    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @bt_uk Multiple times, gone through all the trouble shooting etc and nothing seems to resolve the issue. Changed WiFi channels etc but still the same issues across multiple devices

    @bt_uk Brian, thanks for the quick reply. Is this Halo option available for a customer on a 40Mb ‘BT infinity’ (previously called) plan? Your website suggests it’s only for services over 74Mb, which he didn’t have previously and certainly doesn’t need.

    @bt_uk how do I get a new router. I've had nothing but issues, Sky Box disconnects all the time, phones disconnect all the time, laptops disconnect. I've reset router etc

    @btbusinesscare Trying to test a game streaming as part of our business however streaming a game even at 720p stutters and freezes' 35mb should be sufficient for 4k and our speed is 60mbps on average so speed isn't the issue - how can we improve the latency and routing?
