@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk over the last few days Sky Sports channels have been stuttery. Moments where the sound drops for a split second, then comes back. And at times the picture just goes briefly before coming back. Is this a known issue or is it my connection/hardware?

@bt_uk Done :( this is a really awful situation to be put in. If you are going to charge customers then proper tracked delivery should be provided, not basic second class postage.

@TalkTalk I spent a long time today online trying to cancel my fathers broadband only account. Referred to customer service - open until 8 pm. You’re shut. He pays @BT_uk for landline and has had the number for nearly 70years. He is 94. You say he must lose the number. Help
