  @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk two years after buying a house and moving in, bills for the previous owner keep arriving. I keep returning them to sender so assume Royal Mail is returning them to BT. I'm not even a customer. What should I do? Keep returning them and assume you'll get the hint?

  @bt_uk ok thats good to know. I will just reboot the bt router again, been having tons of issues with it such as slow network speeds

  @bt_uk please for the love of god fix whatever is wrong, I’ve done all the tests, troubleshooted and everything and u still reply saying it’s fine when clearly it isn’t.

  So we were rubbish in the first half but excellent in the 2nd. And @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey decide to focus almost entirely on United’s poor 1st half. No other club is treated like this in the media. #MUFC

  @bt_uk I need to cancel my broadband appt as someone was supposed to sit in for me but they have cancelled and I have work. There is no option for me to cancel or change appt. What do I do??
