    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk I've had a text to say all fixed. I have the line back but still no b'band. Did a restart of hub but it's just flashing pink. Help please! Cant stand not having TV for much longer. Cant connect Alexa or TV box to mini hub. A week without is more than enough. Help! #bt

    @bt_uk No all ok. Speed 150. Recent letter saying that our phone service will soon be switching to the back of the hub, was worried it might not work. It hasn’t helped by an idiot openreach engineer outside telling us we are not on full fibre when our contract clearly says we are.

    @bt_uk Have been trying to get fibre broadband installed for 3 months without success. Bt can’t even give me a date for installation- asked to be put through to escalations team but the person there would not speak directly to me - shambolic service

    @GradySNP Hi Patrick, I am having an urgent issue with @bt_uk who are refusing to let me speak to cancellation team until *after* my cooling off period has ended. As a result, I’m v anxious about getting a huge cancellation fee. Have emailed details and grateful of any support.

    So I called into @vmbusiness @virginmedia apparently there's 5 'P4' faults affecting the services, estimated time to resolution is 5 DAYS. @btbusinesscare how long does it take to provision fibre on an existing business line with no left in jumper?
