@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@virginmedia Not ‘ideal’. It’s beyond farce. Been with you 3 months and I feel nostalgic for @bt_uk - I’ve had money take from my account for a site visit that was supposed to be free, and never actually happened. A range of channels don’t work. And your customer service is non-existent.

Hi @bt_uk The fibre installation engineer hasn't shown up. Your tracking site is rubbish and keeps my in a loop with no answers. Your phone service has 20-30 min est wait time. I need to know what's going on :(

The exceptional service @bt_uk continues.Had a call from Fouzia in the Customer Complaint team yesterday who couldnt update me as it was a Sunday.Promised me she would phone back today with updates..nothing. Now passing this over to @Ofcom for them to take this up & @BBCWatchdog

@bt_uk so then BT you send out an offer to upgrade the link fails and it’s asks you to call, you call then you refuse to honour it! Basically being called a liar by customer services

@bt_uk Are you kidding me? You can't fix my dodgy internet so I book an appointment to upgrade to fibre in late Nov, get an appointment for today. Spend all day waiting in between 1-6pm, get a call at 5:50 telling me you cant do it and the next apps on the 23rd of feb?
