Kevin Gallagher (@Kevin9Gallagher) reported@bt_uk terrible service, internet down for 2 days, they said an engineer would come out, engineer rang me tells me he will be out Weds 9am never showed up. Awaiting a new router now. At least keep me updated BT. Thinks it's a new provider time.

Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails
