  @bt_uk terrible customer service! My company waited 4 months for you to communicate with Openreach about our order for a property in Henley. This didn't happen and my company are now losing a tenant as a result because they cannot get connection installed before Christmas.

  @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

  @bt_uk anyone else find the BT discs under the Halo package absolutely useless? constantly disconnect and sit on a slow flashing blue light, just had 2 new ones sent that do the same thing.

  @bt_uk Don’t worry I ended up finding a helpline no. at 10am this morning. It took 2 vans and a cherry picker 7hrs to fix but it’s finally fixed after I had to stomp my feet with you guys!
