Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk Thanks for reply. Wife is speaking to someone at the moment. It seems she wants to give you one more shot at fixing the problem, so a senior engineer is to come out and examine what has been examined many times before. Wife has more patience than me!!

@bt_uk The back office at BT are now looking into my issue that has been ongoing for months. It's a shame that I have had to take to calling BT out on social media for them to take any meaningful action. They assure me I will be updated next week. The fact still remains I am -£300.

@bt_uk Live chat got nowhere, the fault is not on my property, it has been checked. I was told to phone or text service engineer, bit difficult when you don’t have a working phone line.

@bt_uk It won’t make a difference, poor broadband everyday and BT still think it’s acceptable to charge a £706 bill to disconnect

@bt_uk could you advise when open reach will be out to sort a cabling issue under the road M43 area? How long does this usually take? It’s been a week and then two without Wi-Fi and crap data signal in the area.

Please tell me why, when reporting a loss of phone line, the only advice is to call the Service Engineers? @bt_uk i. Don’t. Have. A. Phone. Line!

@bt_uk I’ve just paid £19.99 for a 5 day by hotspot pass… it won’t connect to the one near my house even though it is showing up and the open zone map is showing it’s active. Is there a way I can be refunded as it is not working at all and I have wasted my money…
