    @bt_uk we have had the new by hub and broadband been terrible since, have phoned and had filters adjusted but still terrible, please help or will cancel

    @bt_uk The app says it’s in good position box at bottom of stairs disc at top, we never had this amount of problems with old box and no disc

    Honestly virgin media internet is shocking, Can @bt_uk please make the 900mbps internet speed in my area so I can switch, meant to get 352mbps from @virginmedia. not even getting 20mbps. Poor as per usual.

    @bt_uk I had WiFi issues on Wednesday and on Thursday the mini hub arrived until the problem is sorted
