@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@LilRecordGirl @bt_uk Fiber caps out waaaay higher so best guess is a line is messed up, or the decoder for the signal isn’t right somewhere; aka, noise. I’m sure it’s a fault on their side with their equipment.

@bt_uk Thanks. A post as soon as an issue is identified would be really useful to show that it's a known issue and is being worked on. Having to use 3rd parties (like @DowndetectorUK ) isn't ideal.

I've been a customer with @bt_uk for years. Broadband connection issues have become more frequent despite BT putting their prices up. Once again today there is another fault. Once again to do my job I'm forced to connect over mobile data. No more. I'll be switching providers.
