    @neilio_uk @bt_uk @BBCWatchdog Yes all **** , i have gone to 3 mobile router ( no phone line ) £10 a month for first 6 months the £20 for 18 months . I have been gaming watching Netflix all speeds good . Just check if your postcode is acceptable for speeds .

    @bt_uk all your bill paying services are down! You threaten to charge people if they don’t pay by a certain date and then stop them from paying, absolute shambles!

    I know it’s a complex fault, but where’s the specialist @bt_uk team? Someone should take ownership and proactively keep me informed and updated. And why do I keep getting messages saying it’s fixed only for my hopes to be dashed? Could someone please help? #shambolicservice

    @bt_uk BT needs to have better communication systems in place to deal with more challenging technical issues. Due to a lack of communication and understanding of the account, I third telephone line was going to be set-up. It is difficult to reach the advisor with knowledge of the issue.

    @tyke34 Looked at @ee too and their site says we can’t have landline either as says we don’t have a line at home? We do, but I assume it’s via voip with @bt_uk as have a special box that converts it to analogue phone signal for old cordless.

    @bt_uk I don’t need an update because everyone is absolutely clueless. I need a solution, a refund and compensation. @bt_uk
