    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk BT: stands for Bloody Terrible. Ongoing issues for 2 years now. Broadband & phone down AGAIN today & engineers have missed 2 recent appointments wasting 10 hrs of my time! We will be leaving you when our contract expires in March -all our neighbours have already left!

    I flirted with the idea of moving to a rolling contract with @btsportfootball last night. £29 a month I can deal with but a £35 set-up fee? Nope, you're alright. Here's your problem @btsport : someone who can afford it doesn't want to pay it.

    @bt_uk ongoing problem with phone line. Road outside dug up. Engineer called earlier cut off phone line and broadband from roadside. He’s now gone leaving us without either. Hasnt told us what’s going on. Can u get him back to reinstate service

    @jwmurphy @bt_uk Under the Universal Service Obligation BT is obliged to maintain loads of boxes. BT wants rid of most as people just don't use them but they're stuck with then. Sadly the KX ones are ugly compared to the K2.
