@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk So a week after "fixing" my problem. I still have the same problem. Will I have to jump through exactly the script, oops sorry, "fixes" again? Another 3 hrs on phone & dismissive advisors? Wait for another router the old one being 6 days old?
