@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk been with BT for years and price has increased year on year and when I try to get the price down the broadband price is still £10 dearer than new customer price! Apparently can't be made cheaper, so wrong.

@btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare clearly no one in BT works after 6pm, so another day without internet for a CHARITY working with CHILDREN. You should hang your heads in shame!

Suddenly lost telephone line and broadband with it. @bt_uk say there is a fault but can only commit to ‘hoping’ to have it fixed by midnight next tuesday. Which is over five days away. In what world is this remotely acceptable service?

@bt_uk I have no phone line at the moment – road is being dug up and I suspect someone has cut through a cable somewhere. Reported it 2 days ago & was told I'd receive an estimated fix time w/in 48 hours, but haven't heard anything. Fault tracker isn't showing anything either.

@bt_uk my broadband keeps dropping out. Why is this? The open reach bloke came around and said it was fine a week ago, but still the same old problems! Router goes orange, everything goes down....time and time again!

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Strap in, because they will not rush. Parents had their line willfully cut with a AXE by a lunatic! Took more than 20 days, multiple calls and increasingly agro complaints to get them to address the issue. They will supply a 4g hub, but they are basically useless...

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach estimated fix time is starting to move again… how can this be… more lies Openreach are advising @TalkTalk customers only a small number of households affected… still no Openreach engineers present today… Safety concerns no gas or elec so why.?
