@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Quick PSA. On my Playstation's @btsport app, the EL final stream was over 3 min behind. Changed to Youtube app where it is being showed for free it's much better. Just incase anyone is having the same issue #MUFC #EuropaLeagueFinal

@btsport can you fix your app on PS4? It's bugged out and crashed twice so far since kick off in the EL final - less than 10 minutes in. You charge too much for such an awful product.
