Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk Had a landline fault for 3 weeks and now today you turn up and turn off our broadband and didn’t even bother knocking on door! We work from home and now you say mid December for a fix!! I’ve rang in twice today and been cut off twice
