@bt_uk I quote… Spent 5 hours with them this morning and they could not fix it. Could be three days for their scam team to resolve

  • DreyfusJames James Dreyfus (@DreyfusJames) reported

Good morning @bt_uk ! Just a suggestion. After dealing with you, a (yet again) broken broadband & a frankly lacklustre approach to actually fixing it, for the vast sum you charge, why not take advantage and go on strike? Believe me, no one would notice the effing difference.

  • BertNodules Bob Hobden (@BertNodules) reported

@bt_uk Got BT mobile, usually no problem sending texts but yesterday I tried to send one and it said Cannot send by BT error 0. Why is that? And can it be sorted?

  • maltyhimself91 XCI Malty (@maltyhimself91) reported

@bt_uk I would just like to say that your customer service is appalling and warn everyone not to trust your staff who are happy to lie and withhold information. I am disgusted and as soon as my BB can be cancelled it will. DO NOT TRUST BT!!!

  • paulhill3 Paul Hill (@paulhill3) reported

@bt_uk Hi, i’ve not had internet all day and need to work from home tomorrow. Do you know if it’s a wider London problem or do I need to have an engineer come out?

  • imrapper Vikalp Bhatt (@imrapper) reported

@bt_uk I’m a new customer and After having used your service for past 6 months I’m regularly getting broadband drops across the property. I had an engineer visit too but again no luck! Can someone help as I’m definitely not getting the service I’m paying for!!

  • welshgje The Running Geek 🏃🏃💻 (@welshgje) reported

Annoying that @bt_uk give me crap pricing for Full Fibre because I have 4 months left on my normal fibre contract. (+£20 compared to my brother in law). Also nuts I cannot get 900Mbit whilst he can (20metres up the road).

  • UTDarragh Darragh (@UTDarragh) reported

Step 1. Be a @bt_uk customer when renting a house. Step 2. Have the landlords enquire about cutting off our service 2 months early for some reason. Step 3. Get told by BT that they won't cut anything off. Step 4. Get cut off 5 days before Christmas when you work from home

To be treated like a number excuse the pun, @bt_uk & @ee are a company we would not recommend you use as they aren’t bothered about how they treat their customers, regardless of how much they cost you, shocking customer service be this business or consumer, just avoid!
