@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  • The_Fleece1 The Fleece Bar & Kitchen (@The_Fleece1) reported from Selkirk, Scotland

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Don't have complete WiFi, whatever that is, but I can barely use iplayer in my dining room, which is diagonally opposite the router location, as it keeps losing connection. And I refuse to pay to buy booster connections for a service I feel I am already paying for every month.

  • me_afc1886 Michael Marson (@me_afc1886) reported from Sleights, England

Once again @bt_uk cancel the engineers visit for the 3rd time in 3 weeks 2 hours before he’s due. Rescheduled for Monday will he turn up for the 4th time 🙏 #shockingwaytotreatacustomer

  • martix85 Alex (@martix85) reported

@bt_uk Hello, I'm tired to try to manage my account on your website and always seeing the same error asking me to contact you... can somebody help, please? Thanks

  • Rhoda_Borrocks MrsTC (@Rhoda_Borrocks) reported

@Ofcom why are @bt_uk allowed to charge £70one-off fee to connect new customers? How is this justifiable? I have a live line, a contract with another supplier-but BT will not support other providers with the tools to manage the scam calls that are making my life absolute misery

  • Archie1971 Arwel Wingnut (@Archie1971) reported from Deganwy, Wales

@BTCare I have FTTP Full fibre broadband and was trying to find out how I can move over from my crackly copper landline phone over to digital voice service that BT offer??

  • SAces90 Sm0kingAces90 (@SAces90) reported

@RossH4wk91 @Colleen_Lewis_ @bt_uk That’s mental mate ... I was debating moving from virgin to bt too at the end of my contract but I can’t ever remember virgin being down for days at a time

  • bloody56 John Blood (@bloody56) reported from Clifton, England

@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

  • terragher ter gallagher (@terragher) reported

@bt_uk Lied to me about speed, lied about introductory offers, lied about dealing with complaints, lied about compensation. Not one promise kept, hours and hours spent chasing up. Never again.

  • chimpspanner Paul Antonio Ortiz (@chimpspanner) reported

@bt_uk DM'd. As I said in my message, this is now the third engineer visit in a row marked as "visit complete". Nobody has been. My service is not restored. I literally have no idea what's going on or who, if anyone, is coming to fix it. Nothing from complaints. What do I do?

  • EllyCornforthx Elly Cornforth (@EllyCornforthx) reported

@bt_uk Hi - this fault was fixed for approx 4 hours and now the hub is flashing purple again so I assume the fix didn't take. Please can you provide an update?
