  @TMillo @bt_uk It’s obviously not an individual issue. It will only let me report a fault with my phone line unless I book an engineer. Even though I have put the landline works fine.

  @bt_uk As I just said, this is a wide area outage - there are dozens of forums discussing this issue. Like Oliver, there is no landline in our house.. all I’m asking is do you have an aprox. time when this issue will be resolved?
