@btsport just been on phone 24 minutes and been cut off in a queue waiting for a refund for the boxing I never received!!!

Left home for work about 1pm, WiFi fine. Come home 10 hours later, @bt_uk box solid orange, switched off and flashing purple - wires all plugged in properly, switch off flashing orange for 10 minutes and nothing. Used their online service and apparently no faults. At a loss now🙃

@bt_uk Well considering this is at least the third fault detected and “repaired” in 6 weeks and we have been having issues all that time, don’t you think it would help? Strange thing is, the business line in the building next to mine is constant 25mbs+ and 4G backup £29.99!

@bt_uk 4th day London E2 no internet. No true info when to be fixed just generic message of Aug deadline. Still paying, why? 😤 No direct contact to users effected, no compensation package. Using 2 back up mini hubs unstable service across home

@MarkMartindale Exactley this, Sky/bt were against because ESL were going to go with a streaming platform and cut out the TV out from the revenue loop. The EPL would then follow suit. It’s just a question of time really as this is the future, hence BT trying to sell BTsport

@bt_uk Current speed means nothing! It can be 25mbps one minute and completely drop out a minute later. No engineer visit again! Just a notification that you failed to turn up again so here’s £8. You constantly fail but won’t let me out of my contract. I think I need to report you!

@TheDaiLlew @virginmedia @bt_uk I've had a similar issue with BT. 3 engineers who all said my router was too old to deliver the service I was paying for. BT insisted I had the right router for my package. Took ages to get any substantial improvement and I can't use zoom at the back of the house.

@VirginMedia's argument is that they could only send us the same model router and TiVo box, but given that I'm fairly certain it's age and use that's causing the problems, that would be perfectly okay. I'm now eyeing up @BT_UK, but other recommendations are welcome.

@bt_uk I have used the website, customer service line, text service and now started a formal complaint. Not good enough mis leading customers regard EE hub service and we have to pay for this!
