@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Hey, the internet was fixed yesterday when the engineer came out. Now I’ve got issues again today and can’t get online. Can Jules call me back please if she’s free as she was helpful yesterday but now I have more issues after being without broadband since last Thursday.

@bt_uk Hi, still having broadband issues since last Thursday. You sent an engineer yesterday who said it was fixed, now it’s not working today. Jules called me yesterday and was helpful but I can’t seem to get a call back off you, can someone help please?
