Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness @bt_uk 1 hour 30 mins and counting (that’s over 2 hours on hold in total). Seriously, what sort of service provision is this? I’ve done Live Chat and been told I have to ring the number or make a complaint and then you will help cancel it. So complaint formally made! FFS.

@bt_uk no i can not. I am not a BT customer, I am a member of the UK public who receives your false advertising (@Ofcom) about fibre broadband through the post. BT refuses to connect our village (even though the cable runs through it!). You should be held responsible for false claims

@btsport warning do not renew ur internet with bt to get half price sport does not work. Just get signed into BT broadband for months and price of sport doubles!!!!! Complaint raised but closed as ‘frivolous’ ofcom complaint coming their way!!!!
