@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@btbusinesscare And bear in mind that we hadn't done anything wrong or broken any hardware/ wires etc but had to do all the chasing. It was a fault at the local exchange but BT insisted on sending engineers round to tick a box in a process. They were lovely but apologised for needlessly visiting

@bt_uk hi BT, in Ukraine and you've turned my data off. I have increased my cap online (wifi) but you are still blocking me joining another network "because my data limit has been exceeded" . My BT app offers no human and because I've no data I cannot call you even on wifi cheers

@bt_uk upgraded old TV package on Wednesday via website. Midnight Thurs you cut my TV off!! Apparent known issue for existing customers trying to upgrade. Tried for 2 days so far to get reinstated. Promised calls back & it'd be sorted. Nothing. Someone please sort this out!!
