Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

I have not ran a Broadbandspeedtest in forever but Damn @bt_uk 10mb from 76mb is taking the ******* piss, why do we bother with this rip off company. Its a ******* joke. I'm always complaining and then they fix it for one day then shabam it's ****** again

I am not with @bt_uk but just got an automated call that they are going to disconnect me because there are unusual activities on my internet? So I just put the phone down on the excrement machine!

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to talk to someone via Live Chat or email as not comfortable talking on the phone. I would like to potentially cancel my mobile contract as other networks are offering better prices. Can someone contact me via email to resolve before I change networks

@bt_uk No, we would phone to say it wasn't working. BT would talk us through it for them to say see if that works and it would be left at that. The upstairs box we had never worked for the 11 months we had it.

I will post This, everyday, x3 times PD until you fix this, and Compensate me. For me and my son! My 9 year old, has missed, almost x8 days of schooling and School work! I cannot begin to tell you, how it's affected me in a, Lockdown!! @bt_uk I have rang use, maybe 13 Times!
