@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@BTCare @bt_uk hello, hope you can help please? After a 95 minute phone call on Saturday your advisor assured me my problems would be solved by an engineer tomorrow. I’ve had no email or text to confirm this. Please advise.

@bt_uk 4 times..and that was today. I have a contemporaneous schedule of events. I'm not if this is a deliberate tactic to wear people down to give up. Unfortunately..I won't give up. Enough is enough.

@bt_uk My address was delisted — something that happened before we bought our flat — so we don't qualify for the 'fibre to the cabinet' that is just down the road. How many other people are in the same position?

So @bt_uk let me get this straight..... I report a fault where you said it was an admin error and would be fixed within 24 hours. 48 hours later, no fix so cancelled service by giving 30 days notice and you then can't be bothered to fix the issue, but expect me to pay for it!!!

@bt_uk We have no problem with Royal Mail, and we are on all non-BT databases as far as we know. Only BT refuse to list us. This may be because previous owners did not want to be forced to use outdated BT land line telephones. I can give you my address by DM.
