Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@BTCare We have an issue with sending any transactional emails from encode[.]host to btinternet[.]com address where we receive a "554 Service not available - access denied" failure. I have just tried to raise this to your postmaster@ but that also bounced! How to resolve this?

@bt_uk So I'm expected to now pay for additional data to cover a faulty service that I'm not receiving? And yes, my entire local area is out yet BT says its all separate issues and nothing is wrong. Looks like I'll be terminating the contract and going over to virgin instead.

@bt_uk I want to cancel Britbox. Tried online said I had to contact you. Went via chat and told that as I was a VIP I had to call you … doesn’t sound like very VIP service to me. Free deal runs out 21.6 and I’ve never watched so no need to renew. Can you do without me calling.

@simonrug Better tell that to the pundits on @btsport ?!! Pollard earns 1.2m Euros of that and they have no marquee player rules! Still a lot more that Premiership teams at £5m and a damn side more than the Welsh regions!!

BTSport. Get off the fence and say it as it is. Poor referee decisions cost Leicester the game. #ChallengeCupRugby
