@SkyHelpTeam So instead of showing live football you choose to play reruns of yesterday’s football that wasn’t even live on the TV? Sorry that’s pretty poor, you could have easily chosen to broadcast any of those matches, you’ve decided not to though. @btsport would have done it!

@bt_uk we live remotely and suffer with very poor internet speeds (current provider is BT) - what products can you recommend, cheaper the better, to try and improve connectivity, even if only marginally?

@bt_uk Unable to install. He was shocked to hear he was the 4th engineer sent, and is bypassing BT completely to personally resolve this. Called BT; they recognize how absolutely terrible it’s been. I’m being compensated appropriately. Hopefully the install happens next week? We’ll see.
