@bt_uk I can’t call as there is no signal at all on the phones. It’s completely stopped at same time. We are using Wi-Fi in a cafe!! Do bt mobile not use twitter ?

@bt_uk is it normal to wait 4 days for an engineer, for them to say the problem isn't theirs to fix and another dept must fix it which will be 4/5 days more?

@bt_uk my iPhone has stopped getting a network abroad. Other users have no issue . I’m writhing my data limit. My phone software is up to date and I’ve tried other networks. What do you recommend?
