    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk How about connecting broadband to customers who have simply moved home. Seven weeks since our order was "lost" and we still wait. Even by BT's own abismal levels of customer service this I poor!!!

    @bt_uk Ash, no confidence at all in your processes. If I dealt with a simple issue like contacting openreach in the way @bt_uk are doing I’d be sacked.

    @bt_uk Seems like the team in Enniskillen is just as unhelpful as the rest of BT. Probably just need to be grateful no trolling from them yet. Wonder do they go on the FB Customer complaints site set up by BT customers and harrass us like some of their colleagues eg Viki?

    @bt_uk 3 weeks and 3 engineers later my 75yo father in law with Alzheimer’s still doesn’t have a working telephone line. So far been on a call to BT for 45 mins and have had to relay the saga with 4 different people and still no further forward. Can someone please help
