Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk Hi, you sent me an email about the termination of my service and how to return kit - all of which expected. However the door number is incorrect in the email. I also already have a return kit bag, can I post to you using that or should I use the new one coming in the post?

@bt_uk Yeah I do sorry I been busy, I had a few issues with my broadband as it kept dropping connection then had a wait quite a while for a home tech to sort it out so it was unusable at times which I don't really want to pay a full bill for a part time connection for August bill
