    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk I joined nov20 can't tell which hub I have but it appears to be missing the separate 2.4-5ghz option in the hub settings? It is a problem for some of my devices can you advise where I can do this as it isn't in the advanced WiFi settings.

    @bt_uk @FurnivalEmma Elaine stop being incompetent. Early upgrades on by mobile are not available until the last 3 months of the contract. Telling this customer to contact loyalty is a disgusting waste of the customers and that departments time.

    @bt_uk hi BT. Our wifi has been dropping off increasingly regularly, it's been relentless today, but I keep going around in circles with the help process online. There is no fault in the area apparently - what should I do? We've done th usual restarts, repeatedly.

    @Maikkeruu Yeah... BT don't you just love it?? I have the exact same problems i pay £50 a month and i'm lucky if i break 2mbs when trying to download things... then the cherry on the cake is the random disconnects while the Router flashes orange. Do better @bt_uk
