@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@drjeff_tooth @BTCare Totally agree! 🤬🤬 So, my SIM card has now been blocked, I only have WiFi, and no idea if I'll get a new one!!! I can't believe how a company can be so terrible!!!

Hi @bt_uk how can I get help with regards to a 10 week ongoing internet issue which has now resulted in us having no internet. 10 failed orders, over 30 phone calls and the latest resulting in a manager not responding to our phone calls? Thank you
