@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Moving home with BT contract. Online Home Move not available. Spoke to “advisor”. Just reeled off numbers ad nauseam. Want details in writing so I can sit and decide what I want. “can’t do that” was his response. This is awful service for an existing customer. Do you care?

@bt_uk Hi I signed up for Broadband Fibre 1 via Top Cashback. As a new customer incentive was promised £60 cashback. This has been declined by BT and the account shows I only spent £4!! Well how come I’ve had a £4 transaction acknowledgment when it’s actually a contract? 😣

@bt_uk Great service today. You take my land line out with my old router before checking that the new fibre connection is working to point of connection. New router etc fitted by your contractor who left without a word. Guess what doesn’t work. Clowns

@bt_uk Was looking forward to using my new fibre power Halo 2 tonight. Fitted but not working due to a fibre problem. Why did the old router get taken out before this was checked? Reported already and looks like no Netflix etc until after Xmas. Make sure I don’t have to chase the compo.

@bt_uk I did. The issue seemed to sort itself out about 6ish last night so they decided not to call yet. We are keeping an eye on it. If it keeps happening there is definitely an issue somewhere.

Over a week now my 92 yr old mum has been in her new flat and @BT_uk have still to get her landline (Digital Voice bollox) working. Nice she’s been left in the lurch, without a phone. I’ve now called them 3 times to chase. They’ve never called me back once, let alone apologise.

@bt_uk the @bt_uk process being that anyone can use someone's postcode and apply to take over a BT customer's (ie mine) line at that postcode? And apparently it's up to me to sort it out? Your business practice needs sorting out @bt_uk

@hitman8976rawk @bt_uk First trick is switching it off, count to 10 and switch it back on, if that doesn't work there's a reset button which you'll need a pen or a needle to push in then it should be fine
