@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  • MarkJohnston71 Mark Johnston (@MarkJohnston71) reported from Gordon, Scotland

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

on a call to @bt_uk for nearly half an hour, only to be passed from pillar to post because I am insisting on speaking to a manager. I want to know why my landline issues are ongoing and why umpteen engineer visits have not resolved the issue.

  • JanRadovic Jan Radović 💙 (@JanRadovic) reported

@bt_uk Yes, he did, although nobody thought to advise me what time. Regardless, he finally mended it, which is great, although it would have been even greater if this had been done by the first engineer, and not the sixth! I am expecting compensation commensurate with the problems.

  • Liquidlizard Dave Ashby (@Liquidlizard) reported

@bt_uk I called out a BT engineer to fix the slow internet speeds I have in my area, and they said I 'just have to wait for BT to decide to install fibre in my area', even tho i've been here 4yrs+ and all other streets have fibre around here. Literally 3 telephone poles missed

  • ChaosMMA_ Chaotic Dayman ☀️ (@ChaosMMA_) reported

@bt_uk @schilvers1981 So you now basically are saying any card with title fights will be ppv? What a load of crap. I won’t be paying no ppv. Everyone will stream this and any future ppv cards you try to rob the current customers with

@EhSeMatthew @bt_uk Mate shut ******** up what are you even saying

  • Janeoriel Jane Oriel (@Janeoriel) reported

@bt_uk Hello, I have 1 bar on the EE backup, internet phones don't work and full internet has been sluggish to off for more than a week now, most certainly slower than our guaranteed speed. It's effecting how I run my business. Can you help please?

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

.@bt_uk , 72 hours minimum before an engineer will attend to fix a faulty line and internet. Reported 17th October. (We aim to fix this by the end of Thursday 20th October.)

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported

@BTCare - sigh. This is not attractive for a new/returning customer. I have other options..... Call waiting hell enduring....

  • YouCanDoItPutY1 YouCanDoItPutYourBackIntoIt (@YouCanDoItPutY1) reported

@bt_uk I just had a salesman knock at my door saying he worked for BT. He had a lanyard wit BT, EE and Money Expert on it. He said there had been reports in the area of bad internet speeds. I am with BT broadband. Why on earth would you send sales people out to slate your service?

  • mattpetriello Matt (@mattpetriello) reported

@bt_uk They're no help. It'll be a full month, minimum, before service can get installed. That upsets me, plus the cancelations with no notice and no reason make it worse.
