@bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

@bt_uk We have had a hub connection as a substitute for main connection since the start of December. The explanations on progress have to be chased and are not comprehendible. Apparently a NED team need to cut down a tree to be able to repair a wire to restore the connection. Hi-tec

@vhixy @SkyHelpTeam Exact same issue with me. Also in York but I’m a @bt_uk customer. They are sending an engineer on Friday but seems odd that others in York are having same problem today.

@btsport I was really looking forward to watching the @SeniorsDarts this weekend but it's like watching the darts from the 80's, the picture is terrible and the commentary is in mono and sounds like the commentators are under water....can you explain why this is???

The coverage of #SeniorsDarts has been shocking on @btsport sound quality questionable, buffering like it’s a stream and not even in sync. Awful!
