@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk My father in law cannot access his emails. He deleted his account from his iPad in an attempt to reset it, when he tried to add his account it says his pword is incorrect. He then tried to reset his pword but the pword reset pin is sent via email. Pls help

.@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently upgraded to Fibre 300 at a discounted price of £39.99. Service went live, now been downgraded as “it was a mistake” and there is no way of honouring the price, despite having it all in writing. Seems poor from a massive company, no?

@plusnethelp I did eventually get through to someone - it appears however that we shall have no broadband until at least next Wednesday. To be fair, this is just as much @bt_uk 's fault as the line they repaired a month ago (and not for the first time) is still broken.
