Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk absolutely appalling customer service we have received from BT!!! Management have been ignoring our emails and constant calls since 5th February and have 'closed' our complaint file even though we are calling on a weekly basis to complain about the unsteady slow broadband!

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk So Vodafone were in third place I guess? I've just dumped them because they could not give me access to my own account. I spent hours on the phone with them, the reset password email never arrived. When they sent me a temporary one time password it didn't work. Etc.

@bt_uk Hi Paula the aerial lead was not attached to anything left hanging down the back of mums TV unit. This was a new connection which my mum will now be cancelling due to extremely poor service. The power wires were still wrapped with cable ties creating a huge fire hazard.

@bt_uk what’s going on with your services, can’t watch any subscription channels i.e bt sports / sky sports through my bt box. Already been on phone to your support centre this morning confirming it’s a MSO problem your end. Been like this for over 15 hours ! Please sort it out.

@bt_uk Also this is two different issues. The engineer is because the line is cutting out. My current complaint is about the amount and the speeds you’re providing, please don’t get it mixed up
