@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk @BTGroup way of resolving a complaint. Phone before 0900 on Saturday and lunchtime Sunday. If you don’t answer they close your complaint without providing a written update - but email confirmation of your closed complaint. Rubbish customer service. Time to move to Sky

@bt_uk Aled, as someone who had always been a staunch supporter of BT I could not wait for the contract to end. The BB speed was nowhere near what was promised, alleged upgrade to fibre made no difference. Never ever again with BT!!!

@bt_uk Your tests say nothing wrong but internet suddenly gone down the toilet this afternoon. Speed tests showing 9mb. Reset hub and everything and no improvement. Is there a fault in s43?
