Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

Day 70 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

Absolutely appalling service from @BTBusiness and @btbusinesscare today. Apparently two companies with the same name, logo and the phrase telecommunications in their name can't communicate with one another.

@bt_uk when you’re contacted following the death of a loved one to end contracts & staff insist on speaking to deceased then you’re either grossly incompetent or uncaring or both. You really are a terrible company.

I don’t recommend @bt_uk I have wait 2 weeks for the activation broadband, It was supposed to be on 10th Monday and today they said that I have to wait till 14th Friday to fix the problem. It’s crazy to wait all this time. I have called them every day. So bad 3 weeks of waiting

@bt_uk a family member is paying for a service that isn’t working. Reported a fault on the 4th that was confirmed with yourselves. She rang again 11th to check what was happening. She then received a text to say there was no fault but the phone still isn’t working. Please help.

@bt_uk if you look I checked on your own website. my hub is also years out of date, when engineer came to update wiring years ago he ordered new hub, I never got one, when I queried it, told I’d have to pay, I told them to stick it, not paying for kit when prices are already so high! 😡
