    @btsport anybody else getting frustrated with the appalling cutoff on BBL broadcasts! End of games regularly cut off. We now record the following programme to make sure we get the full game! Come on BT. This is a paid for service!!

    @OpenreachHelp What a joke, leaving folk who rely on their internet to do their jobs without it for nearly a week is a joke! You have the power to send an engineer out to fix it this weekend, yet aren’t bothering. I’ll be raising a massive complaint with @bt_uk about their service and yours

    @OpenreachHelp I’m aware of who my contract’s with, thanks, it doesn’t help when you won’t even give them the info though, you’re the ones who are supposed to be fixing it. I want to know why you aren’t going out to fix it until Wednesday? I’ll be raising a complaint with @bt_uk this week

    @bt_uk Hi Martin. I’m sick of trying to get in touch with your team to receive no help. Been provided a poor service and offered no help other than to pay to increase my package or pay £100 for a disk. Will be switching providers once our contract is over.

    @bt_uk I'm rinsing through my 4G trying to do my job from home as your internet in Beckenham, south east London has gone down for hours twice in the last day. Have you got anyone coming? Went through trouble-shooting with an advisor for 40 mins yesterday.
