    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk 😡 Does any1 at BT no what they are doin. It dont seem like it. 6yrs I gav u lot to fix my internet upgrade it to 80mb to 100mb. Yet u kept promising bs. So i left u. To virgin who got me 220mbs but BT said my area couldn't hav above 60mbs. I would never of left otherwise.

    @bt_uk I am tired of endlessly raising complaints about the broadband service we are receiving. The signal drops at least twice a day and always at approx 22:00. Will you PLEASE get this fixed IMMEDIATELY. This has been going on for MONTHS! I understand East Anglian service is...

    @btbusinesscare What about when your connection goes down after 5pm or you work nights? On your website is says the phone number is 24/7 but this is not true. Every time I call it in the evening it says you are closed.

    @bt_uk No BT do not provide a good service and the wi fi is slow so always read their small print

    @bt_uk @OakNational So my Internet has been playing up no end since this new firmware update, had a new smart hub sent out and still same rubbish which is awful net on mode 1 and won't connect to discs on mode 2. Shocking service that I'm paying nearly 40 a month for.

    @bt_uk shocking service. New WiFi cancelled without any communication, now having to wait ANOTHER two weeks for activation. A whole month without WiFi whilst having to work from home!
