@bt_uk Every call, told different things, but no solution. She's distraught after being told copper line installed today, but turns out not possible (despite wonderful OpenReach engineer) Can you make exception for extremely vulnerable customer? (3/3)

I have moved to @bt_uk and hopefully i will get a better service there. As for @TalkTalk, i hope you will do the right thing and cancel my contract without a charge at the end of the month and we both go our seperate ways. It has been hugely frustrating and impacted on my job!

Had engineers round five times to sort our unreliable broadband with massive speed fluctuations, all while being told everything is fine. I have now been told to deal with it or cancel the contract. Disappointed is an understatement @bt_uk

I've got to say @bt_uk are probably one of the worst company's I have dealt with up to now. How are you meant to support new businesses when you can't even connect them to a phone line?

@bt_uk I've removed, reinstalled, restarted etc but nothing. It's got to be a server issue at your end. BT email isn't working on my phone or tablet. Gmail is fine on the Samsung app on both.

@bt_uk Please help. My mum, who is disabled, has had no phone/Internet in her new flat for 6 weeks. No mobile phone signal so couldn't call 999 if she fell. Cut off from essential services (1)

@bt_uk That doesn't work either sadly. It keeps saying "you've not logged in to email, click here to log in". So I do and then it goes straight back to that error message.
