    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk Well I can confirm to you that the promise to call back yesterday was broken. It was a call to actually finally listen to my issues and obviously it shows that BT doesn’t want to hear me out !!

    @bt_uk my relative is having issues with slow wifi performance but your “looking after vulnerable” team have blocked her on twitter. (Absurd) so how is she meant to get customer support when her WiFi is playing up??

    @bt_uk As I just said, this is a wide area outage - there are dozens of forums discussing this issue. Like Oliver, there is no landline in our house.. all I’m asking is do you have an aprox. time when this issue will be resolved?

    @bt_uk the youview box is beeping and won't load. I've tried every maintenance mode option and they all fail. Is there any way of getting the box working again? Can't live chat as it is busy

    @BBCchrismclaug @btsport @policescotland Does this mean that they are not going to let any Celtic players into the stadium in future for security reasons, or others that they don't like. If they are not going to operate as all others then fine them, cancel tv coverage and if need be their games.
