@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk You are sadly letting the most vulnerable people we deal with down. The incompetence of BT is staggering. We have written to #PhilipJansen but no reply 7 complaints over the last 5 months, We have been lied to again & again.With nobody taking responsibility. @BTCare

anyone else have the misfortune to have to rely on @bt_uk for their phone&broadband? Underground line apparently damaged last Wed, due for repair today, now told prob next Monday! Not one of their special 'Halo' customers, so the attitude is basically 'tough!' Abysmal service

@bt_uk BT promised they would add no cancellation charge to my account as they had been completely unable to give me functioning internet!! Despite four home visits by the technicians! Finally managed to cancel and I have been hit with a £200 cancellation charge?!? Terrible by BT!!!

@bt_uk I understand that but I’m not the bill payer either. Our sky bill comes out of a joint account so I have been charged incorrectly. I was on the phone to another advisor who was happy to help then the line went dead. I need the money back that was charged for no reason
