    @bt_uk Yes I have reported the fault. You've sent out an engineer who "fixed" the problem for all of a day. Now we are back to square one. You're customer service team can't tell me what the problem is and have advised me to speak to open reach. Open reach tell to speak to you. Farce.

    @bt_uk I want to complain about your terrible service. Three times this week I have been promised an engineer and 3 times they have not turned up. 6 hours I have spent on the phone talking to different people or listening to your hold music. I am still without broadband or phone.

    @JamesStant @bt_uk I used Plusnet since they took over Metronet in 2005 and although under the BT brand once again they operated as a separate company, I never had any issues with them. Customer Service on the few times I needed it was excellent. I only left because I ca only have fibre from Virgin

    @bt_uk we are now at 4 separate visits by your engineers to get us connected and still no broadband - I am no trying to call up to chase for an update and it simply cuts out after 5 mins on your main number / not great service !

    @bt_uk your website states not faults in my area - despite me reporting no dial tone and a van currently repairing a problem 3 doors away

    @bt_uk not happy with the service we are getting got no Internet, so can't work from home,loss of income,no engineer until Monday, no apologies or offer of compensation

    @bt_uk It’s not often you can rave about exemplary customer care in the UK, but BT raised the bar yesterday. When the lightning storm destroyed my router, they called me within the hour and a replacement router arrived this morning, free of charge. Perfect.
