Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@BBCSport @skysports @btsport Why are football (soccer) commentators so awful ? When they aren't parroting players names they're telling us the sky is blue or that someone is smiling. IT'S TELEVISION ! I can see FFS. Plus if you're a fan you know the names if not you don't care !

@btbusinesscare We have been open for 1 week after 4 months of lockdown. We have no mobile coverage so cannot accept payment. We were supposed to be upgraded next month not disconnected a month early?! We have been on the phone all day and nobody has been able to provide us with a resolution?

@bt_uk Hi, the engineer was not able to install my full fibre connection as he said the cable did not extend into my property. He said I would have to wait for the openreach property team to look at a solution and said this could take weeks. Can someone call me to discuss this?

@bt_uk Is this parody? I can't even get an AGREED connection. 'Fobbed off'... lied to & reps that haven't got a clue. Complaints a waste of time... as they consider customers to stupid too understand. Promised call backs never happen just 'weekly texts' to say there's a delay. Terrible!
