    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk EE signal is crap just about everywhere I go, I have already been on to the mobile team and they can’t do anything, I am having to go outside to get a signal

    Actually shocked with @bt_uk customer service today ... after being with other brands I expected my problem to take ages to fix but they've actually been mega helpful and actually went above and beyond to help me out! ... finally some decent customer service.

    @bt_uk how do I know its a genuine call from BT? Just had a call on mobile from a +44 0208 number as we had lodged a complaint 15 minutes earlier and my instincts thought it was a scam. Sounded like a noisy call centre 😳😡

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I am fed up of chasing and ringing people at BT who do not know their arse from their elbow. How it has taken 8 weeks to repair and external line fault is baffling. I have no escalated the complaint with Ombudsman Services to seek extra compensation.

    @btsport What a **** post. Generalising a nation by labelling them "hate". Also you're forgetting 2 months ago England's own fans were abusing their own players. Weird that. Not as hopeful as you claim

    @bt_uk Apparently No Known Issues but plenty of people not able to access internet. Router working. Wi-fi working. Just internet.

    @bt_uk wifi down again. Happened all last weekend and now this weekend too. It’s alright tho I’m sure I’ll get a £1.97 refund for the inconvenience again 🙄
