@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk terrible service, 2nf time I have to call an engineer, chat is not working, calling and the wait time is 60min !!! This is all for your slow broadband tjat cant get fixed

@bt_uk so when is this outage going to be fixed, alexa devices and ring devices i've discovered so far that dont work some people are saying playstation also. SO COME ON BT GIVE US SOME INFO!!!!!
