As soon as you ask for a verify code you then have to come out of the page to get the email and then the page is lost. Whoever designed this brilliant scheme should be fired as they are an idiot. jack250213 (@e4290936) reported@bt_uk calling itself 'customer centric ' grates with me after an internal transfer of my broadband went horribly wrong, then four hard searches on my creditworthiness and three attempts to get BT broadband and a TV package also successfully completed by phone after a time on the phone that I regret all fell through with no explanation or apology. Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!
