    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @cjg2405 @btsport Have you enabled former BT Broadband users to buy the monthly pass yet? Currently they can’t. Ring the call centre? ‘It’s a digital product, we don’t support it’. Disgraceful attempt to force cricket fans into an annual contract. @ofcom are looped in - yet you do nothing. Why?

    I was looking forward to the #Ashes2021 until I found out that @btsport have it. They can't do telecommunications let alone sport. And now I have to cancel my @SkySports sub. I'm running out of sports to watch.

    @btsport The information bar at the bottom of the screen for the cricket is horrible. It’s really distracting.
