    @bt_uk HELLO AGAIN JUST AN UPDATE WITH MY MOTHERS ON-GOING PHONE ISSUE (& YES I AM SHOUTING) her phone was due to be connected in OCTOBER 2019-various errors by YOU means even after an engineer visit yesterday we are no further forward. MY MUM IS 77 & NEEDS HER HOME PHONE #POOR

    @bt_uk The line is copper and its crap because you won't upgrade it. Its also been ripped down by a farmer in October and you've yet to fix it

    @bt_uk so you keep sending me text messages asking to call you because you’ve cocked your my order....but then when I do there’s a 45 minute wait on the phone!!! Disgraceful service all round really!

    @bt_uk No, that’s not what I’m saying. The SEO description gives impression BT Broadband customers can watch BT Sport for free on the BT Sport app. @Ofcom would you expect when seeing original search result that if you’re a BT Broadband customer you can watch on their app for free?

    @bt_uk any chance you are going to fix the lines near Bathealton. Line been hung over a wall for months, Internet intermittent and awful. You should be upgrading people in these areas not upgrading the superfast already

    I’m sure nobody at @bt_uk communicates with each other! Contractor came out to the house at Christmas and highlighted an issue. We have also informed them of this several times and been passed from pillar to post. Contractor has come today to install Wi-fi and guess what?

    @bt_uk I’ve been on hold for 40 mins now. I ordered bt broadband and landline on 17th january meant to be delivered today, gone to track delivery and it says it’s been cancelled at my request but I haven’t done this? Could I have some help pleas
