@bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

@paulvaughanpro @btbusinesscare @ardglassproshop I left them last year after repeatedly being double charged and then almost duped into paying extra for the same service. Only kept btsport to watch spurs in Europe and that's now gone also 😐

@bt_uk any decent companies out want to take bt off my hands the service you get from them is an absolute disgrace. They cannot get anything right even something as simple as changing a direct debit. You get spoke to like a dog by some advisors and the overall service is poor

@firefly233 @bt_uk We started up a case with ofcom 10 years ago man. The community has all come together and they still ignore us. We even offered to pay for it ourselves and they just don't give a ****. They send out engineers that refuse to even come to the properties. Absolute dog **** company.

@bt_uk 😡😡😡 They told us the exact thing about you. And Ofcome and Ombudsman both told us the issue lies with you the ISP that we pay so don't ******* dare put the blame somewhere else. You have no idea. So go back to your notes and relearn. Criminals.
