    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk So why was I even offered the option of delivery to another address by BT? Along with £15 credit on our account for the inconvenience? And there's really nothing you can do? Will be calling to cancel my service tomorrow in that case.

    @bt_uk hi still having issues with internet dropping out. Sent text to arrange engineer to try and fix it but have still heard nothing back in regards to dates

    @bt_uk today was the 5th time an appointment to install broadband was broken. No show despite promises on the days that an engineer was in the way. I am without words as to the incompetence and unprofessionalism. New business start unable to operate...appalling.

    @bt_uk seems half our village across all internet providers have no internet, yet you’re saying there are no issues your end. With so many people relying on access over the next few days, very poor response from BT

    @bt_uk Every morning at 9am my landline phone rings & I get a message through the BT text message service. It is from Amazon with deal of the day Amazon say they don’t have a landline number on my account so can’t stop it.

    Half village broadband is down and yet @BT_uk insist on individual house checks. Won’t refer it as a network issue

    @bt_uk A reply from a Local openreach engineer. Looks like a dslam card has gone down and will affect most people on fttc broadband from all providers. I'll get on the case at 0800 and see whats going on

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. A friends 86 year father, who will be alone at Christmas, has a faulty bt tv box. Told today his problem is not essential and will not be repaired until the end of the month, even though there are engineers in his area tomorrow.

    @bt_uk are you phone lines down in my area, we use sky broadband but run off of your lines and our phone is down? We have had not Internet for 18 or so hours??
