  @bt_uk why is the connection in the WF9 3 area constantly dipping. For the past two days it’s been orange lights on my hub every 5-10 minutes. I’ve been home from work 35 minutes and it’s been constant orange and just changed to green then orange. I will cancel my direct debit.

  @bt_uk For a fault, it seems the internet and phone line has came back on overnight. No problem, it’s for a senior specialist faults engineer, I’ll let them know that the fault is fixed. Thank you

  @bt_uk For 2 days before upgrading I was trying to add a monthly pass and it wouldnt let me. Customer service is to resolve the matter in a way that is satisfactory to the PAYING customer!
