@bt_uk I've tried speaking to two people on the chat now as I can never get through on the phone. Both have said there's no record of me closing the account so I'm being charged an insane termination fee AND my old housemates had to pay to be reconnected.

@bt_uk I live at CM12(Billericay) and I and many neighbours have reported outages for our full fibre service. This needs to be treated as an area outage and engineer visits stop being offered. We had a 5 day outage commencing 25 March so this is rubbish service. Please help!

@bt_uk is there a known issue with streaming iplayer on smart TVs? Been unable to play any shows for the last couple of days on TV but it works fine on other devices. Done resets and no software updates available so appears to be broadband related.

@bt_uk #HELP! URGENT!!! I Experienced atrocious service on phone at 1735 today with billing not able to cope with billing Qs stating I need value team. Cut me off then another billing person refusing to put me through to value when I had to go through whole process twice.
