    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bathnes I've been battling with @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach for 61 days as a fault has totally severed my internet connection. I'm being told the resolution is waiting on planning permission. Is there any way I can speed this up? I've been offline for more than 2 months.

    Please get all premier league games onto one streaming service like a Netflix. Enough of having to have @SkySportsPL @btsport @amazonprimenow and then not having 3PM kick offs televised. This is not right

    @bt_uk Thanks Brian. There were no issues locally. Reset the Hub a couple of times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still a few buffering issues but managed to watch what I wanted. Just can’t believe my internet is the issue at over 300mbps?

    Just had to turn my vpn on and stream last night's @ufc because the @btsport app is that bad it wouldn't load. So now I pay to get sport legally but have to stream it illegally so I can actually watch it. Ffs bt you need to pull your fingers out it's pathetic.

    @btsport are total thieves.. yet again paid for the UFC.. yet again their app fails to work with zero support available.. cannot WAIT for a competitor to destroy their monopoly

    @bt_uk trying to get help phoning is a waste of time on hold forever was moving to BT from sky then sky tried to get me to stay but decided to go to BT now order cancelled 2 days before it goes live please help
