@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk My contract ends mid January. I've called your hot line to get a 12 months renewal but you can only offer 24 months. you obviously dont want to retain customer so I'm going to go to @SkyUK!

@bt_uk @BHAFC_smithy I'm also having the same issue since 12pm. Seems related to BT not being able to route traffic to Amazon web services. Sites not working on BT fibre are working find via mobile data
