@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@BTCare Finally been fixed. Didn't see your reply as no internet. Do we get compensation for lack of internet, poor customer service (from some of your employees)& the fact I had to travel to office in order to work?

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk Take the former justice minister in Scotland. A man so fragile he decided to make and eventually pass a hate crime bill carrying a 7 year sentence for saying mean words at your own dinner table over some mean tweets. He's broken his own law many times but he never gets punished.

@bt_uk Every frustrating phone call ends with BT claiming that they'll sort it, yet you don't. My mother has Parkinson's and other health issues, she doesn't need this continuous nonsense.

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk A lot of them never grew up. They had all of the tools required to block out any negative opinions, be they valid criticisms or personal insults. They never thickened their skins or changed their minds. How many times have you seen Marxism or communism trending?

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk The issue is the way they interact with online culture. If they never have to experience anything outside of their comfort zone, they never will. Because fundamentally, they are kids and have a psychological need to feel comfort. Without mum and dad online, they turn to filters.

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk I think capitalism is the best system we, as humans have developed. It isn't without fault but its far easier to fix the faults of capitalism than any other ideology. I'm open to change. I just don't want it to undermine the values of our culture.

@bt_uk The only warning I got on my EPG was that they had closed. I got zero other notification. What has "frequently" got to do with the issue? What are you doing about reducing monthly fees for removing 2 major channels?
