    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @btsport Can you please fix the streaming service properly? It hasn’t been working for properly for several months now. It is constantly freezing and/or crashing. This is happening on Amazon TV, Roku & Apple TV. Why can’t you just fix it?

    @skytv package is a mess! Contracts all ending at different times! Price increased £88 to £111 and can only get £11 off! Can get the whole package as a new customer with @BT inc BB and BTsport which I don’t have with Sky for £88! What do I do?
