@domjoly @bt_uk When mine went they sent a guy with a brief to install BT TV. They then tried to upswell me a new package. Really poor, but the engineer was possibly the nicest person I’ve ever met so I consider it one of my best experiences of the past year!

@bt_uk Just now, yet another scam call from yet another number with a recorded message claiming that I've missed a call from my ‘internet service provider’ etc etc etc. I block these but they keep coming. They are international, but the system doesn't recognize them as such.
