@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk I just want the Internet to work, I was kicked out of at least 4 #NHS meetings in the last week due to the connection dropping out and the box flashing purple. And this is the second time in 7 days that I have had to report the same issue.

@bt_uk On Saturday I was promised a person from @bt_uk would contact me on Sunday to progress a solution to this problem which has been ongoing for 5 days and is solely BT’s fault. It is now Monday and I haven’t heard a word. Does @bt_uk practice incompetence?
