    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Still no internet after 15 days, 4 engineer visits, 3 BT hubs and countless calls to “Technical” support saying to reset the modem. #poorservice should’ve gone with @virginmedia

    @bt_uk I have, my desk top PC is cable connected to the hub which is approx eight feet apart, using a Cat6E Ethernet cable, the result I get is virtually the same, this is after reporting issue today

    @bt_uk @bt_uk Good afternoon. I pay my bill by monthly direct debit. My account was in debit on my last quarterly bill so I paid the outstanding amount by bank transfer a few days ago to keep my payments at the same amount. This is still not showing online. Can you help? Thanks

    @FloydTweet Do what I did cancel your tv licence, BTSport and NowTV subscription saving you money and you can still listen to the live games on the radio without a tv licence

    @bt_uk I am confused why a problem that BT caused which means I have no phone or broadband requires me to wait 72 hours before contacting BT again to start to get this resolved? Some rubbish able the status of an account can't be changed for 72 hours after previous charge?
