Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk Have a reward voucher to redeem for signing up to WiFi deal with BT, when I click the link and login to my BT account, says no rewards are available. Can you look into it?

For those with a @btsport login, do you know that if using on chrome browser you can pull the stream using dev mode. Handy if you want to bypass one user access....BT Sports IT specialists werent interested in this........

@bt_uk are such a joke! One of their engineers has disconnected our internet and they are refusing to send anyone to fix HIS ERROR until September 2nd! Appalling customer service!
