Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk All the information they were given was from your ‘report a fault’ department for BT TV issues.

@bt_uk well after months of phone calls engineers phantom visits, failed shows for internal engineers and a complaint being closed without even looking in to it I have finally lost patience, I upgraded to Halo in august and it’s been the worst experience with broadband I -

  • matt_burrow
Matthew Burrow (@matt_burrow) reported from Frodsham, England

@BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

@bt_uk So got BT Fibre, phone hasn’t worked yet - £40 credit on the account (still not working) last night Broadband crashes (external line) and BT can’t fix it for a week. Sorry kids you can’t use your PlayStation or PC over Christmas by the way you can’t stream movies either

  • Glayzer23
    Ian Glayzer (@Glayzer23) reported

@bt_uk Aboslutely appalled by the disgraceful levels of service we’ve received from yourself. Broadband should have been activated on 8th Dec, after several mistakes with orders and being promised activation yesterday were now being told it will be 29th Dec. Unacceptable

@bt_uk do you have a problem in the ME10 area? Our internet went down yesterday for an hour or so and has gone off again this morning. Don’t think it’s just us as we had an engineer out a few weeks ago and were sent a new hub.

  • timfernando
    Tim Fernando (@timfernando) reported

@bt_uk I’m on the phone to you now. You’ve cocked up the dates despite having a system that clearly states dates in January for our move. First customer service person offered no apology, tried to blame Openreach then tried to blame us. Awful!

    Jacqueline (@jackypat) reported

@bt_uk A reply from a Local openreach engineer. Looks like a dslam card has gone down and will affect most people on fttc broadband from all providers. I'll get on the case at 0800 and see whats going on
