@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  • The_Fleece1 The Fleece Bar & Kitchen (@The_Fleece1) reported from Selkirk, Scotland

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@HowManyMiles_ @btsport @ChelseaFC I agree, they shouldn’t, it’s horrible. But the game isn’t over. If the entire system is over taken by trolls then no one will go on. Game over. Or if the game is a success then the people playing the game will learn to moderate themselves. You are saying, it must succeed.

  • STOTTINMAD STOTTINMAD (@STOTTINMAD) reported

@bt_uk my Internet has cut out again. It did this yesterday too

  • zara_a86 Zara A (@zara_a86) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, my husband and I have been tirelessly trying for almost two months. We’ve been told it’s a tags issue and we’ve been repeatedly messed around by Plusnet. @Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • EthanJxR ꫀᡶꫝꪖ᭢ 🇵🇸 (@EthanJxR) reported

@bt_uk Mate don’t even not trying to be a **** but just go help others literally youse upgrade my box and it changes completely everything the Wrong way I’ve managed to lag out of a game before even getting into it somehow too

  • tcampgold tc (@tcampgold) reported

@bt_uk I have made a complaint to BT over a month ago. Spoken to two different people and no one has come back to me. The next stage for me will be to cancel my DD because I have never dealt with any organisation as useless as BT.

  • HowManyMiles_ Stephen Morrison (@HowManyMiles_) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@SamuelHilder2 @btsport @ChelseaFC No, you don't tolerate intolerance. We are never going to agree on this.

  • IanDarke Ian Darke (@IanDarke) reported

@lynseyhipgrave1 @btsport This is terrible. Thoughts with Steve’s family , friends and work colleagues.

  • SamuelHilder2 Samuel Hilder (@SamuelHilder2) reported

@HowManyMiles_ @btsport @ChelseaFC As would I, but I’d want to first try to build my child’s self esteem and see if there was a way they could deal with it. If it was impossible I would find a solution

  • SamuelHilder2 Samuel Hilder (@SamuelHilder2) reported

@HowManyMiles_ @btsport @ChelseaFC When someone says something like that it ends all rational conversation. Using the worst case scenario forces the other person to sound callous or back down. It’s a cheap way to win a debate. Let’s end driving, let’s end flying and skiing. Why? People die, so it has to end.

  • PaulRMQ Paul Bateman (@PaulRMQ) reported

@bt_uk I dropped BT like a stone. Switched to another provider the following day James. Too late to help me, but I can help others not make the same dumb mistake.
