    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @MoneySavingExp Our @bt_uk broadband renewal quote was £8 or 25% more. In the letter the same deal was offered as new customer/actively change for £2 less than what we were currently paying its a joke. You have to waste time on hold waiting to talk to someone otherwise automatically pay more.

    @btsport I’ve been unable to logon to the app on the phone for months now and no one has been able to help. I have followed all the instructions as advised and still nothing.

    @bt_uk ordered broadband on the 29th Dec. Still no broadband. Ridiculous and no one can help. 5 orders done and canceled.

    @bt_uk Hi, is the BT wi-fi via the phone unlimited if I log in with my BT broadband login (email address and password)? We won't have any WiFi from Tuesday otherwise. And can you tell me how big the mini router is?

    @btsport I am watching the women’s Ashes test match with the sound off because the commentators are the worst I have heard… ever!! Please get rid of them.
