@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@btbusinesscare Thanks, Vicky. As I'm currently trying to explain to someone on your Business chat, this is such a mess and so complicated that an accounts person is going to have to do some digging and then come back to me. Phone call this morning just went round in circles and couldn't fix it

Yet another month that @bt_uk have taken more money than they should have. Now £230 and thats not counting expenses I had at start if year when they failed to provide a service they charged me for. Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Or tried to deal with.

@bt_uk Thank you, it didn’t help but we discovered the reason it wouldn’t list our details because it was a business ac (not that the website told us that, it just kept saying try later) We spent 1.5 hours on the phone sorting it out. I appreciate you following up, thank you

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph our business lines were not in use and for years BT was taking money through direct debit we informed BT last year about it and till to date no resolution is being made can you help us it’s well over 20 k owed to us by bt
