@bt_uk Faulty hub-ordered one. Promised me profusely I would have today. Royal Mail said delivering tomorrow but I have open reach coming tomorrow I don’t even know if I’m going to get this resolved tomorrow. Who the hell is going to go on record and help me? Crap service thus far!!!!

@bt_uk Yes, but it’s not fixed - that’s the problem. You guys do your best, as do the call centre folk, we’ve had repeat visits from Openreach engineers - but the problem is never solved.

@bt_uk There is a damaged telegraph pole. They're in a vulnerable position if they need to call emergency services as they, nor their neighbours can. Not having a date to resolve is unacceptable don't you think?

@bt_uk I want YOU to do something about YOUR workers should I can actually train to do my job while I'm off, because of course the internet is down in my time off when I actually can do online training

@bt_uk I do need to ask though. When are you guys able to come in homes again? I originally wanted Internet in my bedroom like I had with virgin. So all my devices connected with Ethernet. Now it's downstairs where I have to connect with WiFi. The signal not as good.

@bt_uk my parents have their internet and phone down with no mobile signal and could take weeks or months? Not really acceptable?

  • sillydizzle
    Sylveon Plath (@sillydizzle) reported

@bt_uk More useless platitudes, exactly what I'd expect from a bunch of *****, is that what BT stands for? YOUR ENGINEER DIDN'T GIVE A **** WHEN THEY CUT OUR LINE EITHER!

  • whoamidoyouknow
    Dave (@whoamidoyouknow) reported

@bt_uk I duly received the call at 10am. After 40 fruitless minutes, it transpires that the caller was not the promised Tier 2 email expert but rather the umpteenth 1st line generalist that I've spoken to during this never ending farce. Still no email access after 11 days. 🙄🙄🙄

  • SueDuris
    Sue Duris (@SueDuris) reported

Boy everyone in the village said get @bt_uk - 3 days still with no service. I’m so thrilled that #CX and #CustomerService mean something in the #UK, she said sarcastically.
