@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@btsport disappointing customer service today. Bought the app for £25 by accident when I wanted the channels on the tv (which I also purchased) for another £15 and BT happy to let me pay £40 and not change it for me...I’ll cancel the lot

@bt_uk 3 times I've been cut off on online chat we asking a simple request of a date of bill change, had this issue ongoing for months with endless account charges when they can't do a simple instruction, getting p***ed off with anxiety starting to set in over this! SORT ITTTT

@bt_uk We were going to switch to BT but we got a better deal elsewhere so we cancelled the order we placed the same day, less than 2 hours later, even though we never used the service it still shows as an account we opened then closed on my credit report? How do I get this fixed
