@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

Can someone from @bt_uk @BTCare please explain how the scammers, especially those based overseas, can access 'inoperative' or 'not in- service' landline and UK mobile numbers, and so many of them, to make their fake calls? I receive at least one a week.

@bt_uk @BTCare first experience with them is awful! Any other company can save us please 🙏 waited weeks to get a slot for them to active it. Didn’t work when they said. Now tell us sent the wrong box and we need an engineer but have to wait. Not a good start to this company 👎

@btbusinesscare Complaint number IMP157072970. No one is calling me. Just been on a call for over 20 minutes to your Indian call centre who previously told me they had taken off the incorrect charge for your engineer not turning up but now I see the charge on my latest bill!!
