🏴David Ferguson (@fergusonfr44) reported from Garvald, Scotland@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

A number of unhelpful calla, texts and emails since. Just told to try and fix it through troubleshoot. No new hub box and still no internet!

Three times I have misused work to wait in for the engineer to visit three times they have failed to arrive as promised. They do not even bother to tell you that they are not coming
