@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk well its our first 2 weeks of the contract so I know its going to be inconsistent but we are even at the best of times getting 15 down and 9 up, which is useable yes but its certainly not close to 70 and no, my phone is ancient so I don't have any apps unfortunately

@bt_uk Yes complaint made. Promises made. Then silence from you all. Appointments made to connect then cancellations. Funny thing if we lived in a city i guarantee this would have been sorted in a week tops.

@MellyChaps @btsport @Virgin It's a scandal. Big companies are always the worst payers. I refused to supply WHSmith's with my books even though they sold well, because they deliberately took forever to pay. It was a hassle I didn't need.

Hey @bt_uk I've been a Dr since before I was ever your customer, and repeatedly calling me Miss after I signed up as Dr and correct you every single time means anything you send (to that person who doesn't exist) goes in the bin. Misogyny is bad. Sort it please.

@bt_uk Engineers cancelled yesterday. Now been given a date next month. You "accidentally" cut us off nearly 2 months ago. Have to work from a lay-by 2 miles from my home as the service you are providing is rubbish
