    Well thnx @bt_uk I wait a month for full fibre installation, there's a fault and am told an engineer will be out with 2 days I chase just now and told I have to wait another month . Think I'll just cancel and go with @virginmedia unbelievable

    @bt_uk well after being promised that I would have a new router within 24/48hrs of last Saturday, I’m still left with no broadband. The 4th time it has gone wrong and stopped. How am I supposed to earn a living working from home if you keep letting me down…?

    @bt_uk our internet went off on the 20th and you might repair it on the 25th? Fix phone on the 26th? Misleading to call yourself superfast broadband.

    @bt_uk Will do. Thanks again. Please do keep looking into upgrading these terrible mini hubs though. In this day and age they should be able to provide full 4g speeds even with lower signal levels like a phone can.

    Thanks 4 nothing @bt_uk, you’re 2 wks too late. Oh, by the way, there’s a factual error in ur email - it says you’re here 2 help. It shld say, we’re here to answer your call after 30mins on hold, because you’re experiencing a high volume, but despite all that excellence is…blah.

    Day 7 and the BT Broadband outage is still not fixed by @bt_uk The text message yesterday was to make it look it’s a recurring fault when in actuality it has not been fixed since the outage at 10:34 Sat 15-Oct-2022. Appalling Great inconvenience & cost

    @OasisMma @btsport It was apparently last night while they were cutting so I assume (likely Charles) had some issues but likely nothing to be concerned about now

    @EE waste of time I asked them to add @btsport to my contract all I’m getting is errors can’t log in to btsport or anything what’s a waste of time
