  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk Hi, I lost my broadband connection 1hr ago. Tried rebooting the smart hub but it didn't help. Calling the hotline doesn't help either because it's outside working hours. Any help? Location is GU2 7XE.

  @bt_uk @btsport Really got to love BT you cancel their broadband only but they cancel all packages on the account so you call to see the problem and get sport back but the won’t help with the cost of sport in anyway even though they cancelled my package that was set priced!

  @bt_uk customer service sucks I cancelled my broadband only but you called everything I had now I have to re order bt sport at double the cost because your sales team won’t help in anyway what kind of business is this every other company manages to help new customers or existing!

  @bt_uk thanks but the bot replies are useless. I don't use a "hub" and know how to set up my network. it's almost like I'm been caped at 15mbps?
