Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@btsport just spent 30 mins (despite being told wait was 5) on your chatbot waiting to speak to someone about why my Android app want connect to sport channels (rebooted, reinstalled etc). No reply. I'm not getting the service I pay for.

@bt_uk I’ve been your customer for the past 5 years and as my contract was ending I’ve decided to renew it. I was told “You won’t even notice” which ended up with me not having internet for the past 3 weeks and now waiting to be reconnected on the 21st of April ?!? Help pls !
