Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk INCORRECT! How do you think I was able to take this screenshot? @bt_uk I used to use a @virginmedia router which had a login page AND a logout button. Nobody was able to see anything except me. Please do the same ASAP

@bt_uk Your phone service says it has technical difficulties, your automated bot is unhelpful and my broadband is down. The bot said someone would call me within 90 mins but they didn't. How can you help me?

@bt_uk Fault with Full fibre not resolved, billing issues also as you’re charging me for something that was agreed I wouldn’t pay for. Two phone calls - first dropped after 30mins on hold, second went to silence after 45mins. Not helpful, I need to speak to someone!

@bt_uk No but I’ve spoken to online chat. I’m very unhappy. You tell me there’s no external fault and the problem is inside my house. Yet all my neighbours on BT had the same problem since 8.30am. Obviously an external issue.

@bt_uk how on earth am I supposed to log a fault with my broadband?? When you do the ‘troubleshooter’ online you acknowledge a fault, tell me someone will call me, but then later message me to say you’re too busy and I should try again tomorrow!! #help #Disgraceful #badservice

@JNRaeside @bt_uk You may guess what I think of @bt_uk customer services from the fact that they tried to aggressively upsell packages to my recently bereaved mum when she told them repeatedly she just wanted them to take my dad's name off the account.
