  Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  @btbusinesscare I have never called you guys and not spent over an hour dealing with the issue and I have never called you guys and not come off the phone feeling frustrated, annoyed and generally let down! Pathetic.

  @bt_uk So if you are unwilling to solve the issue, please release me from my contract so I can go elsewhere to someone interested in solving the issue! @Ofcom every time I report, bt say they have repaired it, but the same thing happens 6 weeks this has gone on!

  @bt_uk So you sent engineers out but there were no issues, you called me to tell me there were issues and faults but there are no issues? Did we just enter the twilight zone! You’ve sent me multiple messages, telling me there were issues!

  @btbusinesscare you HAVE to get a better customer service system. Over the last 6 years I have had nothing but nightmare service from you! 4 calls today to try and get through to the right team & it's obstruction after obstruction while being fobbed off every time by lazy people!

  @bt_uk 2 weeks in new house 4 faults 4 engineer's still no internet new one booked for today 8 til 12 still not here!!!!! wtf is going on?

  @bt_uk 6 weeks without a stable connection, why can’t I be released from my contract @Ofcom or be offered, free of charge, the one thing that would solve this problem?

  @btbusinesscare I don't buy that at all! You've moved the teams online because it means you can save money and dumb down the service even further! I've dealt with your 'complaint team' several times before. The whole set up just smacks of "we don't care" it's genuinely terrible! 8 calls now btw!

  @ultragold_ @bt_uk After complaining so much by luck it seems the signal on my EE hub seems stable this morning & I can work at normal speed. But not been informed about compensation yet

  @MarkMartindale Exactley this, Sky/bt were against because ESL were going to go with a streaming platform and cut out the TV out from the revenue loop. The EPL would then follow suit. It’s just a question of time really as this is the future, hence BT trying to sell BTsport
