@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk @btsport why you get rid of the BT sport app on Windows. Now have to watch on Web site. And it's been poor tonight. Stopping loading etc. Unable to change stream quality aswell.

@bt_uk You have taken our first direct debit payment but we are still waiting for internet to be set up. It was activated on 19/08 but doesn’t work. An engineer is coming on 06/09 but surely we should be refunded for the period with no service?!

@bt_uk GB26484943 when to internet as aerial service terrible. Picture pixelated and breaks up randomly all the time. 16 years with SKY no problem. Apps , devices no problem
