@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk do you have contact details from open reach please? They turned up unannounced on our driveway this morning, did some drilling and banging and now we have no phone (we are with @virginmedia and there was no problem with our phone until open reach just caused problem)

@bt_uk what a shocking service I have received from you, loosing 2 days of business because of a fault on the line and you can’t do a simple divert to a mobile, waste of time I have wasted 2 days calling you over 200 times and no one can sort the issue.. IMP-110378672

@bt_uk Yet again phone has been disconnnected. It is now one calander month my phone line has been out of service. I cannot believe in 2022 it takes a month to repair or re-connect my telephone , total incompetance

Network quality of my calls is dreadful (although broadband speed meets @bt_uk ‘high speed guarantee of 10mb 🙄) so constant glitching, but the conversation always catches up and I don’t understand how.
