@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@btbusinesscare HI, I'd like to say thank to a Great CSR Olivia, I dealt with after a bad day dealing with homeworker due to a VOIP Fault it's still open as we couldn't fully fix (1/2 fixed as rest due to back office problem) it was given to T2 but I'd like her manager to know

@bt_uk it's been 10 days no telephone line and I pay you £45 direct debit every month 4 years ! Rubbish service ever. I bet Afghan telephone service provider better than you

@BTCare I'm a long standing customer,your prices are going up, I've just tried to exit my contract and been told I need to pay 423 early contract termination. Other companies who have had a price rise due to inflation are being allowed to leave there contract no penalty. I'm not

@bt_uk I understand CPI increase but how can CPI be 68.12% in just over three years? I just feel that there all these adverts about how amazing fibre is. I can’t get it in every room at home i call about it and nothing happens but no problems increasing my bill

@bt_uk I have of course registered but it won’t help - I can see from my front door when they install on the pole which will be the same time you know. What I need to know is that there is actually a plan to solve this problem!
