@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@btbusinesscare Seems not a technical issue but a product offering issue. I could switch my physical connection to the residential Full Fibre 900 product and get the 900Mbps. What is preventing BT from offering this level of service even if best effort above Ultra Fast 2 rates to businesses?

@BTCare How many times a mth do I lose my internet!?! I work from home & cannot have this! I certainly cannot pay MORE THAN TWICE my mthly payment to get ‘guaranteed’ internet. Why am I paying at all if you cannot give me wot I’m paying for? 4 days for fix too! Not happy 😡

@btsportrugby Yet *YOU* were willing to forego this roar/passion w/YOUR wish to retain relegation? You were happy to punish all these fans,(or another club’s) many whom have continued to support club £ despite not seeing a game live!Glad RFU saw sense; scrapped it or we’d be cancelling BTSport

@bt_uk Just to get it in the record, broadband dropped off again at 11:30-35am. Sent “Fix” text at 11:49am, auto-response was that line check could take up to 15 mins. At 11:55am, broadband reconnected, though no report back from diagnostics.
