@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

  • The_Fleece1 The Fleece Bar & Kitchen (@The_Fleece1) reported from Selkirk, Scotland

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk So according to your own DM ‘there are no plans for fibre in your area’. So please tell me why why why you send mail outs to me offering something that you don’t provide??? This should be illegal. It’s predatory marketing. Fix your marketing. It’s not rocket science

  • DLbi12John_boy John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@bt_uk My experience as a BT customer tells me you won't get that £100 however bad it gets.

  • denzhendy denzil (@denzhendy) reported

@lewrt @bt_uk Worst part is I had to turn 4G on to send this tweet

  • jemma_dolan Jemma Dolan (@jemma_dolan) reported

Complaints that households in the #Roslea area have been without @EE coverage since around #ChristmasEve & now without @btbusinesscare signal since this afternoon! Not good enough, especially when people are #WFH. I have reported both - people need back online ASAP! 📱💻

  • DLbi12John_boy John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@bt_uk Oh, I'm not a BT customer anymore thankfully. My complaint about BT's breach of contract went all the way to head office after contacting the OFCOM and the press. I finally managed to free myself from the contract and was refunded all the money that I was owed. Never again.

  • CBAFC1903 cb (@CBAFC1903) reported

@bt_uk have an fibre to premises install tomorrow but need to cancel it. If engineer arrives before I can rearrange how best to sort.

  • FA1KFA1KFA1K Matt Farthing (@FA1KFA1KFA1K) reported

@bt_uk no internet around 0830 this morning and right now (1820) - SE28. No reported issues in the area, just the flashing orange lights. This has been happening intermittently all year (throughout lockdown). Any theories?

  • p0welly Andy Powell (@p0welly) reported

@mikercameron Both @bt_uk and @virginmedia have guest/network sharing which could easily be enabled remotely giving internet access to any kid who lived within a few doors of someone with BT or Virgin Internet.,

  • JohnCattermole2 John Cattermole (@JohnCattermole2) reported

@bt_uk Quick question thought, I have feeling I kno what’s happening, my friends dad keeps biting my cables and I don’t think how to stop this issue, have u got any suggestions

  • DLbi12John_boy John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@bt_uk Yeah, three adverts in the last 2 days on twitter. Fed up seeing them. I won't even buy the current Scotland rugby top because I don't want to advertise BT. That's how bad my experience as a BT customer was.
