@bt_uk are no longer replying to me. I've been polite, not used bad language & still they won't help. If you ever have to choose a company for Broadband, don't choose BT. They don't care about their disabled customers. Our internet has not been working properly since last yr.

So sick of @bt_uk. Months waiting for a service to be installed, two missed appointments, all while paying over the odds... only to find out it was mis-sold. Then weeks more waiting for them to cancel it so they can give me a better price. Absolute farce.

@bt_uk Hiya, no, I have no cap in spending and no bar that I am aware of. I have taken this up with my mobile operator, but thought you should be aware that there are people who cannot text you with this number. Any chance bt could use a normal number for their help line?

@bt_uk Thanks. You have sold me something and I’ve cancelled it! I don’t think I’m unreasonable to ask you to not call me at 0855 Saturday or on Sunday. No reason why you can’t update me by email- given that you notified me by email of you closing my complaint without resolution. Poor
