@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

I have two major problems right now. Heating is not working and I cannot get online with PS5 as I have a NAT type failure. Obviously the latter is more important so after an hour of searching online it looks like it is a @bt_uk problem? Please sort it out. Thank you.

@bt_uk Okay thank you, I've also noticed that My Xbox also has been stuck on moderate for the last week. PS5 Nat type fails completely. It definitely seems a problem with BT as all the complaints are from BT customers.
