@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@BrianDry @bt_uk Indeed. Mind you we are slap bang in the middle of Manchester and our mobile signal with @ThreeUK indoors is spasmodic (usually 1 bar 4G strength) yet I can get full strength 5G in the middle of the English Channel when on a ship !!

Shocking service @bt_uk 2 hour call to cancel my contract and after getting passed around advisers I get cut off and try to call again and message says can’t be connected and I get cut off again !! Calling is the only option you give to cancel so what do I do ?

@bt_uk I have been waiting since Wednesday for a Manager to call me about my complaint! I went on chat today to ask when that call is eventually going to take place only for the incompetent agent to go@in and close my complaint down!! WHY???

@Charles_Sellers @bt_uk I may join your trading standards complaint initiative here Charles. I’m have now been advised to call in the morning to speak to the orders team! I’m going round in circles and my issue is getting bigger and spiralling out of control! This is costing me more than my nerves!

@Charles_Sellers @bt_uk It’s shameful !! I had a complaint open since last week. Something else they messed up and this agent on the chat decided to close it down because she was unable to book an Engineer.. An engineer that is already booked and has been since last week. It’s pathetic!

@bt_uk as usual, BT customer service diabolical. Not being able to access services that I’ve been billed for since June. On hold for a hour this evening, then got cut off. A complete waste of time and money. DON’T USE BT, THEIR SERVICE IS OUT OF ORDER!
