@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk thanks for forcing digital voice on us. Had nothing but trouble with it. Think our only option is to unplug the landline and live without our daily spam line. You’ve probably done us a favour

@JoshEIngersoll Lol in UK its 67 apart from @virginmedia who have up to 10x that @bt_uk holding people hostage with terrible Internet while the world has twice as much for their minimum mbps Should be ashamed really but thieves have no shame And they asking for a deposit on top of setup fee
