2/2 @bt_uk . So NO phone or internet until BT send hub out. Engineer said 2nd one today with same problem. I rang BT explained wrong hub & you said you would send one out ASAP but then 6hrs later knowing I didn’t have a hub you cut me off. This is not acceptable in this day & age

@bt_uk Thank you for this response. I was expecting phone contact and I rang the help line again. I understand that the hold up is an entity called Bt wholesale. New one on me! So, placing a new order. Sounds like taking me back 3 weeks. Your mini hub let me down twice today.
