    @TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I had a similar issue with Sky recently. You should ask them to credit your account for all the losses as they cut off your income resource for no reason basically. Letting it slip away will not give them a good lesson to train the engineers and improve the services in general!

    @PeterStefanovi2 @bt_uk are you mad? If your staff need food, they are not being paid enough. You can dress it up as a community pantry like some free cafeteria, but unless you're employing babies, that's not really true either. Sort your **** out!

    @WorkTheSpace Jack I work in insurance, if you have legal expenses you can maybe look to claim for lost revenue, this is ****. I had the same issue but we live in the country @bt_uk were terrible and no help at all! Hope it can be sorted ASAP
