@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTCare I am in a network meeting now and the connection is absolutely dreadful I've tried to use the ethernet cable but even with this I am being told I sound like a robot. I have tried everything you've told me to do previously you say my broadband is working but it's dreadful

Decided to move to @bt_uk for our broadband; needed to check some issues and I’m sure the dude I spoke too was either high or didn’t seem to care. You got to wonder when their only solution is “cancel the order”.
