@RevMthrSamantha @bt_uk I didn't renew my broadband, then they shut the line. My new provider was then unable to install on the next day. The handler put it through as a cancellation, instead of non-renewal. A week later they charged me for restarting the line, which I never asked them to do!!

@bt_uk It’s been ongoing for a year now. The most unstable connection I’ve ever experienced; it’s unusable. Thanks for the message but I don’t have time to troubleshoot over & over. I’ll just continue to use my phone hotspot and look for new service.

@btsport good morning, today a reoccurring payment of £25 came out for my BT sports pass. I thought I had cancelled it but clearly not. It will not be used at all this month as was a complete mistake. Is there absolutely any chance of a refund if you cancel it today?

@bt_uk you literally ***** up every step of installing a bt box and aerial including messing around with “package” now you messed up the returns of your equipment. You sure could not arrange a piss up in a brewery. Hang your heads in shame. 💩

@bt_uk just had an awful customer experience with BT. I was disconnected on Day 1 after the Christmas break! Direct didn’t go through over Christmas and given no time to sort it out when banks opened. No notice given of cut off- no text,emails. No empathy at all here from BT.0/10

@bt_uk Great start to the year and my new job... With no Internet. This problem has been on going since August last year and it still isn't fixed. Not sure what I'm paying for anymore. If you're not on the (overly priced) BT Halo, @bt_uk doesn't want to know! 😔

@bt_uk I have had issues with my BT Smart hub for over a month now. We have had 4 engineers come out and the issue has not been fixed. I feel I have been provided an unsatisfactory service. How can this be rectified and if it can’t I’ll have to change providers.

@bt_uk once again, hotspot connection dying for 15 minutes randomly on an evening? care to explain why you disconnect me for doing **** all? including a money hungry support desk who took my money and gave me a voucher i already bought instead of refunding?
