  @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
