Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

@bt_uk He replaced the cover of the socket and our broadband is now blue but landline is not working properly, he didn’t believe me it was blue so came back in to have a look for himself , its still not functioning like it use to though

@bt_uk Ello, some guy came to fix someone’s WiFi over the road, went up the pole sorted some wires - our internet went off for 5 minutes and we’ve gone from 65 down and 20 upload to 6 down 6 up... 😒 whats happening.

Just received a bill for £0.00 from @bt_uk for an unspecified service. Can't find out what it is online because I do not have a BT "ID" & I can't get one because I'm not a BT customer. Online chat apparently not being staffed today. Having one of those days I wish would be over!

@Ofcom @bt_uk Why do cancellation fees apply if a person has moved house? They don't apply for any other services. Why is BT allowed to get away with this practice? The new house does not have a BT phoneline. They don't provide service to that address.

I think I need a new broadband my @btsport is freezing all the time and I'm missing way too many football matches... Not paying my bail this month & I'm going to a decent service!!! @BT sucks!!!
