Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

  • NorthSeasider PaulDarrellSlingsby (@NorthSeasider) reported from Hornsea, England

@bt_uk problem with my line at home 10mbs instead of 70 download 2 instead of 20 upload. phone line crackling also light on handset flickering. HU18 1PR

  • olipaul530 PaulO (@olipaul530) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    @UpTheDarce @btsport Stupid decision

  • OLLIE530 PAUL (@OLLIE530) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

  • INDEPENDENT_MG Mark Gretton (@INDEPENDENT_MG) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

  • _ryanparr Ryan (@_ryanparr) reported

@bt_uk TV services are the worst I’ve experienced ever, 9 days of an issue and still not resolved. Can’t do anything for another 30 odd days and credits which are insulting put on my account, the broadband is probably the only good thing about them.

  • Xiaotingia xiaotingia (@Xiaotingia) reported

Has anyone else been harassed by #BT to return kit (or £50 ‘fine’) that has already been returned? Or raised a complaint that is then mysteriously cancelled after raising the matter? Pls let me know if so. @BTCare #scam @Ofcom

  • SarahHarrowsmi1 Sarah Harrowsmith (@SarahHarrowsmi1) reported

@bt_uk we’ve had the worst service this week with our broadband. Router seems to be going down several times a day. And the halo has had to reset several times too. Any issues with service in the Chester CH3 area?

  • laura_libs Laura (@laura_libs) reported

@bt_uk Hello. I'm having fibre installed today and the engineer is apparently on their way. However, no equipment has been delivered. I never received a tracking number. Has their been a mistake in sending it out? Details are in a DM I sent last night.

  • williamcoutts william coutts🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@williamcoutts) reported from Bridge of Don, Scotland

@bt_uk promised a phone call to discuss my complaint today between 12-2 ….🙁 nada. Ordered fibre in oct 22 still not completed

  • S_Marshall_1 S_Marshall (@S_Marshall_1) reported

@bt_uk had a call this am from a guy on mobile number calling me to say there’s a problem with my internet connection. Should I report this to BT somewhere? If so, how? where?

  • LewyEdgar Lewyedgar (@LewyEdgar) reported

@bt_uk paying £40+ for a internet service that lasts 3 minutes before disconnecting again, reset the router, had 2 separate engineers come to look at the port on the wall, one said it would be the tv antenna which is impossible when the wiring is from the phone lines. Help?……

  • jenigma_ jenni (@jenigma_) reported

@bt_uk Externally in what way? If majority wouldn’t need an engineer, surely it would make sense to get the customer set up and going as soon as possible?
