@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

  • hawkes_mike Mike Hawkes (@hawkes_mike) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @UpTheDarce @btsport Stupid decision

@bt_uk In other words you can pay an additional sum to still not be connected when their system fails & they don’t repair it for 5 days …. A great business model for BT. Not so much for the customer!!!

  • RobCurling Rob Curling (@RobCurling) reported

Dear @bt_uk We’re about to enter our second week of no landline/internet affecting a number of extremely vulnerable residents in our village who are ‘priority cases’, and with limited mobile phone signal or access. Cd you pls DM me to try and get this resolved.

  • NigelG1966 Nigel Greenaway (@NigelG1966) reported

@bt_uk is there an internet issue in PL13 1 as we have orange light on our hub, but still have dialling tone

  • maxxwhitter Max-Well-Made-It (@maxxwhitter) reported

@btsportufc @btsport This wasn’t luck this was a systematical beat down. A bit like what Holmes did to Rousey, fighters sometimes feel invisible and let hype get to their heads then they get shocked.

  • BrechinYes2 YES Brechin (@BrechinYes2) reported

@bt_uk Turn it down 2 degrees, wear a woolly jumper and you'll save twice as much again. Woolly Jumpers. Means Scottish sheep farmers would get some return for the fleeces. Good for Scotland. Try one sometime. DavieS.

  • Liamcorlett Liam Corlett (@Liamcorlett) reported

@bt_uk Its been fine for the last few days where it is. Dropping to less that 1 mbps is unacceptable considering what you charge. I've had nothing but problems with BT since I moved house.

  • frankensteirer yoo hoo (@frankensteirer) reported

@bt_uk Really would be a good idea to bring a cheaper social tariff for your 1gb broadband? Currently EE is £45 1gb but Vodafone and talktalk are as low as £30 :( definitely should be able to match that for the social help tariff?

  • Classyyy8 Classyyy (@Classyyy8) reported

@bt_uk Went to track it as usual bt just likes to lie by the looks, we got messaged by a bot saying there was an issue in our area, checked your tracked "No issues in your area"

  • cumpstonarchive ✨Glenys Marriott 💙✨ (@cumpstonarchive) reported

@CarolynOtley @bt_uk I agree Carolyn, the first time I’d heard about this. Our reception is so poor we can only use mobile phone via broadband 😡

  • TheNerdometer Nerdometer (@TheNerdometer) reported

@bt_uk Are any of you going to actually help or just sit doing nothing? What sort of customer service is this?
