@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

So according to ryan on @bt_uk live chat, bt's policy is to use poor security and insecure security questions and answers. It is against their policy to allow customers to use secure answers to their security questions. #cybersecuritytips #CyberSecurityAwareness

@bt_uk A very pleasant member of staff based in England resolved the issue during a call that lasted over 40 minutes. As a new customer to BT TV I'd be hoping it doesn't happen too often. The attitude from the staff member however was very impressive.

@bt_uk from March my monthly direct debit is going up by 22.7%, yet when I phoned to discuss this nothing could be done and I was told if I wanted to save money as I’m under contract to cancel my tv package. How is this good customer service? Appalled at your service.

@btsport Whoever is operating the camera angles for the MCI v RBL needs a talking too… Crap camera angles, zoomed in for attacking play Half of the match its been so zoomed in or showing irrelevant stuff, we’ve missed the open plays and loses in possession

@bt_uk dreadful experience adding sky sports to bt tv package. 5 days on and still not sorted. 5 phone calls endless passing from one person to another. 2 hours today on hold and it’s still not sorted. Please please help.
