  @BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

  @bt_uk is there a problem in Coventry. All day today my router keeps going red and cutting me off. Not been a problem. Can’t talk to anyone online. Tried live chat. This is awful customer service.

  @bt_uk As if lockdown isn’t bad enough, my friend has now been without phone, mobile, tv or internet signal for 8 days. A fault was reported after @GlanvilleEnviro cut her telephone line due to driving irresponsibly through her village. 1/3
