@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

@btbusinesscare live chat? lol, after 30 mins slowly going through security: gupta has left the chat. no reason, no response, no hope arrrrrgghhhhhh. The most poor communications set up ever. Why not use UK call centers so people can understand things not written down on their scripts?

@bt_uk So the issue the engineer said was throughput. I was only getting 21-22mb when it should be 50mb + It seemed to temporarily work with a replacement router even though IT DID NOT when he tried first time. Clearly shows it’s not an internal issue. Something wrong with line/xchange?

@bt_uk hi bt, I’m trying to sign up to broadband with you. I was using a link from @MSE_Deals but your team have told me if I do use an external link to click through I won’t have the same support and service as if I buy direct? Is this correct?
