@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@Rmincher @bt_uk @TSScot They're not wrong mind, some Apple products have a bug which interferes with WiFi signals. Are you using bluetooth? That can make the issue worse.

@bt_uk After changing from Virgin to BT and being told they'd deal with the transfer of service.. we've been charged by both companies this month ,and very little help from either to resolve.. And calling is a joke, phone AWAYS busy

@bt_uk Hi, thanks. We've fully moved to the new place, but, unfortunately, the electricity has given up the ghost already. We're trying to get that fixed. I will need to charge my mobile at work. Am using be wi-fi with broadband login when it's available. Will be using the WiFi at 1/2
