    @bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @bt_uk It my BT TV it useless I have full package of TV and broadband and about every two hours the subscription channels go black screen and I have to go up or down a channel twice for the channel I am watching to come back.

    @bt_uk what a joke BT are. Cannot do a house move, given a date then they move it by 2 weeks. Get emails and texts that contradict each other and each time I get through to talk they have to redirect and the process starts all over again. Monopoly dictates poor delivery.

    @bt_uk Account GB12797265. I am now waiting a response from a complaint raised. I have been told the outcome verbally and I will be writing to the ombudsman as I am being charged more for the same service( when I get it) and not offered a cheaper offer that you only give to new users.

    @ruhunnypot @btbusinesscare Disgraceful service when dealing with a death in the family is difficult enough. You would think a business as large as BT would have some dedicated support service line in place that could deal with it sensitively and effectively

    @itvMLshow my Dad is having problems with BT and their broadband. Ordered on 12/11 and had an activation date for 26/11, but he's STILL waiting. They can't say when it will active - and now my Dad has had his phone landline cut off! #MartinLewis #BTOpenreach @bt_uk

    Hey @bt_uk how come last night I had perfect signal yet this morning my PS4 will connect but nothing works, so I test my signal it says weak yet when I troubleshoot it says there's no fault.
