RichSC (@RichTheRed252) reported from Earswick, EnglandCan’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?

David Keight (@dkeight) reported@bt_uk We are currently leaving BT business contract after being a customer for decades. The last straw was a botched order for fibre broadband ending with a case via Ofcom, and our move to another supplier. BT then closed our account and appear to have blocked our online a/c

Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
