    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @RagNBoneMan @bt_uk Was this from the flooding couple weeks back? Only asking because @virginmedia went down in our ends - and when pressed, it turns out that none of the main infrastructure companies have any adaptation strategy in place to deal with climate change. No resilience plan, nothing.

    Never before have I called anyone out online but the appalling behaviour from @bt_uk over the last 6 weeks has forced my hand. How can a company continue taking money from my account, yet provide no service and refuse to acknowledge my complaints. #moderndayrobbery

    @bt_uk it's nice to know you're consistently awful at getting back to complaints. Once again your land is overgrown and causing hazards in our garden, it's nearly two months after you said it would be sorted. I shouldn't have to be chasing you again, this is ridiculous.

    @bt_uk I have spent hours on the phone to your call centres, managed my other services fine once I eventually get through, but they cannot remove additional storage. I've been on online chat with no useful help. And the neither the BT or Cloud apps have the facility to remove the 50GB.

    @virginmedia It’s down again, this time until 10 PM. Your excuse is unacceptable. If I was to go out to my clients and told them that I don’t know how long it will take but please pay me in advance, I wouldn’t have any clients. @BTCare Will do a better job from September.

    @bt_uk my mum in law’s landline is not working, she is in her 80s and this is her only means of contact. I am being passed to so many people but nothing is being done. Can you help at all please?

    @bt_uk My partner's elderly aunts have been without telephone or Internet for a week now. The phone numbers they have been given for support do not connect. They are in Northern Ireland. Can you help please?
