Day 14 of no internet - @btbusinesscare are still completely unable to solve the problem. Another full week of no business broadband to go, the compensation offer will need to be considerate to make up for this level of incompetence!!

@bt_uk Hi Sharonk, the service is up and running now finally. However the person I spoke to who raised the complaint (Katie, Katherine? I didn’t write it down unfortunately) said she would be back in contact with me to arrange appropriate compensation given I wasn’t notified 1/

@bt_uk As the SMS I was supposedly sent was never delivered due to a fault at your end. Katie/Katherine agreed £25 for a missed appointment was insufficient given I’d taken a day’s leave from work as me or her wouldn’t work for £25 a day. Following this an engineer failed to show 2/

This is gonna be my last tweet regarding this, but @bt_uk is saying another outage has happened and 24/48 hours without wifi again. It's getting really ridiculous, especially when I have 6th form work to get done online by a deadline :/

@bt_uk I just want a time scale when it will be fixed. As they can’t fix the fibre I’d like to go back on to copper connection but I’m not allowed to. Great I work from home my kids are at home and nothing works!!!
