    @virginmedia I’m just going to stop my payments. Pointless raising another complaint when you can’t even deal with those properly. I wouldn’t choose to fly with Ryanair so I don’t know why I choose VM for home media. Time to sort that out. Hello @bt_uk

    @BT_uk my WiFi is down and the smart hub is flashing pink. I have tried turning it off and one again twice and its still flashing pink. Is WiFi down in South West London? Please advise!
