Simboman ๐ฌ๐ง ๐บ๐ฆ (@simboman) reported@bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk why do you not notify your customers via text when thereโs a fault in the area? All other companies do, water electricity etc so why canโt you. Broadband been down all day & not a word from yourselves to your customers

Colin Burns (@ColinWBurns) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Spineless from those who did the damage. Whatever happened to being honest and owning up to oneโs mistakes?

Di- Rect..๐๏ธ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฌ๐ง(To The Point) (@ReformedMr) reported@bt_uk That was message to me whilst Iโm at work. I really could do with some help for her. I can supply you all the information you need, but obviously I donโt wanna do it on a public forum. Thank you so much for reaching out to me.

namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฑ (@thevegantim) reported@bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??

(((Ian McKenzie))) ๐ฌ๐ง๐ช๐บ๐ซ๐ท๐บ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฌ๐ช๐ฌ๐ฑ (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which Iโll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. Iโm astounded itโs even legal. And why take payment before?

GerryC๐๐พ (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk I donโt have an account with BT though, Iโm with Sky, but theyโre not updating, and itโs Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!

Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk My complaint was escalated directly to their Chief Executive who delegated it accordingly. Instead of resolving the problem, they actually compounded it.
