@bt_uk been absolutely failed by your support today, who did a 180 on what I was told a week ago saying I'd be able to use minihub whilst I had to move out due to emergency building work. Brilliant. Now I have no way to work for 2 weeks.

Not happy at all with the service I’ve received so far from @bt_uk it’s been over a month now and nothing has been straight forward since I joined them. Worst connection , worst speed. I should have stayed with my old provider. Shocking service.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp It's working a whole lot better but why the upload speed and only by a cm bar touch of WiFi but still there signal strength slashes after the complete wiring change it fixed the network crashing out so the stability is better but other stuff slashed?

@NudgeXS @btsport Thankfully I have two laptops so watch racing on one and rugby on the other, but love watching rugby on a big screen. Ah well will have to but Amazon crap which I really do not want to do
