  Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

  @bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.

  @bt_uk hey. Why are you charging me £84 for a package a new customer can now get for £35 and the best price you can offer me is £65 with a 24 month contract? Ripping off long-term customers is a very bad look

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
