Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk Thanks John. But tbh our home set up has been checked twice by two different home tech engineers. The last one changed the router and left me to reconfigure the whole house. Perhaps another will find something. There must be something out as this is awful.

After having engineer out Tuesday again and him not being able to find anything wrong with our broadband we still don’t have internet today! @bt_uk @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT I pay a total of £72.00 a month for this rubbish service. #ruralinternet

@Lenderz @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I emailed Steve jobs to get a MacBook replaced once. If in doubt, become Karen (I was actually fairly reasonable - we guessed what the issue was, it just took a slight deviation from the standard processes to fix. Though I get why, still a pain to get them to shift)

@bt_uk Thank you for the link, there is a problem in our local area. That clears it up for me as I was a bit baffled. Will wait for the repair.

@bt_uk Had engineers out twice and new hub. A third coming Monday - not sure what difference that will do. When I spoke to you today, told it was fine from their end. So can’t use internet with any confidence and told it will cost me £300 to stop service(!)

@bt_uk can someone explain to me why my hub is connected fine but my iPhone, sky boxes and TVs won’t connect? I’ve reset it 4 times #whatstheissue #help

Checked LinkedIn and there's significantly fewer "will you wear a mask on Monday?" polls on LinkedIn. @bt_uk is there an outage in central Manchester or surrounding area?

@bt_uk I’m guessing counting isn’t your strong point. No broadband since Wednesday. First told “4 hours” then after 8 told again “4 hours” then after speaking to someone “48 hours” then after “just says 48 hours I will ring you back” ….no call after 9 hours. Fix Fair Oak please
