@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@Tanya173 @bt_uk Snap to that and I’m in Gillingham Kent. Spoke to the complaints department this morning and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday apparently. I have complete blackout. No tv, internet or phone.

Hey @bt_uk why is there no one available to answer the phone??? Can’t even wait on hold just disconnected #CustomerBarrier how do I request a hub & sim to run broadband until you repair? Text service not responding to me either!!!
