@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@btbusinesscare I already have 🤡Case Reference: IMP-107511522, Its been 91 days since the order and I'm still waiting for BT and Openreach to finish the installation. Its just a simple FTTP (and ALL the hardware is in place and works) but its beyond BT and Openreach to activate it-so poor

It makes me so miserable to miss out on teaching and other opportunities because of my home internet frequently dropping out. @bt_uk have sent 4 engineers over the past year and nothing helps and it’s still abysmal. I have no idea what the solution is other than moving house 😞

@bt_uk Students beware. BT try to sell students a very convenient 9 month contract for Broadband to fix into term time. Except you know what, when it comes to the end of term time the contract rolls on and then you don't get money back. Beware #btbroadband #students
