@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk My BT account number is GB25258012. I ordered broadband several weeks ago and yesterday (12th Aug) was it's activation date. Activation didn't complete on time and I am told to wait atleast another week. Work from home affected badly. Disappointing service from BT!!

@bt_uk Yes at long last. After many hours of stressful phonecalls. We appreciate the free month as part of our compensation. We hope this doesn't happen again, or we will demand to cancel our contract free of charge.

@bt_uk hi moved house so moved my contract, activation date at new flat has passed but smart hub 2 still orange not working, is it possible for you to check if it has been activated or if there is a different fault? Thanks
