@julierolfe3 @bt_uk Trust me I have lol. I've constantly been on to them lately, even before I had the hub. I think I've been on their web chat 6 times now.. they must LOVE me. I feel so bad. I wanted this to be simple and great. Thankfully, the Wifi Hotspot seems to be working now. xx

@bt_uk There no known issues. Any suggestions on why the connection drops out and then reconnects around 5 mins later?

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk We have the same issue 20 miles outside London and no fibre I work from home so have had to bite the bullet and go and get a 4gg router from EE it goes to about 20-50MB might help in the short term ..maybe? :) good luck anyhooo

@bt_uk is there a problem with your service tried logging into my account, forgot login details received a pin and reset password and tried my new log in details yet still receiving a error message.

@feddevrhee @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was active in my street. The openreach guy here today was here 3 weeks ago installing it. But since then it’s developed an issue at the exchange further along in my town.
