@daddygooner83 @btsport @SkySports They are smart about their packages to maximize profit while compromising customer satisfaction. They don't care about us, they know we will pay whatever they want because we have to watch our teams play. So they use that to scrape as much money from us as possible. Sick.

@virginmedia your customer service sucks! Total of 5 hours on the phone to get a replacement router. Current one if having issues with 5ghz network. Your tech support said I need an ethernet cable. Well YOU need a new tech team. @bt_uk fancy a new customer? #internet

@bt_uk Hi Hannah, our issues have been on going for approximately 3 months, we have had 2 engineers come out and not be able to diagnose the issue. We have another engineer visit booked for tomorrow and fear that we will have the same result.

@bt_uk Every time we call it’s a different team member who says they’ll call back in 24hrs and they don’t. The latest excuse was that it was an OpenReach problem but we were under the impression that was all sorted before the last appointment (which the engineer missed Feb 3)

@bt_uk help, all the HD channels have disappeared! Free view via the tv, if I swap the aerial, gets them, but not the you view box. Why? They were there yesterday! Tried everything suggested online
