Stuart Cowper (@StuartCowper) reportedImpressed with @EE support last night & text based line check with @bt_uk which saw an @OpenreachHelp engineer here first thing to fix a line issue. Less impressed the fault is a result of neighbours ignoring a cable marker, digging it out, and then cutting said cable!

Kieran (@Kie_ran141) reported@bt_uk 48 hours for an outage which I get is 'standard'.. but you can't sort out somthing so I can tether my internet from my phone, and wont be charged if I go over the data ? Kinda mental 😑👎

Spoke to your guys twice today been give wrong number and a email that does not exist. Internet at my site is 3mb download and 0.1 upload. Fix it
