@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Thank you Paul but to be honest we’re getting a bit fed up of BT ‘looking into’ this. TEN DAYS on we’ve had plenty of virtual 👀 and still no further forward in getting it diagnosed and fixed. Two days now wasted awaiting the arrival of the engineer to ‘fix’ it! 😤

Just been informed from BT call office 0800 111 4567, engineer appointment now is 5th Jan - fault registered Boxing Day. They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.
