@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Hi Kevin, we have put in a number of complaints but nothing gets resolved. We are getting about 300-900kbps which is disgusting. Minimum should be 14mbps and when I talk to your service people they tell me that's what I'm getting and that I'm wrong yet I'm the one living with it!

Things you really could do without in a GP surgery... Our phone lines go down. We find out that our broadband line has been transferred to different provider/ reallocated! Thanks @bt_uk! 😠 hope it gets sorted soon. As if #primarycare isn't hard enough at the moment.

Changing to @BTCare BT Full Fibre in the hope of getting better service. Planned to be here in a 5 hour window waiting for an Engineer. Already one hour past due time, no call from anyone and no awareness of whether it will get done today. Disappointing start

@bt_uk Yes actually. 1) when I signed up on Tuesday it had a £9.99 delivery fee. When I signed my friend up yesterday for the same plan it’s now free? How do I get the £10 discount? 2) did you notify your team of the issues using windows 11 & MS edge when ordering?

I’m really disappointed with @bt_uk who are unable to provide any leeway with their cancellation fee for service personnel being posted overseas outside of their control. Poor customer service and discrimination to military personnel. Even after being with them for a years.

@bt_uk to the person in BT who sees this; I imagine your employer cares about as much as you as an employee, as ‘he’ does me as a client. Your service is awful, your employer is awful and it never changes.

Neighbours internet went down for 2 weeks due to @bt_uk now ours is down and the helpful freephone number it gives out via the router just results in a recorded message from the 5th saying there are issues in Kensington. A real confidence booster that they’ll sort it before Xmas
