    @bt_uk After 1 hour and 11 minutes, the outcome is: 1. we do not know why we cannot confirm your appointment 2. we will call you tomorrow for a new appointment. 3. We cannot call our supplier to confirm the new appointment. almost 3 hours of waiting and conversation. This is awful.

    @bt_uk absolutely scandalous customer service! I have an order with you pending since 7th December that is still not fulfilled and every time I try to speak to someone I’m cut off! I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort this! Very tempted to take my custom elsewhere!! #bt #sky

    @bt_uk I have had two calls this morning, apparently from you, telling me there is a problem with my internet. I have no idea if the calls are legitimate or not. As far as I can see, it is working properly. If I have a problem, I will contact you.

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk I’m about to lose internet tomorrow because BT didn’t tell me in advance my new broadband wouldn’t be connected today, and Sky can’t stop my cancellation tomorrow without BT telling them. #help

    I've had 3 junk/scam or silent calls today starting at 8am and two on my mobile @bt_uk they are all coming in via your 0843 service. it's really beginning to grind my gears now... surely you are in control of people abusing your systems like this? cc @Ofcom
