@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk hi, for the third consecutive month I am being charged for broadband despite cancelling my BT account and being assured by numerous customer service team members that my account is closed! Can you please stop charging me and confirm my account is closed

@bt_uk Now in 3rd week of no broadband. I have rung everyday & been promised a call back. It never happens. The date of the fix changes every day. "BT is committed to providing excellent customer service" is utter sh*te, isn't it? You've even cancelled my right to cancel!

@bt_uk unbelievably bad service. I received an email on July 19 saying sorry I was leaving BT, despite me not requesting to do so, and all my services would stop on Aug 2. After an hour on the phone I was told I'd have to ring back and it was an error at BT's end. Phoned back two

@bt_uk Hi guys we’ve just spoken to one of your operators who may or may not be working from home. He suddenly went very quiet and was only able to say “oh my god” my dad asked if he was okay, he couldn’t respond. Hope he is okay and gets help if he needs it. Police are aware.

@cliveagran I'm thinking right now @bt_uk is the worst offender. Spent nearly 1/2 an hour this morning with the "Thank you for holding..." msg before getting bumped off. Called back to find out staff were on a training course or something. Now waiting again, nine minutes and counting.....

@bt_uk @MattBigwood Same thing happened to me and I did cancel my contract in the end because I became so frustrated and three months on they are still charging me despite confirming my account is closed on numerous conversations with the customer service team!

@bt_uk Update: not fixed on 3rd given date. Now waiting for engineer on 19th (2 and a half months since problem arose). Going to review bomb @bt_uk now as there’s no help coming my way
