@ClaphamSue @bt_uk Especially if they dont do emergency repairs for people in this situation. The thought that she could have fallen upstairs and not been able to use the alarm is terrifying..!

  • edwardsgwen Gwen (@edwardsgwen) reported from Keynsham, England

@bt_uk In the meantime, all 50+ households keep paying full price. Awesome! How many years do we have to ensure this intermittent, shoddy service we pay you for?

I have @bt_uk coming tomorrow to set up my upgraded internet and just got a text from RoyalMail saying my parcel has to be rerouted, it was meant to be here on Saturday, then today, so wtf am I meant to do?

@GregoryTKint @kirsty_2k5 @bt_uk this is stupid tbh. for months I have been registering my interest but no code even though have been a broadband customer since I can remember. and now I know they are separate accounts LOL

  • JordF1995 Jordan Fieldhouse (@JordF1995) reported

@bt_uk my code to order a PS5 is not working ?

  • Jimjamsicle Gemma Smith (@Jimjamsicle) reported

@bt_uk @TVRobSmith Its not 'strange', it's rude and not good practice. Just a knock at the door to say: "We're putting barriers out so maybe move your car now if you need to go out? Oh, and it's going to be really noisy." Something as simple as that?

@bt_uk keep having extra charges added to my bill constantly, spoke to someone last week about a late fee being added to my account even though I never paid my bill late, they said the £10 fee would be waived as there was no reason to why it has even been added and shock… 1/2
