  @bt_uk Once again my connection has fallen from 20 to 11 in just over a week, on going issue for the past 2 years. Every time an engineer turns up i explain the issue that its an external cable fault , they seem to fix the issue for awhile , then go back to having issues.

  @bt_uk Called BT twice today & apparently Outage in DA14 & no wifi/broadband for 2 days. No one from BT letting me know, me calling. Good communication #communications #btoutage

  @bt_uk Thanks Jordan, I hope your bosses recognise your good customer service there :) My mum will do without broadband for the time being as there is nothing cheaper than £20 with any provider at the moment sadly! Hopefully that changes sometime. Thanks for checking in
