@bt_uk Reported a fault with broadband last Monday, I've had 2 engineers out to try & fix the issue, broadband still not working, reported it again Sunday, engineer supposed to come out today, no message from BT, fault still not fixed, day 8 without broadband service, not happy

@bt_uk Unbreakable? More like 'Laughable'. 11th OpenReach engineer out yest. Network on red all weekend. Network known to be 'bad'. Oh hub might be faulty too! Barely year since last one. Wifi been dropping for 18 months & no solution. Unbreakable, ha, ha, ha. More like broken!!!

@bt_uk is there an issue with mobile data services at the moment? I'm showing the usual amount of signal at home, but I'm getting a no internet error message when trying to access anything online. It's only working when connected to WiFi.
