    @bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk This has only started happening the past week or so, and several of my neighbours are having issues too. Devices haven’t changed, the number of them hasn’t changed, locations of everything hasn’t changed yet so whats up with that?

    @btbusinesscare There is a huge outage in Elgin City Centre with over 30 businesses affected which means no phone calls, card systems or booking systems. The date for this to be resolved is 17th June. Is there anyway this can be resolved sooner as businesses are struggling?

    @bt_uk after 11 weeks to live alone with the help of carers following a sever stroke. He is highly dependent on the care line for times he is alone and this line has had a fault on it.  We have reported the fault originally on June 1st.    The line worked once but was very crackl

    @bt_uk I have and they are refusing to cancel the bill. Saying I pay it or another bill will be generated. They now keep hanging up when I call.
