    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    Thank you @bt_uk for leaving my 88yr old grandmother with no form of contact in the middle of a life-threatening heatwave, because you switched her plan without written notice. She can't even contact emergency services. Your disregard for the elderly continues to be sickening.

    @btbusinesscare fixed within a few days, as were our neighbours (the cause was a severed cable outside). For Plusnet, we pay around £16 a month. For BT Business it's over £50 a month. And yet my connection hasn't been fixed. What is going on? When will someone bother to fix my connection?

    @bt_uk Yes the issue is there is no one competent @bt_uk to manage even the simplest of tasks I will outline the problems once you tell me how to make a formal complait

    @bt_uk Thank you I've tried that and it says no issues none in our area and to text a number , this is the same number we have been trying to text last night and it won't let us do it . Should I give you my number on here ? ( As in is this chat private? ) Thanks

    @dariuspourhana @SkySports @btsport Couldn’t agree more. Bloody women have completely taken over sports coverage and they are awful. Listening to Mens football,cricket ,rugby and F1 is being ruined.Strange how they can cover Mens events,but men don’t cover womens. TMS is just not the same with high pitched tone.

    @bt_uk My internet has now been down for ~24h... What is going on! The status checker does not even display a fix date - only that is has been down since 9:40 yesterday

    @bt_uk As I said yesterday I have no intention of wasting MY time playing find the right person, as a customer looking, potentially, to upgrade I expect the provider to do the running round, its called CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @bt_uk No, it doesn't suit at all. I'm not available tomorrow and I fail to see why I have to wait until Monday afternoon. Why can't an engineer attend today? I've been waiting for 3 weeks and I should be a priority.
