    @btsport just been on phone 24 minutes and been cut off in a queue waiting for a refund for the boxing I never received!!!

    It seems that my @BTCare phone is going digital ... no advantages, but the phone will need to be plugged into the hub, so my answerphone will now be tucked away where I can't see it. Also, if there's a power cut, I'll have to use a mobile ... which doesn't work in the house.

    @bt_uk I am forced to move home but being told I’ll incur a £280 fee to cancel the line even though my new property has one! This is obscene and frustrating in the midst of a pandemic.

    @bt_uk Why am I unable to speak to customer services. My mother is 92 and has an external phone fault that Bt cannot repair for 5 days. She has a care line unit in case she has a fall which will not work without a phone line.

    @bt_uk Saw an Openreach van working over the road this morning. 10 mins later my landline and broadband had gone. BT say they'll do something by Tuesday. I train on Zoom, and my data charges are already going through the roof. Really upset at this level of service.

    @bt_uk I had a problem with my BT Broadband billing today. I called BT call centre and the call was immediately answered and I was put through to the right department who quickly sorted it out. Fantastic service given the pandemic

    @bt_uk WiFi is down again, thank you for the 45 minutes you allowed me earlier much appreciated. I’m off to Tesco car park now to try and get close enough to the building to access the free WiFi to conduct a few zoom calls. Your help has been nothing short of horrendous! 👍🏻👍🏻

    @bt_uk Hi Kevin, we have put in a number of complaints but nothing gets resolved. We are getting about 300-900kbps which is disgusting. Minimum should be 14mbps and when I talk to your service people they tell me that's what I'm getting and that I'm wrong yet I'm the one living with it!

    @bt_uk Cut off our landline & broadband - no notice - have spoken to 4 reps - getting nowhere - men in high vis taken our telegraph pole down no explanation!!!

    Another week of **** internet, another week @BTCare take more money without providing a decent service and another week they tell us its all fine and there r no issues despite not even being able to access twitter to send this tweet! @gigaclear please huury up and save us
