@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@keithgreenoak @bt_uk Somewhere out there I imagine there is an ISP you can safely sign up to and obtain a guaranteed service without slowly going nuts! I have suffered this condition for approx.15 years and observed no improvement recently. Too bad sucker!

@bt_uk If only a) BT Broadband worked (still waiting for switch on after 4 weeks) or b) the EE network were gd enough to work in its absence! I've hd no network in that time, I've hd to MOVE OUT OF MY NEW HOME to be able to work. I will settle for anyone else! On way to @Ofcom #BROKEN

Dad now has an email saying he will lose his email address and could he return his repeater box otherwise he will be charged £20! @bt_uk is this how you treat pensioners ? Still no landline @Ofcom you need to be onto this !
