Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk We ordered phone/broadband/tv through EE and they said it would be delivered through BT due to the phone line element. It was an SGEA service rather than on OGEA service.

@bt_uk Your customer service is shocking all we wanted was to upgrade our package but your staff haven't got a clue how to do there job neither did the manager as I told him how much compensation will be paid each day you miss our install day 2 hours I was on the phone last night

As expecting a call back yesterday at 6.30pm. I called myself at 6.45 and I was told it call take up to 2 hours after them asking the customer what time is best for a call back. I'm still waiting at 5am this morning @bt_uk. Don't tell me to DM for yous to ignore it anyways

@bt_uk I am a new broadband customer and was told internet should be running today (it’s not). received email and sms confirming everything was set up. earlier I contacted you via chat and was told internet would start running at midnight. it’s not. can u please check?

When slightly delayed paying the BT bill (which is far from competitive on pricing) annoying automated calls ring my X-D line. Last month the service was restricted AND a late payment fee charged even though I paid in time. They can't have it both ways. #EitherOr @bt_uk @BTGroup

@bt_uk my dad recently renewed his BT broadband contract with you and was promised a new router. His existing BT one is 10 years old. He’s now being told he can’t have one as He doesn’t need one. He’s being fobbed off. Can you help via me?

@bt_uk what is BT doing around Bonnyrigg area in Edinburgh? since the 21st our internet connection has been extremely unstable with constant (and sometimes huge) packet loss.

PSA if you have a smart hub like the @bt_uk smart hub if you are having WiFi problems check to see if your wireless is in "mode 2" before buying any new hardware
