    @bt_uk Sorry but you really don't give a sh*t. You fekk up at every contact. Hopeless 'guides', rude, dismissive, unwilling to take ownership, never advise calls are recorded on call backs and now trying to charge me for a temporary fix!!! PATHETIC.

    @bt_uk I did that last Monday. 5 days of a complaint and still nothing . Everything seems sub contacted and nobody takes ownership.

    @bt_uk My mother is 93 years old and landline is her only means of communication and it is not working . How can I arrange for this to be addressed ?

    @bt_uk @bt_uk again. Still waiting on my fault being fixed. Tried to ring. Got told to hang up and text. BOT rubbish and no follow up. Any help from a person available?
