    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @bt_uk I also requested a copy of the transcript which I haven’t received. Is BT deliberately avoiding helping me in anyway! Apparently to move my wife box you’re gonna charge me £150 for the privilege though I never asked for it to be where it is now

    Day wasted sat around waiting for a @BTCare engineer to not show up after booking an order on the 12th, and now showing soonest available slot is November 5th. Really doesn’t fill me with much confidence about how their service is going to be…

    I’ve been on hold to @bt_uk for well over 90 minutes now & no one has picked up the call as my grandparents internet has gone down since this morning. Absolutely crap service from BT & clearly they don’t care about their customers one bit. The line has now gone dead!!

    @bt_uk I was told at sign up my wife would be sufficient with out upgrade. I wanted my wife installed at the front of the house near the devices it wasn’t due to Covid. I upgraded my package with you to the 300 no help. I asked for complaint dept to email he said they won’t.

    @bt_uk Have your letter asking me to move to 'new BT TV'. No problem-except for my account with Now TV. They advise if you 'merge' my account with them into my BT TV account, I will only be able to watch Now TV via the BT Box app on my TV and not the app on my tablet-is this correct?

    @bt_uk I had an old account ages ago. I rang CS the other day and they took my old one off & put my new one on. But it’s still not on there, tired to do it myself but it’s not working.
