    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk Problem in my entire G32 area now. We watched it creep over various Post Codes and work it’s way towards us. No advance warning there may be issues later on, you just disconnected us all at the exchange.

    @bt_uk I’m awaiting for a reply from 2nd line support to several emails to an issue with BT WholeHome. Please advise how I can escalate this.

    It seems pathetic, it’s just talking about a game but YouTube’s had such a huge impact on me. Never did i think this would give me platforms like BTSport & BBC News to campaign against things i really care about. For the first time in my life i can really say im proud of myself

    @bt_uk issues in eastend of Glasgow. Net not working. Website says no issues even though 100s of people are having issues with it 👍

    @btbusinesscare We still don’t have an incoming call service what on earth are you doing to resolve this?????? Had a couple of “courtesy calls” today but STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!

    @bt_uk This number was a waste of time. I got a voice message saying I need to send a message and give my landline number. I DON'T HAVE A LANDLINE NUMBER. Fibre now down for 7 days. You are taking the definition of CBA to whole new levels.

    @bt_uk I have been having very very bad Internet issues today. 12-13 drops. Been offline for over 45 mins. BH1 area. Line rented via @SkyHelpTeam. Please help.

    @bt_uk Hi, that doesn't answer my question. Why are you not adopting the online portal it is safe and secure? It saves a whole heap of time and money. Please help to make life simpler.
