@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

@bt_uk Because my broadband was out yesterday you have sent me a 4G hub as a Halo 1 customer, do you want to send me a 4G signal to go with it as I get no mobile signal where I live useless 😡

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Also home tech expert had them out a couple of time and they have never found fault in the house it’s always at the exchange, last time tech expert said it could have been fixed when I phoned about our problem no need for a home visit

I hate how much of a slave to the Internet i am my @bt_uk broadband has been down since the 21st December. Worst time ever! Especially with 3 kids! 😭😭 Supposed to be fixed today but no such luck!!

@bt_uk broadband dropping constantly tonight in BD12. Any known issues? Home hub goes from purple to orange then connects . Lasts about 5/10 mins and drops again

@bt_uk @SianJam69927160 I've got a mini hub, but cellular reception where I live is poor, so it can't establish an Internet connection. Can anything be done about this? I see there are antenna sockets on the back of the hub. Would an external antenna help?

@bt_uk Thanks but i’ve had enough of being on the phone to them, never a straight answer, all we want to know is when it will be fixed. I have my 16 year old in Austria on a school trip and no way of him contacting us in an emergency, it’s ridiculous

@bt_uk (BT) have got the worst customer service in the world…bar none (and it’s a very low bar…)! An hour wasted on “chat” with some foreign call centre where they have zero knowledge of UK tv / broadband set up. Waste of space. Hang your head in shame @bt_uk 😡

@bt_uk @Ofcom intimidating tone to phone call, customers asked BT to call her son, they said they would but never did. People cannot afford these prices anymore ..... bullying and inimidating is not a good look and feel to a lady that has suffered a stroke and BT will not listen.

@bt_uk your SMS text delivery service is a ** nuisance An old lady keeps sending messages to a wrong number (again) Getting to the stage where the persistent calls are troublesome. There must be a way of stopping these calls
