Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

Quality work from @bt_uk: force customers onto Digital Voice landlines, then have regular outages, cutting you off from the outside world. Make you spend money calling them on your mobile, then say it'll take 48 hours to fix, and they can't put you back onto copper wires

@BereniceMann @bt_uk @EE Oh it gets worse. I'm on the phone now with them and apparently the job went into the wrong queue (or something) and it's going to be at least another week. Trying to run a data-hungry business over mobile for another week. Garbage.

.@bt_uk your internet service is absolutely shocking. The service we are provided with is nothing short of ****. To top it off your customer service is even worse. Remind me never to have internet with yourselves again
