Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

I have waited for 05 hours today just for your agent to say the appointment has been rescheduled to 03 May AM slot. I need this to be escalated immediately

Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
