    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk @TheSnakeDocTV Might want to help this guy sort his problem genuinely, its been YEARS and you guys do nothing. Hes tried everything, I want to stop hearing him complain about his internet for a change

    @bt_uk Engineer supposed to be out on 31st to fit new router into house. No show. Then meant to send another out today and again no show. This is the second time BT have messed us around trying to set up broadband. Your customer service is closed for the night.

    @bt_uk meant to be fast and reliable internet, having such bad internet connection even after the technician came out and said he’s “fixed it”

    @OpenreachHelp shock, end of day 3 and still no call flow - still connected to BT which was CANCELLED yesterday. Should have been live with call flow on Wednesday. This is an open reach issue but you won’t do F all to sort it. Shocking service. @bt_uk @CallFlowS

    @bt_uk Thanks I’ve done all that and ended up with a succession of engineers sorting it. The service has been very unstable.

    @bt_uk you told us that there are network issues being resolved that shouldnt take longer than 24 hours....on website it says no problems at all! We haven't had internet in 2 days.I am spending a fortune on data. NW1 area...do you think you can give info on this asap!

    Anyone would think that @btsport don’t want customers! I’m trying to work out how to switch from an app only contract that I can cancel with 30d notice to an annual one on sky tv box and there isn’t an option or even an online chat help. So off putting.
