@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

Classic @bt_uk I get an email to say I’m losing dozens of channels on my package. Apparently I get to keep *some* if I upgrade. And yet somehow they forgot to put how much my monthly fee is going down by since they’re no longer providing the same service.

@CityFibre Recently you did some work on a road right next to us. Thanks to @bt_uk refusing to fix their 20 year old cables and my current ISP @SkyUK also refusing to do anything apart from blame each other. Both must be allergic to free money, Can you offer assistance?

@bt_uk I could have probably worded it a little better, I'm not pointing the fault at anybody here. We've been getting ¼ of the speeds we were promised at the start of the contract and I was looking for some help to see if there's any that can be done to fix it.

@bt_uk I wonder if you will reimburse my hourly rate for the 5 hours of my time I have lost today. I am a new customer, already waited 2 weeks for broadband and today you sent the wrong router. I have already spoken to 7 people, hours on hold and zero solutions.
