@bt_uk When I phoned the faults team, they said the error was between the green box on the street and my property. How will sending one of these 'experts' fix my problem if it's in the street?

@bt_uk Lets see how long it takes until you say "I need to put you through to someone else", they will then say "their system is down" and then I have to wait another 5 weeks. My hopes are not high in resolving this.

@bt_uk What is a BT home tech expert? Can they also sort out network faults? When logging my fault they advise a cable issue. Home tech experts seems to set up routers etc...?

the fact that @bt_uk is switching off copper network in 2025 & fax use is irritating cost that they don't want. @Ofcom underperforming re broadband coverage with millions of homes with poor or no fixed or mobile service but supports PR pieces like this. #RegulatorCapture

@bt_uk @mkeeton1979 Just to add onto this guy's point, in DN6 the internet has been bad for about a week, it was good this morning for about 2 hours but it's returned to being inconsistent again. I know several people affected on my street but BT say there's no known issue on their website.
