NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

mikef (@fiddler_mike) reported@Ctabsy @bt_uk That’s the issue I had. I also went to a browser and it didn’t accept my password. I was on a mobile connection at the time. Now I am back on WiFi the email app on my phone is working again. I’ll retry the browser in a little while (currently locked out for too many tries!)
