  @bt_uk Indeed, but you would know if you’re providing them with a reduced package for this promotion, wouldn’t you? It’s your service I have. There are emails from you to prove it. Passing the buck back is poor form. All that tells me is that I now can’t trust either of you. Well done!

  @bt_uk The speed is not below that number, but because it’s so low anyway, it wouldn’t make much difference, I’ve read somewhere that ofcom say that if we can’t get speeds of at least 10mbps then the provider needs to help?

  After calling @bt_uk 3X & talking politely to 2 people about 5-6wk broadband fail saga only for phone to go dead, 3rd person has put phone down on me because I asked for her name or job title. Another 1.5hrs of my life gone. I repeat, HELP PLEASE.

  @bt_uk I am away for 4 months from my home unexpectedly and bt wont let me suspend my contract, so much for customer care
