  @btsportfootball @btsport I bought a monthly BT pass at 8.48 to watch tonight’s football and despite your website saying instant access I have found a page saying you need UP TO 15 mins to activate my account, it’s been 30 mins and still won’t let me watch can u help pls

  @bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

  @oldheatonian @btsport No he definitely didnt spit imo, I could be wrong but I watched it over and over, nothing came from his mouth. He bent down to say something nasty, which appeared like he was spitting. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion yet unless Schar himself confirms

  Would honestly rather have NTL/Tiscali/Sky of 2005 than @bt_uk , the WORST internet i've ever paid for. Atrocious service, horrendously overpriced,and when they know you're leaving they cap your speed. Cannot wait to be with @virginmedia the real GOATS.

  @virginmedia really appalled with your service and regret tying myself into an 18month contract should have stayed with @bt_uk First no service for 5 days at the start of my contract and then a service outage that isn't going to be resolved until midday tomorrow, #disappointed
