@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@matthewrayner @bt_uk Nightmare mate. I can live with a problem on the line & a week without internet - it's not ideal but I understand it could happen. It's completely unacceptable to sit in the house with life & work on hold for an engineer who doesn't show & doesn't even bother to contact you.

@btsport ha ha BT ... they know that they would of never been in the frame for the rights anyway the clubs themselves need to create their own broadcast company & not rely on the comms dinosaur aka BT

So: @SkySports nail themselves to a mast on not taking #SuperLeague rights. @btsport issue a statement not good but not categorically no. The complete silence from @primevideosport is speaking volumes right now..... #NoToSuperLeague #FootballisFortheFans
