    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    Shout out @bt_uk for being the worst internet provider, now 3 weeks without internet, 4 engineers sent out but not showing up and the call centre hanging up on us when we try to reschedule. Embarrassing customer service at this point 🫠🫥

    @D5Football Never understood why they don't have a regular slot each week for the highlight show. Can't even series link it on sky. 8pm on a Saturday before efl and premier league would be ideal @btsport

    @bt_uk Hi Paul. Just spoke to your colleague Matt. Third person I’ve dealt with today. Absolutely no offer of help whatsoever. I just have to wait for a router box. Tough. What I resent is being lied to about the promise of a continuous connection. Will be giving @virginmedia a ring.

    @bt_uk I'm trying to follow up a complaint I made in June that you haven't replied to, but even your complaints form is broken. 'Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to save your changes at this time. Please try again.' What's a person to do?
