    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk broadband has gone down. Done all the checks. Reported to BT. The BT bot says there's a problem. Now they're sending an engineer next Monday. So bad

    @bt_uk Yeah other series recordings fine and it comes up as the recording of that singular episode. It's been an issue before the refreshed look as I tried to set a series record last week and it didn't take.

    @bt_uk @BTGroup Day 18 without Internet - BT have now supplied us with a 4g hub which they initially said they dont do. The hub is useless considering I live in an apartment with concrete floors so 4g signal is rare. The hub cuts out every 30 minutes on the dot which is great!

    If the idea of fleecing long standing customers in favour of new customer enticements, as now applied in the insurance world, is extended to telecoms then @bt_uk will need to review its entire business model
