@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk It’s the same minimal info from your customer service team. This needs to be escalated to your CEO. OpenReach message is to contact your supplier who will support you through this. There is no transparency, no support!

@bt_uk we’ve had no broadband and telephone line since the 30 May! There has been little communication from your side as to why it’s been out for over three weeks now. We live in area that has no 4G signal so if there was an emergency we have no way of contacting anyone!
