Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported@bt_uk @charl32647 That’s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didn’t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.

trevor rhodes (@trevjrho) reported@bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.

The Emperor Son (@TheEmperorSon) reportedHay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
