    @bt_uk Why is your customer service so poor. As a loyal customer for nearly 20 years you’ve blown any chance of retaining my business. Competition should make you stronger, it seems you are heading in the other direction!

    @bt_uk So, sorry, @bt_uk I was expecting a little more. After 3 weeks ensuring Wi-Fi for Thursday, all done. Then you accidentally cancelled my order today. Nothing to do with me. Now you say the process starts again = weeks. My problem. Are you really leaving it there?

    @bt_uk I've already reported the fault and Openreach have found the damage (8 properties affect) by those idioits, but havent been asked for a diversion number?

    @bt_uk Hi I've been a customer for ages. I'm out of contract & want to change to a different deal. When I rang yesterday, your advisor said she couldn't give me what I can see on BT online & told me to put deal I wanted in my basket. Tried but it comes up as £28 difference! Why?

    @bt_uk Hello. some clowns working for @CountyBroadband have cut through some Openreach cables who are now having to attend to fix. How can I get the land line number diverted to a mobile until its fixed please?

    @bt_uk my Bt wifi hasn’t been working since about 1:30 this afternoon, unplugged and plugged back in but it isn’t even lighting up. Is there an issue with wifi in Bo’ness?
