    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @ThatboyTierney @BTSportBoxing @btsport its a basic human function, but you're clearly a horrible example of a human so have fun trying to make people feel **** about themselves so you feel better, remember to look both ways when crossing the road because it would be a terrible shame if a car were to hit you

    @DyerThomas @bt_uk I have BT and runs at 1mb/s despite having business broadband they never seem to want to help me.

    @bt_uk why is the broadband always going out? There’s always issues here and especially through lockdown when we’ve been stuck at home and we can’t use the WiFi it’s very annoying. The neighbours using sky WiFi have been absolutely fine the entire time what is wrong with BT??

    @BTSportBoxing @btsport Uninspiring really and what was the wailing every 10 seconds in the background for each bout. That background fake sound was horrendous. Poor production

    @bt_uk every time I try to look at BT deals I get "Hi Joel. Sorry, but at the moment we can only show personalised deals for customers who already have broadband with us." I am logged in with my active customer account, this is very annoying :/

    @bt_uk I've paid for BT wifi access. and it wont let me login. i havent changed my password. But it keeps saying entered incorrectly
