@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

So @bt_uk have a link in my account to renew my contract, still 6 months left, but had a look. I can get 900mb as a new customer for £46 to upgrade through my account was £30 more. Every single package cost way, way more. Guess I’ll be leaving in February.

@bt_uk when is our service going to be available? No internet? No broadband ? And a massive monthly bill? Told be fixed by 5pm still not fixed and seems it has been intermittent since 2nd august in Swanley?

"It's a bit of a ****** up one." - the customer advisor who didn't realise they'd switched the hold off. #BT #HonestyIsTheBestPolicy @bt_uk

@NOWHelpTeam I’m fully aware of what it provides. HD should come as standard like it does with every streaming service. I was thinking about grabbing a sports pass, and coming back to NOW, but I think I’ll just stick with @btsport who doesn’t actually charge for HD.

@jamiecaines2 @Stephen_AFC @bt_uk Yes, it is a lie. I was sent a mini hub, told it nded v little signal to work whilst my wifi's off. I told the operator we didn't have 4G, rarely have 3G. He said it doesn't matter, this will work regardless. Errrr... no it doesn't! So no wifi, no signal. About to end my contract

@bt_uk That's odd, because when I tweeted last week after the first engineer's visit, you offered to help. Obviously you can help when you want to. Also, you will of course be aware that Openreach has no Twitter presence. And is, in any case, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BT...

@bt_uk To be honest I’m considering moving to @ZenInternetHelp the 300mb package I’m currently on costs less with them and is guaranteed not to go up in price. The CPI+3.9% isn’t good as you *never* increase the base cost for new customers, if anything it goes down, like it did today!

Never fear, reply @bt_uk, it's just a system error. Everything's fine and you can order away. So we do. An engineer attends on 30 July to install. He cannot because the connection point is 100m away and he has not enough fibre, no hoist and there is only one of him...
