@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@RyanJMeek @bt_uk We have had engineers out putting the infrastructure in place for FTTP and were told that it just needs connecting by Openreach now from the pole to the property However now 'field based issues' prevents this from happening. 4th deadline has now passed #mentalhealth

@bt_uk help I’ve got the blame for mums computer not connecting to the wi-fi it seems to boot her computer off when I watch something on iplayer or live tv and now she can’t get online I can’t explain to her what’s gone wrong any ideas?
