Trying to do #homeschooling is so much more difficult with poor internet connectivity @bt_uk Its that bad only 1 device can be used at a time in the household! What do you actually do with the money given to you every month if you can't provide the service you advocate for?

Bad4Business (@BusinessBad4) reported
@bt_uk @BTGroup After being ignored for over 12 months, how can I spend more money with you? I'm trying to purchase further services but you clearly don't want our money? I'll DM you, but will be sharing everything publicly because your customers deserve to know how bad you are!
