    @btsport your phone service is telling me I should contact your online service, but when I do that, your online service tells me to contact your phone service. This is dreadful!

    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @btbusinesscare Disappointing to hear you are penalising loyal customers for paying slightly late. Most of the Country, especially small businesses are struggling and yet if you are late with your bill payment, you charge loyal customers £40. Hidden in your T&C's. Terrible.....

    Hi @btbusinesscare you came to change my telephone line and broadband and you have managed to change by shop telephone number. I haven’t had a shop phone for 2 weeks. I am losing Christmas trade! No one is helping me resolve this serious issue. Can someone help? Thank you

    @clarescastle @btbusinesscare I've just cancelled all our business with them after 30 plus years. The incredible customer service we used to enjoy is a thing of the past

    @bt_uk What a joke of a reply. As I said, my boss was on the phone to you for hours on end; 4.5hours being passed from pillar to post and you want him to do that again? Why does the customer have to do all the chasing for your mistake?

    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an £5 a month. Then increased to £10 then £30. Been streaming it since
