@bt_uk I've tried speaking to two people on the chat now as I can never get through on the phone. Both have said there's no record of me closing the account so I'm being charged an insane termination fee AND my old housemates had to pay to be reconnected.

@bt_uk 100mb at the router...if you're connected directly to it with a single device via an ethernet cable. Mine is nowhere near that in practice and BT customer service unwilling to provide any further extenders or hold up their misleading money-back guarantee. Very unhappy customer.

@OpenreachHelp Its a simple case of mistakenly being cut off by you and can't put it back on!! No engineer! Your process with @bt_uk is broken. That's why this is annoying. Ludicrous SLA's to look at things, no responses to messages, its purely admin! Day 32 today of no service, thanks 👍

@bt_uk Lost internet access for much of today. A one hour phone call to BT revealed a phone mast near me was being repaired. Are you able to text customers IN ADVANCE to advise of loss of service ? It would save customers phoning your helpline with the same question !

@bt_uk @Portal_Queen You are so good at fobbing us off. I have to have two WiFi providers because your service is shocking. Your service is dreadful but you still make me pay it in full. I don’t have issues with my other provider. Amazing ‘init ‘🤔
