  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  @blnode @bt_uk @huaweiuk are you aware a LOT of Huawei mobiles currently cannot connect to the internet? Is there a server / IT issue??

  @blnode @bt_uk Same here. Huawei phone says no Internet connection. Have run all diagnostics through BT and they say no issues.

  @bt_uk my router is blue but the devices connected have an exclamation mark next to the wifi signal on my phone but my tvs are working? Whats going on #internet #broken #internetblackout
