@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk I’m having problems with my Wifi this am - I have a BT halo, it keeps trying to reconnect - but then goes purple again. Any tips? I’m a teacher trying to work from home and doing live lessons - so stress levels are high!!
