    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Absolutely love that virgin media has been out and clearly not fixed a problem but instead ruined our internet connection this morning! Thanks very much!!

    Hi @btsport. The app on my PS5 continually crashes after about 15-20 seconds. I have tried reinstalling the app but the problem persists. Sometimes it will give me code VC019. Any ideas? It's just that I wouldn't mind watching the football, I kind of like it.

    @bt_uk your employer added a new product to my account fraudulently and you are charging still me for it and won't cancel it despite me calling few times. When will you cancel and refund my money

    Big 2nd half needed by Man Utd. Out played, out worked out classed by Watford in the 1st half and are lucky to only be 2-0 down. A 2nd half like the 1st will heap way more pressure on OGS than the 2-0 defeat to Man City did. #WATMUN #BTSport
