  Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

  @bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "We’ll be right back. Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

  @bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.

  @btbusinesscare waiting for 6months for a broadband connection utter disgrace. Saying we can’t cancel and just left in limbo while our business struggles. Worst company we’ve ever dealt with.

  @bt_uk @KerZE87 No one is following up our complaints 2 put of 12 recorded. Something is seriously wrong when technical support is trying to sell to you smells of desperation.

  @bt_uk want to make a complaint about EE. I am 72 technology I can’t handle. All I wanted to do was speak to a customer service they didn’t want to know. Sky at least treated me as a human, I was so upset, gave bad feedback they didn’t care
