    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk I’m not so sure. I have tried this before but calls still came. I’m 80 soon with cardiac issues. I live alone.

    @bt_uk sounds like you really don’t want to help customers! @Italp1 has been trying to sort a problem for months. I wouldn’t be that patient and would be looking elsewhere. Probably look at @italktelecom ?

    @bt_uk My partner works from home and has issues with the broadband connection as do I when I have to use our computer to the point we run an Ethernet cable to the router to get around the problem. Our BT TV box is connected to the internet via a range extender....

    @btbusinesscare I’ve had no reply from yesterday’s tweet and still waiting for a call back from yesterday morning. Is there anything you will do to help businesses that are closed but are still paying for your services although they can’t use them?

    Literally the worst Internet we've ever had, uploading assignments is virtually impossible so can you reply or answer the phones to actually help us?? @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I already reset it and the issue is still the same. It’s constantly changing from blue to orange and flashing purple. This is the 3rd day now extremely annoying considering the price I pay for it.

    @bt_uk thanks for not turning up between 9 and 11am today. So pleased I was told to be at home. Oh, an added bonus was being hung up on twice on call to support after a combined 90 minutes on the phone.

    Had appalling internet service from @EE for about two months. Despite new router and engineer visit - absolutely useless. Switched to @BTGroup @bt_uk yesterday and game changer. Congratulations to BT and shame on EE.

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace of a company internet is awful raised a complaint sent 3 separate messages saying I would get called within 5 minutes on each occasion without any calls. Then get an email saying my complaint has been closed. Absolute shower company
