@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTCare highly disappointed that I was promised a call back within 24 hours to sort my broadband and phone line but nothing... however quick to send a invoice for my monthly bill.... very poor by BT

@bt_uk I have been on the phone for three hours today , with none of your phone advisers being able to help in any way. I was hung up on once and promised a call back within half an hour which which has not materialised.

@bt_uk And then it says you won’t renew since I am landline only. Used to be broadband also but bt infrastructure so poor outages too long and frequent. 30 plus years as customer and bt won’t renew line saver. Not happy

@bt_uk Further issues and still unresolved! I’m so over this! BT’s service has been terrible. National disgrace. My parents-in-law are in their mid 80’s, you cannot fob them off on self help tech.

@bt_uk you need to give your 'customer service' people a proper training as they are not able to provide answers and keep transferring around to different departments and eventually hang up!

@Baggiepr @bt_uk Been on the phone all morning with BT - having the exact same problem, main light white and bars stay blue. Were told this would give us connectivity while we waited for our main line to be installed.
