    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @Rodders__73 @bt_uk There can be some delay for the number to be ported over from the PSTN and onto digital voice. I would check again tomorrow morning. Also assuming the digital voice service isn't using a temp number. @bt_uk can check the status though of the digital voice order.

    @bt_uk Says there's not but speed is shocking. I've a 5g hub you sent out that you want back. You've turned it off I'll keep it and could you turn it on please. Obviously there's an issue here.

    @bt_uk Normal adverts etc are ok, live picture is very low quality. Moving quality picture is poor.

    @bt_uk Rob, thank you for your message, I have paid the money now and returned the router. My point was the failure to help pensioners when financial circumstances arise. Now left with a £342 debt to repay.

    @BTCare can't get through to your faults team without having to go through this stupid diagnostic bot. I was waiting on a call as per the bot reply but instead I got a voicemail notice. My phone didn't even ring. Are your team's just phoning the voicemail numbers now or what?

    @bt_uk Currently BT owe my husband and I over £100 for service charges not received. 3 letters sent to customer service complaints department. Still not resolved! Trying this as a last resort.
