@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@FFScout_Mark @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk BT customer services is awful. Happy I moved away from them. As much as Sky has it's problems, never had issues with talking to someone there and coming to a reasonable resolution.

@bt_uk i'd love to use one but you've deleted my email account and after 7 days, hours spent daily on line, o phone etc you still can't fix it or explain what you've done. really appalling lack of i-ordination between teams and you want £650 for us ti leave your appalling service.

@bt_uk oh does someone at BT actually help customers? After 7 days of no email after you deleted the account in error I'd love someone to help me. wasted hours going around in circles. why would anyone want to join or stay with such an incompetent company?
