    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk - I’m in with your chat service and have been for 30 minutes and am yet to be transferred to an actual helpful person. Truly appalling. I tried calling, but can’t reach you there either. Diabolical customer service!

    @bt_uk omg your service is appalling you have left a vulnerable couple without any service for over 2 months and cut me off after 45 mins (this time round) without resolving it. Shameful.

    @bt_uk @BMPCSAFC Ash, you tell us to ‘pop’ you a message then when we do you give us a half assed reply that you’re looking into it with no advice or help at all. What kind of a response is that? Terrible service.
