@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

At a loss @btbusinesscare at the abysmal service from BT when moving to a digital service that includes BT Business Cloud Voice. Six weeks without a telephone service as telephones still not set up & dispatched & no complaints department to contact!!

So while everyone is complaining they can't watch Netflix etc... my elderly mum and others in the street are without phones as they don't use mobiles. This is why no-one should depend on the Internet and the fancy technology. Landlines never fail @virginmedia @BTCare

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored. After reading your issues I think the communication ombudsman is next!
