    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk What I want is a reliable service i.e. so I don't have to call up every week or two to fix the internet. Who knows when the internet will drop again. It's totally unreliable.

    Have been downloading MW2 all day and still have 4 hours to go... my @bt_uk internet is so slow I'm using my mini mobile wifi router.... I think it's time for a change....

    @bt_uk Yeah right, you keep promising me these call backs and they never happen, why should I believe you now? You're not even keeping to your complaints procedure, this is going to look good when this inevitably goes to the ombudsman.

    @bt_uk I'm moving in with my girlfriend who's in contract with her own broadband provider. So unless you can somehow provide me with mine then the contract should be voided from both parties. It's not my fault if you are unable to provide me a service

    @bt_uk Hang your head in shame. You’re refunding us money from an account that was cancelled from which you continued taking money. You sent a cheque that bounced!!! Never apologised or said why? Now waiting forever for a bank transfer!

    @bt_uk Still no service. What's the problem? I work from home. This is a major problem.
