    When will big companies start to train customer service employees to read / listen what customers say, or give them the knowledge to do something other then go off a script. Wasted time talking to @bt_uk for example about a order they raised which means I have to do nothing 🙃

    @bt_uk how is it possible my 95 year old mother in law is being charged twice your unlimited call rate and BT customer service tells me I have to contact you by post before you will discuss her account with me and hangs up when I ask to speak to a supervisor?

    @bt_uk I have been trying to leave Virgin twice BT and Sky all off them stopped because my phone socket does not give any line, however, nobody can fix it, therefore stuck with Virgin even if I don't want to

    @bt_uk over a week since ‘activation day’ and still no broadband. Still no reply to the lodged complaint. Reported faults are marked as ‘fixed’. They are not. And today I’ve been billed for a service you are not providing. Unacceptable

    @bt_uk digital voice was randomly taken off my account. I’m on BTs home essentials plan which is meant to come with digital voice as standard but it’s been removed? Please help asap as need landline

    @bt_uk @EE please I’m begging you, he has access to your internal servers and he’s said he can search my name and all my previous accounts show up. I’m moving house soon due to personal issues and I can’t have my new address being searched like that. Please help It’s scary
