@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk I got a call from a mobile number saying their from BT and wanted to discuss the service you provide me. 1) whys a mobile number 2) there isn't a 2 but he started mumbling about special offers before I disconnected is this a legitimate call or was I correct to disconnect

@bt_uk So I ordered it for the new house as we were with Virgin at our previous house, I was told to cancel that order and in 24 hrs order again but at our previous house that we was living in at the time

@bt_uk Ive been on the phone to BT for over one hour and 50 minutes trying to resolve a simple change of supplier to Vodafone. Bread and butter business. Turns out no one has cancelled BT account even though I'm fully connected to Vodafone. Help

@bt_uk I hope so. I really do. Its been a total nightmare..and if the cause of our issue is that a cable has been chopped/disturbed due to trimming ivy on Wednesday it surely could have been fixed earlier

@bt_uk 1 bt person is telling me the Openreach ONT is registered and ready for service. another is telling me its not after 2 weeks of going through this with yourselves its fustrating that actually no one knows what's going on

@bt_uk The previous owners had BT TV and EE phone and broadband I don't understand the problem with it all, Virgin had it done in our old property within days of us moving in and that was years ago. Everyone is having to use their own data Inc my son who works from home
