  @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

  Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

  @bt_uk Still can't get this problem fixed. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday, was promised a call back today at 3pm. No-one rang. Back on hold again. What do I do?
