Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk We have the same issue 20 miles outside London and no fibre I work from home so have had to bite the bullet and go and get a 4gg router from EE it goes to about 20-50MB might help in the short term ..maybe? :) good luck anyhooo

@bt_uk I’ve been on hold for 30mins, including one person who took my details put me on hold and just transferred me to one of his colleagues… obviously heard the issue and decided to put it in the ‘too difficult’ category

@bt_uk There no known issues. Any suggestions on why the connection drops out and then reconnects around 5 mins later?

@bt_uk No fix yet. I’ve been on the phone to Chris in Dundee who is meant to be investigating and calling me back. The wider issue is that I need the internet for my job. The openreach engineer yesterday should not have removed the copper cable before checking the fibre would work.

@bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

@bt_uk absolute lies, my internet cut off yesterday and the back up doesnt work nor connect to the router, even installed it properly, spoke to tech team and they cant get it working, poor service also false advertising cause it doesnt work
