@bt_uk It is now 5 days since my broadband has been off and there seems to be no urgency to fix it, my wife works from home and can’t do her job because of this, I’ll be returning to Virgin as soon as I can.🤬🤬

@bt_uk I'm lucky I'm out of contact. with the latest price hike, its made my mind up I will be leaving bt for my broadband and phone and on average will save £15 a month after being a customer for over 25 year's

@bt_uk absolutely disgusting service today from bt cables left over the floor socket left on the floor and live cables hanging out of the socket. They refused to send someone back to fix it until late next week. I recommend that no one ever uses bt

90 minutes on the phone to @BTCare for absolutely nothing! Disgusting customer service, disgusting attitude and apparently in the middle of a cost of living crisis there is nothing they can do to help people struggling! 10 years of using the service to get no help or assistance

@bt_uk Can I DM? Basically you cancelled my btconnect email and will not allow re-access...nor will you allow me to issue a complaint as the account does not exist. Awful business....shocked you replied. No one trust BT. No customer care!
