@bt_uk one fault after another. Yesterday phone line reported and fixed..today broken again. No getting through to support. Great when we have family trying to get in touch

2 days with no internet over Christmas and a lockdown starting. All get told is there systems down, no one can help until the 29th at least and then they put the phone down. @bt_uk what an awful company. Fraudsters.

@bt_uk There was a mobile number Kevin. If you or your manager had bothered to look he would have seen that Nathan specifically wrote it down. After you failed to call back, I called and waited on hold again. I eventually spoke to someone more sensible... but

@bt_uk because you cut off our internet and have the most appalling processes and systems, it looks like we may never get our internet back at our property before we move. Two people rely on this connection to work. We have a young family. You have made a difficult Christmas much worse
