is @bt_uk able to investigate why this is happening and why the fix is taking so long?

@bt_uk If you mean BTmail's outage, yes this was fixed same-day. If you mean BT's apparent inability to keep its social media managers informed so that you can do your job, then I suspect that's a deliberate feature.

@bt_uk hi BT, your company seems to have a curious approach to customer retention. My contract is up in March. I rang today to inform of my intention to move to another fibre provider. Your value team don't want to talk to me as it's "too early" plus ca change. Au Revoir.

Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

@Apple watch yr helpline holding track list. I got EchoSmith’s ‘Over My Head’ with the ominous line ‘Is it too late, too far gone to fix this.’ 😳 Anyway, turns out to be a @bt_uk issue. Not sure if that’s good thing.
