@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@btsport Tuesday night champions league is on and once again my BT sport channels arnt working, even though I am a BT customer and have paid the extra cash for the HD channels and complained 3 times now….I am writing this whilst hanging on the Bt line for the last 19 mins😤

@bt_uk never use this service.. appealing customer service.. not sorted my wifi out for 4 days.. no call back from a manager after a complaint.. cancel the contract

The commentating on @btsport is so poor. Cuadrado is more of a RW but tonight is doing a job at RB. Cuadrado has been playing RB for around 3 seasons now.

@btsport Hello can you ask the panel if they personally feel that a Manager (even if tactically inept) could make 9/10 players from 11 play as bad as they hav for United in the last few weeks. Can one man be capable of that ? Especially when you don’t see player/manager conflict

@bt_uk - Hi. I am a BT Full Fibre 100 customer… Can I obtain a signal booster to get a decent signal all over the house or did I imagine that? Thanks
