    @wsjudd @bt_uk I’ve just spent an hour telling Andrew at Bt who wouldn’t have any of it what we think there problem is :- ask an engineer who knows what they are doing to check the ASN Router on 31.55.186.232 as it is stopping traffic on some of BT’s network to multiple Aws servers. @bt_uk

    For anyone having problems with Alexa/Amazon services - are you with BT for internet? Seems to be a @bt_uk DNS issue which they so far don't want to admit to. Alexa, Grammarly, other AWS platform services inaccessible #alexa #alexadown

    @LeeMarkDavies @bt_uk They haven't got a clue mate, honestly it's disgusting, been issues for hours for loads of BT Broadband customers and all they keep saying is 'We will look into this for you' - They have gave no explanation at all!
