  Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  @mongrelcelt @bt_uk Don't call them, the slimy bastards will deny anything said on the phone. Raise an official complaint in writing. Send to their executive office for escalation. This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router

  Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

  @bt_uk I can’t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.
