@bt_uk @JeSuisTinkerbel Probably not relevant, but why are providers allowed to put their prices up mid contract? It makes a mockery of the word. Who would agree to a contract in which the provider can charge whatever they like while the customer is locked in for 18 months or whatever?

@bt_uk You reached out to ask if there was anything you could do to help and I clearly explained what you could do. I am curious: Exactly what help might you have been able to offer ClaireC?

@bt_uk Hi, I was supposed to have fibre fitted on the 1st of this month. It required trunking upto the building. This has been completed. I then received a new date which was for tomorrow. Today I have received a new date for the 24th of February🤬 This is unacceptable. How do I cancel?

@bt_uk what's my expected Internet speed? I've been running speed tests and I'm averaging 19mbs. I've got bt infinity and pay 56 a month for god sake. Ridiculously slow. Coverage in the house is really poor too.
