    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk Because i have moved home and the visit i had for the 9th for an engineer was cancelled because i wanted to change the time from a morning visit to the afternoon. I have since had poor service and the mini hub is not allowing to watch a 5 minute video without disconnecting.

    @bt_uk It’s bull shi#t Wi-fi been a nightmare and I stopped service with BT in December they turned it off end of January and the sent me a bill for termination of £250.00 and the telephone still works. Such incompetence

    @bt_uk Then they said I can reconnect the service and it will be cheaper then the termination fee.

    @bt_uk Open Reach is a BT company BT gets given taxpayer money to roll out internet BT raises it's prices year-on-year This is why the private sector sucks, your company is a perfect cosm of why capitalism sucks
