  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  I have been in and out of hospital for months and during this time my BT bill hasn't been going put due to banking issues. Noticed today, got in youth with @bt_uk and they went above and beyond to help me with a payment plan and told me to watch my health first. 1/2

  @bt_uk I am very upset , BT just lie on call and ripp me of. I like action to be take . In 5 days i call more an 6 times to cancel order . Every time i have more lies . Is someone here to take action and make me change mind about BT😬😬😬😬

  @bt_uk Thanks for that link although it really looks useful for some who is a customer. I am just really interested to know whether a BT network survey would involve someone taking a photo of my property. I live in a ground floor flat.

  The lack of response from @bt_uk is not a surprise. Called again today to get a resolution, placed on hold and then got cut off. Same story - different day. It would great if you can put some effort with your customers @bt_uk instead of trying to attract new customers!

  @DJ_Daymos @bt_uk I’ve got old BT equipment for the last 5-6 years. I would return things but the engineers never have the packing I need to return to items. It would be ideal if the engineers could take the old tech away with them.

  @bt_uk Also BT call protect doesn't work with mobile phones. I'm getting 2 or 3 every day. Imagine the amount of old people getting taken in by the scammers. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

  @bt_uk Another problem- am now locked out of my internet, because I changed my ID password. It won't accept my security info either to reset. What is going on?
