@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk @btsport My WiFi is down ,my ring doorbell and ring security cameras are offline I have them due to a neighbour and his friends causing trouble . I got laughed at by customer services for explaining , I have them for my safety and protection, they made death threats how’s that funny!

So @MoneyBenjamin watching Monday Night Raw live this morning on @btsport was an epic fail. You need a BT ID. And you can't get a BT ID without a BT landline and post code. AND if I did have those things, they'd have to mail it to the account holder. Am I missing something? 😕

Ordered fibre in in April, install in May, now in a never changing loop of hell as @bt_uk cannot get things done. @bt_uk processes don’t work else I would have fibre by now

@bt_uk I am beside myself as to what to do. I have made 4 phone calls. One lasted over an hour. My problem is still not resolved. I could loose my job because you are not sorting my WiFi.

@bt_uk after a good start yesterday re fibre, I have had no further communication anyone have any idea what’s going on this situation! This is getting worse by the minute and I didn’t think that was possible, 1st order opened May, 3 closed down and 1hr 52 on the last phone call !

@bt_uk It’s not ideal the neighbour and his friends know my ring devices light up when it’s recording and they have clocked on there is an issue 😞, my devices work with WiFi connection not data unfortunately. Also have bible study on zoom 😞 in an hour
