@bt_uk Still awaiting cable connection between the pavement duct box (installed Sat 3 Dec) and BT wall box. Just over two yards away. VERY frustrating: over a month since the contract, and more than three weeks since router installed. Disappointing at fragmented poor service. KT4 8JT

@bt_uk I wish BT wanted my loyalty. I’ve been a customer at current address for 20 years & always been with BT. My current broadband & line contract ends in March but best renewal offer price they can offer is 2X what Sky, Vodafone and VMO2 are offering. Time to churn I think

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Please provide me with a contact number or email for both BT and Open reach to raise a complaint. @bt_uk each time I open a complaint with you, you just close it once I’ve got off the phone with you. Why is this? It’s not resolved.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks Paul, @bt_uk care to comment? I’m happy to provide details DM.I can’t keep going around in a loop with this. It’s ridiculous. Every time I call Bt they can’t tell me what is causing the delay with Openreach. Do you understand how annoying it is for the customer?

@bt_uk morning. I recently had an issue with my broadband which was successfully resolved. However, my broadband has significantly slowed down in the past few days. Pages/videos are buffering and taking a while to be read/watched and it’s reminiscent of dial up. Can you help?

Hey @bt_uk @EE I got sent a mini hub to use as my BT connection went down. It went down again so tried to use it but apparently I've exceeded my limit (despite NOT having ever used it) - am I to believe I have to top it up with credit to be able to use it? If so, that sucks.
