@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  • MarkJohnston71 Mark Johnston (@MarkJohnston71) reported from Gordon, Scotland

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk your broadband is horrendous. Every single night between 11 and 12pm the internet completely drops out, inconsistent speeds all throughout the day with random drop outs & no fibre availability for months and months so have to deal with awful download & upload speeds!

  • keirong Keiron Goodwin 🇪🇺💙 #RejoinEU #BRejoin (@keirong) reported

@bt_uk Price should be based on service received not service someone 500yards away receives.

  • GearBuzzler GeerBuzzler (@GearBuzzler) reported

@bt_uk No. It happens whenever one of the local footy team are playing. The speeds do go up and down quite drastically and even freeze temporarily. I have conducted speed tests to confirm this. I'm out of contract next month so I shall hopefully get better performance when I change 👍

  • A_Payne90 APayne1990 (@A_Payne90) reported

@Colchesterviews @bt_uk In terms of there line rental if you don’t use the landline like a large amount of people asked to be put on there pay as you go service then your not paying I.E £5 p/m for 200mins etc

  • MrRedDevil27 Red Devil (@MrRedDevil27) reported

@BTSport has officially ruined a great song by N-Trance by overplaying it ever damn advert break!!!!

  • keirong Keiron Goodwin 🇪🇺💙 #RejoinEU #BRejoin (@keirong) reported

@bt_uk 2/2 we we’re told was down to internal wiring and ended up being due to corroded wire on the external line. Does around 500 yards of cable equate to a drop of 50% signal/broadband speed? If so why isn’t something done about it or do you expect your customers to suck it up?

  • sarah21275 Sarah Foreman (@sarah21275) reported

@bt_uk Wow BT that wasn’t the case at all you didn’t read my tweet just call gave a standard response it’s @tom_blissy who can’t work as 7 engineers have been out to fix their line. In view of that I suggest politely you contact Tom not me and get this resolved so he can work!

  • vickyhearnsmith Victoria Anne Smith (@vickyhearnsmith) reported

@bt_uk No Nick I have not been offered any help at all. The only info from you was a generic email saying!something like “oops your repair is going to take a little longer than we said”. Other than that I have had to ring customer services

  • trudyk_ta TK1967 (@trudyk_ta) reported

@bt_uk Did you read my tweet? I’m NOT a customer?

  • ruritchie Ruth Ritchie (@ruritchie) reported

@bt_uk Will do thanks, but almost invariably, the tests say nothing wrong because the test isn’t run in the minutes when the service is absent. Intermittent fault. For 20 years. Community FTTP is due but still awaiting latest update from Openreach. Covid causing so many problems.
