Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Simon Conway-Smith (@SConwaySmith) reportedIf @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!

Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!
