@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk I have can’t get my broadband to work. I tried to call and I get told it’s a text service to fault fix. The text services requires my phone number. I don’t have a phone number. I have not been informed by BT that I have one. So what now?

@bt_uk All other websites of competitors show all packages just not yourselves so it looks like something is broken your end as other houses in my postcode also only show broadband and no fibre options

Right now I’m beyond caring. @bt_uk have about £1,500 of my money, having overpaid on a 35MB package that has *never* met their guaranteed minimum speed (22MB, actual speed 17). I’m guessing if I leave now I’ll never see that money back. Sigh.

@bt_uk hi, I’ve had a text stating my super fast Wi-Fi should be up and running. 24 hrs later I still can’t get connection. Is there problems in Basingstoke? BT hotspot is also slow/ unconnecting with my phone.

@bt_uk Thanks, that proves my point. If there is a power outage or your broadband fails, you’ll be unable to make calls using Digital Voice, including calls to 999. If you do not have a mobile or alternative means to call 999 please contact us on 0800 800 150. How?
