Evening, @bt_uk I hope you can help. You are advertising an upgrade deal to me that includes the full fibre promise. However, Openreach have confirmed to me today that’s the plans to roll out FTTP to my are are cancelled? Why are you still promoting the full fibre promise?

  • fernandes_fab Fabiana Fernandes (@fernandes_fab) reported

@bt_uk Why are you asking if I want to review my package when I want to review my bill since you’re charging me, providing no service and showing no urgency to resolve the problem?

  • Lindsay_Dave Dave Lindsay 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Lindsay_Dave) reported

@bt_uk Displays of hope by going to Qatar. Sorry forgot, playing there will increase their transfer fees and income so they can ignore that issue and virtue signal on something that costs them nothing. Hypocrites.
