Mad that only for that camera man knowing CPR, Glenn Hoddle would be dead. Should be a mandatory course before you leave secondary school, rather than some maths equation youll never again use @btsportfootball @btsport

Taking to Twitter as a last resort on behalf of my mum. She been trying to sort an issue with @bt_uk for weeks. It is causing her great distress and calls are not returned when they say they will. The service is appalling and it is making her ill. Please sort it out BT
