Oh @bt_uk you have surpassed yourselves , not only did you cancel the BT engineer yesterday without telling me after I booked it on 10th Dec, you’ve ordered the emergency mini hub to go to our OLD address?! Now in another another queue to talk to someone , the wait is 30 mins min

@VodafoneUK I am not trying to be a **** here, but I am fed off by companies just giving **** customer service and not being called out on it. I had the same problems with @bt_uk. Unfortunately the help desk people are the face of the company so they get all the heat.

@1661peter @bt_uk Totally agree. &don’t try ringing BT either. they don’t want to know. Spent hours on phone trying to sort out all the issues of supposed upgraded broadband ... leads everywhere(health hazard)/ tv apps wouldn’t work (needed 2 sets of special adapters). It’s a mess. Don’t do it!

@bt_uk Yes each time it restarts after about 10-15mins i don’t think it’s actually the router - appears to be more like line being tested or taken down

Has anyone else’s ping been so bad lately? In creative my ping goes from 20 then randomly goes to 70/120. In game I’m playing stable 60 ping. Is this happening to everyone? Or is @bt_uk the worst provider in the UK scene?

@BT_UK - While I’m thrilled that you were able to send an engineer out to fix my wifi within 18 hours of reporting the issue, I’m NOT pleased that the engineer has showed up to my small flat without ANY PPE (after I was assured they would be). I had to ask him to put one on.
