@bt_uk cust serv call lasted 90 mins and still not resolved. I want to stay with existing slow internet rather than have this order completed and another engineer in the house. Won't transfer me to a manager or sales to resolve. Been waiting since Jan!!

Never had a problem with @bt_uk in the last 20 years until now. I'm having to move home (landlord has served notice so not by choice), broadband is half the speed I get now yet they want to charge me the same or I have to pay £1000 to get out of the contract! #ripoff

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I cannot believe the debacle of customer service at the moment. All day I’ve had to chase promised ring backs whilst fielding work calls. No internet, no phone line. Can’t work. Please sort ASAP.

@bt_uk Today an open world engineer cut us and several other properties off while carrying out a survey- you can’t even send them back to fix the problem. We’ve all got to wait until tomorrow for another engineer to come. By then we’ll have had nothing for 24 hours. No internet = no pay

@MarcAllera @bt_uk Answering calls is one thing, actually being able to help is completely different. I've spoken to several friendly @bt_uk staff who seem completely hamstrung by archaic processes and a computer-says-no mentality. "The system won't let me" is not an adequate excuse in this age.
