@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk Won’t let me check as it ask for landline an I have only broadband. But this is ridiculous now. When will this be sorted??? I’m sure many more people having this issue to. An yet BT ain’t doing nothing about it

@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer since Broadband was rolled out. Love the TV package etc. But with service of 14Mbps I’m afraid the relationship is about to end. Superfast you say - in my dreams….

@bt_uk Was with @BT #BT via EE @EE - The merger/buyout has been kept quiet/on the down-low. Joining with BT was supposed to improve EE broadband+ but actually made it worse. EE bought Orange then closed down local Orange mast making half my home blackspot. We have now left EE/BT.

Totally F##ked off with @bt_uk #openreach - how many more phone calls and engineers will it take before some manager in a suit in a fancy office has the ***** for o call me and take accountability for an absolutely appalling service ?!! Engineer yesterday but issue ongoing
