Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk are you not contractually supposed to prove a bill? if you won’t let me log in to my account or let me reset passwords etc to get access and still can’t fix this issue after a week surely that’s breach? i will cancel my direct debit until i can access my bills

Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).
