    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  • MarkJohnston71 Mark Johnston (@MarkJohnston71) reported from Gordon, Scotland

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @fa @btsport this campaign to hollow down supporters is harming English football. Scotland fans in their minority roared louder than English support could muster. This was a disgrace, get the right fans in the stadiums - shout me for some recommendations to support our boys 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

  • ThisIsNuka_ Nuka (@ThisIsNuka_) reported

    Yeah, @bt_uk needs to have a word with Alcatel. These 4G Mini Hubs are probably the most rotten pieces of technology I've ever used. The ones I've been assigned constantly, CONSTANTLY disconnect from everything. And drop @EE, their 4G signal is abysmal.

    @bt_uk British Telecom? Really? Stop with the pandering and share some hope for the customers by fixing your slow connections.

  • dogandbaglady Jane Buchanan (@dogandbaglady) reported

    @bt_uk No doubt the £661+ you're charging me to move house and cancel my contract will afford you more sponsorships.

  • JonesMarkHardi1 Jones Mark Harding (@JonesMarkHardi1) reported

    @bt_uk do you support BLM?

  • Comsat_Hat Comsat_Hat (@Comsat_Hat) reported

    @bt_uk What a crap advert. let’s hate that bit more instead.

    @ThatDamNic @bt_uk Anyone who takes the knee to a ****** criminal druggie from 4,000 miles away who is **** all to do with the UK.... is a total arsewipe

  • meghannevans24 Meghann (@meghannevans24) reported

    @dogandbaglady @bt_uk When you agree to a contract, you get a cooling off period and if you don't cancel during that time you're in a contract for the term agreed. Ofc cancelling early will incur a charge... same as a phone contract would. Is this not common knowledge?
