Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

At this point I am merely writing these tweets for someone who may be in a similar situation with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp just to show them what kind of slow and stressful ride they are in for. My recommendation: switch to @VirginMediaCorp if you can.

@bt_uk I'm after a second bt wifi disc - as I have a poor signal spot Tried website - no help Rang 150 - cut off after 7 mins on hold Rang 150 again but gave up after 30 mins in a que Any ideas ???????
