    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @Lenderz @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I emailed Steve jobs to get a MacBook replaced once. If in doubt, become Karen (I was actually fairly reasonable - we guessed what the issue was, it just took a slight deviation from the standard processes to fix. Though I get why, still a pain to get them to shift)

    @bt_uk Friends. yes more than one. Had to get rid of it and go back to SKY as you are no good. Relying on your Mobile network, yup you own EE, You failed in every sense.

    @bt_uk No longer a BT customer (despite husband working for BT for over 40yrs!) but we know it’s not our equipment it’s a local fault. 3rd time the village (PE7)has been without internet coverage for an extended period in the last few eeeks

    @bt_uk Why settle for anyone else? Hmmmm let me think - you took £85.00 from my account in error and three times you’ve said it’s on its way back yet it’s not. Ombudsman complaint submitted
