    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    Thanks to an error on the part of @bt_uk I’ve just lost my dream house as an issue they told me was sorted and not to worry about left me with 6months of arrears on my credit file 🙃🙃🙃🙃 just had a good sob and they’ve hung up on me 3 times so far I haven’t even spoke to anyone

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace of a company internet is awful raised a complaint sent 3 separate messages saying I would get called within 5 minutes on each occasion without any calls. Then get an email saying my complaint has been closed. Absolute shower company

    Literally the worst Internet we've ever had, uploading assignments is virtually impossible so can you reply or answer the phones to actually help us?? @bt_uk

    @bt_uk thanks for not turning up between 9 and 11am today. So pleased I was told to be at home. Oh, an added bonus was being hung up on twice on call to support after a combined 90 minutes on the phone.

    It never gets old when the @bt_uk ad on Youtube that makes a deal of other providers giving poor quality has to stop to buffer and then resume on 144p while on a BT connection.

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    @bt_uk We have since been told the fault is outside of the property so I wont hold my breath for normal service to be resumed.

    @btbusinesscare Would someone be able to contact me back. We are a substance misuse service in Lancashire wanting to enquire about setting up some of our clients onto your BT Basic packages but wondering if there is a way we can do it and fund it? Please let me know.
