    @bt_uk Appalling service and huge failing from BT. Disconnected my service with no warning in error, looking at weeks to reconnect and apparently no managers available to speak to until 3pm. Left unable to work and issue not being taken seriously. Absolutely not good enough!

    @BBCNews Simple math. Things have to be reduced. TV options are ans always will be a luxury. I ditched @btsport app, miss it a lot, lost touch with two sports I'll probably never go back to now, but that's what you do.

    @bt_uk this is getting ridiculous service outage yesterday was told a fix date now I look and says there's no fix date whata m I supposed to do fotlr Internet

    @bt_uk we have had no broadband for 24 hours and no communications from BT about this. Like many people I work from home so this is causing serious problems for me and my charity. This is appalling customer service. Can you please let me know when this is going to be fixed.

    @bt_uk Red lights flash on/off for 31 seconds, then single blue signal bar flashes for 18 seconds, then back to red flashing. Before it was remotely deactivated there was a single sold signal bar in white - which accordingly to the instructions is because the broadband is not working.
