@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@martinhesp @bt_uk Could it be to do with rolling out Covid vaccinations for the elderly in our area? I'm sure those nasty nano chips they contain could be causing interference and all sorts of problems-probably deliberately 🙃

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk I have noticed recently that the internet signal well as the phn signal has been very poor this has been for me for about a year or so even before the pandemic, but been suffering it , I’m sorry to say that I’m not happy with the current service .!!
