    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk Because I'm on your network and you keep claiming faults are in the property, so I don't even have a phone line people can call in on since it failed ten minutes after your last engineer visited and did external work, never mind broadband.

    @bt_uk Hi, I am interested in signing up to BT for fibre services to my apartment. When I use the address finder on your website, it shows as "Not for CP use: Main - then my address". There is a BT Openreach wall socket in the property - will this be an issue?

    @bt_uk hi. Home move completed today, new smart hub 2 is flashing with purple light. I’ve followed all troubleshooting faqs, any ideas how I can fix? (Service switched on this morning at 11am, phone working fine). Thanks
