@bt_uk So I switched to the benefit saver payments. £20 instead of £55. But ever since then (and never in 8 years before) I'm getting loads of dropped connections, lagg, slow loading speeds. Nothing to do with my pc. Happens on all devices. Has my Fibre 2 connection changed?

Day 37 since @bt_uk installed full fibre broadband to my house and still no ACTUAL broadband/phone. Good news - the major outage that was DEFINITELY the problem is apparently resolved Bad news - still no connection so I’m assuming it DEFINITELY wasn’t Sigh.

@EE I have just migrated from @bt_uk and this rapid system is utterly useless. I want to speak directly with an advisor and just keep having to call 150 and then choose from a list of options that don't apply to my specific issue. Just going around in circles. 😭

@bt_uk Well your advisor in Cardiff has just told me I don’t need one as fault is exchange end. Why are you communications so poor for a comms company? For what you charge the service is diabolical

@bt_uk Is there any update on a Wi-Fi 6/6E capable home router - as a customer with Full Fibre 900, I would like to be able to get the most out of my connection without having to have ethernet everywhere around my home.

@bt_uk I have come to the conclusion that BT no longer care about their loyal customers & will do their upmost to destroy their reputation. I for one will not accept their diabolical customer service and I’m to prepared to tell all that want to listen @BBCWatchdog @OmbudServices

@bt_uk No thank you. Once the dns server issue was fixed which was about 2 hours after I reported the fault everything was fine again. Still shocking that you can't change the DNS provider on a BT router.
