Tashtheblade (@TashTheBlade) reported@bt_uk has an appointment for full fibre booked months Given 8 till 1 slot ,guy turned up at 12 .35 No problem with lad who came,neat and tidy but he's got to box in footpath to find remaining ports all dead. Guy needed to sort is too busy today and will come tomorrow.Poor

Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@stokeygurl @bt_uk Sadly, BT are fobbing you off. This is a known issue and clearing your cache won't work. If it does by all means come back and update us. I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.
