@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk ...Every time I call I have to hold for hours and re explain the problems to a new person. An average phone call is 2 hours and I have made hundreds of them. I have also let countless open reach technicians in to my house during a pandemic. This isn't good enough...

@bt_uk To clarify - it's not my connection to the router that is dropping out but the connection from the router (BT Smart Hub) & the BT network (VDSL). I get the pretty flashing pink, $ purple light show :) It is normally rock solid but it's dropped out at least 3 times in last week :(

@WeAreOpenreach Well that's lovely. But you know what would be even lovelier? If @Openreach would fix the bloody fibre connection outside my house so I can FINALLY get my Internet connection from @bt_uk. I signed-up for the service six months ago. SIX MONTHS. 😡

@bt_uk we have had an ongoing issues with our Broadband for 2 months! Engineer visits weekly, tickets closed with absolutely zero resolution or compensation. Only one person working who cannot even join a video call - customer service great everything else absolutely pathetic!

New customer @bt_uk had broadband fitted no problem, phone was supposed to be sorted day after, but had problems. When rung customer service got very rude woman telling me I was wrong. Think they need to give lessons in manners there. Very tempted to go back to old supplier
