    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk Yes we need help. Poor handling of customer service is giving lot of stress. Twice order was cancelled with no intimation. The mini hub sent us not working and we are not getting proper help and we are wasting 2 hours per day in customer service call with no solution. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk They screwed my change of address with no intimation twice and left me without internet now though I placed the request well in advance. This is creating lot of stress as it is a problem to do my work which requires internet.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk to many issues to list from our bt install which started back in September and only just completed in March/April. Soooo many missed appointments. Unbelievable bad workmanship including leaving cable run across door mat which we were told was normal practice. 1/2
