    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk my elderly grandparents have been without a landline and Internet for 3 weeks now and live where there is no mobile signal. Your website says there are no issues which isn't true and it's impossible to get through to your call centres. Really disappointed in BT!!

    @bt_uk Weve been having this conversation with you for years now and neither seems to want to take responsibility for it.We just have to deal with the fact that you or @BTSopenreach dont connect things in a way that benefits the customer.Then play the blame game. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk So we lost our BT broadband 9 days ago and still no news when an engineer will attend to repair their fault. Lots of promises to get back to us the next day by a certain time and then blame system in the office not working. Great communication service you are operating BT
