@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

I have not ran a Broadbandspeedtest in forever but Damn @bt_uk 10mb from 76mb is taking the ******* piss, why do we bother with this rip off company. Its a ******* joke. I'm always complaining and then they fix it for one day then shabam it's ****** again

@BTCare Morning. Can someone see what on earth has happened to my internet speed? Reset everything and tried everything suggested and it’s still bloody awful and well under the promised speeds. Not great for someone working from home...

@bt_uk had an broadband engineer round yesterday "i could see it wasn't working this morning but now everything is working", and today I've already had 2 drop outs. You need to retrofit the line on my road, it's been 2 years of poor performance. Invest!
