@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Another company that are awful at dealing with deceased accounts, @bt_uk Closed account 3 days after being informed & are charging £0.76 when it should actually be in credit. The website address on the letter doesn't take payments, only has general info. All this, for 76p 😔

@bt_uk Her line was completely fine until you cut her line off when you were trying to sort out her neighbours, instead of number 5, you did 15. I’m just appalled at the lack of help really. My mothers spoken to now tv and they’ve been a Great help.

@btbusinesscare Sadly nothing in there about speeding up my installation thats been order order for 92 days with no sign of completion-BT need to have a serious conversation with Openreach about if they even recognise service levels, let alone work to them 🤡Case Reference: IMP-107511522
