@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk hi BT, my Internet has been noticeably slower these past few weeks, is there any disruption going on in N8, and if not can you look into why my speed went from ‘great’ when I just upgraded back to being ‘awful’ in the day time.

@bt_uk Still not had a chance to go out and get a good signal on my phone sadly.I mentioned to one of your co-workers that I'm disabled and also can't have the vaccine so I'm still stuck in my house which for some reason seems to be a poor signal spot. I'll let you know soon :) Cheers
