Tom Davies (@TomAndThat) reported@btsport hey, I just changed devices from my laptop to the TV, and now I can't start the stream because of the too many devices warning. Any idea what I can do to fix?

Steve B (@b0zeee) reported@bt_uk Internet in Horningsea CB25 went down last Monday morning, and your bot just keeps pushing it forward every time the fix date passes without a fix. Could a real person tell me what’s happening here please?

Jill Hayward (@frdragonspouse) reported@Crashed7 @bt_uk When it's working properly it's fine - although we've never approached the 150Mbps we're supposed to get - but then we're not high usage so, 70-80 mbps usually fine for what we want. 30-40 is pathetic, though. Far more drop-outs than we got with EE as well.
