  Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

  @BT fibre one connection in SE8 5RZ is so slow i don`t even get speed, we are in an age of full fast fibre, this is just becoming a joke now there are other compaines with 100mbps download & upload with straight to home full fibre speed ,@bt_uk still use older line but no speed

  Had an idea @bt_uk . You provide the service that I'm paying £67 pm for in my contract ie; a phone that gets a signal in all the rooms in my bungalow or I go to @sky and won't pay you the £513.71 that you say I should because of my outstanding contract.

  @NEEZU5 @bt_uk That’s the stage I’m at too, everything has been set up, twice. There’s a fault at the box, but they can’t get up the pole because there’s cars parked near it. “Cars parked to close to the pole, health and safety, mate. Plus, I’m out of time” **** off.

  @Thegeordiefaith @bt_uk I contacted them today after Downdetector showed scores of people affected in my area, while the BT site (as usual) reported no problems. They company are fundamentally dishonest. Quick enough to take our money but unwilling to acknowledge problems or fix them
