@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk You joking I have had problems for over 4 weeks now with my WiFi..... Took my son to download COD on pc 34 hours. And thats on the highest deal you do load of bollocks. AVOID

@CallumHeinrich @bt_uk While I don't need/have a landline, I have used @Hyperoptic for years. So little downtime that I can't recall any. Quick responses to teething problems early on. 1Gb up & down. 100% can't recommend enough
