Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk @jsrbell That's not fair, because people have been having issues with not being able to get their code since 8am, I can see several tweets with people mentioning as early as 8am they're unable to get their code. I too had this issue, and then it just appeared.

Ahhh - shocking service from @bt_uk - instead of moving home, they cancelled the whole process. Now 3 hours plus they can't sort it without creating a new 2 year contract & sending us duplicate kit. Looking like no Internet in a pandemic for 3 weeks until I reconnect with not BT.

@bt_uk are without doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to arrange broadband with you since 22 October and you have cancelled 7 of my orders without contacting me! I requested a call back from a manager and guess what, no phone call!! Shambles!

Frustrating, want to upgrade and renew my @bt_uk broadband, can't self serve because the website/app is terrible.. can't live chat because that team doesn't use it.. can't get through on phone after waiting for 20mins.. hey @virginmedia what you saying??

Wth @bt_uk I booked an appointment for the installation of my broadband on the 30th and you lot message me this morning saying it’ll be the 8th? So what? I’m going to be paying for 3 weeks for absolutely nothing? Can I cancel my contract? And idc about a refund

@bt_uk Correct. And when I scroll down on MyBT I have no visible offers and have never had any visible offers any time I've logged in. I presume this to be normal because it will only display MyOffers when there are offers available.
