@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk I’m having problems with my Wifi this am - I have a BT halo, it keeps trying to reconnect - but then goes purple again. Any tips? I’m a teacher trying to work from home and doing live lessons - so stress levels are high!!

@bt_uk Upgraded my account last week and no new router been delivered, when I spoke to customer services told to track order on line, says complete but nothing received, transferred to someone else but still no luck. Not good is it?

@bt_uk hi team, I recently contacted you about FTTP I was having installed. I now have a purple flashing light, I've rebooted twice,, hard reset too nothing resolving. I'm an employee this is a trial line so cannot contact front line. Can you help
