@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Love this ! The ‘fault’ was BT removing our landlines and replacing them with ‘digital voice’ which only works when there is power … now into 24 hours of power cut … ! Can anyone spot the problem ?

@bt_uk Had the flashing purple light on our router for the last two days. Says there is issues in the OL12 area but given no estimated fix time. Really need some idea of the issues as have work to do from home.

Moved internet provider and left @bt_uk as they cut us off and have no internet and telephone. You don’t realise how much you rely on these services and because of their massive ****** with our home move and cutting us off weeks before, BT have now lost a customer of 30+ years.

@bt_uk so annoyed with logging into bt so many times it tells me my password is wrong even if its not now ive had to change it probably for the 10th time and now when i try to login with the new password it still says its wrong

@bt_uk We have completely lost our internet connection, without any of the equipment being affected. We urgently need this matter resolved. We cannot get through on your support line. We were charged on 23rd Nov, which is not acceptable if we cannot use your service.

Earlier in the year @bt_uk changed my parents home phone from analogue to digital. So if the power goes off they now have no phone. They don’t have a reliable mobile phone signal either. So following #Arwen, they had no means of communication. Welcome to the 21st century!
