@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk The fibre cabinet has a limited quantity of connections, pretty sure that would be maxed out a fair time ago. Fail to explain why my remaining 9 months is substantially higher than if I added TV to the service. Lets be honest it won't go down if I add the service End of contract

@bt_uk my 95 year old mother has been left with no phone for 5 WEEKS. Forced by BT to go digital but engineers and @openreach unable to solve this. She lives alone and her fall alarm is inoperable until this is fixed. We try every day to get an answer with none given. HELP!

@bt_uk, #bt_uk, Why are there no subtitles on now tv through the your view settop boxes. We expect a service and clearly you cannot provide it. For people deaf, this is big problem. I will be contacting my affiliates at the deaf and blind organizations to go directly to sky...

@Ofcom Submitted, I honestly couldn't fit all that has happened into 1500 words, it's that bad. Did a synopsis instead, it should be enough to raise eyebrows about how @bt_uk & @BTSopenreach treat disabled customers. Especially considering they have vulnerable people policies.

@bt_uk Hey, so a week ago I went on vacation, average ping on most applications was always roughly 15-20ms. Come back to 50+ ping, packet loss and DNS errors and tried different DNS servers, factory reboot, restarts etc. Running out of fixes, any help would be appreciated.
