    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @leonagraham @virginmedia My sister was with virgin, used to drop out all the time. every time she complained, it would miraculously come back on. I've been with @bt_uk for years, never had a problem.

    @btbusinesscare Ah but infrastructure .. thats down to you ... no help guide can improve that. And installation fees in public buildings, no help guide to make that economically viable

    @bt_uk You already sent tech experts who found the issues were with you, not us as you are trying to suggest! We have poor, unreliable broadband as your tech experts reported! Please escalate my complaint as set out by @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Current speed means nothing! It can be 25mbps one minute and completely drop out a minute later. No engineer visit again! Just a notification that you failed to turn up again so here’s £8. You constantly fail but won’t let me out of my contract. I think I need to report you!

    @BenP_97 @TheFreddyCairns @bt_uk Mine was working fine then just went off said no service when logging into the hub, reset it twice checked cables and just staying orange mate saying no service

    @bt_uk I’ve been given a 100 dates @OpenreachHelp are totally inept . Engineer 4 broke my decking , like Rumpelstiltskin! . Number 9 said it couldn’t be installed , at all ever , 7,8, 10, 13 never turned up… then cancelled my order! Still no broadband …

    How am I about to quit over internet I've dropped 2k points in the last 3 days because my ping doubles every time I get into a fight and all @bt_uk can do after months is delete my tweets crap company
