  @bt_uk That doesn't fix the problem that, when the internet goes down, I can't make landline calls. That was your decision, not mine.

  @skytv do you deliberately interfere with @btsport signal on big game nights. Always seems to happen when I am watching European games on bt via sky satellite. Can you explain it? Or just fix it.

  @bt_uk 1/2 Thank you, but that doesn't address the fact that, when my internet went down, I couldn't make landline calls either. That is not a desirable situation. I assume that I can no longer make landline calls during a power cut either. Again, not a desirable situation.
