Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@btbusinesscare This is pathetic after sales care , I left BT 22 years ago and I thought I’d give em a try to see if you have rehabilitated but still just as bad .I placed an order for full Fibre to the premises and was told that by BT on phone, but what I got was fibre only to the CABINET

@bt_uk On hold for the technical support team but the line keeps cutting off as have no broadband or reliable phone line. The troubleshooter won’t let us change the number to call us on either. Date to fix it is now back to Christmas Eve. Since 12 Dec? We want to speak to a human.
