@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk can you pls tell me an alternative way of raising a fault? I've had an engineer out already but just done a continues stability test. My upload and Download are never "good" at the same time with frequent upload jitter of 150ms+ and massive packetloss. Getting frustrating

@bt_uk horrible customer service I recently experienced... Requested acc to be merged, BT agent mistakenly upgraded my bb for 2x more expensive one, then they downgraded it for much worse than what I originally had. Was promised a call at 13:30 today - of course it never happened

@bt_uk I called hours ago and they said there was a problem in my area, and the light was orange. Now the light is blue but it still isn't working. I just restarted the hub and still not working even though its blue

@Robert_Purse @bt_uk I think BT has multiple complaints departments. I had zero luck phoning them, when trying to get broadband installed. However, after several months, I posted on their public complaints forum (somewhere) and the people there actually solved the problem.
