The Fleece Bar & Kitchen (@The_Fleece1) reported from Selkirk, Scotland@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Mark Johnston (@MarkJohnston71) reported from Gordon, Scotland@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.

Mark Haynes (@IQuitMuskspace) reported.@bt_uk £37.44 Hilarious & insulting. 3 failed visits. 50+ calls to your utterly hopeless 'guides'. Multiple documented lies & broken promises. We have all the evidence, call recordings & video. We suggest you reconsider & seriously revise this pathetic 'compensation'?

Remy (@ReMyPoInTeR) reported@bt_uk wasted half of my morning waiting for a customer service operator to answer their phone!! Why is it so hard to simply talk to someone. #by_uk

Grub Street Publishing (@grub_street) reported@bt_uk We've already raised a complaint. But nothing has happened and your billing department hasn't done a thing. Your incompetence is breathtaking. Glad we've moved elsewhere. Just get our bill cancelled or next step Ofcom

Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@bt_uk 2/2 Subsequent calls & one did say there was 'a known issue'. Called before i went away & made a complaint that as I said earlier, was reported closed almost immediately after confirmation email said it was being processed
-
Alessandro Riolo (@aledeniz) reported@bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🤨

Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Yes, tried that, doesn't work. That's why I am contacting you? Has BT reached the stage where it simply isn't able to fix basic faults?
-
Mark Howell (@MarkTheSnap) reportedSo, this new digital voice from @bt_uk If the internet is down you can't use your landline. Guess what, the internet is down so we don't have a phone. We can't get a mobile signal in our area, that's why we have a landline. This is progress apparently.
