    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

    @KookyKym @bt_uk I’m on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.

    @bt_uk I’ve now been without broadband for 23 days, thanks to your incompetence. I’ve had phone call after call assuring me you’ll fix it, texts and emails to say I’m live, yet NOTHING! Sort it out! This is down to YOU! Useless company. 🤬

    @bt_uk unbelievable service, booked an engineer two weeks in advance only to be told now that ive been missed and the next time slot is in another two weeks! Can i get someone out quicker, atrocious

    @bt_uk hey, I’m having trouble finding my active account with you. When I log in with the email it always logs into an inactive account. Can’t find bills info etc etc. All info is my closed account before rejoining you. Can you help? Thanks.

    @s_starrr6 @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @bt_uk I don’t have an account with BT though, I’m with Sky, but they’re not updating, and it’s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!

    @btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

    Our internet and landline aren't working. I've text in and it said no issue but there clearly is @bt_uk
