@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@BT_UK been trying to get BT to fix my slowing internet for a month now. Today it has finally disappeared completely. Yet another new hub. Replaced my phone because they said that could be the cause. Trying and failing to get some work done. They tell me the connection is fine.

@MarkMowbrayNE @redvanman12 @bt_uk To be honest, I wouldn't blame the staff, I worked on a BT contract a few years ago and the process was a nightmare, trying to book an engineer was down to 1 phone number, 2 guys answering it, constantly engaged. The staff will be limited by call stats and how many calls taken

@sherbsvilletv @andyb7274 @bt_uk Did you manage to get your fibre 900 working? 11 days I've had mine and its still not working, absolutely terrible customer service from BT who tell you what you want to hear then do nothing they have promised. Tonight our fibre 900 has been so slow we couldn't watch Netflix

@bt_uk Through WiFi.. the main issue is my Amazon fire tv sticks, both of them say it’s an issue with the Internet.. says no internet connection.. but my iPhone connects ok which makes me think it might be a me issue

Well after 11 day my @bt_uk #fibre900 is still not working correctly! BT are the most incompetent useless bunch of clowns I've ever dealt with. They can't even book an engineer correctly. Time is running out before I have this crap removed and get a different provider.
