@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

Very rare for me to vent on here - but - OMG - HOW BAD ARE @richardbranson and @virginmedia AT PROVIDING A SERVICE. Switched to them, and it's been one disaster after another. I'm now left without connectivity after weeks of inaction. I SHOULDN'T HAVE MOVED FROM @bt_uk #EpicFail

@bt_uk Unbelievable! This is the SIXTH time your contractor has been booked & not turned up with no explanation & it seems no one at BT is able to hold them accountable! Is there no service level agreement? Does no one at BT oversee the contract? Absolutely diabolical service!

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It would help if you actually answered. I waited an hour! You should be ashamed! An old woman has been locked up in a residential since March, no physical contact with her family since March, and now no verbal contact for a week. Phones are an essential service, especially now!

@bt_uk More problems. #fibre #broadband had gone down. Smart hub reset isn't working. Less than 2 months in rarely get the minimum 100mbps as advertised.

@bt_uk Correct. And when I scroll down on MyBT I have no visible offers and have never had any visible offers any time I've logged in. I presume this to be normal because it will only display MyOffers when there are offers available.

@bt_uk I would challenge this as a BT customer we have had nothing but problem and a variety of excuses for these problems. Basically every excuse you can think of except the fact they are capping speeds constantly. From the day of purchase had a steady speed of 58mb but these days 25mb
