  @bt_uk @Ofcom 1 week since we were cut off, another week before we will be reconnected! every day last week on the phone to BT, all I got was lies, false promises and fobbed off! disgusting way to treat customers, it's worse that 70s Britain!!

  @jj_spicer @bt_uk I Never had good service from @bt_uk . Glad I wasn't paying for it . Got rid as soon as I could. Never going back.
