@bt_uk I honestly feel like you’re just *************** out of us at this point. We just upgraded to a brand new package with faster internet. Ever since we’ve had nothing but issues. It’s like the second it hits 11pm you just decide to throttle the life out of our line.

@bt_uk Egads, that is horrible practice, please just stop and give me a number to speak to an adult. It started as a simple question.

@bt_uk Thanks Janet but “when they get round to it” isn’t good enough, so I have to wait in the house all day in case. It’s not difficult to schedule a call between set times, called good customer service and putting the customer first.

@bt_uk Ordered an upgrade on my Business broadband in February, still waiting. Been trying to sort this out on the phone, email and chat daily and still no new service. Absolute shambles... #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk I've been a customer for nearly a decade. I'm not tied into a contract. All I want is something that will boost my WiFi to a couple of weak spots but you always try and charge me a fee for this (or try to get me to upgrade). Can you provide this for free or should I go elsewhere?

@MarcAllera @bt_uk No issue with it but what i didn’t like was the fact I only found out i was entitled to a free Advanced Alexa phone online sonewhere. You should simply send them out considering the prices we pay. I got the free phone, but it seems sneaky to conceal everyone’s entitled to one.

@BlindMath @bt_uk Or electricity, gas... someone suggested @youfibre, I'd be paying less with their top package and get a eero mesh as part of the deal. I currently pay £58 for no service on the UK's first "unbreakable home wi-fi"!

@bt_uk This is so horrible that I need to constantly badger you for updates. I should be getting these from your company without even having to ask.

@bt_uk By the way, calling that number you shared generates an automated message saying "we tried to call you" and "there is no reason to call us." Both are wrong. Your fault tracker page also still doesn't work.
