    @bt_uk My mother isn't on the Twitter-net but has asked me to pass on thanks for brilliant customer service from John (Geordie accent) who solved out her WiFi problems, stayed on the line till she had sorted everything & asked about her general welfare in lockdown #LittleThings

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

    @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

    @btbusinesscare why do your staff keep lying to me ? Why does it take 5 months to get ecc charges set out. Customer care is disgraceful . How difficult must it be to speak to someone who has authority to tell me what is going on. Answer =impossible

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @btbusinesscare This issue is still bot resolved. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.

    @btbusinesscare 4G box hasn’t worked. What do you suggest we do now ? We are going into another week with no internet. Appalling customer service.

    @btbusinesscare youve emailed me every weekday for a week claiming to have called me and "went to voicemail" Lies, phone sitting beside me as I wait to promptly resolve ridiculous billing complaint. I reply to your "missed you" emails pointing this out You just repeat - disgrace
