    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

    @bt_uk Hello, yesterday I highlighted I needed some extra support and the reasons why are on my account. I had a message to direct message you and you’d get back to me but you haven’t, any chance of hearing anything back? I’m now 8 days over the promised call back from a serious issue.

    @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

    @bt_uk I've never set foot in Cyprus, I just used a free service on the internet that gives you free access to texts for random numbers all over the world. And it worked.

    @omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

    @bt_uk Now I can’t log into the website either without giving you my mobile number? What about someone who doesn’t have a mobile number? You’re actively discriminating against people who might not be fully digital. @Ofcom stop allowing BT to pull this crap!

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

    @bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?
