    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    Also Suzanne Parry of @bt_uk consumer [not]resolution department ignoring point that BT fail to advise that Openreach do the work and need to be the point of contact to organise access and also fail to pass on contact details. Default continues to be 'nothing to do with me or us.

    @bt_uk as I was saying the insinuation that I would not settle my account is appalling from a public company , I pay by direct debit so I will cancel in the morning , then Bt can defend themselves, no wonder the companies on its way down

    @bt_uk Hi, we're getting awful service, around 3mpbs. It's happened to us constantly, I thought there was a speed guarantee? Can you do a refresh to try and fix it? Thanks

    @bt_uk My broadband speeds have been below our agreed rate for over 4 weeks now. Also it keeps randomly cutting out several times everyday. Please fix and refund! Thanks

    @bt_uk Wish you applied #NotTomorrowToday to fixing the internet for my elderly parents! 33 days without connection, hours wasted calling you, and NO ONE can help them? DISGUSTED by the service to vulnerable people.

    @bt_uk Still not capable of talking to themselves and continuing to ignore emails that they have charged me up to 28 Nov for a non-existent service. No attempt to address this and claiming complaint is closed. Easy to close complaints by not dealing with them. BT robbers.

    @bt_uk Bt incompetence and control of their numerous forms of contact is amazing, they all ring dont have a clue what's going on talk rubbish dont take notes and go round in circles trying to convince me that their service is good I email the ceo .no reply Sums it up
