@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk I have two internet accounts with you along with a BT Sport account. The changes you have made to the ability to stream BT Sport from my mobile and PC are at best inconvenient. I understand about piracy so no need to explain. Making it my issue rather than yours no thanks.

@bt_uk Is it your normal practice to close a formal complaint without notifying the complainant of the outcome? I contacted your CEO, in writing, and I am expecting a written reply, not notification of case closure #BT This is poor #customerservice

@bt_uk Ta for response, just had a conversation with a nice gentleman via 150 ( mobile) news was definitely not what I wanted to hear ..seems it's all down to Openreach ..who will REVIEW issue mid October ..I'll let the my neighbours know. Absolutely insane this is. stay safe
