Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk This is disgraceful. You’ve been charging me for BT sport and I haven’t been made aware of it and I don’t even use it! I cancelled it on my last contract! Your operator hung up on me as well. Your customer service is absolutely shocking, wouldn’t recommend you to anyone!!!
