Back on the phone to @bt_uk who advise that as the switch hasn’t happened just to stay on my @bt_uk plans instead to avoid any hassle. Also they have never heard of an esim before so can’t really help.

@bt_uk I’m starting to get really annoyed with you! My home Internet keeps dropping out and coming back whenever it decides. Over 10 times yesterday! I was in an online meeting this morning and I crashed out because of this connection! Thanks for fixing this issue ASAP!

@bt_uk Not had any broadband service since 28th March! Call after call still not sorted. I was down for a priority call 1st thing this morning for an emergency engineer visit. Only to receive a text for an appointment on 26th April.

@bt_uk hi I have an account with you guys for wifi and my current contract is due to expire on June 6th. I don’t want to keep the contract going after this day, will it just automatically cancel?
