    4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

    @bt_uk a quick query - Joined BT in July, brand new phone number (never given out as never used) - Why do I keep getting strange phone calls, none of which are for me!

    I must be nearly at the end of my contract with @bt_uk because my broadband is so slow recently. Got a few weeks to shop around

    ...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

    @bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @bt_uk I reported a fault to you 22nd. Apparently I'm getting an engi Monday. October then. Being in Cornwall, no mobili signal in in home. Disgusy service. Watched my router doing spectrum last four hours. Back to talk talk.

    @btbusinesscare @PapaAjai Hi Becca. It’s now been a week that the line has been down. That’s a lot of business lost. People do not carry cash since Covid. There’s not even an apology from BT let alone an explanation. Really disappointing. #bt

    @bt_uk Your phone service keeps saying go to the website to check. Which is had when your internet is down. And when you do get on the internet its got no information on the Fault tracker at all. Just says it will be fixed on the 23rd......you can see the problem with that....

    @bt_uk Router Keeps disconnecting from the internet, turned it off and on multiple times and took the plug out the wall waited 10 mins before turning back on yet on the website says there’s no issue?

    @bt_uk why is it so hard to get a simple answer to a simple enquiry? When you call up, I was simply trying to find out how much it would cost me to terminate my contract early, it seemed cheaper then I thought but think I may go through with it now.
