    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    . @bt_uk are quite possibly the most incompetent company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with - a shambles at every single touch point - each opportunity to fix it and they mess it up again - if you are considering it: DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM - 🤡💩🐢🦥

    @bt_uk How am i supposed to connect my mobile device via an ethernet cable? What a rediculous comment Dee. Maybe BT need to provide a better and complete service given that a majority of home use is via a WiFi connection and provide better equipment than the crap that is a home hub!

    @bt_uk Yes, regularly. The speed may be ok on the basis of our service when you test but the main problem is it drops out completely
