@bt_uk I got through to someone today. After 45 minutes waiting on the phone. Having to cancel by phoning someone is ridiculous particularly if one has to wait. It isn't good customer service is it? Anyway I'm done now.

@bt_uk It's an archaic experience loading up a separate desktop player in order to only have access to a tiny amount of the content paid for on the service. It's slow, clunky. limited and entirely unecessary. I don't want to use a TV when I'm at the computer.

@bt_uk I have not been told there is a service outtage, and we have not been given a fix date - was told the soonest an engineer could come look at it was the 5th September (a two week wait) and we work from home relying on internet for calls and file shares so incredibly not ok.

@bt_uk You could call me like you said you would today after 6pm. Adding insult to injury you have emailed to say you have closed the complaint and that you were Glad that you were able to help!! BT hasn’t helped , still no subscription channels . On hold again

Best uk internet supplier for reliability? Since moving house our @bt_uk / @EE “unbreakable” wifi has been down for a solid week and they have told us if we want to break contract to switch we won’t be penalised as a result
