@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Hey @bt_uk sort ya ******* internet out having it drop out 2 nights in a row now at 11:30 then comming and going intermittently for an hour or so is driving me nuts, Fix it or I'm going to go with @Virgin getting really pissed off with it.

@bt_uk what an absolute disgrace your company is. My grandad is deaf, he has written a complaint and you want to try and ring him to discuss it when he has clearly stated he is deaf. Tried to discuss it on an online chat with a 'manager' and he cut me off!

@bt_uk The fault reporting & tracking section of your website is truly appalling. I have a fault ref for MIL's landline fault but there's nowhere on the website that will let me track progress, I can only report faults. So can't get an update on an elderly lady's phone problem!

@bt_uk I've never actually seen it happen, I just lose Internet connection just after midnight every day, usually between 12.03am-12.11am, like clockwork... I shall look out for it tonight though

@bt_uk Your engineers can’t fix the junction box outside my house without leaving a mess of cut wires - not exactly great for the environment. Sort your own house out first

not be a ego but I’m good at Halo/CS/Val I can’t enjoy and compete to my fullest with this **** been going on for too long I want to end up in the high end comp scene but nope ain’t happening any time soon with this reoccurring bullshit from @BT_UK
