@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@WWEREALONE In the UK, btsport show wwe live at 1am and get roughly like 150k ratings, but bt wwe digitals are where bt make their MOney Fox as I said admitted a lot of people consume SD on app and website So does Supersport USA network etc Yall just can't see it,cos wwe is dead

Your fellow @bt_uk colleague next time im available is 01 Apr 21 and you think that is good customer service? So what I now want to know, are YOU going to accommodate a home tech expert to come at MY convenience which is the 1st Apr 2021 or should I look elsewhere for broadband?

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk OH had same issue no matter who the provider is. So now has an unlimited data mobile sim in a modem and have unbelievable speeds.

@bt_uk is there an issue with the Internet as connectivity keeps buffering. I have completed a diagnostic report - its saying no problems. Any one else having this problem.
