    @markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

  • hawkes_mike Mike Hawkes (@hawkes_mike) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

  • olipaul530 PaulO (@olipaul530) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    @UpTheDarce @btsport Stupid decision

  • INDEPENDENT_MG Mark Gretton (@INDEPENDENT_MG) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    @bt_uk This is amazing @bt_uk Just had an email telling me it now won't be until FEBRUARY 28TH that the broadband will be installed. That will be 116 days since the initial order. Incredible "service".

  • aq_ Amaan Q (@aq_) reported

    Hi @bt_uk, I was auto-informed today my complaint has been closed, but BT have not informed me of any resolution. I have also been sent a bill for 'termination fee' which I was re-assured I wouldn't. And I still don't have broadband. So why is the complaint closed?

  • LDdex LDdex (@LDdex) reported

    @bt_uk As I have said. No issues. Not affecting performance. I'm pointing out that 2 functions of the app are reporting different results. So one is unreliable. So if there were issues that app wouldn't be any use as would be telling me the opposite of what Id be experiencing.

  • JohnCoLakes John Collis (@JohnCoLakes) reported

    @bt_uk I agreed fibre contract with BT in Sept 2022, one week after it became live in my village. Openreach immediately connected an external box to my house, so why am I still waiting for BT to cable it into my home when half the village has been connected for months? Should I cancel?

  • Chemfund Lawrence (@Chemfund) reported

    @bt_uk Clare, well Jaden from Kelly communications saved the issue. He advised this should have been fixed by mark back in Oct, is hearing frequently that Openreach not providing a good service. Why should Jaden apologise for poor service from Openreach?

  • acmaerldiya Amelia (@acmaerldiya) reported from Warrington, England

    @bt_uk how do I make a formal complaint via email please? I do not want to rectify this issue over the phone as have tried multiple times and still having issues. I would like the email to complain please that goes to the relations team. Thank you.

  • bushmanB25 Trevor Mitchell ¡No pasarán! (@bushmanB25) reported
