    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk still a problem with our broadband. Been very unreliable now since May 26th. Hometech expert was due to come 8-10 this morning. 5.22 last night they cancelled with no new date.

    @bt_uk Hardly the face for removing hate, the guy looks as though he has a sneering face as though blacks have an eternal problem with whites. Inclusivity means everyone so it should have had all ethnicities on the advert not one. It looks ‘woke’ to me.

    @bt_uk Tried that Micheala. Every time we call we get a sorry and a broken promise. Just had another text this morning. Copper service due to arrive and start today won’t start until next week. Guarantee I will be told to wait until then. It’s affecting my work productivity now

    @bt_uk hi bt I need a contact number that can help me with a complaint. I have a series of missed payments from 2016 adversely affecting credit. These missed payments say its BT, which is incorrect I never had any missed payments with you so need this resolved asap

    @bt_uk My hybrid smarthub 2 won't let me split up the 2.4ghz & 5ghz bandwidth, so I've had to turn off the 5ghz to get smart devices to work.. any news of an update to allocate devices to different bandwidths to get over this issue?

    @bt_uk not sure if it's just me but having issues getting through to someone on Relay UK - have made several attempts (no less than 15!) over the last 3 days & not getting picked up at all. Some Deaf people saying same issues, but others say they've used it OK. Frustrating 😤

    @NOW @bt_uk IM SICK TO DEATH OF THE @NOW app on my samsung galaxy tab a7. It dont open properly. It crashes. It restarts. I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH BOTH COMPANIES IF THIS DOES NOT GET FIXED BY END OF THIS WEEK. iv left plenty of messages and im getting ignored. Disgusting CS
