@bt_uk I did the fix thing to 61998 and a message said they found a fault and need an engineer but two mins later I got one saying there isn’t a fault and it’s something to do with our home lol which one is it

@bt_uk seriously BT. More@problems and no one to talk to. Surely after this many issues it’s the nice thing to do to let me out this contract. I can’t even watch YouTube videos without having to switch to my mobile data!

@bt_uk @BarefootComp @NCA_UK Am not happy at all today #BT have terminated our services so no Internet and I work from home and my 2 youngest sons do college online. I have been a customer for a very long time and I am disgusted they can do this rather than wait for the payment a bit longer. Rediculous

The second day where @bt_uk just didn’t bother to send an engineer to install our internet. No warning just didn’t turn up. Avoid this company, their service is absolute garbage

@bt_uk is there a problem in Mountsorrel? Internets gone down all of a sudden and won’t connect. This is getting stupid it needs sorting it’s forever being temperamental 😡
