Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why canโt you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if youโre getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls
