@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I have. Most every point in my house gives no bars of reception. It's upstairs, right by a window, and still very flaky. Took 90 mins to stream a 60 minute TV show on normal resolution last night as it kept dropping connection.

My parents and their fellow villagers have been without internet for a week now after the storms, repeatedly told untruths by @bt_uk about when they will be back on. Unacceptable and not conducive to good customer care.
