    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk @MarcusRashford As a high profile figure, why not encourage a national switch off for social media, until this issue is dealt with and trolling is taken seriously and stopped! It is shameful that social media tolerates this!

    @Mehan98 @bt_uk Its nothing on your end, its just BT themselves being sh*t. The last week my wifi has gone down for hours every night and loads of people are experiencing the same thing
