@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@SkyHelpTeam Called to renew my expiring TV & Broadband told it will cost £17 more per month for the same! Platinum VIP never did reward anything! Looks like @bt_uk @BTGroup will be new provider #CustomerService
