Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

Now waiting for over a week for line activation. Promised multiple phone calls back from your support team. Not one has called back. Shocking service!

chris jones (@donkey301) reported@bt_uk why is it that your customer service staff fail to listen when a customer is telling them that the fault is not fixed, and that they want the case kept open? Instead the case is marked as "you told us the fault is fixed", which are words I haven't used
