  @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis BT Home Essentials Fibre, great idea but some people haven't been moved to Universal Credit, and are still on legacy benefits such as Tax Credits, these people still need the support but are excluded, and it feels discriminatory. @bt_uk

  @bt_uk I do find it rather ironic that when ringing you, you promise 'customer excellence' then warn of 30 min wait during which the home phone battery threatens to run out!

  @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!
