@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@SkySportsGolf if viewing figures and demand are higher for women’s PGA golf than men’s PGA Tour golf, then fair enough, but at least tell us so we can cancel our subscriptions and/or let someone like @btsport take over.

@bt_uk Had a caller yesterday afternoon claiming to be from BT saying my internet connection is showing errors - I knew he was a lying scammer straightaway, I also have reason to believe they were spoofing their caller ID.

@bt_uk Continued. I have now selected London region, but although the serial recording issue sorted, the channel reception from London is bad - hence why I used to use SE(kent) region. I'm NOT happy with this change or the response from BT or Youview

Something really soothing about waking up for the first time in your new house. Everything is still upside down but we are now in. @bt_uk screwed us over big time and we now need to wait until 7th Dec for fibre but I’m not gonna let that ruin my move.

@bt_uk really disappointed to have been blocked from leaving BT broadband well outside my contract expiry. To make it worse, I've now been charged for 5 months service I've not used. BT were very unhelpful when I tried to sort this out as a busy doctor working in the pandemic
