    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk The extra hour wasted trying to speak to customer service, without any success. Customer Service incorrect name, can't change to lower tariff despite being out of contract.

    @bt_uk Are you able to tell me what you think a good download speed is? Im appalled my your poor internet. Its embarrassing. I don't want to talk to your shiity call centre's and be on hold for hours. What is the download speed you SHOULD be offering?

    @bt_uk why is it so hard to speak to a human being at bt about a fault with broadband and phone service . Quick enough to take my money though aren't you. Appalling customer service

    @bt_uk Our Broadband provider can send something but the immediate issue is your BT line and why it takes 4 days to repair and on an update from you might be the 11/11. Poor service do you not agree?

    @bt_uk been trying to follow your instructions to return equipment. Logged in to MyBT as reqd but no option! Also your complaints process is awful. If you want your stuff pls message.

    @bt_uk terrible service, my mobile contract had finished, want to change to SIM deal, over 30min delay to speak to advisor.
