@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The lack of communication from @btsport @btsportfootball is getting a little weird now, you’d think they’d put out a tweet or something if it were tech issues or just start replaying the match rather than 15 minutes of ads. Hope this means nothing bad has happened.
