@bt_uk I’m on hold to cancel. It’s been 15 mins so far. I called as a new customer earlier today and got through in 1 min. Queues to cancel are 15x longer than new customer - says a lot?

@bt_uk Hi it has resolved for the time being its not on I live in London and I keep having problems with my broadband every few weeks or so its come too the point where I am thinking of changing broadband provider

@bt_uk It’s the same minimal info from your customer service team. This needs to be escalated to your CEO. OpenReach message is to contact your supplier who will support you through this. There is no transparency, no support!

@bt_uk we’ve had no broadband and telephone line since the 30 May! There has been little communication from your side as to why it’s been out for over three weeks now. We live in area that has no 4G signal so if there was an emergency we have no way of contacting anyone!

The digital voice switchover is shambolic, @bt_uk. Why the discrete switchover? I now have to drive to my mum, set it up, and drive back. I don’t see why the two services can’t coexist for a week or a month to give people more of a chance to help family members.

@bt_uk hi there, I’ve DM’d you about a phone appointment, spoke with staff last week and changed it from tomorrow to Wednesday but still had no confirmation it’s been changed and I’m getting worried, please help!
