    @btbusinesscare you should really focus on trying to solve the customers issue rather than trying to upswell at every opportunity. Been on the phone for 2 hours being passed from pillar to post to try and sort the most basic of matters!!!

    @bt_uk I have no phone line at the moment – road is being dug up and I suspect someone has cut through a cable somewhere. Reported it 2 days ago & was told I'd receive an estimated fix time w/in 48 hours, but haven't heard anything. Fault tracker isn't showing anything either.

    @bt_uk I have now entered month three of no broadband connection from you despite being told repeatedly by @WeAreOpenreach engineers that they cannot see what the problem is. Still no update from the complaints team. Why do you treat your customers so appallingly?

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk I had recordings of @BBCSport and @itvfootball coverage of the Euros last summer that I need for a University project. They’ve now been removed from my youview box without warning. Is there an explanation as to why they’re not there? &can you help me get them back?

    @SkySportsF1 I'm waiting for the day @btsport buy the rights for F1 and use the channel 4 pundits and coms team. Sky have a big big problem, they never call it how it is, in fear of upsetting someone in the paddock. Paul diresta needs to go and the others need to work on their bias veiws.

    @OpenreachHelp hi Paul, it's 2 months now that I am contacting @bt_uk. All that I get is a different openreach engineer being sent to my house with absolutely no clue of what the problem is. Since Openreach sent approx 10 engineers, by now your company should have clear notes.

    @bt_uk I managed to get logged into the hub manager before doing the reset and my ipad was on 2.4ghz and when I reconnected my phone that went to 5ghz but the connection was still bad on both devices, I don’t know if that can help diagnose any previous issues?
