@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Another truly awful example in the #ATMPOR Match of how sh*t the handball law is. The ball brushes the goalscorer's arm as he falls which doesn't change a thing in terms of the ball's direction. Get rid of the law & get rid of the men who run @TheIFAB #UCL @btsport

@bt_uk I need help with asking openreach if they are requesting permission to work via the correct channels, the landowners (house builders) have given me the information to pass to BT but BT won’t confirm that’s who they are contacting! Utter stupidity!

@bt_uk Something... anything is working. How about if the person she spoke to just took the initiative, saw how utterly shocking it's been for her, had some customer focus and proactively passed it upwards. I imagine there's some kind of protective process to stop that kind of thing.

@bt_uk so much for reliable Wi-fi - paying £67 a month and we can’t watch TV without buffering - 3 Wi-fi discs won’t stay connected … how do I get my £100 please as it’s a total let down

@bt_uk To correct it. I'm used to terrible, ineffective customer service in this country but this is next level. We're with @skytv and when we moved we were up and running with everything in hours. It might not be long before she is with them too. I desperately hope so.
