    @bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!

    @bt_uk On line service wasn't very good I disconnected overnight. When I woke up I plugged it back. It's now returned to blue. All good thanks.

    @BasilTheGreat Well then it will be no more internet for me. Im not going to back down to their demands, plus ill save money for having to pay for the internet. So i guess @bt_uk and others will be pissed at the loss of money. I wont be the only one it will be millions if not billions.

    @bt_uk my business Wi-Fi is down and the only person who is authorised to talk to you (my manager) is away indefinitely. We need Wi-Fi to function please help.

    @bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far

    I have to say if I gave my customers the same service that I'm receiving from @bt_uk I really would not have a business left.
