@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Right, but I'm not one of these online gamers, we're just trying to use YouTube or our bank or a shopping website and it takes minutes for a site to load/change page. I don't think the internet should be that slow where I tell it to load Google and I can go and make a cuppa.

@bt_uk It cuts out randomly and sporadically (at any key moment of any live event), and then works perfectly the rest of the time. This has happened time after time, this ones just the worst of them
