@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk It isn’t a issue with the aerial as it worked perfectly fine with our old provider. All the issues have come from BT and through switching to them. I appreciate it’s not your fault, but there is no nearby hotspots and the ones I do find I still can’t connect to. I just don’t

@bt_uk I’ve been waiting since September to get my bt up and running Ian still paying astronomical bills with Plusnet and don’t even get the full power bt took £35 pound of me for upfront payment but apparently they have no none nobody engeeneers to connect be What a pile of crap ****

@bt_uk I’m seriously getting annoyed now. Switched to you only 2 months ago and had no end of issues. Now been without internet since Tuesday, which also means no TV. Engineer can’t come till Tuesday. I work from home and it’s costing a fortune to use mobile data to work
