    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    Dear @bt_uk @BTSopenreach. Aware Government has promised a massive Fibre Installation by 2026, Writing to request an investigation for FTTP to my premises (1/2 mile over open fields from existing network) as the current copper service is constantly breaking by tree damage. Pls DM

    @btbusinesscare It’s up and running now well nearly. BT Fibre that drops 4 times in an hour and doesn’t automatically flick over to BT’s EE hybrid connection isn’t what was sold to me very poor so far. Thanks for the £13 off my bill for taking over 2 months to deliver BT Fibre pathetic service

    @Beviathan @virginmedia @bt_uk Best advice is avoid BT like the plague. Zero customer service. Promise the world and provide nothing. A long period of stress and frustration awaits you if you join BT

    @BTCare disappointed but not at all surprised with your customer service about a mobile issue that was all of your making. Couldn’t be bothered to deal with me so you hung up. I’d be angry but it’s not the first time

    @bt_uk We are gonna try phoning tomorrow to try and figure out why we pay over 100 a month for rubbish speeds when in 2018 we was paying less for a better service from yourselves. I think you have been rinsing us dry for no reason. Ofcom might have to have a look.

    @virginmedia So glad my cancellation is only a week away, how can an ISP as large as @virginmedia have such poor customer support. Taking your status page offline when there is an outage isn’t cool! @bt_uk for the win

    @BridgnorthWolf @SkyUK @bt_uk I switched from Sky mobile, broadband & phone. They are an absolute shower. The VIP stuff is bollocks! I have & continue to have **** service! Signal - excuses or no response. Never, ever call back….I could go on. It has got worse since I renewed the TV package too!
