@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Latest order VOL013-599584188687. Service was supposed to be activated today. I spent another hour speaking to fibre team and he promised it will get activated. I am still waiting magic to happen.

@bt_uk Customer services a shambles. Engineer doesn't come out as planned, BT give me a contact number for Openreach to contact directly- they don't take calls from customers. Call BT again, wait on hold for ages, then get hung up on. Just want to get back online!!

@bt_uk My services were activated today and had confirmation email/text but the broadband is not working…I have tried all the troubleshooting etc.

@bt_uk Kept being told...ohh it will be next month...oh don't worry it will be next month. Here I am 10months later and having to move house. Terrible customer service. And now I can't even close my account with you without problems.

@BTCare for the past week our internet drops out completely about four times a day. We can’t get through on your chat. And your online checks say no issues (there really must be) Can someone contact us as we need internet for work?
