@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@marcnufc @bt_uk I live in a bungalow the walls are two ft thick iv had every internet going 75 a month and no signal now iv tesco on one phone at the window tethering and another for a tablet 15 euro a month and it does what i want nos at all , footy movies smart tv xbox nps

@bt_uk Now working, but we had over an hour of no TV service & then missed the whole first half of the football game we were going to watch. Again. I pay for TV & pay extra for football. Got none of that tonight. Keeps happening, it's a piss take. I hate paying for things I don't get

Hey @bt_uk mind explaining this? My speeds should not be this bad. I usually get an average speed between 10 and 12 Mbp/s. But the last few days my speeds have been pathetically slow.

@bt_uk That's great as I was worried as it's fttp and I remember people saying they had to cancel the original ISP when they joined virgin I still got a few days b4 I can order as still in contract till 20th feb

@bt_uk Hi BT! I have had really big problems with my home move. I had Fibre 900 at my old house, and from your website can get the same at my new house. Placed home move order on 14th December to go live on 24th January. Still no Internet or phone line now!
