@bt_uk waiting for internet installation on 26th Feb. Despite 3 lines into the house the fitter couldn’t connect. Numerous calls later, new date for tomorrow. BT have now cancelled and given date in another 2 weeks. If this is the service to a new customer, forget it. Rubbish!

@BTGroup I’m sure he’s been great!!! In the mean time; thousands (including my family), can’t do remote schooling, work or healthcare because BT Broadband not working! Not answering phones? Is this a failing company? @BTCare

@bt_uk In case anyone is interested - the response in DMs was the same as via the phone - BT have said there is no way they can restart the service and have not offered any feasible resolution which would allow people to continue to work from home.
