@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@btsport can you sort your rights management software out please? Saying I've got too many streams running after switching from mobile app to laptop browser then having to restart due to poor video performance, and now I can't watch the game. It's all from the same IP address!

.@bt_uk I've just been on hold for 47 mins, then got cut off because your lines close at 9pm. Why do you have no online way to cancel a broadband subscription? How am I meant to quit? This is ludicrous.
