    Hi @bt_uk - trying to arrange to replace current landline only package, with a broadband & phone package. Been a customer for 15+ years. Your website tells me you can’t find offers for me, your call centre tell me to look for deals online. Can you email me my deals?

    @bt_uk Service up until now, has been very good, with any issues sorted quickly and efficiently! I don’t know what inspired this new style of service you’re offering, but trust me, it isn’t the move!

    @bt_uk stayed in from 8am-6pm (because you gave me 2 slots 8-1 and 1-6) waiting to have my internet installed by someone…. Guess who has no internet and had to cancel all their evening plans…? No email or anything to apologise.. very disappointed…

    @bt_uk does BT have a complaints team who actually contact people. I cancelled my BT one for being charged for something I’ve never used/asked for. that complaint was closed with no contact just a generic email. I reopened the complaint, still waiting for contact. Not impressed
