    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @RoryMuir3 @bt_uk Thanks, Rory. It's the variability of the connection that drives me crazy. The problem isn't the equipment and as all suppliers would still have to bring the broadband in on the same copper cabling to my house, I don't think changing providers would help.

    @bt_uk There was definitely no contact and it was a complete surprise this morning when email came through saying the internet is shut down.

    @btbusinesscare BT keep cancelling FTTP order - Original order Nov 2020 for Mar install - BT changed to 24 May and failed to attend - BT issued new order for 10 June and failed to attend - now new order issued for 28 June and Order tracker shows status "cancelled". Please help!

    Despicable behaviour from @bt_uk. I replace an unlimited call package with a cheaper time-limited call package and they are happy to bill me for BOTH packages. Add things in & it’s charged immediately. Take things off, and it takes months to “action” or never happens. #cowboys

    @bt_uk It’s also the terrible hypocrisy of being charged immediately for something I want added in (to be cheaper ultimately) but being told ‘this takes time to action’ when I want to cancel something immediately, e.g. BT Sport.

    @bt_uk There is a problem with my broadband connection, every 20 mins or so it conks out, I restart the hub and eventually it comes back on, it is frustrating

    @BTCare Haven't tried to be honest, never used it as the phone socket is no where near power, and all phones nowadays need power :(

    Interesting approach to customer service from @bt_uk today - simply hung up (twice) when the discussion got complicated. Might be time for a switch.
