@bt_uk Yet again let down by BT. 2.5 weeks of NO broadband, finally get reconnected and guess what the system has gone down AGAIN. No update, no way of getting through. Disaster. Get your effing act together.

@bt_uk Claire if your algorithm knows it's a nussience caller... why allow it on the network? If it's free why isn't it default? Do we expect the less tech savvy to set these things up? It's time for providers to apply control (offer switch off option if people love a spicy call)

Can someone, anyone, maybe @Ofcom explain why I've had three phone calls telling me I have bought an iphone11+ today & to press 1 if false etc. Who gives these people access to the network? Why can't technology detect inappropriate network use? @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk
