    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    Absolutely **** knowing you’re broadband is nothing short of disastrous because that’s the service @virginmedia provide these days but all the other network providers including @bt_uk can’t even provide quarter of the speed that they can. The U.K. needs to up their broadband game

    @bt_uk WiFi isn't the problem it's the archaic @bt_uk infrastructure that means video calls are like this.

    @bt_uk I've been waiting over half an hour to be put through to speak with someone about a billing query and charges which were made but I wasn't told of, and a service which I'm paying for but can't use. Any chance of a call back?

    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    @bt_uk I’m trying to clear my balance on an old account, as I’ve just completed an IVA.I’ve been trying to clear this since august 2020. Can you please help?It still shows as BT on my credit file, therefore still sits with you.Please help as it’s becoming a huge waste of my time!
