Once I have picked up the phone, my day is already interrupted, I donβt want to then have to find a website to report it.

Trieah (@Trieah1) reported@bt_uk Spent an hour on the phone with BT yesterday. I was assured that I will get a call today to get an update from the supplier (openreach). Unless I'm getting a ring after 5pm, I doubt I'll hear back. WILL BT EVER, PLEASE, FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ACTIONS? Oh, I mean your actual service.
