@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk internet down again. Less than a week from last time it went down. DN3 3SZ. #openreach outside neighbours so wonder if this is part of a bigger issue here. Rebooted router twice and still get steady Orange light. No issues shown on check line page. 😫

So for 4 days she's had no phone or internet. And it's only by chance that we were down this weekend. Credit where due, @bt_uk engineer (Dan) came out within 12hrs and has gotten it fixed, he explained what happened. But it shouldn't have. Complaint going in.

@btsport i payed £25 to watch Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder 3, the stream didnt work, i didnt get to watch 1 second of the fight. i called customer services to get a refund but they said my email was wrong,its the same email i always use to book PPV.

@bt_uk been on hold over 20 minutes no answer. Moved home but engineer didn’t do anything. Now I’m paying for BT without any service. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Someone please contact me and rectify what was supposed to be done and what I paid for!
