  @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk So my broadband package with BT ended 8 April (today) as I have found a better deal elsewhere after years of on and off custom with you. At 00:35 on 8 April, you duly cut my service off - no grace period of a few hours to ensure my new provider has connected my new service...

  @bt_uk Well now it's nearly two months on. I've sent huge diagnostic files and been asked to try v21.1.3 and still BT Cloud is not working properly.

  @bt_uk how do we get help after 8pm? just tried your website and help was useless mobile phone isn't receiving or making calls, when someone calls it saying "calls to this number are not being connected, number is not available from this network" very poor service from BT
