@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Was able to connect even when I got the first txt saying that there was a problem with broadband in my area that why I was confused as I have a TV service that requires Internet and it is has a ethernet cable and my mobile was connected to WiFi all the time.

@bt_uk my BT broadband keeps cutting out, all morning. Apparently an issue with the line which is aimed to fix by 15th. I am unable to do my work and the work I need to do for my degree. Compensation for lack of service and disruptiveness?

@bt_uk Jeez BT have you never heard of the saying just because you can, doesn’t mean you should?? £10.47 a month increase on my bill for inflation? Do you not think we’re suffering enough? Do you want to lose loads of customers or wouldn’t you rather keep them?? #CostOfLiving
