@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Idea! BT allow people to cancel their services now by simply quoting the names of these players. No charges, no ‘penalty’ clauses etc. Will you put morals before money?

@bt_uk I said on the night that Southgate bringing two of them on in the last few seconds was crazy the poor lads had not even warmed up and were not battle hardened, and then to have a 19 year old without experience of that kind of pressure, Southgate made a tactical mistake.

@bt_uk Turn it in will ya? I woke yesterday morning thinking I had a terrible nightmare that Italy beat us at Wembley and won the European championship! It wasn’t a dream! Don’t forget Italy had pensioners in defence! I bet the Italian players was pissing themselves laughing at us!
