@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Was sent a new Smart Hub2 - I bought a new Netgear switch in case it was that, but problem persists and by the looks of the community boards - I am not the only one

@jepine1 @bt_uk This is beyond appalling, how is anyone supposed to successfully work from home with this level of service. Unbelievable that a company like BT are unable to keep to promises & rectify this problem they created in a timely manner.

My family has received absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk. In the wake of a loss of our loved one, this has been an added upset and stress which has cost us a lot of time and is yet to be resolved. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company.

@bt_uk I recently had a problem with my WiFi and you told me to disconnect one of the cables that went to the modem part. This worked, however for the last month or so, my Internet is constantly disconnecting, several times a day, most days. Is there anything you can do?
