@virginmedia @btsport why can't I watch BTSport1 on my android device via the virgin tv go app? I am getting a rights restriction message. I pay for the service so should be able to watch all programmes irrespective of the device being used.

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk If you can get mobile signal then definitely use a 4G router with unlimited data sim. I get 14MB speeds and it's been dreadfully slow during the pandemic. Over the road they get 70MB speeds. O.R say nothing they will do as the cabinet we're connected to was only recently....

@bt_uk So BT you well & truly messed up. So you can cancel the wrong land line immediately leaving and elderly lady alone without her lifeline but it's going to take a few days "you think" to get it up and running again, leaving her vulnerable!! FFS BT!! 😡🤬

@bt_uk Guys come on. The line check came back fine. You sent me a ‘how to improve your wifi’ video, which is a glorified ‘switch it on and off again.’ Please don’t take your customers for idiots. The home set up is fine, the issue is your service. So what are you going to do to help?
