@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

@btbusinesscare I never received a call that was promised last night either. I really can't understand why I couldn't just have another engineer sent to replace the engineer that was sick. Why are BT making something so simple so complicated?

@bt_uk @BTCare I’d still like an answer to this please? I need an update on when my fibre is being installed. I switched to BT for the first time and so far the communication has been very poor. I don’t see why you can’t come out, other tradesman are visiting homes.

@bt_uk Internet and landline cable broken by a tree on 28/1. Reported on 29/1 No repair on either, no contact! Teaching from home, my daughter try to homeschool, son trying to do his degree on 1 hotspot . Not acceptable..where’s the customer service BT
