Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@BTGroup @bt_uk help please! Elderly mum with alarm connected to phone has had no service since at least Thursday. Tried Priority service which ironically says there's a fault on the also since Thursday, have reported online - no response, trying to call but cannot get through

@bt_uk Yes we are both using Wi-Fi, me on a Mac, her a windows laptop. Both getting 275-285mb consistently. We pay for a 300mb service.

@MarcAllera @btsport Watch on @btsport with EE is a joke! I’ve been trying to correct a fault on this service since 19 October. I’ve spent approx 6hr over 2weeks trying to get it sorted. I keep being batted between Mobile & Broadband depts. Frustrated beyond words.

Another massive fail by @bt_uk - cancelling accounts and cutting me off. Luckily the people dealing with it are friendly but I’ve been cut off twice now. And you can’t reverse the cancellation you made for no reason! #badcustomerservice

@bt_uk Internet has been dropping out pretty much non-stop for around 18 months, 3 engineers have come round, no solution. I was told I'd be contacted. I haven't been. I'm still waiting for a response to my complaint. It's really affecting my business.

@bt_uk turns out BT are happy to leave an elderly vulnerable woman without a usable phone for 11 days and counting, with no resolution as yet. Absolutely appalling

@bt_uk your internet speeds are so bad that at times its unusable. We have complained numerous times over the duration of our contract and now that we have decided to chanfe to another provider you want to charge me for leaving. If your service was fit for purpose, i wouldnt leave!

@RolandN @bt_uk Yeap & cynical. Don't get me started. It's even worse if you get to speak to some one. My broadband has been down for a week. OK, so are calling to upgrade your broadband package? . . . . I have to call them up every 2 years to "renegotiate" being mugged by them. Irritating.
