@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

You could not make it up @btcomplainer / @bt_uk decide to update my calls to digital They tell me my new kit is coming 19th They get a supply chain problem They change the service to digital cutting off my landline in effect anyway They make themselves uncontactable What a shower

@bt_uk Hi Clare, yes I rang BT 5 months ago explaining I wanted to leave and to remove a cease order from the line that was preventing me from leaving. they did not help unfortunately and I have been charged since then despite not using the line.

Hey @bt_uk, the whole side of my street has no internet access, everyone is waking up to find they can’t work from home! I checked online and from first report at midnight they estimate a fix by Wednesday. Is that really the earlier you can do for 50+ households??

Hi @bt_uk our phone lines are down yet again, the 3rd time in as many weeks and 1-4 days to fix… this is our busiest time of year and we are missing lots of potential business which is costing us dearly

@bt_uk since updating iPad and iPhone to iOS 15.1 I am having issues with BT Internet emails just disappearing on Apple Mail. Have just spoken with Apple and they advise some customers have experienced problems with BT and to advise u in case you have changed any settings
