  Hahahahahahahahahahaaah I've just found out that my highly anticipated @bt_uk hub (smart hub 2) is not f*cking compatible with @google speakers. BT hell is never-ending. Yes, I've tried channel hopping/resets/everything. It's a common issue. When will this be sorted @bt_uk?

  So glad that I don't live in England anymore! Huge fail from @bt_uk - They want to charge a pensioner that is trying to save money over 400 pounds to cancel an upgrade her 96-year-old mother agreed not understanding it was a 2-year contract! DISGUSTING!

  @bt_uk I'm losing count, but pretty sure I've asked for your complaints procedure 5 times. Also, I still don't have a service or guarantee of one, and you're not getting back to me.

  @bt_uk we had an engineer come and fix it, it worked fine for the next two days but now it's back to being bad... keep disconnecting over and over.
