@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk No, your online speed tester through the app is not working. I don’t need an app to tell me my speed is slow. Despite that I’m still in contract, I have today signed up with Virgin who my neighbour is with and is enjoying speeds of 374Mbps for the same price. So it’s a goodbye!

Seems like @bt_uk @BTCare still offering the lowest of the low customer service. For 6 hours we were told our broadband would be fixed at 9:24, then just before it jumps to 1pm tomorrow. No details, no nothing. Time to break up this dysfunctional monolith.

@EveryCountry @bt_uk BT are great. I received a cheque, a final demand & a bailiffs letter in one post. It was hilarious because I wasn't even a BT customer. I rang the bailiffs & asked if we could go to court ASAP. He wasn't keen to pursue it when I told why I was keen for an early court date!

This is a ******* shambles! Why ******** is there 3 woman in the studio tonight on BT Sport doing the analysis of the Chelsea game!? At least make them show some cleavage, what a ******* joke! I’m cancelling my @btsport subscription as i type this. Good riddance.
