@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk what is going on with my broadband service? Been wiv u guys for years. Never a problem like this. Since Oct constant broadband going down. 2 engineer visits outside the home and once again tonight IT’S DOWN! No reflection in bill either. Considering a change 😞

@bt_uk we ordered an iPad and paid for specific delivery before 12pm today and now we are being told it won’t be delivered until tomorrow. We paid extra for this service which we are now not getting. Can you help?

That takes me back. Didn't @bt_uk run an illegal trial of this technology with #Phorm back in 2006-2012? DPI total browsing surveillance without customer consent? I seem to remember being part of a campaign against that (then getting surveilled by the deep state personally).

@bt_uk Hi can I find out why our activation date has been put back at the last minute. We work from home and this is a real problem. No tx or email only found out by logging on to check the status. Not a great start

@bt_uk has to have some of the worst customer service managers going they claim they will call you back but never do. I have to chase up everything to get anything done and Im still nowhere because your managers can't seem to stick to their word? such poor service. @BTOpenreach1
