@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk No it was bt, didn't tell me on some betting sites, some other sites it did. I'll take a screen shot the next time! 😡😡😡😡 I haven't checked my lottery as I couldn't get numbers on. Lucky its only a tweet! You must know, BT customer service was really busy at a strange time!

@haggisdave @bt_uk They talk you into Halo and then tell you you need WiFi boosters for an extra tenner a month. Always trying to sell up on the promise it will fix issues. Shysters.

@bt_uk need help as getting no where on phone and engineer has been 3 times in past year and problem just getting worse, crackling phone that u can’t use and internet going off leaving 73yr old with no heat. Keep saying there’s no faults!!

@bt_uk Thing is it's not just my ps4 that loses Wi-Fi a laptop in the same room as the hub has the same problem and it's a brand new laptop

@OpenreachHelp Thanks Dan. @bt_uk told me they had raised the issue with you but also said they could not tell me (or find out) for sure the switching off process could be stopped, only saying they'd try to fix by Thurs, leaving me potentially without broadband 'til then. HopeEscalationWorks!

Hi @bt_uk . I asked for a transcript of my order 26/1 to be emailed, it never arrived. Now have to wait up to 2 months for a copy so I can check my order details are correct? Really ?? And why can't I just find my contract renewal date without asking for it 😒
