  @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.

  @bt_uk why is your sales team pushing an elderly person with parkinsons to sign up for a new service. I will be calling tonight to sort this. Not happy

  @bt_uk why do your representatives feel it is ok to hang up on elderly customers? I’ve been helping my nan with internet, told 2 different stories, didn’t show up on installation date, then told can’t do it because of careline, £95 offer revoked. Disgusting behaviour!

  @bt_uk been trying for 3 days now see my bill. Please don’t tell me you are not aware of any problems. How about telling me how this can be resolved. You emailed to say bill is available ……. All I get is 3 dancing dots !!!!!
