@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Feel like it's time to leave BT after being a customer for over 20 years. We pay a lot of money for a terrible service and I spend too much time calling and trying to get the problem fixed - with no resolution.

@bt_uk Constantly. Essentially there's no service with drop outs hourly. Make progress with one customer service rep or engineer, then the BT bot cancels what they try to do to help. It's so shoddy.

@bt_uk our broad band speed is shocking. Absolutely rubbish. We have to use 4g on our mobiles as it’s that poor.

@bt_uk Do you think it's reasonable for an 82 year old woman, not in the best health, to wait more than 10 days for her landline/lifeline to be fixed? Tues at 23.59 - or before - was the latest deadline that came and went without contact. Can you help please?

@btsport How do I cancel my subscription? I keep getting charged for the monthly pass but when I log into my account it just asks if I want to renew my subscription. I've also changed my payment method on there and it's still being taken from my old payment method.
