@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk made my the person on the phone who said, I quote, "I knew what you were going to say before you finished". The further good news is you use a third-party to correct your lie/issue, who you constantly say 'are nothing to do with you' so can't help.

@bt_uk hi there, we've had 48 hours of very poor WiFi signal quality. In the G78 area of Glasgow. We have recently switched to Halo 3 Can you confirm if there's any issues, the online test check says signal is fine however nothing will load on any devices

@rodgers_rachel @bt_uk Hi. According to my conversation with BT earlier there's a widespread outage affecting much of Bristol. Some major optic cable failure. They said they're on it but no estimate for when it will be repaired. Just thought I'd share that.
