    @virginmedia Dont worry, i've already ordered a replacement line via @bt_uk I wouldn't be surprised if they manage to install a new line before VM fix the current one that hasnt been fit for purpose since day 1.

    @bt_uk when you run your own business and you have been left with no internet, no phone lines, numerous calls to BT for 2 FULL WEEKS, plus advisors hanging up rudely on you, you now say it’s going to be March before we might see any resolution??? Shocking service! Help???

    @SkyUK I'm happy I left. @SkyUK took 2 years to fix a line fault? I wouldn't say that was award winning. I now pay a little extra to @bt_uk and receive a fantastic service. It never goes below the speeds I pay for, and it works!

    @ShaVerZ_ @SkyUK @bt_uk Sky don’t fix line faults, Openreach do as its their network. When you moved from Sky to BT you stay on the same line you just pay a different provider for the same broadband. I’m not surprised its never gone down because the fault was resolved? ********

    @bt_uk puts my bill up by over 13% for an unreliable service. Unstable Internet that never gives the speeds promised. Once this contracts end you can have your equipment back!!

    Hey @bt_uk I tried to use the message service on the app, it asked for my landline number but I have a broadband only service without a landline. I need to talk to someone over messages. When I signed up with you was told you would cancel my sky account for me. It hasn’t happened

    @bt_uk Of course post midnight and no broadband Paddy. Checking online and your systems don’t even show you have installed me yet. Shambolic. @Ofcom I already have an open complaint on this.

    @bt_uk @artsmithdrums 14.3% increase is disgraceful and thankfully less than 12 months and I’ll be moving as like this customer it won’t be forgotten.

    @bt_uk Please can someone contact me regarding my mother's ongoing landline/broadband issue. She is 86 and vulnerable and the combined forces of BT, Openreach, and NOW TV have been unable to prevent her from being without service since 26/1/23.
