@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

@bt_uk problem with my line at home 10mbs instead of 70 download 2 instead of 20 upload. phone line crackling also light on handset flickering. HU18 1PR

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk Sorry, maybe I need to make it clearer. The upgrade has already happened - the equipment in the road etc has been fitted, hence why the other company can offer the service. Just wondered when BT would offer upgrade, but it seems from your reply that BT don’t know themselves?

@bt_uk during June and July our broadband was down for 35 days starting from 08 June. My wife has had an email today to say that £25.20 has been credited to our account for the downtime. Based on the fact automatic compensation is £8.40/day, where does £25.20 come from??....

For 14 days, I've had ZERO @bt_uk Internet Service despite 7 missed repair deadlines. No one acts with any urgency or reputable customer service skills, even when a complaint is on their CEO’s desk. With hollow words, #BritishTelecom says I'll be online Wednesday at 10.28am

@bt_uk I'm moving overseas and would like to cancel my BT subscription with immediate effect. Don't see a cancellation option on your website. I'm not moving homes to another part of the UK. I would just like to cancel my service. Please help.
