@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk what’s the point in paying for fibre 2 when it buffers and lags and is incredibly slow across my devices, even turning everyone off the speeds are slow and takes a good 3 minutes for my phone to load, Netflix on my tv is incredibly slow and down scales the quality

@BTGroup @bt_uk @BTCare all christmas with next to no tv as you failed to solve issues & order a new set top box yet still charged me for now tv. no return call from ceo's office as promised before christmas so i want to be freed from contract so i can go to a company that cares

@bt_uk No Chris they're a sky customer... However the point still stands. Why on earth is a BT engineer ignoring a fault clearly created while he was up the pole? I've used the @SkyUK account to run a line test and book an engineer visit but it's 2-5 days...

@virginmedia I have tried to get in touch. Going to sign up with @bt_uk today and take you to small claims court. Also put in a complaint with ofcom and Cisas
