Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@BTCare I am at a total loss where to go with landline problems. Totally frustrated after a completely unsatisfactory engineer appointment today. Possibly the 20th time I have reported the same problem. Perhaps time for me to contact @Ofcom

@bt_uk You rubbish BT I joined for broadband ,hub flash like a Christmas tree every 2 hours every single day . Sent 2 engineers and can’t fix the problem . Told me I cannot cancel it unless I pay £150 termination fee ,contract only guarantee speed but not connection !

@bt_uk recently upgraded to your halo 3+ with unbreakable Wi-Fi and have the hybrid connect setup. Turns out it doesn’t work and the internets down completely. Really doesn’t give me faith on the extra £10 a month your charging me...

@bt_uk @virginmedia hi BT. Thanks for getting back. You will be pleased to read that we have come back to BT after cancelling our virgin contract 3 weeks after sign up waiting for installation. Dreadful offshore customer service experience. They were a disaster.

@Omodon @bt_uk We left recently to go back to Sky as we kept losing out signal. Loads of people in my village are having massive issues and have reported but have been told that there are no issues! Think we got out at the right time

@bt_uk Hi Elaine, thanks for message and work on this. I’ve decided to have VirginMedia installed as they were able to install yesterday at short notice so would like to cancel my BT order. Appreciate your efforts in trying to move this forward. Thanks
