  • INDEPENDENT_MG Mark Gretton (@INDEPENDENT_MG) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

  • geoffsharpe2 geoff sharpe (@geoffsharpe2) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@btsport Needs no build up cause you ain't got any build up ..poor show.

  • gemhorne86 Gem (@gemhorne86) reported from Driffield, England

@bt_uk So if the problem isn’t fix by 5 tonight we can assume it will be tomorrow

  • hawkes_mike Mike Hawkes (@hawkes_mike) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

  • OLLIE530 PAUL (@OLLIE530) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

  • Rhoda_Borrocks MrsTC (@Rhoda_Borrocks) reported

@bt_uk why do you charge £70 to take on a new customer? £70 for a “connection” charge for an already “live” line? It’s not a connection charge is it- really. Your rental costs are higher but it seems this is entirely unjustified

  • Jonesy1980 Kate 💙 (@Jonesy1980) reported

@bt_uk my internet has had poor connection all day and which as you can imagine with homeschooling and working it’s been frustrating to say the least....I’m now just watching my smart TV and it’s doing the same! Text FIX to 61998 + surprise been told no issue must be in my home!

  • RemainJD Remain (@RemainJD) reported

Still can't believe I'm getting just over 4mbps AT PEAK with a wired connection. In 2021. Actually terrible. @bt_uk

  • ShawnFitz7 Shawn Fitz (@ShawnFitz7) reported

my BT sport went off after 30 mins spurs Liverpool and never came back on, BT had suspended my account because I’ve not re logged in for 6 months, all sorted now thanks to Aisling at @EE and Barry from @btsport top customer service and lovely people

  • bloody56 John Blood (@bloody56) reported from Clifton, England

@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

  • bigchesh247 Mark Cheshire (@bigchesh247) reported

@bt_uk please can you explain why my broadband is slow then I tweet about it and instantly is back up to the level it was sold at?

  • terragher ter gallagher (@terragher) reported

@bt_uk Lied to me about speed, lied about introductory offers, lied about dealing with complaints, lied about compensation. Not one promise kept, hours and hours spent chasing up. Never again.

  • Rhoda_Borrocks MrsTC (@Rhoda_Borrocks) reported

@Ofcom why are @bt_uk allowed to charge £70one-off fee to connect new customers? How is this justifiable? I have a live line, a contract with another supplier-but BT will not support other providers with the tools to manage the scam calls that are making my life absolute misery

  • robmorleyuk Robert Morley (@robmorleyuk) reported

@bt_uk WiFi and streaming are different issues. With so many households limited to a peak 3mbs broadband this is false representation. Knowingly misleading advertising.

  • danny_mccord Red Army 7 (@danny_mccord) reported

@bt_uk I’ve twice requested my money back! Mines garbage unless stood next to the router
