    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @rpiper14 @btsport yes fair but better to go superview in the future then u dont have to worry. iv had the same issues with eurosport and motortrend with wtcr and wec and supercup.

    BT casually dropping me a letter to let me know their charges will rise by almost 10% from April 2022. If I wasn't so distracted by Ukraine I'd be outraged at @bt_uk. But now is good time to introduce bad news because no one will notice... #risingcosts #inflation #bt

    @bt_uk So I don't need to expect separate Netflix charge/debit? Thanks btw. Hope the frustration doesn't come thru too much in text/tweets. As I said, I hadn't been seeking to be a TV customer again. We were happy with nowtv sticks.
