    @bt_uk why can’t I just cancel stuff online? I don’t want a new TV deal. It’s been weeks trying to get through to you but the queues are awful.

    @ManiDosanjh89 @VodafoneUK I'm having the same problem with @bt_uk in the Walmersley area. Their update says it will be fixed by tomorrow but I hope it doesn't take that long.

    @bt_uk Honestly, the most shocking service, i've spent a collective 6 hours on hold over the last 3 days and lost 3 days income because I can't do my job without the internet. Can someone please call me? It's impossible to get through!!!

    @bt_uk my broadband was due to be installed on 7th dec..it is now 22nd dec and despite numerous calls and waiting on hold I have no internet before I’m due to spend Xmas in the flat alone..Please can you fix this (happy to give my details privately)

    For anyone looking for providers, @bt_uk have been the WORST for as long as we have been with them. And now, they have turned off our internet, when we are in the middle of trying to sort a house move, 3 days before Christmas and have given the line to sky?

    @bt_uk are you joking. You have just switched off all our internet and landline WITH NO COMMUNICATION because the people moving into our house(IN JANUARY) have taken over our account. BT YOU ARE THE WORST. WE NEED THIS SORTED TODAY.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach yet more failed promises. How can a house move go SOOOO wrong! Still no functioning landline, still empty promises, still no resolution! What a shambles
