@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk Just tried the council but the office is closed. I will ring call again tomorrow. We’ve had BT engineer today but he left with no info on if they will fix it or whether we have to find someone else. It’s common land.

@bt_uk @RamblingSailor Hey BT, email rules would be a good help - let us decide what to send to the bin automatically. Like Mark, Everyone with a bt email address seems to be getting these & the address is spoofed, so no point blocking the sender. reporting as phishing isn't any help.

@btbusinesscare Good evening. BT Business has charged me a lot of money for an engineers visit. Upon leaving my property the engineer said ‘nothing wrong with your set up the problem/s are in the box 200 yards away’. Can you assist please?

@bt_uk Called BT to sort Internet as its been cutting out. Spoke to a lovely Irish lad who reset and refreshed it and is sending me another booster for the kitchen. He is even calling back Monday to check it's all working okay. Now that's good customer service!

Day 6 with still no broadband. @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness not really any good for anyone trying to run a business. Yet they still take the direct debit for the service I don’t have and they can’t give me a date for when it will be back up. Any workarounds they want to charge me!

@bt_uk Why do you not treat your customers with decency. 3 months Internet fault = zero compensation after being promised @bt_uk will sort that once fixed.. Shocking
