Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk I’ve had no broadband since ~10:00 this morning (Worcester, WR2 5). Any info on the outage and when it’s likely to be fixed?

  • kayemoors kaye moors (@kayemoors) reported

@neil_albiston @bt_uk Think the timing of the strikes and the problems we’ve had seem to have coincided. Would not have had a clue if they had any strikes in the previous 37 years.

@bt_uk @BTGroup are actually the worst company. Just adding random things to my account, no correspondence at all and then charging me for it. Then a "manager" come on to chat and has zero brain cells...

@bt_uk Is there any way to cancel a BT Sport subscription that doesn't involve sitting on hold for another 27 minutes please? This is ridiculous.

Wtf is this champions league preview @btsport

  • RebIrvine Rebecca Irvine (@RebIrvine) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

  • allynorthwriter Alison North (@allynorthwriter) reported

@bt_uk @RenHarvey Even if you do send it back they'll charge you. BT insisted I needed a new router - ok whatever. I sent the old one back and they're claiming they never received it so charging me £50. @bt_uk
