Cancelled my renewal with @Plusnet yesterday they were not very happy about it, so today I find they have cut my internet off ahead of the contract end date 5 Apr. Not the nice yorkshire chaps any more eh! They are owned by @bt_uk wonder how they treat customers!

@bt_uk Still no call from the back office Tram. Been without emails for 2 full days. Impact on work has been massive. Why would you even block my emails if I am abroad without checking with me first. BT is unreliable. Time to move onto other email providers with better service

@bt_uk Right, bt broadband…no access, working from home and couldn’t access internet! 5 days later - engineer couldn’t access internet -new router - 6 days without access - bt promised compensation- never came why!? ‘Slow connection’ I COULD NOT ACCESS A SERVICE I WAS PAYING FOR…
