@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk I got one of those advanced home phone things with my new full fiber 900 service and the phone is useless. The batteries are constantly saying battery flat. It's never left the holder. Lasts 30 seconds off charge. It's clearly defective how do I get a replacement?
