    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

    Out of curiosity, does bring a @bt_uk broadband customer give you free access to @btsport? Glad to have our broadband back after being down for more than 24 hours. Apparently it was related to a roadside cabinet which does surprise me with the state of some near us.

    @bt_uk problem with your call centre. I'm phoning 03301234150 I get silence for 15 seconds, then a "welcome to BT" followed by complete silence, no options, nothing

    @bt_uk is there something wrong with your customer service number? I'm calling from my mobile and its takes 20 seconds for the woman to say welcome to bt then nothing.
