    @markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

  • hawkes_mike Mike Hawkes (@hawkes_mike) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

  • olipaul530 PaulO (@olipaul530) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    @UpTheDarce @btsport Stupid decision

  • INDEPENDENT_MG Mark Gretton (@INDEPENDENT_MG) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    @Fairplay84 @bt_uk Yes I agree, I used 4 testers and get get slow speeds. Not even mbps. 0-400kbps. They then say "on our side it says 2.3mbps". Great idea how about BT come spend a day with me in my living room and then try tell me everything is fine. Shocking service!

  • Ak1fK Akif (@Ak1fK) reported

    Oh hey @bt_uk! I was meant to have my broadband activated yesterday. An hour on the phone today and apparently I might get internet again in 24 hours (they weren’t too sure what the issue was)? Any chance you know what the issue might be?

  • laurenl_13 Lauren Livesey (@laurenl_13) reported

    @bt_uk wifi keeps cutting out intermittently, for no apparent reason. Online help says to text HELP + your landline # for support - we don't have a landline. Other option is to call 0800 800 150. Number is not recognised from my mobile. Utterly shocking customer service.

  • BaggiesTom1 Tom (MR T) (@BaggiesTom1) reported

    @JNETTEKWAKYE @btsport This has nothing do with sport though its American problem

  • ley_leysmith Ley Smith (@ley_leysmith) reported

    @bt_uk When the service status is not correct or updated since the line has been down since 19th May it’s not helpful to asking me to check it.

  • baeonice LOZLO (@baeonice) reported

    @asphodelmoon @bt_uk Same happened to me at one time Internet would work but as soon as connecting to my place of work remotely, it would break the hub and drop the connection. Has caused issues with manager and now caused me to resign from my job of 5 years.

  • bruno_grail bruno mc grail (@bruno_grail) reported

    @btsport @BTSportBoxing He was a bad bastard

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Cresswell (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

    Client has new @bt_uk phone on their VoIP system. It sits on obtaining IP address. BT support says it's because our DHCP server is out of addresses. Issue: the phones are on a BT supplied router/switch, and is physically separated from our network.

  • CraigBishop86 Craig Bishop (@CraigBishop86) reported

    @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness It’s not, over a week now and still no diversion active. Lost count of how many advisors I have spoke with and a complaint marked as fixed which is not the case. Constantly told 4 hours for a resolution which never happens. Horrific customer service!

  • makingsense136 David Hancock (@makingsense136) reported

    @btsport @BTSportBoxing ****. Off.
