@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk I am unable to access my inbox right now, for an hour at least, maybe longer. Can look at spam, sent and other folders no problem but inbox produces errors. Signed in and out, on mobile and desktop. Any ideas?

@bt_uk our broadband is terrible today. Causing major problems for my remote school learning kids. We live in #altrincham. Network speed insufficient to do anything is the message we get on laptop. Please help!

@bt_uk @EE BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

@bt_uk I feel terrible for the really helpful people on the end of this, because it is not their fault, but BT "aims" to fix the problem by 6pm on MONDAY! I trust they will compensate me for the cost of the 4G I will have to use to replace the broadband connection they have disabled.

@bt_uk have a few issues with account. I upgraded but now my download speeds have been reduced I’m now paying for something I didn’t order. I also should have a previous complaint open from when you charged me £400 for an incorrect bill, I still have not had this sorted out
