@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

@bt_uk our #btinternet has just cut out on Christmas Day and apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January 2021 ... thanks for making a difficult Christmas even more difficult

@bt_uk Please STOP dishonest advertising for “reliable BT broadband”- it’s ****. We can’t use Netflix, Alexa, home security systems etc because the broadband connections drops out all the time. It’s NOT the router, the home WiFi, it your crap network.

2 days with no internet over Christmas and a lockdown starting. All get told is there systems down, no one can help until the 29th at least and then they put the phone down. @bt_uk what an awful company. Fraudsters.

@bt_uk They haven’t been able to help since October. Each time I call I have to re-explain the situation. No one seems to be able to find out what’s going on. All that happens is that they either promise to call back, or they try to set up another account. I have 5 different acc.nos
