@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk Yes we need help. Poor handling of customer service is giving lot of stress. Twice order was cancelled with no intimation. The mini hub sent us not working and we are not getting proper help and we are wasting 2 hours per day in customer service call with no solution. @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hey, so I had no issues with my fibre then, unannounced, BT engineers started messing about with a junction box outside and now no-one has internet in my street. They promised they’d resolve it and now it seems they’ve left. Can you sort this out please? Some comms would be nice

@bt_uk Another 3 days + of minimal internet access for teen sitting exams (GCSE equivalent). We have the emergency hub but dependent on 4G signal which not great here. No guarantee that anything will actually happen on Tuesday either as no doubt further appts will need to be made.

My BT bill this month is £84, just for broadband. @bt_uk explained my monthly bill is £76.25 but the extra is to cover last month. The price for the same service, for new customers, is £54.99. Fortunately my contract is up in 45 days. I won’t be renewing. Sheer profiteering.

@bt_uk They screwed my change of address with no intimation twice and left me without internet now though I placed the request well in advance. This is creating lot of stress as it is a problem to do my work which requires internet.

Excellent service from @bt_uk engineer John today, sorted out our *appalling* broadband once and for all. Was determined to find the fault and he did.
