@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

.@bt_uk are you aware of the issues that Virgin customers are having watching the #FuryWhyte event? @virginmedia are ignoring us all and it's most frustrating. Please give them a right royal bollocking and get this sorted.
