Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I keep getting conflicting information from BT or openreach been told it's either internal or external issues. Which is it? I'm not getting the service I pay 4. I'm pretty sure u wouldn't be happy 2 pay for £10 of fuel & only get £8.

@CaseyCo13527451 @bt_uk People were able to make orders from the looks of it, a lot of people didn't receive an email, ive spoken to BT CS on the phone and in chat and they won't help with sending an email or code. So if you got an email, your in luck, if not then just got to hope they email it.
