    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk, my router keeps flashing purple/pink and not connecting. I’m aware that it is something to do with the broadband cable however I’ve done everything from unplugging the cable and plugging it back on, and it doesn’t seem to work. Can you help?

    Anyone know why BT email is so crap on mobile and tablet since their upgrade? Search just freezes and generally it’s rubbish. #BT_UK

    @bt_uk Yeh broadband, which to be fair is very very good, much improved from the last time I was with BT, have one of those Disks. My issue with things really is the online, just so continually elusive, seems I get one thing sorted and the other is out of reach

    @bt_uk Unfortunately Openreach don't service my street (fibre) and not likely to, so long as Virgin Media continue to exists. 😠

    @bt_uk what is happening? Have had really bad internet all week in SE1. Was told fixed but no. Can’t get through to 151. I see many people with similar issues.

    @bt_uk Hi Elaine, Thankfully all my issues were resolved on my 4th attempt. I would like either a link or # to make a complaint please. To wait in a phone queue for 30 minutes looking for help and have that person hang up on you after 30 seconds, 3x, literally mid sentence is shambolic
