@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk any chance you can fix the page on your site for submitting a complaint. Says “sorry something went wrong”. Better still, provide me with the minimum guaranteed broadband speed or compensate me please!

@bt_uk @Uber The taxi service was there for many years, all they did was to remove the uncertainty from the user experience to give them control over their time. Why you cannot do the same?

@MrJohnNicolson @bt_uk Try working in the telephony business John. BT Openreach are terrible and hold the industry to random. Ofcom ‘regulator’ film of ex-BT staff so bring little pressure to bare.
