  @bt_uk We are not wasting 25 -30 minutes on the phone to speak to an advisor, you have our number on the complaint, but you dont bother calling us, we are talking to a new supplier if you dont want our business after 40 years with you then fine !!

  @HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed,after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.

  @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

  Who else is having issues with BT Broadband after moving? 😡 Been waiting 28+ days for service and just spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService

  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

  @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?

  @bt_uk when are you going to fix the BT app? For over a month now we have been unable to log on and access our account. Neither can we do it online. It's beyond a disgrace
