment πŸ˜’

    @bt_uk You've locked partner out of her email account, and cannot get right contact on phone to address. 3 hours and four different services, none providing help on this.

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.

    @HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed,after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.

    @bt_uk 10am this morning Internet down apparently a fault on my line earliest engineer appt Monday? 4pm this afternoon the Internet is still down, according to your line checks.....No Fault on my line. Internet however still not working. Make up your mind... Fault/No Fault?

    Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

    @btbusinesscare 2/2 Phoned you on 0800800156, held on, connected after 16 minutes. Told him the problem, no reply then line went dead. What else can I do ?
