    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    Terrible that @Eurosport are only showing speedway tomorrow on the Eurosport player and not on Eurosport channels. Why should we have to go online or pay extra when meant to be on Eurosport channel. Shame @btsport or @SkySportsNews didn’t still have it

    @bt_uk Can you stop dropping my wifi link from the box in hallway to my phone when i go feet away into the kitchen and or dining room.... As for our garden, its just as bad.....

    @bt_uk So in other words you don't know... And can't be bothered to investigate so ya palm it if into your customers to research when it is bt's job to know as you provide us a service.. That's just unprofessional and lazy... Very discusting behaviour
