@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk Why does my Internet drop regularly, only in warmer months? I had the same issue last year. Unresolved. The same again this year and I'm working from home! Your engineers changed my socket and confirmed an external problem but never fixed it. I'm still paying you though!

@bt_uk Apparently. 5 times. The issue apparently lies with OpenReach but they have just mailed me to tell me that its your fault that they haven't installed the network. It's beyond belief. Ive had multiple engineers/surveys here, taken time off work and am no further forward.

@bt_uk We called customer services and told you men turned up and left. Now we have to wait another week for your men to turn up and install a new fibre cable because your last men ruined the cable. Then we have wait another 2 weeks for installation. This is NOT on.

@bt_uk I was with Vodafone at first and because you own the lines your engineer came out to fix the socket. When I came over to you an engineer called John came out and gave me his number and asked me to liaise directly with him about it. There has been 3 drops this morning

@btbusinesscare @bt_uk Literally the most incapable team I have come across... ot of the 6 people I have spoken to over the past 2 days only 1 has even heard of the Hybrid Connect! 4G assure didn't work, now Hybrid Connect doesn't work. What on earth.

Absolutely disgusted by @bt_uk! We're leaving Sky, and BT want £70 to reconnect our phone and we have to wait two weeks for the privilege! What a rip off!! Will be ditching them as soon as possible. Customer care is non-existent
