@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@btbusinesscare I don't buy that at all! You've moved the teams online because it means you can save money and dumb down the service even further! I've dealt with your 'complaint team' several times before. The whole set up just smacks of "we don't care" it's genuinely terrible! 8 calls now btw!

@bt_uk I believe I have used up my free discs, had an extension built but just require one more disc just to boost the signal in my man cave which will rely solely on streaming.. what options do I have. I was also looking to upgrade our broadband to Halo 3+ if that helps??

@bt_uk No help at all as when I phone them the order is still open so say no fault. Just keep saying 5 days for a engineer to look at fault.

@btbusinesscare It was not until the following june, when I could not get any broadband, I checked everything and then discovered that the purple light was just for 4G so I had not been getting my proper service as per contract. 2/

@bt_uk do you have a customer services team? I am being passed around between departments trying to get a replacement for a faulty BT product. The service is rubbish, why can't someone help me? Very disappointing
