@bt_uk I don’t even remember if I have proof because I sent it months ago. Unlikely to still have the receipt now. I have texts saying ‘thank you for returning your equipment’ so surely I wouldn’t have got those if you never received it

@bt_uk I replied to this idiot pointing out the anon new account Oct and challenged him/her, with 0 contacts, being from BT. No response. The usual troll would continue the insults and react to the challenge. That leads me to believe this was likely to be your staff now with v cold feet

@bt_uk The problem is affecting a large area not just me. BT contractors have been working on several of the green street boxes and new cabling has been going in on our main road.

@bt_uk Wi-fi issues in SN12. Can connect to broadband ok with full strength signal but no apps, websites are responding. Diagnostics on BT account say no problem???
