  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  @bt_uk Wasted weeks of my time on this , you have failed to fix it . Told me you were sending an engineer , never arrived . You told me it was my equipment but all my stuff is BT . The digital phone line never worked either
