  Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

  @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness It’s not, over a week now and still no diversion active. Lost count of how many advisors I have spoke with and a complaint marked as fixed which is not the case. Constantly told 4 hours for a resolution which never happens. Horrific customer service!

  @bt_uk @BTGroup I want my money back for every month I've had to message you, phone you, text diagnostic bot due to having no Internet and slow unusable Internet service because its been going on a year now and this is unreasonable for over £25 a month.

  @bt_uk wifi keeps cutting out intermittently, for no apparent reason. Online help says to text HELP + your landline # for support - we don't have a landline. Other option is to call 0800 800 150. Number is not recognised from my mobile. Utterly shocking customer service.

  @bt_uk My partner is on the phone now. TBH I don't want a personal service on twitter . .just a good service through normal channels. IE. On the phone ...with ppl that can understand a regional accent.

  @bt_uk @BTGroup oh great modem is purple again.. If I was supposed to log in to work at 2pm remotely you'd be getting me sacked. Really disgusting Internet service honestly.. What are they doing!? This is the first time this brand new modem has been having an absolute disco
