@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@ImLabss @StumpyGoblin @bt_uk yeah, this is why I don't have bt anymore, had them for about 5 years and switched last year cause the amount of outages and just overall bad service I received wasn't worth staying with them.

@FA @EE @btsport It so laughable that you don't support VI football in England - VI football is more the FA tick to say they have done something

@bt_uk Still no internet and not once have I been contacted with an update even though I’ve been promised twice, 12th May it went down this is beyond a joke!!! Bt communication is worse than the service itself!

  • chris_armin Chris Armin (@chris_armin) reported

@JBDT60 @AndyCas01591466 @bt_uk Is there not an app that comes with the router that allows you to prioritise the order of your Wifi connections? I’ve just upgraded to the TalkTalk version of Future fibre and the Eero router lets you pick where the wifi signal goes to in order of preference.
