@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@CraigFairlie @btsport Yeah it’s a shambles never had any trouble on PS4. Closing the app doesn’t work for me either got to restart ps5. If it was now and again I wouldn’t mind but 4/5 times a match is a joke

Hi @bt_uk im trying to sign up for bt broadband and creating a BT id. When creating a BT id I cannot paste a password in the confirm password, i can see this is disabled in the website source code. This is very bad for someone who uses a password manager and long passwords!
