@bt_uk had full fibre installed 3 weeks ago, 150mbs with your double for the first month temptation. Is rubbish. Have raised a complaint. Still rubbish. Was better off with 28mbs fake fibre before. Sort it out!!

@bt_uk Terrible customer service. I moved Broadband in Oct but you have still been taking money every month. I phoned 2 weeks ago and still not received my final bill or refund. I called today to ask what compensation I would be receiving and was told £15, not even a months bill!
