@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@rioferdy5 was talking crap again on @btsport . Villareal pressed for their lives in the first half but this couldn’t be sustained for 90 minutes. As for a blueprint for other teams, pressing takes planning and training otherwise it’s just chasing. Chasing can’t be sustained

@FPL_Hank2 @btsport Yeah Jenas is bad for it with Spurs I have to admit, Macnaman is probably worse though because Jenas would talk about the opposition way more and give them credit not just focus on what spurs are doing

@bt_uk The issue is still to be resolved. I’m guessing it affects all people with a surname that has an apostrophe ‘. The system says you can use it but at the same time it keeps flagging it up as an error.
