@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@nivelan @bt_uk We’ve had a bad experience with them. They “slammed” our phone line, in essence they stole the line from Orange after a marketing call and it took us 2 months to get working internet in the property again. Thank you for the reply though.

@AgiBergman @bt_uk Oh wow that's awful. I'm with them currently but swapping to Vodafone soon as they offer fibre to the premises the cheapest. No experience with Vodafone yet though.

@AgiBergman @bt_uk Zen are good but very expensive. I'd recommend TalkTalk. They've just opened a new call centre in Salford too, where they're headquartered. Plusnet are part of the BT Group so I'd treat that with a pinch of salt. Maybe CityFibre have connected your new home to Fibre?
