@BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk So I ordered it for the new house as we were with Virgin at our previous house, I was told to cancel that order and in 24 hrs order again but at our previous house that we was living in at the time

@bt_uk Ordered to have all services put in, told to cancel the order as used new address, told to use old address and then transfer order to new property now that has been cancelled due to there being two accounts. We have no TV, no phone or broadband for nearly a week 🤦

@bt_uk Can I just say how useless you now are. I live in Sheltered Housing and our lift emergency button hasn't functioned for nearly a week, despite many reports to you, causing older, vulnerable ppl, many with disabilities to be isolated and trapped. #BT #BloodyTerrible

@pigsonthewing @bt_uk I used to work for BT pay phones in the 90’s. Broken glass could be reported anytime and We were often called out 24/7 to make it safe. Public Liability & risk of injury to public the main reason. Modern BT is unfit for purpose.
