@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk can we have an update on the issues we have been having with an ipc6023 error. I’ve been informed by your engineer that you are aware of a problem at the exchange in our area and we are waiting on it being fixed! We currently cannot use bt sport or now tv channels 😖
