@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk hi we have no internet in NW2 in London. Just got a persistent yellow light on the router. Reset twice, rebooted etc. Do you know what the problem is? And when it may be fixed?
