@bt_uk I am a new customer - went live yesterday.Landline can make calls but fault incoming ‘this number is not accepting incoming calls at this time’.Tech support useless last night. They are supposed to be calling today. Heard nothing. Not a great start.

@BTCare I am in a network meeting now and the connection is absolutely dreadful I've tried to use the ethernet cable but even with this I am being told I sound like a robot. I have tried everything you've told me to do previously you say my broadband is working but it's dreadful

@sadaplays @xcanistestisx @bt_uk dude my brother had this happen to him in uk with bt your able to get it back put the complaint in and alert the ombudsman tell them your going to the ombudsman and i guarantee they refund you within 7 days
