@bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@77thomo @btsport Can you please provide evidence of every time in April / May to back up the ‘usually’ statement? This is exactly the issue people are pointing out. It’s not happened prior to marginally falling short in Bielsa’s 1st season. False statements that they say is true cos they’re lazy

@bt_uk 5 days of broken promises of some to call me back regarding my 14 week wait for a broadband service when I was told it would be 2 weeks. No broadband no phone line no no like connectivity BT really don’t care

having fibre to premises installed by @bt_uk is the worst experience I have had with any company ever, 5 missed appointments when they finally arrive 3 months later only fit the outside as it’s “not on their job” date now in April so if they arrive 5 months to have it installed
