Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk waited on phone 25 mins from 4.15pm to be asked for my mobile number,then he told me to hang up home phone and he would ring me back on mobile - still waiting

@bt_uk disgraceful service over 1 hour on the phone just to switch a sky viewing card and being passed pillar to post and then being left on hold and then being advised to switch to BT when all I want is a a simple change. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.

What awful pricing @btsport £25 for existing customers for a month..... almost the same as @SkySports but with a couple of games of interest to most on a good week or £15 as long as you sign up for 2 YEARS!!!! WFT?!?! Plus minority sport filler few care about. #greedy #ripoff

@bt_uk I have cut the phone off after a whole one hour of waiting. Your customer service is terrible. I wish no one used you. Absolutely rubbish. Joke of a company. Get your house in order. Sort out your customers needs!!!!

@pipmcgowan @bt_uk Try months and months. BT’s sport platform is an absolute joke. The problems are never fixed, season after season. We’re the real schmucks, though, still paying good money for this abysmal “service” and hoping it wil get better.
