Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

@bt_uk problem with my line at home 10mbs instead of 70 download 2 instead of 20 upload. phone line crackling also light on handset flickering. HU18 1PR

@bt_uk BT promised they would add no cancellation charge to my account as they had been completely unable to give me functioning internet!! Despite four home visits by the technicians! Finally managed to cancel and I have been hit with a £200 cancellation charge?!? Terrible by BT!!!

@bt_uk @Marina__Coyle Living out in the country, I have a reasonable data allowance on my phone, and hotspot the computer etc. Uses less data than you'd think. The problem is that almost every provider is running over openreach, so repairs likely wouldn't have been fixed quicker anyway, Marina.

You could not make it up @btcomplainer / @bt_uk decide to update my calls to digital They tell me my new kit is coming 19th They get a supply chain problem They change the service to digital cutting off my landline in effect anyway They make themselves uncontactable What a shower

@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

@bt_uk Thanks. Have had the engineer round 3 times & still does it. I text "Fix" yesterday with my num & after that, the connection came back. I don't know if it was meant to fix it or just find out where the issue was but, it helped. If it does it again, I will text "fix" again lol

@Watforddogs @btcomplainer @bt_uk Been there with my business. BT closed my old lines and then delayed the new lines for weeks. A nightmare that nothing I did could help hurry along.
