  Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

  @paulpresenteruk @bt_uk Switch everything off then hub in, disc on. If that doesn’t fix it, re-pair the disc to@the hub with an Ethernet cable.

  @bt_uk This issue is, I’ve upgraded to Halo 3, or whatever name you’re calling this package, on Monday because I was told this would guarantee stable internet connection. This guarantee is a lie! I was also told I would receive 2 discs on Tuesday, it’s Wednesday now with no discs

  @bt_uk Hi. No. I’m a paid customer through BT sports. Point being, worked fine until I got a new tv with built in chrome cast and now your app doesn’t find it. So if there’s no fix for this, it’ll be pointless continuing my subscription.

  @bt_uk Shame @bt_uk can't fix my landline which hasn't worked for 5 weeks. I made an official complaint 2 weeks ago - no reply. Still taking the direct debit though! Greedy and shameless company.
