    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk why does my router constantly boot my printer and ring cameras off the network, there is something wrong with this router, it never used to, I contacted support they did something but its back the same, I shouldn't have to reboot the router twice a week

    Between BT and OpenReach we are coming up to 2 months waiting for our Internet line. Poor communication between the two of them and we are left in no man's land listening to promise after promise. @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk 🙄
