@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk I’ve just got through after almost 1.5 hours, to be told that I’ve called the wrong number! This colleague was rude & dismissive. I’m now talking to a more helpful colleague, but the situation is not resolved! I’m raising a formal complaint! What a joke!

@bt_uk Not only was I not contacted again by anyone, but not surprisingly the issue was not fixed. Sort of makes a mockery of being a "valued customer" as I was told at the time. I have a ticket number. How do I get an update on where the solution is? 2/2

@bt_uk seriously!! Been trying. to get through to the broadband cancellation line since 8.00am this morning, keeps telling me to call back tommorow!! I’m sure il get the same message tommorow. just want to cancel !!!

@bt_uk Ive spent 70 minutes on the phone regarding my 84 year old mothers landline! Got through eventually & then the unhelpful guy I spoke to couldn’t help so cut me off!!! Shocking customer service
