  @btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  BT & EE @EE @bt_uk hello WiFi and mobile both have a same problem low connection sometime no connection need help.

  @bt_uk They’ve spent hours and hours doing that and even your team say it’s a complete mess and a shambles. It’s a disgrace, being the worst, most stressful aspect of moving house. How can you be proud of that as a business and service?

  @bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

  I think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time it’s full of people that don’t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and I’m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly

  @bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
