Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk you’re an absolute living joke of a company. We’ve had a complaint since DECEMBER 30th, that hasn’t even been looked into.. we now wanted to watch NOWTV that we pay for through BT.. AND WE’RE NOT EVEN REGISTERED??? Refund please.

@bt_uk Not what I was told today nor on the letter. Also y do BT have no record of actually sending the letter. Nothing adds up other than money going early. Plus that is 4 days prior not 3. No confusion. The man told me it was an error & apologised but that don't help my 75 yr old mom.

@bt_uk Hi Claire. Using the BT sport app on Samsung TV. The app is pretty poor. Lacks functionality and CONSTANTLY get the loading icon. Probs every 5-10 mins during a match. Connected via Ethernet, 300mbps BT FTTP so it’s not network. Other apps fine, so it’s just BT. Waste of money🙄

@bt_uk Mostly resolved. 45 mins on web chat and 35 mins on phone to resolve one of two simple issues. Several staff seemed happy to have 'got rid of me'.

@bt_uk The issue is that BT doesn't think we great unwashed in the countryside are worthy of proper service, even though we pay for it. It's been an issue for a decade and there's never been any improvement. NG32 is my postcode.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you, I have got back to my current provider @bt_uk but they are not willing to help, they would clearly rather take money and not provide the service.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you not activate my broadband today? This is obviously @bt_uk 's fault as they have admitted but this is very inconvenient, plus I am still paying #BT for a service.
