Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk Hi BT ... Where can I complain about the intermottent issues we have been having with our Broadband service since the 22nd June. Engineers turn up.. find no fault, leave then the problem resurfaces ... 4 times in the past month. beyond frustrated now.

@marcusbarnett_ @DaveWardGS I worked for @bt_uk and it is a terrible company to work for, provisional work takes a back seat while you are told to still book engineer appointments for customers who will take a day of work and the engineer won’t show. Disgusting practice.

@bt_uk After having been insulted by caller, I asked on there second call to put everything in writing as speaking was getting nowhere, this dis not happen . BT staff support each other without being concerned about customers . Get your stories staring before responding #unacceptable
