@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk I just want to add that you are a joke been at my new house for over 2 and half years and you still are having problems getting my Wifi. To add salt to the wound you have had two engineer’s appointments cancelled in the last two weeks!! No one seems to have a clue!

Any of you Twitter folk recommend a #broadband provider? Currently with @bt_uk and paying £75/mo for 900mbps FTTP/VoIP. No problem with the service or hardware coverage. Don't care if I don't have a phone with it, but looking to cut the cost.

@IAmCodeNinja @bt_uk £62 pm for Virgin Media 1GB - although they're doing an offer for much less at the moment. Little to no issues - had FTTP at my last house, this one has copper - and it doesn't seem to make much difference. Or the other fibre providers - CityFibre et al if avail.
