Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@loulou34f @bt_uk Definitely worth them sending you a new one then, the fault sounds very similar to the one I had but with a different network. Touch wood no problems since.

Dear @bt_uk , I've had 2 automated calls claiming to be from you this morning, threatening to cut us off. I'm assuming it's a scam call. Thoughts on how I can block them? I'm on TPS, but still get crap like this all the time.

@BTCare the WiFi signal in my bedroom is constantly dropping all the time, impossible to stream videos or even music on my mobile device. Does this mean we are entitled to a refund as advertised? 🤔

@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.
