@bt_uk We spoke to someone a few days ago about our poor connection with bt and since then it has been even worse!! We game online and can't got more than 10 minutes without a connectivity issue!!

@bt_uk How do I raise a complaint regarding my intermittent broadband speeds? I’ve had two engineers in the past 3 months regarding my broadband speeds and intermittently in my connection you changed the typairs and it last for a week? Problem has come back?

@bt_uk your Internet is shocking. Keeps dipping in and out. Can't watch TV. Channels only work if you go on the apps rather than on the actual guide and even then the picture quality is terrible. Fed up of it..I pay £100 for a very abysmal service.

Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?
