  Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

  @bt_uk It was turning orange whenever it dropped out. It seems to be okay now, but the 4G assure wasn't doing anything and never seems to 🙁

  @bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

  @bt_uk My internet keeps cutting out and the hybrid connector doesn’t work most of the time and when it does it takes a good few minutes to kick in, So to say you’ll never loose connection is a complete farce!

  @bt_uk As u are unable to do anything the community will now be actively seeking to contact #philipjansen to ask why his company has falsely advertised and sold a product. We have waited over 14months for u to fix this and you haven’t.We are now looking at how we can take this further.

  @virginmedia I’ve gone from 5Mbps (1Gig) service to it being completely down again…. Luckily I have @bt_uk also installed who have been nothing but reliable and consistent.

  @bt_uk just had fttp fitted today. Was working fine all evening and is now showing a red light. Have reset the ONT but nothing. Any problems known in the cm13 area please.

  @bt_uk Hi Aled nothing more specific to me. However we've had 4 scam calls just today, which I've put on BT's reporting page. Same dialogue in each case, with completely different originating numbers to defeat blocks. BT needs to deploy a technical solution to prevent this.

  @bt_uk is one the worst ever Broadband Support you can get in UK , i did order my full fiberoptic broadband 2 week before moving to new house and now after almost 2 months , there is no Broadband, no support . do not ever trust @bt_uk again my life
