I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
