    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk had broadband installed today, damage to wall outside and only fitted inside as he couldn’t access the post to install. He said he’d come back by 4 and I’ve waited all day. I’m deaf and can’t easily use the phone. So what do I do now to get this fixed?

    @julesspaceman @bt_uk @Tesco Companies like bt etc, it literally makes the world of difference who you speak to... One person. Will be great, the next will not... Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

    @bt_uk I have been sent an email stating that I can upgrade from Fibre 1 to Fibre 100 at no extra cost. I click the link and it says the upgrade will cost an extra £1 a month? Could you help please?

    @bt_uk please explain to me why I am required to pay charges to cancel my broadband when my contract period has ended. The broadband that was provided was so appalling that my contract period was removed. Why am still being told I must adhere to a contract that doesn’t exist!

    @bt_uk your website says no known issues, but open reach have randomly disconnected my mum's phone line without any warning. It looks like they're replacing the telegraph pole. Does this mean it will be restored today please?
