Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk im waiting 2-3 days without a phone for a new SIM card (which worked fine until tried in a new phone but now doesnt work at all), was offered compensation of about a fiver lol. BT keep putting prices up and not caring about customers! Time to vote with my feet

@btbusinesscare Really watch before you signing contracy with them . We had a ongoing fault nothing resolved and now we wanted to cancel they are asking us to pay £459 to cancel
