    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

    @bt_uk It's fine virgin are now going to fix us some Internet and I will arrange a penny a month repayment to yourselves once you send to debt collectors thanks but your internet is shocking to say the least so is the customer service and its always an extra amount needed

    Hi @bt_uk it’s me again. I submitted a complaint. You closed the complaint saying ‘we’re glad we could help’. You didn’t help because I’ve had no contact since I submitted my complaint.

    @Ofcom @bt_uk Thank you, the problem appears to be that I am stuck in the middle, BT are saying that I need to speak to my alarm company and my alarm company are saying speak to BT. Please can I request an escalation within BT to help me? Thanks

    @bt_uk I am at my wits end with your appalling service! After weeks of frustration trying to move BT services after a house move I finally thought it was sorted. Then this evening I get an email out of the blue from you saying my phone and TV services are to cease!

    @SketchLisa @BTCare I do hope this sort of problem is not indicative of 2024 when all UK phones will only use Broadband. As it is you will not be able to use one in the event of a power cut, and I don’t see the point of battery backup when the IP repeater box in the street looses power too.
