    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk It was you that provided a new stop and start order. I had a working line with Vodafone until 18 Jan which is when you were supposed to pick it up. You couldn't figure out what the problem was which us why - after failing to do this on 18, 20 and 22 you eventually issued 1/2

    @bt_uk It was constantly dropping out, way to late now anyway, when I was getting nowhere with you, I have ordered a new fibre service. Hugely disappointed at being lied to regards extending my service.

    @bt_uk does any1 at bt no what they are doin. I am fed up with the bs💩, I left u over the joke of openreach engineers never fixin it properly. Now u are bombarding me with email saying I not sent equipment bac. Yet I hav post office receipt also. Bt email confirm it received it

    @mark_beattie_ @bt_uk Got a 4G hub sent out - couldn’t use it due to bad signal at our house, then got told that the engineer should have came into the house to install fibre and shouldn’t have left us. In fairness, BT got it installed and gave us a good bit of credit on account - but I still had to

    @bt_uk I am on Virgin media and it won't let me send at all to be honest. I think I have managed to log a fault although they don't seem to be able to repair until the 9th. Terrible isn't especially as they've just "upgraded" an 80 year old to fibre broadband! I'm so disappointing...
