Once again, raging against a "service provider" that actively avoids service. @bt_uk has switched me over to digital voice -- which I did not ask for -- and our router doesn't have a telephone port. So we are cut off. Can't reply to the "You're good to go" email. No contact.

@bt_uk I've sent a DM, but I'll be honest, given the current nothingness BT customer service seems to provide, I'm not expecting miracles. It seems the entire process is hamstrung by the monopolists at OpenReach.

@bt_uk No way I can find on the @bt_uk website to tell them the hub lacks the phone socket. Only option given me is to ... you can see this coming ... PHONE them. On my phone. Which doesn't work. Why can't I just email them? Or file a ticket with a web form?

@bt_uk So, after forcing me to work from home using my mobile as a hotspot for three weeks past activation date and emptily claiming 'escalation', you give me two days of service, seemingly just to build false hope, then the service drops again? Is this just a fun joke to you?
