worst experience ever with @bt_uk. Sub standard equipment then staff that make guarantees that are false try to meme you pay for things due to there sub standard equipment and then supervisors just avoid a resolution. Stay away if you want decent product and service. #Disgusting

@bt_uk you have massively frustrated me today. i have spent 45 minutes speaking to 4 separate people to sort what I thought was a simple request. Step Father passed away so needed account putting in my mothers name and cancel his BT mobile sim. #shockingcustomerservice #bt

@bt_uk I am absolutely disgusted now with BT, you have now cancelled my home move order 3 times and each time you promise there won’t be any issues. I expect a call from you...not having to be onhold again for over 30mins...poor poor customer service

@bt_uk @therealbobmoore Had BT Broadband since at least 1995 at two different addresses. No problems that weren't fixed with a phone call and only happened after moving house twice!

@bt_uk wondering if you can help. I have an IPC6023 fault code when trying to watch BT sport. I have reset the router and box but no change. The box says it is connected to the internet and apps such as iPlayer work with no problem. Cheers.
