@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk I've had enough of complaining about my broadband. You send an engineer which miraculously fixes it, a few days later its terrible again. I've put up with this for years now, you really need to fix it.

@bt_uk internet has been dropping several times a day since we moved in November but this evening it is literally every 5 minutes. Makes watching anything pretty impossible and does not bode well for work tomorrow. Any help please?
