Hey @bt_uk ordered a sim only and on the app it says it has been delayed and is waiting for dispatch, not a very exciting service so far seeing as I ordered it on Saturday and it’s been delayed since Sunday - how do I cancel

@bt_uk It is working. 28Mbps down, but only 4Mbps up, which is often a problem. My gripe is with @WeAreOpenreach who, seem to have stalled, despite what they’re adverts say. They’re very cagey about giving estimated rollout dates too. Seems very ad hoc.

@bt_uk I have been trying to resolve my connection issues with you for months. Just now, when I asked to be put through to your complaints department, the operator decided to terminate my call. Jesus! What sort of customer “service” is that?
