  @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

  @shomac28 @bt_uk Made a complaint about one advisors tone and attitude. Got message 3 hours later to say closed. Asked for outcome. I then got told I'd asked for it to be re opened (I didnt). Got told persons line manager would call me. That was about 2 weeks ago. No call

  @bt_uk I might have sorted it out. Because I was having trouble logging in to myBT (long saga) I had to change the password and although I deliberately didn’t check the email box it seems to have changed that as well so I’ve managed to log back in I think.

  @bt_uk .. before they enter into a binding contract for public electronic communications services. Providers must also, upon request, make available free of charge to any customer who requires it because of their disabilities, any contract information or contract summary,..

  @shomac28 @bt_uk Did you experience the joy of their customer service centre?, Particular highlight is getting passed around to ever increasingly ridiculous made up departments (Level 21 claims escalation team) that nearly all have the same guy called steven working for them. Awful.

  @SkyNews Shut the programme down, it's crap now anyway compared to BTSport & Sky , old men trying to stay relevant in football
