  @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  My transfer to @bt_uk was not without issues but that was more down to @WeAreOpenreach and their obfuscation but now it’s complete I appreciate how poor @virginmedia was. The television is sharper and the internet is better. Thank you BT.

  So, I found out the REAL reason my internet won't get fixed. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp have ONE qualified engineer in my area who can deal with the issue, and they're the one who deals with emergencies (overhead cables etc)

  @bt_uk No it was WiFi disc. Everytime I tried the BT app chat and said it was a technical issue it said no agents. So I just pinged the general chat via web and just thought pick something other than technical. Got me to someone who has booked engineer

  @zSly_ @bt_uk Its bt being ****, my last broadband was perfectly fine and now as soon as i get bt i have less download upload and shitter ping when i clearly the package says 73 mb but im getting 45 average

  @bt_uk Ye It seems really hard to rebook an engineer to put me bloody Internet in my dad had waiting from 1pm to 6pm yesterday and never showed and never had the courtesy to call us either as we speak am still waiting on the phone to be transferred to an engineer been waiting ages......

  @bt_uk I’ve already called in and Irene says I’ve to wait til next Friday to get engineer in .. again - You Don’t seem to have a long term strategy!? Do you? or you’re not bother to spend money sending engineer out. If this continues I will cancel my contract.
