Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Seems #BT is profiting- w no free customer help number- hours spent trying to get someone to sort a problem that they caused.

I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .
