@martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

Watching DLUFC against Spurs on mute. HATE McManaman and the commentator is one who drivels on about irrelevant historical ****. He said that it was poignant that Spurs are playing in green, as 2 years ago they played Ajax in the European SF and wore green. FFS. #BTSPORT #lufc

@bt_uk Yes eventually but issue could not be solved. It seems even though we are in tiny town and always see multiple Open reach vans multiple times a day your too short staffed to upgrade our Internet on time and delayed us by over 2weeks 🙄

I think my @btsport box is on the blink. The video is almost a second ahead of the audio. At least when the game starts, there’ll be no issues with lip syncing the commentary team.

@jloaderartist @bt_uk Yes, I've had three people take ownership of the problem too and promise to stay in touch until it's sorted. All been genuine and friendly but ultimately orders have failed and activation dates missed.

@Tonysmini @bt_uk Twas mainly problem of WiFi dropping intermittently, increasingly frequently over a period of weeks, unpredictably, at various times of day or night, with no apparent trigger. D/K re sync speeds; is that significant enough to check?
