@btsport being able to watch non live Europa League football cos you were putting your son to bed - terrific. Finding out the result because it's literally written in the link - terrible. Who thought this was good UI?

@btsport the app is really terrible on consoles , it sure does need a lot of upgrades cos it lags badly compared to its sky counterpart

@bt_uk Hi, still having issues very poor 4g coverage here so struggling to access internet. Have been informed by neighbours that an external line was damaged nearby on Tues am. Been told “hopefully” be sorted tomorrow

@bt_uk we’ve been on the phone twice about being over charged on our account and told twice the issue has been resolved. We’ve now had over £450 pound taken out of our account and currently been put in a unplanned overdraft due to this. Can you please help?

@bt_uk @Frostiano Why expect anything better? moved house on the 5th Feb and still haven't got internet access and they can't help meat all! Imagine how bad that would be if we were in the middle of a pandemic and you had no choice but to work from home...oh wait!

@bt_uk Just finished my 24m Broadband contract with BT. Trying to terminate contract now, customer service advised that broadband can be cancelled, but need to pay cancellation charges for phone - guess it’s an add on we never used! I’m not in UK anymore & it’s very frustrating!
