    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    Actually fuming about my ISP @bt_uk About 18 months ago I reported a fault and was told I was having between 10-20 drop outs of service each day. After multiple visits where ive been told the issue was fixed (it hasn’t been) ive now been told it’s up to 25-35 drop outs per day.

    @bt_uk Hey - no. We are just trying to close down the account which is proving impossible. I need this escalated ASAP we have wasted about 6 hours trying to get this sorted.

    @sophiecaton1 @bt_uk Take your complaint to Ofcom. I had similar with Orange a few years ago and they backed down when I said I was happy to go to Court.

    @bt_uk We have had that many visits from engineers I've lost count. We've had the hub replaced. Line from the pole in the street to the house replaced. The junction box in the house moved. It improves for a little while but on the whole it's terrible.

    @bt_uk There are several nearby phoneboxes with broken phones which have not been targeted for decommissioning. As well as food we've distributed phones + money for credit in our area but we know not everyone in our community has a phone they can access - public phones are vital.
