Piece on @BBCr4today about BT halting their roll out of digital voice because of broadband problems during storms. I’m 77 and I flagged up to @bt_uk that if my broadband went down I’d be isolated. We’ll send you a battery pack they said. It hasn’t arrived yet!

  • AllyW_ Ally (@AllyW_) reported

@bt_uk not for the first time awful service from you guys.

@anndrajs @bt_uk @MartinSLewis Hi Andrew. If you have business BT services then we can help and guarantee to save you money

@IanGoodwin66 @eurosport Could do Ian but I've got their Internet, just signed again and it was on the package. BT sucks. @btsport

  • PDSc0tt Paul Scott (@PDSc0tt) reported

@MarcAllera @bt_uk I’ve got Halo 3+ and I’m in an area that has switched over to Digital Voice completely. I find it odd that although I have EE4G broadband backup during drops in service, the digital voice can’t use it. Would it not be better to allow the handset to use 4G?

  • paulandyfraser Paul Andrew Fraser (@paulandyfraser) reported

@bt_uk my broaband has been down again for the last hour.

  • nlygo Norman Goldner (@nlygo) reported

@AndrewBowie_MP @DailyMailUK Indeed. If all the mobile networks went down simultaneously, which is not beyond the realms of impossibility, only landlines would work. @bt_uk

  • BerryElectrica2 Berry Electrical Services UK LTD (@BerryElectrica2) reported

@btbusinesscare could you please get someone who is UK based to contact me seen as tho I can never get in touch with someone and when I do the call gets cut off and I have to start again

  • ComputerTutor4Y Helen Sparks (@ComputerTutor4Y) reported

@ERantzen @BTCare listening to your Radio 4 interview today on internet phones. I have a customer who was transferred last week which caused her stress & £80 for an extra electric point for the WiFi connector to attach her static phone to the router which is upstairs.

@bt_uk Thanks yes. The other one should have more information though, I'd think. It's what BT sends customers to track the problem.
