Has anyone else experienced their Internet quality drop massively as soon as you tell @bt_uk you are leaving??? Their service and quality has been poor for a while but they don’t even hide it now when I run a speed test….. 2 more ******* weeks of this shite

@bt_uk we have had no Internet or telephone since last Wednesday. Cable down. Reported. Complained to Openreach... Cut off completely in rural Norfolk. Please resolve asap
