@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

Officially upgraded the internet but have to wait until April for it to be installed. Getting rid of the @bt_uk halo (which never arrived but being charged for) our bt internet is only 40ms even though we were told we’d get more. To be replaced with @VodafoneUK gigafast.Excited

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Yet another day of my two kids (one almost in tears) and partner struggling with home schooling and work due to slow internet. But neither BT or Openreach will tell me why we can't have fibre while all other houses in my area can? Nor when will we get it?
