    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Wasn't what I was told when I upgraded. Was told you'd check the router was in the best place in the home and the signal was good in all areas. I didnt realise I had to set up the equipment myself. Lucky I put my name on the account, my 70 mum wouldn't have a clue

    @bt_uk my internet keeps going off on certain devices and I have to restart the router but now it happens every other day. Aome help would be appreciated.

    TV is so not worth the effort honestly. had to retune our @bt_uk box because some channels were missing, had to retune AGAIN bc it came back w/ tons MORE missing, now most are back but half the freview channels are gone 🤦 dunno why we pay for it honestly it's a trash service

    @bt_uk another engineer today who did nothing and closed the job. We pay for high speed and get constant drop outs. Even the engineer said BT won’t spend the money. 18 months of poor service while we all struggle to work from home!

    @bt_uk It’s difficult for her when her phoneline has been transferred to our house but between us we managed & hopefully someone will be out tomo. They have said it should also fix our issue 🤞

    @bt_uk Your "customer service" is beyond a joke. Over an hour to get through, broken promises, engineers simply not turning up with zero communication. Never miss taking a payment though. Completely unacceptable.

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    @AmazonHelp @craigmoore02 What’s the point? You’ll just blame it on the ISP. I don’t have this problem with @btsport nor any other streams. Sort it out.
