@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk @Rugbyladuk2011 The mobile service (BT/EE) has been down since 12.30pm, no WiFi calling/mobile data. The BT tech team are aware, spoke to them at 3pm. BT CS should be letting customers know. Please pin a message about this with regular updates 👍

@DaleSnow2 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp They don’t have to own their mistakes because they just maintain the line. I’m not paying them anything, I’m not their customer. They pretty poor ad a result. Giving good service does not change the money they make. So they don’t.

@bt_uk awaiting *another* call from your tech services operators, not yet received. At the moment, I am paying £60-70 a month to have both my phone line and broadband service to go down twice in 3 days - and about every six months over the last 2-3 years....
