    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk got a question. Why is it when I try to switch from the Halo service to Fibre 2 (currently priced £29.99 it tells me I'll be tied to a 24m £58.99 contract? I'm already paying £45 a month for Halo & never getting more than 24mbs, so why pay more????

    Leaving @VodafoneUK after only 4 days of broadband activation. Been on the phone to them for more than 4 hours trying to resolve simple issues. Still not resolved. Looking for an active line takeover...Any decent offers @bt_uk or @EE?

    @EvLenz @bt_uk Where are you in the UK? I'm trying to convince @bt_uk this is a NATIONAL issue. Not one turning my router off and on again will fix. Do a little research, seems half the UK is off.

    @bt_uk Possibly refund me the £700 that was taken that would be a start! Due to the lack of customer service I will be cancelling all my contracts with @bt_uk and using a different supplier which are there to help the customer not just see them as a cash flow.

    @bt_uk I’m not sure who at your company is responsible for marketing but offering me a “Black Friday” deal for the same service I already have with you only at a HIGHER cost is not encouraging me to stick with you going forward
