Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

@Toffeelewl @bt_uk The most we EVER get is ~12 Mbps, then only for brief periods. My wife is head of department at a major university. I run a business that demands lots of time online. BT are unable to find a solution. We are looking into putting together a Class Action.

@bt_uk Just checked my speed test on your website. There is a known fault in my area but the estimated fix was 8th of June and still showing as a known fault?

@bt_uk Has the BT WiFi signal strength been reduced in the M8 area of Manchester? I used to be able to connect no problem on all of my mobile devices no problem, but now I can't get anything on any of them.

@bt_uk What a dreadful service you provide! Intermittent broadband for days. Received no help whatsoever. Time to move providers I think!

@bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

@bt_uk hmm just got email to say a mini hub is on its way. i've got a mobile which i fall back to tethering which is on EE, sadly the 4G right now is topping out about 1Mbps which is not much use, if the mini hub is on the same it won't help with 4 people, 2 who's work rely on it

@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.
