  @bt_uk there is a mass outage and the best you can do is send someone Monday by 1.34. People have to work. Absolutely disgraceful

  @bt_uk said they were to deliver a 4Gee mini hub as a replacement for a faulty product… hasn’t happened, was also told I was going to get a callback yesterday that never happened and was texted today stated I’d get a call, didn’t happen As usual shocking service 0/10 #pointless
