@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

Is there a more ignorant company than @bt_uk ? Incompetent call centres who put you on hold for 20 mins in the hope you go away. If you stay on the line they come back and hang up on you.

@bt_uk The alternative solution you've offered is only a solution if it works. I've tried windows, doorways and even had it sitting in the middle of garden and it doesn't work. We need our services reconnected until our home move takes place.

@bt_uk Thank you, the problem wasn't a BT one, it was due to an Android 11 upgrade, the APN settings need to be reset on the phone.

@bt_uk Hi, this is happening over WiFi. The whole house is having issues. No-one can connect via WiFi and are booted onto 4G. We get about an hour and then are kicked off onto 4G.
