@bt_uk No. BT is trying to bully me into getting it though, but I maintain that I live in a tiny 2 up 2 down terrace alone and shouldn’t need bells and whistles wifi to get a basic service.

Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

@bt_uk After a month of having the hybrid package can confirm its useless. Our broadband went down for about 1 week so had to switch to the 4g, 2Mbps speeds! A joke. EE signal is good for our area (via EE website). 2Mbps better off using my phone hotspot.

@WeAreOpenreach Could you tell us why you have allowed your friends at @bt_uk to complete a same-day migration against one of our active services? You didn't follow the correct @Ofcom process at all; what happened to the NoT or 10 working days. Leaving our customer offline!
