    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    ...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

    @bt_uk a quick query - Joined BT in July, brand new phone number (never given out as never used) - Why do I keep getting strange phone calls, none of which are for me!

    @bt_uk Hello. I want to cancel my BT Sport contract until further notice on account of there being no live football for the foreseeable future. Cannot seem to be able to do this online, so please advise. Thank You.

    @bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

    @stuarthiggs Wonder how this will affect me . I pay V for big package of stuff that I never watch just to get btsport and Eurosport. Will they still have access to it as well? Or will this go ?

    @bt_uk The app and website are down. Im using ur Internet. That screen shot is from trying to log in and the app keeps reseting when u press log in

    No problem with @bt_uk for years, but unable to renew my contract since 14 Dec. Phone call after phone call promised but never materialise. Shocking level of customer service. @BTCare @MartinSLewis

    Well @bt_uk never fails to disappoint. Four days without a landline now. Engineer fails to show during today's 5 hour window, that I stayed in for. Even contacted to check her was coming. Seems like they don't care.

    @Daria_QT @bt_uk @BorisJohnson They're useless. Overcharged me on numerous occasions. I never quite have the energy to go through the pain of swapping companies though. I should have done years ago. This may swing the balence.
