    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @btsportfootball @btsport Really disappointed in the extremely poor picture quality tonight on City game. Buffering also an issue. Have given up watching

    @bt_uk I would have love to recommend but I’ve been experiencing poor Internet connection for the past 2days now and yet, nothing has changed or like there’s going to be any changes.

    @BTCare @BT_Openreach haven’t had the decency to answer the tweet I tried to Diem them because a complaint should only be between the person complaining to the company involved not everybody in the world needs to see it but if they don’t reply I don’t know facility for me to DM them

    @bt_uk why isn't cancellation possible online? call answer times are 30+ mins minimum. It should as easy to cancel as it is to sign up
