@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

@bt_uk really not happy at the moment got a problem seemingly sorted just for the same one to happen again a few weeks later and now I have to wait until Monday again for it to maybe be fixed , when I’m sure it’s not my end with the problem, very let down

@bt_uk I’ve already called in and Irene says I’ve to wait til next Friday to get engineer in .. again - You Don’t seem to have a long term strategy!? Do you? or you’re not bother to spend money sending engineer out. If this continues I will cancel my contract.

@bt_uk hi is the mobile network down in OX10 as my mobile cannot make calls or send texts. When I try to reconnect it says BT network is unavailable

Hey @BTGroup can you have a little word with your friends @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp. They've messed up my order and left us without broadband for 22 days with no timeline for resolution. My kids may be plotting to murder me in my sleep if they can't play Fortnite

@bt_uk 3 months after ceasing my BT service and they still bill me monthly....#bt Shocking Service.....please be careful if you leave BT as they will charge you for no services

I think it's time to look for another provider @bt_uk we're sick of this price hiking crap and seeing no improvements at all. So we'll run out this contract term, and bid you a good bye.
