@markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk Also, this is not the only issue with this email account. I get logged out remotely when trying to search in folders and also when moving emails to folders. As if someone else is accessing at same time as me.

@bt_uk Appalling service. Home move booked 2 weeks ago. Engineer didn't turn up but signed off job as completed. Another appointment booked on complaining but apparently no Engineer assigned by open reach!! Booked another one today, waiting! @WeAreOpenreach

@bt_uk Your organisation BT did nothing to help my situation your primary objective is to maximise profits for shareholders this time at my expense , if an organisation treats customers in this manner think how it will treat you and all other employees .

@bt_uk BT charged me £120 for a fault they could have resolved, I will let the public aware of these practices via social media, disgraceful way to treat a customer. BT customer complaints dept orchestrated response stone wall customers .

@bt_uk Your call handler stone walled me for 20 mins all the while being coached and advised by her senior via her ear piece, I was billed £120 for something I should not have been charged for. What an awful way to treat a customer.

This is very long-winded, but in a nutshell, it shows how unscrupulous BT's complaint department is. They've somehow closed the complaint saying it 'has been solved' before the engineer actually arrived. Which it wasn't. Anything to say about this @BTCare ?
