@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

42 days later and still no broadband at my flat. Apparently it might take another 2 weeks to fix. Do we think @bt_uk have been waiting for “freedom day” before sorting my internet? 🤔

@bt_uk @bt_UK say the problem needs to be resolved with @OpenreachHelp . Openreach need to install cables, but it has taken them 10 months. I was told by you that I could get internet, but the infrastructure was never there...
