@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@btsport Paying put loads just to watch MotoGP. Get home after a 12 hour shift to watch practice catch-up on the app. Find out catch-up is only for races. What the hell? Will practice and quali be added to catch-up or should I just cancel my subscription now??

@bt_uk My wifi been **** for the past 5 days been trying to contact you guys and nothing is there any explanation of why the wifi running so slow and can't even have a proper Facetime Post code E2 in london in case if that helps

@bt_uk shocking, utterly appalling customer service. Tried to sort a home move, spent 4 hours on phone trying to sort their mess, moved in today and no phone or broadband. Please sort this or I will cancel my subscription

@bt_uk Your broadband is so unreliable i have to pay for 2 BT lines + an emergency 200gb 4g router to make sure i can keep my business going.
