Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk never had a worse experience in my life as I did with you today! I rang today with a problem with the internet, I am named on the account but you couldn’t help as I couldn’t get my mum who has covid to confirm her name and address!! Time for a change!! Absolute joke!!!!!

So @bt_uk are now charging £39.99 for "... the cost for the delivery of your equipment and activation of your services" just to add BT TV onto our broadband package... they obviously haven't heard about @UPS_UK's £7.99 parcel delivery service... no thanks BT! #BT #ripoffbritian

Nearly seven years with @bt_uk, broadband, TV, phone, mobile. Thousands of pounds paid. But when I call and ask if they could send a loyal customer a Pro TV box to replace my decrepit 2016 4k box, the answer was a firm no. You really don't understand customer retention do you?

@bt_uk Hello. Since this early this morning, texts are taking ages to send. They are stuck for several minutes as "sending" before finally sending. I'm in my usual location and turned my phone off and on. Is there an issue with the network? Thanks.
