@bt_uk If BT really cared - the issue would have been sorted days ago rather than close down our logged issue as ‘resolved’ when clearly sweet FA had been done! You know the issues from conversations this week so to be asked what colour is the hub showing is naive and infuriating

@bt_uk my broadband has been down all night. Your bot tells me there's a fault but 'BT is currently closed' so can't book engineer. I'm supposed to be working from home today. Really, really not good enough.

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Does the National League not understand the concept of profit sharing ? Why would they or any club have an issue even if 75% of viewers were for Wrexham when they all received and equal share? I Think all involved would be surprised on sheer volume of viewership if given access.

@bt_uk Disgusted with how BT have been overcharging my disabled elderly neighbour and when trying to sort assumed she had a smart phone. Haven't rung back. Now on old for over 20mins trying to help her
