@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk Well another day wasted #annoying 19/03Email changing start date for broadband to 22/03 txt msg saying engineer will visit between 8am and 1 pm on 19/03. On 21/03 txt msg service will be up and running on 22/03. It wasn’t #nobroadband. @bt_uk what on earth is going on?????

@bt_uk I’ve had no internet or landline telephone since the 13/03, 4 failed engineer visits later and I’ve been on hold waiting for a manager for over an hour and just had the phone put down on me. What kind of business are you running?
