    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Hi Lizzie. I am a BT TV customer with a BT You View box. I have just re-tuned my channels but I have now lost channels 1 to 312. So I have no BBC, ITV etc. Please point me in the right direction.

    @bt_uk i’m a new customer waiting for installation today within 8-1pm. Looking online my appointment has been changed without my knowledge to 8 November. When was I going to be told!??! Why is there a 2 week delay now? ! Brilliant way to treat new customers!!

    @btbusinesscare Never go with BT as they arethe worst company we have been with.cctv not working since they put bt iCloud in and now been told we are having our number taken off us as another customer has asked for it. Shocking 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @bt_uk in a new customer waiting for installation which was last confirmed on Friday 21 Oct for today. No installation has taken place even though meant to be within 8-1pm. Looking online my appointment has been changed without my knowledge to 8 November. This isn’t good enough.

    Hey again @bt_uk thanks for now ignoring me. You've text me about the order I didn't place, for the wrong dates, you sent me a link to change the dates but it won't let me change it. Just like last time. You going to contact me now? Or shall I keep pointing out how bad this is?
