What an absolute shower of **** @bt_uk are. Cut off our fibre and landline three weeks before the planned move date. So no business phone, no internet except for a useless BT 4g halo which is patchy at best. Their consistent incompetence is literally baffling.

Still no change? Communications is woefully poor! My vulnerable parents still down have communications. @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk no different in service levels for parents classed as welfare case?

As if that wasn't bad enough, I could not get a decent explanation when I called customer services. I should not have to pay early termination fees for a service that was never up to the part to start with. @bt_uk can someone provide an explanation, please?
