@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk BT been horribly slow for weeks. Been without internet for 24 hours now, contacted at 8 AM and no one can come until tomorrow at 1 PM, I’m self employed and this is affecting me hard as I work online. I’ll be leaving BT immediately this month hopefully.

@KatyCycles Obv I completely agree with principle of your comments but sadly this issue is *lots* more complex than it seems. It would take many tweets to explain why in full but summing up, it's *not* @BrightonHoveCC, it's @bt_uk who show no regard for the urban realm & space for walking /1

@bt_uk heya, really struggling to get support via the live chat. contacted a couple of times now about an intermittent issue with my router and they keep just running speed tests and saying everything is ok. Is there an escalation process?

@bt_uk Followed the steps about sending help then landline number, nothing has been done about the issue. Landline and Broadband has been down now for 24+ hours. Unable to do work.

@bt_uk Thanks for the copy and paste response. If you'd bothered to actually read my post, you'd know I already have ongoing complaints. I wasn't posting for assistance, I already know the issue, and I also know how unlikely it is that it will be fixed IF your engineer arrives tomorrow.
