    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @reelbigdawson @bt_uk I've noticed this phenomenon too - companies should take note - if your social media team can sort out stuff then empower your actual call centres to because all it does it make people increasingly turn to social media to sort out problems, exactly won't you don't want!

    @bt_uk ordered broadband on the 29th Dec. Still no broadband. Ridiculous and no one can help. 5 orders done and canceled.
