  • smhdmrg Semih (@smhdmrg) reported

@bt_uk I’ve called many times. I’m told the same thing every time I call. “It will be sorted in 48-72 hours” but it never is

  • StephenLees4 Dr Strangelees (@StephenLees4) reported

....when I discovered that I could still make calls to landlines that don't use the @bt_uk network. Kindly extract the digit, @bt_uk!

  • beckyc_84 Becky (@beckyc_84) reported

@bt_uk Absolute joke! If this were true you’d be helping reconnect me after YOU wrongly disconnected our broadband over Christmas. We now have no internet, phone line, phone service or any way to contact the outside world and keep in touch with my elderly and at risk…

  • DannyReddy1 Dan Reddy (@DannyReddy1) reported

@bt_uk hi. Both tv boxes very bad signal? Cannot watch in either room. Wi-Fi fine. Turned both on/off. Reset hub. How do I fix? Thanks

  • I8arsenal29 Henry parker (@I8arsenal29) reported

@frankensteirer @bt_uk Think you need to fact check that Openreach charge the provider for a service not set prices for the providers product

  • Ecosseian Rocinante (@Ecosseian) reported

@Fuji720x @virginmedia @bt_uk BT is ****, I’m on 900 and fifa is unplayable a lot of the time

  • SOS_Stacey SOS_Stacey (@SOS_Stacey) reported

@meer_salt @MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk Talk Talk goes down at midnight every Sunday. It’s down now but they act like there is no issue

  • trinity4_x Trinity4X (@trinity4_x) reported

@Fuji720x @virginmedia @bt_uk Btw also check your router firmware is up to date. I’m in Sweden, we have different ISPs and play on different EA servers. Still, I had to package loss icon flashing in game more than I’ve ever seen yesterday. So keep in mind, changing ISP will not fix everything unfortunately

  • stevenplayford Steven Playford @stevenplayford@mastodonapp.uk (@stevenplayford) reported

@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk If it drops out for a few seconds, then comes back, it'll be the wi-fi router ( my virgin one was terrible). If it's dropping out for longer, it's probably the provider being rubbish.

  • staffsref Lintstein 🇺🇦🎣⚽️🔥🏢🎎🚴‍♂️🇺🇦🦕 (@staffsref) reported

@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk We have no issue with speed of BT (supposedly 50Mb/s) but service keeps dropping out. I can get 77Mb/s with Sky and 125+ with Virgin but we only really use it for TV streaming & social media etc
