    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk shocking service from by today, take a day off to wait for fibre install, call to find out what time etc to be told it’s actually been moved back 3 weeks. Decided to cancel the upgrade unfortunately I’ve got to stay with them on the old contract now.

    @bt_uk 2/2 And the best she could get out of BT was that it might take 2 months!! Almost exactly a year ago a lorry did the same and BT replaced the pole and service the next day!

    @bt_uk So @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp didn’t turn up. They have just DMd to say they moved the appointment to tomorrow. They did so without informing me. I am utterly disgusted at their appalling customer service. Fuming 😤

    @btbusinesscare Hello, it’s now a week without either landline and your engineer (definitely coming between 8 and 1) simply hasn’t shown up. Do we go to @Ofcom or simply cancel the contract as you seem incapable of providing a service?

    @bt_uk Hi StephB It's shocking that she was told to have a contact today and she is still sitting in her bedroom waiting for a call as her mobile had a poor signal there as well. How can BT do this with elder and vulnerable lady? This is just getting worse.

    @bt_uk No you won’t be able to, I’ve spoken to 3 people and none of them can help so unless you have super powers in stuffed! Now had to take an annual leave day today with potentially 2 more until it’s sorted!

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp hi I’ve been facing an internet issue for awhile now. Contractors installed fttp down my area and redirected my service somewhere else. It has now been reconnected but speeds are so low it’s unusable. I’ve had 5 engineers now. Please help.

    Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

    @bt_uk I’m a new BT customer from Friday. I currently have no broadband and my phone line is completely dead. Can you please explain how this is a product and how I am supposed to do my job?

    @bt_uk @hackneygazette Cheers Catherine. I called and managed to raise the problem. Kinda disappointing that a telecoms company has such poor quality phone connections though.... could barely hear the lady on the other end
