@btsport Why is your my tv web site so rubbish when trying to sort out problems. I was trying to watch Greavesie when it came up parental control, put in code number. Parental control isn’t activated on the account. Trying to sort the issue is annoying.

@bt_uk so I’ve got a fault with fibre to the house, engineer couldn’t fix and you are diagnosing a new router, the same as 4/5 other people on the same estate. Don’t you think this is more likely at the exchange or splitter?????

@bt_uk my bt internet has been dropping in and out every 10 minutes for the past 24 hours. Have tried restarting the router, unplugging and plugging everything back in. Is there a problem with the broadband in Gunnislake, Cornwall? PL189JH area

@btsport What has happened to your 4K stream? It has recently become unwatchable due to buffering. There is no problem with my internet speed as I have no problems elsewhere and its only in the past week or so that the ultimate stream has become unwatchable.
