@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk So I’ve done this but have now gone into standard scripted, non specific algorithms that don’t help. The estimated fix timing expired an hour ago. So…. I’d like a new estimated fox time, and also the cause of the issue please?

@LisaPer87718784 @bt_uk Mine is an area issue, loads of homes are off who are also with Sky and EE we’ve also had no electricity since 12pm, and that isn’t due back on until tomorrow 6am. Crazy weather i guess is the culprit !!

@bt_uk Sorry but it's pointless. I will be told there is no reported issue and to switch my power off for a few minutes and restart the hub again.
