  @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  Why do BT/TNT Sports make it so hard on their website to cancel your subscriptions? So unclear and they only give a telephone number to call, and I call twice to get cut off both times after 10 minutes. Make it easier for customers to cancel subscriptions! @bt_uk @tntsports

  Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.

  @EDiamond136 @bt_uk Just cancel your DD for the shop they can't do anything about it they try and bully you to pay it but don't give in also youfiber is cheap and you get 1 gig speed

  @bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.
