@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Quick question, considering im literally right outside the pole for the new FTTP service in the area, just wondering why theres a 7-8 week wait to install services? a long run isnt required its a few feet at most, is there any way to get a sooner appointment than mid jan?

Fair play that @BTsport interviewer. Didn’t back down. Complicated situation- and let’s not forget it wasn’t too long ago the big six were bullying the rest over larger shares of the TV money pool. Finding it hard to have much sympathy TBH. 5 subs has a point tho. #BHALIV

@btsport Des Kelly has slipped into trying to be confrontational and make headlines there instead of responsible journalism. Poor. He’s better than that! #LFC @DesKellyOBE

@Dijkinho @btsport @mrjakehumphrey They just want to knock Klopp down because he’s on top. This is the media’s job. Build them up, chop them down.

“we haven’t got time to do it” meaning “we don’t have the courage to show support for him because broadcasting corporations own us.” #BTSport #LFC

@pdadaduk @bt_uk Strange how I could get an answer within 5 mins...when I say I'm calling as a new customer wanting a broadband contract. Switching to Virgin was the best thing I ever did.
