Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk It cuts out randomly and sporadically (at any key moment of any live event), and then works perfectly the rest of the time. This has happened time after time, this ones just the worst of them

@bt_uk no real wifi in the area since Friday. Having to go onto 4G (which also seems rubbish @VodafoneUK) and costing a fortune. Live near Bristol, is there a problem in the SW?

@bt_uk It’s more than one household, my mums house and my house. Both in the same village. It’s so hit and miss it’s unbelievable! Really very poor. Always been this way
