    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk is there a reason your engineers keep cancelling and I’ve been waiting since LAST YEAR to be reconnected to BT so I can get Sky broadband? Disgusting way to treat my 73 year old Dad! @skytv no wonder more people are turning to Virgin.

    @bt_uk Both fibre to home is due to be connected tomorrow (4th attempt) but existing broadband is down at moment like all the other people on our road

    @bt_uk Hi, there was /is no hazard to completing in the install. If this is how your treat new customers then I don’t want your broadband service please arrange collection of your equipment ASAP

    @bt_uk My speeds dropped, got a message from BT asking when it was convenient for them to send a engineer round to fix it, fixed next day, brilliant service

    @bt_uk Just spoke to them, gotta wait for an engineer to come tomorrow, should have been sorted with the 2 weeks before activation, then you've sent me a bill for this month, a bill for a service I'm not receiving

    If you’re thinking of buying a broadband service, my advice, stick to @BTCare they are the best. Avoid @virginmedia at all cost. They will steal money you and not give you a service in return. You have been warned. #homeschooling #EducationDay #internetshutdown  @MailOnline
