@bt_uk do you have contact details from open reach please? They turned up unannounced on our driveway this morning, did some drilling and banging and now we have no phone (we are with @virginmedia and there was no problem with our phone until open reach just caused problem)

@bt_uk been trying to sort out my broadband service since 2019. Absolutely appalling service. Constantly fobbed off and told to go to other providers. Customer service at its best

@bt_uk It would be good if you answered your phone then. Elderly people rely on being able to speak to somebody in order to get support and I was just on the phone on his behalf for 25 mins to no avail.
