  @bt_uk I must have spoken to at least a dozen guides over six weeks, spent well over 20 hours of my time listening to lie after lie after lie, and crap muzak. Being told that I have informed BT that problem has been fixed three times is sickening. I've got absolutely nowhere. I'm done.

  Now May 5th still no connection !! Despite endless calls and attempts to get help !’ @bt_uk cut off again transferred then told no information on their screen , started details again now cut off again as lines close at 6pm this is a business account !!! We don’t close at 6 !!

  @Benleo @BTBusiness @bt_uk are very similarly disrespectful. Raised a formal complaint and they fumbled like inept foreigners who did not intend to care, and then suddenly dropped off a call but never picked my case back up. And that was 17 days ago ...!

  @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?
