    @BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

    @bt_uk I have spent days trying to get email to work, My BT is not working, now I am told they have major ongoing problems! What have they done to tell their customers what is happening, nothing, yet they can still text to say the bill has been raised

    @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

    @bt_uk I'm not phoning again. I've had two complaints open both closed with no contact. Genuinely what is the point of calling. You will log a complaint again and then ignore me again. Genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @BTGroup @bt_uk @BTCare Good morning, I have been trying to login to my account the last few days with the correct login information and 2FA but stuck in a continuous loop of entering the info and then telling my my session has timed out pls help! I have tried pw reset too
