Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk I’ve had Bt internet for twenty years and never had Wi-fi in every room ever, in fact I’d go as far as saying it works sporadically, drops Wi-fi connections then crashes disconnecting all devices and the more we move to towards streaming watch we watch the worse it has become.

@EE @btsport I pay to have the BT Sport app available to play on a large screen. That would be great if your app didn’t keep on crashing and kicking me off! Sky’s app no issues with. Why is it so hard for yours??????????

@btsport just bought BT Sport package to find it doesn’t cast to my JVC TV making my purchase pointless. Live chat with your support team to request a refund - no solution. Directed me to call support - No answer. Have rated your app 1 star until I receive my refund. Unacceptable

@bt_uk hi I’m having problems with my hub this has been going on for months now but the last few days has been a nitemare last time I logged it with you a engineer said he wasn’t allowed in properly can your engineers come inside now if not can I cancel my internet
