    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @IanMartin @bt_uk You somehow blocked yourself from accessing the Internet. You’ll need the login turn off access control.

    @bt_uk Hi Matt, thanks for getting back to me. I keep getting International (mostly West Africa) numbers ringing my mobile then ringing off. I'm blocking them as they happen, but they use different numbers. I thought it would be a simple solution. Oh well.

    @bt_uk Did that but as of 9am this morning still flashing orange. I'm being sent a mini hub, but is there any news of what the problem is? I'm presuming it's a problem in my area?
