    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk Slow broadband AND the digital phones are down but according to @bt_uk I'm getting all services. Absolute joke. Stay well clear because customer service is this kind of useless tweet helpline nothing more, and you will have problems once you've signed up

    @bt_uk you can be responsible to being on of the Scams. Fix your business, we’re in a crises and you cannot allow to send people who could be at risk to end up having nothing. Disappointment in a company like yours, hope you regret it. Advertise true BT and not scam slow wifi.

    Just had people at my door trying to hard sell me @bt_uk internet trying to get me to move from my current provider Being called an Idiot at my own front door was not on the list of things I wanted to do today I still don't see why I would move to get less than I have 🤷😠

    @bt_uk the broadband team refused to apply the bill credit they promised when I renewed the contract, even after I provided the transcript. This is ridiculous and can someone help me?

    @bt_uk Done this, apparently there is a huge outage in the area. Would have saved a lot of time if the service status checker could have told me this.

    @bt_uk So money expert is the reason I was called an idiot at my own door ? ( May I add quite Loudly ) I was told by EE if I was to leave my contract as they kept trying to make me do so I would have been charged £200... The very thing they called me an idiot for not wanting to do.

    Bit sad. Have left @bt_uk today after 30+ yrs after our broadband had a 200% price hike. Terse comms and email should downgrade to Basic but browser account login is blocked. Whatever happened to keeping the door open for the future? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
