    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk here's a question - We want to leave BT - almost 2 weeks without internet and still no fix date from you. But we just got an email saying BT will charge us £400 to leave early. Please advise why we can't leave if you are unable to provide the agreed service.

    @bt_uk So 5 days in and no service and line not fixed. Latest update is the 11th Nov. No Wi-Fi or landline for a minimum of 14 days.

    Are you ******* kidding me. I moved to @bt_uk less than a month ago to get an ay from the constant outages from virgin media but they've been even worse. 4 broadband outages tonight alone. One month into a 24 month contract this **** is unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Issue was all with BT not EE, it take 90mins to transfer two numbers from BT to EE

    @bt_uk please do me urgently. I have reported a landline and it has a fault. My uncle is 102 nearing the end and his carer relies on the landline for emergency calls, gp etc, 4 days May be too late URGENT

    @Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp The provider has updated me 8 weeks running with a simple no news response. No updates as to where in the process we are. I have zero faith left in the service @bt_uk provides and doubt the paperwork for clearance through cadence was ever filled out.
