Both original games and replays for Wolves v Man Utd and Middlesbrough v Spurs get televised. Tranmere go from 3-0 down to 3-3 at Premier League Watford, and yet their home replay doesn't get shown. Year on year on year @BBCSport and @btsport should be ashamed of themselves.

@bt_uk We called customer services and told you men turned up and left. Now we have to wait another week for your men to turn up and install a new fibre cable because your last men ruined the cable. Then we have wait another 2 weeks for installation. This is NOT on.

Absolutely disgusted by @bt_uk! We're leaving Sky, and BT want £70 to reconnect our phone and we have to wait two weeks for the privilege! What a rip off!! Will be ditching them as soon as possible. Customer care is non-existent

@btbusinesscare just spent 45 minutes trying to get someone to understand what a Hybrid Connect unit is and how it doesn't work. Eventually said they would send a replacement - email says they are sending a 4G assure kit! No one knows what the Hybrid Connect is.

@bt_uk can you please help. Trying to get mums landline sorted. Bereavement team very helpful but despite promising to restore line by 12/4 it’s not happened. She has dementia. Desperately needs her original phone number back. Have called BT numerous times with no joy

@bt_uk Hi BT do you have an Indian call centre working with you monitoring illegal activity on domestic internet? I’ve just taken a call stating just that and asking me to download an app to enable quick support!!
