@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Every morning at 9am my landline phone rings & I get a message through the BT text message service. It is from Amazon with deal of the day Amazon say they don’t have a landline number on my account so can’t stop it.

@bt_uk Hi. The issues with the broadband were resolved yesterday. I also had someone appear at my door to collect the old tv box, even then I still don’t have the new one yet

@bt_uk well after months of phone calls engineers phantom visits, failed shows for internal engineers and a complaint being closed without even looking in to it I have finally lost patience, I upgraded to Halo in august and it’s been the worst experience with broadband I -

@bt_uk So why was I even offered the option of delivery to another address by BT? Along with £15 credit on our account for the inconvenience? And there's really nothing you can do? Will be calling to cancel my service tomorrow in that case.

@bt_uk A reply from a Local openreach engineer. Looks like a dslam card has gone down and will affect most people on fttc broadband from all providers. I'll get on the case at 0800 and see whats going on
