Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare New customer, install date 10/06/22. STILL NOT WORKING! 3 BUSINESS DAYS WITH NO PHONE. No help, no call back. Totally mis sold a digital line, I just want a simple phone line. Losing revenue daily. Businesses, avoid at all costs.

@GoogleStadia Hey @bt_uk, would you have any incite at all about this? It seems to be a common problem with the Smart Hub 2 and it not allowing user control of the assignment of the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands. Is there anything you can suggest to resolve this that doesn't involve buying a new.. 1/2

@bt_uk This has only started happening the past week or so, and several of my neighbours are having issues too. Devices haven’t changed, the number of them hasn’t changed, locations of everything hasn’t changed yet so whats up with that?
