@bt_uk I do not want to add to the 9 hours I’ve spent on the phone to your connections team, who have it perfectly clear they will not bring the date forward. They are blaming Openreach, which BT owns. Please find somebody who WILL help to get me reconnected.

@bt_uk No it isn’t resolved. But what can you actually do to fix it? Last time you promised to send me a cable, then didn’t.

Our house, with terrible Wi-fi guaranteed no more than 1 Mbps during lockdown, was first in village to have a telephone, in 1926. Today we had fibre broadband installed with 100Mbps guaranteed. Thanks to @dcms voucher scheme, @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk.

@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk You’re right. But saying “acceptable or not, that’s how it is, accept it” isn’t likely to lead to any improvement in customer service. It would be interesting to learn whether you - or anyone else at BT - regards it as acceptable.

@guygozem @bt_uk A mistake was made, it will take time to fix, acceptable or not. You've probably been told this multiple times, your refusal to accept that fact will not change it.

@BTCare Hey! When are you gonna be moving away from limited YouView? It’s outdated and desperately needs more tuner support

@bt_uk The drop happens at random times throughout the day and we don’t have devices that could be interrupting the service.

Me: "we're not moving next week, plz cancel the order to disconnect" BT: "Thanks for letting us know, we won't disconnect your services" 1 week later.. @bt_uk: "So it looks like the engineers did it anyway, *blames it on @OpenreachHelp infrastructure* 👍
