@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@btsport Why is your my tv web site so rubbish when trying to sort out problems. I was trying to watch Greavesie when it came up parental control, put in code number. Parental control isn’t activated on the account. Trying to sort the issue is annoying.

@btsport why am I paying an arm and a leg for MotoGP coverage in SD, plus another chunk for viewing on a 2nd box when @ITV4 are showing it free in HD? It's bad enough paying through the nose for football I have no interest in watching, now this. Up your game or lose a customer

Very disappointed with @bt_uk for how poorly they have treated the vulnerable adults I support. Three and a half hours of chats with 4 different people, that got us nowhere. Misinformation, taking and asking for more, passing the blame #poorcustomerservice #vulnerableadults
