@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bfafleck @bt_uk Big corporations aren't bad when it all works but are universally **** when they go wrong. Not enough staff, not enough flexibility or accountability, too much inconsistency. They watched "computer says no" on Little Britain and used it as a business model.

Watching FCK v City #btsport commentary is so ridiculously bad. 2 demonstrably wrong VAR calls where ref ratifies it. Comms just moan that VAR exists, no mention of the errors or why. Tin hat on it was Fletcher saying we spend more time talking about VAR than referee mistakes...

@barneyronay Sorry Barney but the referee is the worse I have ever seen. He set the tone and he was the only one in the Stadium to think that was a penalty. Shocking decision you can tell the referee has never in his life played football. @btsport

@bt_uk why are you trying to get me to swap to Fibre Halo 3 with Complete Wi-Fi when it’s not actually available in my area? It’s bad enough I have to put up with an old crappy hub that you refuse to replace for the current one & the extortionate charges I pay, now this?!😡

I pay for @MLBTV . I pay for @btsport if I understand it mlb sold my rights to watch the postseason to BT who enforced a blackout and then didn’t even show todays first game. Somebody is letting me down.
