  Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

  Hello @btbusinesscare I’ve wasted hours of my life, and raised my blood pressure all afternoon trying to connect new Cloud Voice kit and set up an account. You’re the worst in the world. I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank I’d be hitting the brandy.

  @bt_uk I’ve just tried that generic phone number, after being passed on several times I finally got told that they are experiencing technical outage and to phone back.
