Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

@bt_uk There was neither a delivery nor notification about lack of same, nor any notification that the visit was cancelled. Very poor customer service, & I'm not inclined to reorder only to be treated in a similar fashion next time I'm afraid.

@bt_uk I could understand if the appointment had to be rescheduled through lack of equipment and/or staff, but to simply cancel it and not bother notifying me is not on.

@bt_uk oh dont worry iv raised a complaint ..but still will be looking for a alternative supplier due to the fact that you used to offer it for free with broadband....

@bt_uk Any chance of BT resolving the Broadband outage in the ME12 area? Was told it would be fixed by 15:30 hours on 04/12/22. Now you’re not giving an estimate.
