@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk No it’s an internal issue, no engineers needs apparently! They keep having to “cancel our order” which takes days and then start again to transfer everything across and then it doesn’t work and so the cycle begins again! Have no idea why. No one will tell me! 🫣

@BeverleyCrave14 @VodafoneUK We were with @bt_uk before and had no problems at all, decided to switch to save money. I guess we got what we wanted, not paying at all now as there is no internet :)))

@T2theIzzo @skytv @btsport Those stories are utter waffle. Have you ever heard or seen a single person affected by it? They generally go after the head of the snake, whoever is sharing the streams. It's a lost cause now, they'll never stop streams.
