Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@btcare hello - parents have had new Smart Hub 2 installed after switching from Sky. Great service so far - one question, why does the hub make a "bing..." tone every minute or so?

@bt_uk I’m not in front of it at the moment. But here’s the anomaly. The problem I’m having is on my laptop connected to my home hub. I am able to get it on my android tv, which is on the same hub. ?

@bt_uk I have no choice but to call BT again this morning. It’s a shame Virgin Media not in my area yet! BT blame Openreach yet there must be a service level agreement as BT are paying for their services - a charge which is passed on to me as customer! Rubbish!

@bt_uk As it happens, mobile signal has been ok last couple of days - 2 of 4 bars. Better than nothing, but not full bars as it used to be. EE site still reporting service problem in the area. Haven't tried tests yet. Also had broadband issues, now fixed by BT engineer.
