Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk Received postal mail about digital voice. No IVR option for it on 03301234150. Being passed between teams. Didn’t anyone anticipate the ensuing customer queries that would come from resuming DV rollout? Poor customer experience waiting for BT to figure how to manage this.

This month @bt_uk are increasing what I actually pay by 32.3% (because their CPI increase is being based on the so-called full price - before their "special offer" - which I never ever actually pay). This is called having your cake and eating it @MoneySavingExp

@bt_uk And being told to use hotspots the signal isn’t strong enough so keeps dropping out. A dongle is out of the question as we don’t pay enough. Diabolical service all around.

@bt_uk my internet has gone down for the 4th day in a row- not ideal being a homeworker! Yes i have the hybrid hub too but it seems to be taking 5-10minutes to kick in which isnt great when youre in the middle of a meeting!!

Moved back to @bt_uk after many years with other providers. Many calls later, hours in the phone, every advisor giving different stories. Still no broadband. Wish I had never moved.

@bt_uk hi I’ve signed up for wifi with you and you said you’d automatically cancel my sky wifi and phone line but I’ve not heard anything from sky at all and it’s due to change over 3/4/23. Will you defo cancel for me?
