@bt_uk 2 weeks on and no response from customer service on my order. What do you need to do to actually get a response? You really are second to none at rubbish service. #CustomerService #bt

  • chloeellxn chlo🌹 (@chloeellxn) reported

@bt_uk the speed of my Internet is shocking in evenings.....you told me promised minimum speed of 55mps and that never happens after 6/7 o'clock. Its about 10

  • CJCraig69 Craig 💙 (@CJCraig69) reported

@bt_uk Your incompetence means I won't get connected for at least a week after we move, thanks for that. Can you answer how we are supposed to work from home with no internet. Your customer service is amateurish and abysmal. Doubt I will even get a response from these tweets.

We are totally sick of @bt_uk broadband service. This problem’s been running for 3 months. Numerous phone calls, 2 engineers, complaints answered a week later. No apology, no £100 rebate offer and offering their “service” to new customers at 50%. What price loyalty & service BT?

  • callanryan_ Cal (@callanryan_) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT, the last 2 times I’ve called through your advisers have been useless and when I said that I’d like to raise a complaint with Liam from the billing team, he told me that he’s not the person that deals with complaints and put me back to the switchboard

  • HRHAbisolaa 🌹 Cinnamon Apple (@HRHAbisolaa) reported

My internet being down is so frustrating as I have so much work to do 😫 @bt_uk

  • James08389553 James Morris (@James08389553) reported

@sadaplays @bt_uk It's usually an automated message and provides no help at all like but it is atleast grammatically correct.

  • SmokingBro SmokingBro (@SmokingBro) reported

@sadaplays @bt_uk Every time I had to ring them I had to explain the initial problem then the mistakes the previous 5 phone support operators made in order to get anything done. Better off mo ing dude, don’t let them tie you down in another contract.

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated

@Techrelate @dragonjones @bt_uk Good practical advice from the lovely Peter 👍 what I would add is how important it is to have password policies that will lock systems after sustained login errors. This will help prevent against #bruteforce attacks. 💙#staysafeonline
