@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk just seen your reworking of the advert with Pixelated Paula, funny how all her mates on the video call are not pixelated, as her broadband is supposed so crap surely they’d all be pixelated??

@bt_uk @jake_martin1995 Not that wonderful, I get 200Mbps from Virgin and it’s their mid-range package. I think it’’s more accurate to say that BTs WiFi/broadband is far from the fastest around and for the price is poor value for money. They also tie you in to an 18 month contract.
