@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk when you take out full fibre and the router is placed in the worst place and now you have to cancel broadband and go back to copper fibre as the connection was so much better. #needtomakecustomersawareopenreachwillnottellyouwehereisthebestplace

@bt_uk 2 month wait to get broadband installed. 3 teams of engineers fail to do prep work. Find out on day we can’t have the router where we want it despite checking we could. Left no Internet or phone after installation goes wrong and no fix date??? Going to be a long 2 yrs.

Engineer no show today. No call, no text, NOTHING. 14 calls to @bt_uk who frankly could not give a toss. Tell me it could be 2 weeks b4 next appointment. Contract with Virgin ends tomorrow. Not sure who to tell work I won’t be able to login for a fortnight. #sky #virginmedia #bt

@bt_uk engineer aparently cut the entryphone cable and used it for their system. Now I'm faced with a big bill to fix. Three calls to BT, thrice put on hold and each time after 25 minutes or so cut off

@btcare terrible service - appointment cancelled, promised phone call today to sort it out didn’t happen. Need an open reach appointment but was sent a home tech person who couldn’t do the work. Now what?
