@andysc @alister_ware @bt_uk Wondering if you can down clock the Pi to save more power?

@andysc @JamesBulpin @bt_uk It just shows, nobody cares about saving energy as a first class problem. But everyone cares if they suddenly can't afford it. A good way to force innovation and behaviour change, is to constrain resources.

Day 75 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

@andysc @scargill @bt_uk Is it near a window? Can you fix one of those cheap portable solar panels to the top and point it in the right direction?

@JoeBurns1511 @btsportufc @btsport I haven’t ,recently sold it as I wasn’t using it, tried to get the app on my smart tv but no luck , I’m not watching it off my phone so it looks like just the prelims for me which is ridiculous considering I’ve been a bt sport customer for donkeys years.

55 minutes into my @bt_uk call; and frankly I'm not sure what will come first. Him working out a solution or Christmas 2024.

@bt_uk After I've skipped the "I'm going to cancel" options (because I'm not going to cancel), I'm back to the same menu I get on 150.

@andysc @JamesBulpin @bt_uk I wonder how many of those watts are broadband vs switching vs wifi? My virgin router has the wifi turned off as it had a terrible reset bug and I use an external wifi router. It also has a 'modem only' mode to turn off the switch. How many watts does 'modem only' take, i wonder?
