Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk mobile may be the worst network I’ve ever experienced. Poor app/website and an absolutely scandalous charge system for when you run out of data! 100% won’t be using again.

@btsport - I've been trying to cancel my subscription for like an hour. Your website doesn't allow you to do it [from what i can see], I've been on the phone for ages.. no way to speak to someone. I'm fed up of paying £36 a month [price massively put up in last year]. Any help?

@bt_uk My husband (James Beaumont) is already in communication with BT. This complaint has already been escalated (many times) but appears to have made no difference! We have been waiting since April to have wifi! 11 no shows.

Had two calls from the @bt_uk Technical Department today. First caller said that BT is responsible for the security of all Internet Service Providers, including @TrooliFibre and @LightningFibre. I told the second caller to speak to his colleague and sort it out between them.

@bt_uk technical support is just empty promises and misleading reassurances. No internet for 8 days now and been told each day - an engineer has been assigned it will be fixed by the end of the day. 8 times I have heard that now and still no closer to resolving the issue.

@bt_uk I texted FAULT - told there is a problem on network - not showing that in your diagnostics online - then you said fixed & it wasn’t so texted again - same answer problem on the network - online it says different ‘no problem’ you said 4 hours out since at least 10.30pm last night

@bt_uk you seem to have cut our complete home broadband off this morning. Nobody will reply to chat etc. checking online says your looking at a fault with a Saturday resolution. Is this a joke?
