Absolutely disgusted with @bt_uk that even with a complaint open against an account they didn’t close when requested. They then send outstanding payment to debt collectors. Why not try to sort the issue first instead of bullying customers

@bt_uk consistently has the worst costumer service of any big company I’ve ever dealt with

@bt_uk Thanks. A post as soon as an issue is identified would be really useful to show that it's a known issue and is being worked on. Having to use 3rd parties (like @DowndetectorUK ) isn't ideal.

Just upgraded to Full Fibre Broadband and have had a few connection issues but I have to say that @bt_uk have been brilliant with help so far, especially as me and Mr L are non-techies.

@katnipsi @bt_uk Same for me. And now it’s down since 3 hours ago. Messaged them on Twitter and no reply. Already looking to switch. It’s starting to feel like a scam.

@bt_uk Thanks for the update. The point is that I’m not an EE customer, and I have no desire to be an EE customer. I have a really good deal with BT which I want to keep. I just want my sim on an eSim. Is that really too much to ask from you?
