@bt_uk Hi. It’s my office internet. Not there again till Tuesday so will check then. It was awful last week - the BT hybrid connect couldn’t even cope with filling in the void periods when the internet went down. So frustrating when you’re trying to work especially as new router etc.

@bt_uk Scenario.. I have unlimited wifi 1 hub a disc and free calls… if I’m on connected on a 30mb line. And I change to a 1gb line because it’s now available. Will the unlimited wifi and free call service cost more…

@bt_uk I keep getting an alert to say my 'my sim has been turned off by your provider'. I can't call because I have no phone network for some reason & the live chat bot said I couldn't use live chat for tech help! Please can you look into this ASAP!!!

@btsport Hey, what's with blocking my subscription when I'm using a VPN. I've paid for this service from you, what does it matter if I'm not in the country. And why go to such lengths to block me watching my sport, and your advertising don't forget! 😡
