    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk In a former life I was a telco engineer. I know how this stuff works. The Openreach staff I’ve dealt with have been excellent, the problem as always is in your BT Residential processes/systems. My beef is with the BT service delivery directors overseeing a broken outsource model.

    @thegeefunk @bt_uk They basically try to charge us extra to get priority when things go wrong even though they should do that anyway when we are paying them for any service

    @bt_uk He didn’t ‘bad mouth’ BT. He simply clarified what I knew - that the cease & reprovide *had not been done*, that the fault should not have been closed, and that he was going to help. You are the one needing managerial oversight for misrepresenting what everyone can see you wrote.

    @bt_uk Can't access my mailbox on my laptop. Fine on tablet and phone. Is there a problem? Chat and phone line to help seem incredibly busy....

    One hour and I went nowhere with TalkTalk… not like @bt_uk is any better. They send me snail mail telling me I have new offers on my online account but in all the 2 years being with them not a single offer thrown my way. Always errors. They ignore my complaints.

    @bt_uk I am having problems with my hub, it’s turned to flashing purple, I have checked all the cables and did a reset, still not working I am also with Virgin mobile so can’t text the number as it won’t deliver

    For the last 4 days my @bt_uk Wi-Fi has gone down between about 10am and midday, service status says there’s nothing wrong in my area but somethings obviously up…

    @bt_uk I’m getting SO many cold calls on the landline recently, especially first thing in the morning. How do I log it/make it stop? 😭 It’s that much of a nuisance I want to cancel it but need it for work…

    @bt_uk @hscrutton Found out about this disaster from @PrivateEyeNews - you will lose all phone service in a power cut. The sensible keep a corded phone to plug in when the power goes, but that will no longer work. Anyone with no mobile coverage is stuffed - that's a lot of us.
