Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@pmak27 That’s absolutely bloody pathetic!! TB are such a poor outfit. Lets hope that very ‘average’ bunch at @btsport @btsportfootball don’t go the same way. Don’g have high hopes though.

@bt_uk That first lockdown screw up was actually worse since he paid a lot of money for an online course which would have been done when he was on furlough but had to becdone when he returned to work and couldn't concentrate properly on it. I don't know why your service is so bad.

@btbusinesscare We were 4th time lucky. An Engineer turned up yesterday & it took all of 15 minutes to fix. BT had patched a wrong port hence why our service was not live. I will DM you my refund claim ref number as I want all previous sums taken by BT to be credited to our account

@bt_uk You've cut his service claiming that he could be hacked and have now told him that you cannot sort it until Feb 21st. That's a full month away. He hasn't done anything wrong and every time he calls you your useless phone operators fob him off or cut off the call.

@bt_uk BT Smart Hub has gone down twice this evening, flashing purple, apparently the broadband cable hasn't been connected when it has been. First went down between 9:40pm ish - 10:15pm then its gone down again at around 12:45am. Any idea why?
