    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk I have an email inviting me to sign up for BT mobile phone plan. I was with BT for yrs then you discontinued your mobile plans and past me on to EE mobile. They were crap. Now you’re doing mobile again. I don’t get it.

    @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

    @bt_uk I must have spoken to at least a dozen guides over six weeks, spent well over 20 hours of my time listening to lie after lie after lie, and crap muzak. Being told that I have informed BT that problem has been fixed three times is sickening. I've got absolutely nowhere. I'm done.

    @bt_uk Hi @bt_uk , I have already called 0330 1234 150, but the agent refused to resolve the issue and insisted on the payment. I will NOT call again to be ignored. I have proof of cancellation and equipment return.

    @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

    @bt_uk So I have filed a complaint its number is N150511-151190. And guess what you are now threatening to disconnect us when in fact we dont have a service with you and haven't since March. So what are you going to disconnect! You are a JOKE

    Whoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.

    @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!
