    @bt_uk I've tried speaking to two people on the chat now as I can never get through on the phone. Both have said there's no record of me closing the account so I'm being charged an insane termination fee AND my old housemates had to pay to be reconnected.

    @HelsS19 @bt_uk I hit them with both calls and emails, so they couldn't say they never heard from me. Also tell them that the case is not closed until you agree it is closed. They are good at "oh you didn't call so you must be ok now"

    Correct me if i'm wrong, but I swear Sky are downgrading the quality of their HD (i.e. non-UltraHD) channels. SkySportsF1 looks like garbage. If I watch a bog standard 1080p movie from a different source its crystal clear. Is this to push 4K? FWIW BTSport Ult looks phenomenal

    @HelsS19 @bt_uk Good luck! The trick is to make it very clear you are neither backing down nor walking away until they sort it and you expect to be compensated. They truly are awful at customer service, you need to keep demanding a supervisor until you get one who listens.

    @bt_uk been in a queue to speak to an advisor for about an hour and been cut off twice. Have an issue with by bt broadband hub. What is the usual waiting time to speak to someone?

    @bt_uk this is 3 months into my contract with you, & your customer service is shocking. Let’s not forget upon installation, which firstly got delayed, then wasn’t installed correctly and took weeks to get a working connection, to now this. What is it I’m actually paying for?

    @bt_uk Nothing they beeen pranking me, 16th nov then 12th December and people on phone were terrible locating this as well.

    @bt_uk Had an email to say that the fault affecting Broadband on my estate had been fixed - and it immediately went down again. As working from home urgently need to know what’s going on to make arrangements for tomorrow. Help!
