    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @JuxtoG @bt_uk i used to have it where every other month my upload speed would drop down to around 0.5mbps but of course because my download speeds were in their magical guaranteed range of at least...17mbsp they did nothing.

    @bt_uk need urgent help for my 94 year old MIL who’s phone is not working properly. She’s contacted you with no joy. She lives alone and is vulnerable- we live 200 miles away and are her bubble. This is urgent as she can phone us but we can’t phone her to check on her.

    Hi @BT_uk. Please can you help? We just moved house yesterday so are waiting for our broadband to get turned on, but lockdown means our kids' school lessons are all online so they can't access them. Is there anything to do to speed up our wait time? Our switch on date is 18th

    @JuxtoG @bt_uk feel your pain, i've been battling against shitty BT service for nearly 2 years with no alternative as they all use BT lines. They're a ******* joke.

    @bt_uk I cannot tell you how frustrated we are after weeks of trying to settle (ie get you to fix!) our final bill. After it was wrong, yet again, Nicola B promised to wipe all charges on 03/01. We’ve yet to receive a new bill with 0 balance. When will this happen?! What a joke

    @bt_uk 70 days since a complaint was lodged around broadband provision. 70 days later after multiple promises of dig work, planning application procedures, photographs of the site, and maintenance. Your contractors @OpenreachHelp have no trace of any of this in their systems?

    @bt_uk hi my internet (40mb Fibre) is being really slow since Monday, to the point where my download speed is 2mb... is there an issue going on? I have been using BT Fibre for 2 years and this never happened before
