@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

I just received a cheque from @btsport I mean who even uses cheques these days - they owe me £25 and I get a cheque for £24.19 Try paying them with a cheque! No prize for guessing what they would say to that - I will never EVER buy anything from BT again as long as I live

@bt_uk Broadband speed problems. Contacted via Twitter. Great service. New router and YouView box supplied. Engineer visit twice. Direct Twitter contact and several phone calls resulting final one yesterday folllow-up asking if all ok. Satisfied customer.

@bt_uk Erm when was this? The only change I know about was the new contract where I took off BT Sport and went down to phone package where in charged for all calls

@bt_uk HELP... my broadband isn’t working, neither is my landline. Need for work. I submitted a troubleshooting report yesterday before 17:00 and it was ‘successful’. A mini hub was supposedly on its way, today no sign of it? Just submitted another report? Can you help?
