    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Monthly sports app says it is easy to cancel. Why have I just spent an hour trying to do so following the instructions on your website? There is no cancellation button. Is it an attempt at a scam?

    @btsport - having signed up for the ashes (and multiple pw resets / waiting an hour / multiple browsers) is there a diff. support line I call (as you have to help with boxing etc) that can call...? Number in the txt'd is 9-5 (effectively)
