@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk Please make a note that I was never unhappy! You contacted me to say my broadband was running a bit slow and you sent an engineer to fix it. I never complained. I am very happy with the service.

I’m just watching MLB (baseball) on @btsport now I’m not sure if I’ve ever sat and watched as an adult? I know Cricket often gets a bit of grief, Test Cricket especially (which personally I love), but fiddle with my old boots… this is soooo slow and tedious it’s insane.

@bt_uk I would say it is as best as it can be for now. You generally don't have good service in my area. Had terrible experience with your advisers and Engineers with little or no concern or empathy. I was at the last phase of giving up, Melvin took it up and redeemed my faith in BT.

@bt_uk Instead of worrying about hate in sport, worry about the customers you treat like crap. You want to put an 11mtr pole right outside my window but don't have the guts to tell me, just post notice on a lamppost well away from my home and hope I don't see in time to object.
