    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk so can we explain why the speed measured is below... where is the loss. telling me your measure is okay doesnt help me when im buffering with a measured speed under 3mbs om Friday evening .. there can only be 33 addresses of the exchange literally 20 yards from me.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk only 15 minutes into the call they put me on hold and looped me back to the start. Explain again. now being transferred again 45 minutes into the call. still no resolution. Frustrating isn't the word! still listening to hold music!!!

    @bt_uk awful customer service received today when handling change of address for a relative with dementia. Where has the care and loyalty gone from BT services!!! Shocking.

    @bt_uk hey, we have no broadband or landline service since last Wednesday, and I have now waited in 5 hours this morning for an engineer to not turn up, to be told they 'might' come tomorrow or Wednesday. Two adults in this house need broadband to do our jobs! I am livid.

    Shocking service from @bt_uk. Engineer finally comes to install new service, informed by the engineer wrong equipment sent out by BT. Still no service and just a condescending response from customer service. Good start👌🏻
