    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    It’s still bizarre and confusing how a @virginmedia representative said that there was a high chance they would be available in my area in 6 months…..and it’s been 7 YEARS!!!!. Would have been a loyal customer since 2007 if they were here. Well at leadt there’s @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Lights cycle through all 3 colours. Takes a minute to fix. Tried to call but got a text message and the phone put down. The text messages say there's no issue with the internet/line

    @bt_uk So both me and my partner are expected to just tell our bosses that? understand that there are complexities but paying for a service that isn't available through no fault of your own isn't acceptable. If we don't work we don't earn money. Times are hard. this needs to be resolved

    @LatenMorris1 @nathjnzy @bt_uk Virgin Media are just as bad, let’s face it, they’re all ******* companies who just care about grabbing money off people who know almost nothing/little about the internet, always Sundays and most Mondays we have problems

    @bt_uk Have also swapped out various ethernet cables and sockets to see if that was the problem but it's not that either...

    @bt_uk I have to say, spoke to someone yesterday, he chased openreach, explained incorrect order had been placed and that was with a team to fix. Said likely to be Monday to be fixed but was sorted this morning. Great work.
