@bt_uk I need my line tested and I need an update on my broadband, there isn’t enough hours in the day to wait for an answer! Still on hold but now will have to hang up again and try tomorrow- crazy!!

@bt_uk internet dreadful spoken to help line & we need an engineer only trouble is there no engineers as they are on strike Not a single appointment between now & Xmas. 2 businesses being run from home that are now in jeopardy thanks everyone at BT.

@bt_uk I have BT broadband but I'm not sure if I pay sky or BT for being able to watch BT sports channels 1 2 and 3 the problem is that I am unable to watch BT sports Box office and I keep on contacting both bt and sky and both of your companies seem unable or unwilling to

@bt_uk Yes I finally got through after holding for 30 minutes. Its ridiculous to force customers to do this when it would be perfectly simple to do it online like all other things one CAN do online. This is simply a £££ mechanism to make it very difficult to reduce or terminate services

@bt_uk I’m really frustrated with your company. My 75 year old mother took out a mobile phone contract and you’ve taken away her landline without her permission. Nothing was mentioned about her losing. So now her house alarm doesn’t work properly. And she has a high bill to fix
