  Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

  @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

  @bt_uk He offered to put a complaint in, but admitted it wouldnt amount to much. So I said what is the point. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

  @bt_uk Tremendous work @bt_uk not only have I contacted you on here (and you haven’t even replied or DM’d to my reply), but I also emailed you and got nothing back. So, phone call, twitter feed and email and no comeback from you guys other than to call again. Awful. Goodbye in Oct.

  @bt_uk what exactly does 'Unable to validate the information provided,' mean? If you can't provide an explanation along with the message, it's not much use. I see this is a general issue. & why do you employ people whose English is so poor they can't understand or be understood?

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  @bt_uk my broadband is down AND your website is down so I can’t report an outage. Such poor service no wonder everyone is moving to alt nets
