Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk Well we've been unable to connect most of our devices for the past hour and when we have the WiFi seems to be really slow. I've tried turning it off for 30 minutes and unplugging it but it doesn't seem to fix the issue.

@SkySports would you commentate over the captain of Man Utd, Liverpool, England, France after winning a final? Why is it ok to talk over the Captain of Limerick? Poor show @btsport get on to the GAA for coverage. Its the little things that mean the most!

@bt_uk Yes. It is working now. I had a phone call asking about my now tv email address, and less than 45 minutes later I had a phone call to say it was fixed. Now I’m left wondering why it took over 2 weeks to fix when the guy I spoke to yesterday managed to sort it so quickly?

@bt_uk So for the 2nd time BT has cancelled an install for an upgrade without telling me causing me to lose another days pay because of their screw up. Don’t get into a contract with BT if you can help it !
