    @bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

    @bt_uk Shocking to see b'band increases of £13 per month since April for my deceased mother's account. @Ofcom Ours of £8.05 was bad enough but nothing you can do apparently that won't involve a 24 mth contract & £100s in early release

    Just spent £1700 on a sonos arc & a pair of era 300s for the Dolby Atmos support & @btsport Ultimate have totally ruined the whole experience by messing up the levels so badly I’ve had to turn the surrounds off to even hear the comms 🙄 @btsportfootball

    @bt_uk @MartinSLewis Very disappointed trying to get better BT deal today. Family has been with BT (British Telecom) since 50's & have never changed to another provider. Customer Loyalty seems to count for nothing these days. Prices higher with customer adviser than online too.
