@pricetom @bt_uk yep... my out of contract ended up at £60+ which needless to say was cancelled as I'm moving, but it's a shoddy way to treat existing, loyal customers My gf has now signed us up as an existing customer of sky to £50 (which also includes tv & netflix)

@bt_uk Wasn’t happy Monday for me. Your engineer trampled all over my plants fitting a box on the outside of the house. Then because you never sent me the new router he couldn’t test anything, he could leave fast enough. So I had to call up to arrange for a router to be delivered. 1/2

@bt_uk It's been 4 days and still no info on when will our service be back. You guys charge quite a good money for the service you provide. You guys have sent a mini hub that is nowhere near as fast as the speed I need to do my work from home. When are you giving us answers?

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted. You installed my elderly Mother’s phone line and Broadband a few weeks ago and she is unable to receive calls from any provider other than ee, numerous promises to call her btw certain times and these calls never arrive, all she’s being given is lies.
