    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk My understanding was this was provided to keep to compensate for the failure to transfer over the service. I will give it back to the engineer if they show up. Appreciate BT is busy. Do you want to cancel my contract now so I can go to @vodafone or @TalkTalk?

    @bt_uk how can you charge £248 for an engineer you sent out to fix a fault because the Wi-Fi wasn’t fitted probably by you. To be told I have bad connection due to the shape of my house!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been 4 days without internet now in our flat and @SkyUK still can't even give an estimate for when it'll be fixed? Supposedly blaming @bt_uk saying it's an openreach problem? When will we get internet back? (Glasgow)

    @bt_uk Hello I have tried to call BT to arrange to have my service moved to my new address, unfortunately I spoke to an extremely rude person who was extremely unhelpful. I will therefore be ending my contract on 5th October. I have no doubt I will need to ring to cancel.

    You never hear the outright bias agenda against any other team on comms until we play. It’s not even subtle. Both on @SkySports and @btsport

    .@bt_uk our contract is ending. We want to carry on service but only for 6ms. Your advisor just said this is fine but will cost extra. He said he couldn't tell how much but that it will be no more "than a few quid" extra and money won't be taken until we agree. Is this correct?

    @youngsacka @JamesHorncastle @btsport I’ve watched 4 or 5 times this season and he’s ok. People look down on dier simply because he was poor a few years back. He’s actually a very good defender. It’s not necessarily saying he’s better than tomori, more that it’s not stupid to claim that

    @bt_uk any chance you fix your internet connection on Merseyside, for the stupid amount of money I give you a month I kind of expect my internet to work to be honest.

    @bt_uk Broadband connection keeps dropping out. Have done the fix connection via BT app but still not working. Please can you help?
