@thomas_bhoy @bt_uk Definitely worth a call for sure. Elderly people don't need to be pestered like that, causing stress needlessly. Surely it can't be that difficult to cancel an account these days, its all done by a press of a button.

  • AndyE1878 Andy E 2 🇵🇸 (@AndyE1878) reported

@bt_uk What is the policy on the mini hub being activated? WiFi has dropped out 33 times in the past 2 days from data the person I just spoke to could see but she wouldn't activate it. Engineer booked but similar problem last year and mini hub activated immediately.

@bt_uk I think its a problem with openreach. I'm with @Plusnet. I can DM you my postcode if that's any good?

  • pmjsheridan Paul Sheridan (@pmjsheridan) reported

@PolandTony @S777HAB @bt_uk And got England into a Semi-Final and then Went one better to get them into a Final?!? He’s done better than any other manager since the 66 World Cup final. Yes England didn’t win, but we did lose to the best team in the tournament, on penalties. Not really that bad a result eh??

  • thomas_bhoy Tommy Bhoy (@thomas_bhoy) reported

@islay13 @bt_uk Its terrible Anne, her husband died in February we cancelled everything from @bt_uk in march and she still gets invoices from them, call handlers dont care and have no sympathy for elderly couples, I think your right trading standards is probably the best way

  • RogerioLinica Rogerio Linica (@RogerioLinica) reported

@bt_uk Hi StephB It's shocking that she was told to have a contact today and she is still sitting in her bedroom waiting for a call as her mobile had a poor signal there as well. How can BT do this with elder and vulnerable lady? This is just getting worse.

  • stimpakman Stimpakman (@stimpakman) reported

@bt_uk They have said its a problem with open reach. Apparently its being worked on as we speak. Was just enquiring about a timescale if known

  • stucon Stu C (@stucon) reported

@russmckendrick @virginmedia I wish but BT lines are **** around here, @bt_uk can only offer 50mb to me

  • Ak1fK Akif (@Ak1fK) reported

Hey @bt_uk! Quick question: what does it mean to be high priority one? Apparently my complaint/order was elevated to that a week ago but still nothing has been fixed. I keep on getting told OpenReach know what the issue is and it’ll be 48 hours - but this was 1,344 hours ago…

  • freshold_uk Freshold (@freshold_uk) reported

@bt_uk No it’s still a problem. The download is fairly slow by today’s standards, but the upload is so bad it’s stifling.
