@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@virginmedia as your customer service is so bad..why not ask @skytv for help! I am sure even @bt_uk will help! It's unbelievable that a simple house move got messed up and being fed 2 different stories about why it went wrong! Pathetic customer services! #virginmediasucks

@bt_uk It’s residential and to be honest, the fact that you need to confirm that after all of the problems I have had just goes to show that you you are not (not personally of course I would never do that) aware of the problems I have faced…I’m sorry but your company has fallen short.

@bt_uk should I still be able to access my bt email after I end my broadband and landline contract with you ? I was under the impression that it auto drops down to basic email, but I'm unable to access.

@bt_uk issue still not resolved in the Hackney area and have been without Internet the last 7 hours? Is BT going to do anything apart from offer compensation when they don't fix within 48hrs. Why am I paying monthly to receive no access to services? ?

"Upgrading" to @EE has been the worst decision I've made so far this year. I lost 20Mbps off my download speed (only had 55 to begin with) and now not even @BTCare seems to be able to guarantee the speeds I had 7 days ago.🙃

@bt_uk Not fixed yet Mat. Can u imagine how annoying it is to get 3 texts yesterday saying 'great news, it's fixed' when it isn't. Agents ring back without any prep at all saying "what seems to be the problem." This is after three weeks. I am appalled. Soviet era service @OpenreachHelp
