levels through the roof because I haven’t complained about that and I have to re explain that every day. They then tell me to speak to retentions which I have done HENCE why the complaint is raised. @bt_uk I HATE taking things to Twitter but for the love of god stop being so ****

  • Stevearsenal2k stevep (@Stevearsenal2k) reported from Hadley, England

@bt_uk Hello I received a text message today regarding VOL055-2871298536199 saying you’ve detected that my speed isn’t what it should be. However when the engineer came out last week he essentially said to me that by maintaining my speed it was compromising the stability.....

  • ReiverGeoff Geoff Hetherington (@ReiverGeoff) reported

@bt_uk Just to get it in the record, broadband dropped off again at 11:25-30am. Sent “Fix” text at 11:39am, auto-response was that line check could take up to 15 mins. At 11:55am, broadband reconnected, though no report back from diagnostics.

  • AndreBoulanger Andrew Baker (#highlightbrexitlies) (@AndreBoulanger) reported

@SebStJohn1 @bt_uk I know that Open Reach are doing various update works in the TW area, ie more than one van at locations. Has there been any road disrepair issue related to the freezing in ur area? Does changing the signal channel on your bt online dashboard improve things? fibre cable?

  • kerrieh12 Kerrie (@kerrieh12) reported

@bt_uk Eng put new line from telecom pole outside to front of house, to an openreach point. Said another engineer due this afternoon to do everything in the house. Then rcvd a txt: Couldn't complete the service activation appt cancelled. New app 20th APRIL (?!?!?)

  • Stevie_SES Stevie baby (@Stevie_SES) reported

@ScouseBirdBlogs @bt_uk They are horrendous, took me six months to resolve an issue a couple of years back. Mostly caused by external call centres who just don’t have the capacity to deal with your issue. I would never use again. Virgin and Sky are only a smidgeon better though

  • Narson Daniel Jones (@Narson) reported

@bt_uk Oh, absolutely not BT's fault. Just might have hoped Openreach would give an actual reason at least to BT as the service provider! Knowing if it is on property issues, off property etc is useful, esp. as renters. Or if FTTC was coming (given FTTP is going out from same cabinet)
