    @bt_uk Tried that, Karen. Opened complaint, had complaint closed within same phone call. Was passed to someone else who re-opened said complaint. Received email two hours later stipulating complaint had again been closed. Called again to find BT's stance is as my first tweet.

    @bt_uk a potential broadband new customer here. I need to speak to someone but the only number I can find asks for the number I’m calling about. I don’t have a number as my flat is a new build. Do you have a number I can call to get straight through to a person. Thanks

    @bt_uk Hi, my Broadband has been down since 15.00. Have tried restarting the hub and factory resetting but it keeps flashing purple. Can you check if there is an issue with my service please.

    2/2 the My BT app or by calling 0800 032 5628 to speak with a support agent, although wait times may be high. Alternatively, please text ADVISOR again later today or tomorrow to try again. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Feeling so so let down by @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I am aware of the openreach page and have signed up to it but between yourselves @BT and openreach you refuse to answer or even quote for installation. Unless it’s easy for you you are not bothered. No attempt to replace lines that are out of date and will not support future voip

    @LeeMarkDavies @bt_uk There was. A problem with connecting to the Amazon AWS servers. I wasted over an hour with support rebooting and telling me it was my Ethernet cable. They didn’t even know

    @bt_uk internet down without warning for planned work, not able to use mini hub due to “spending limit”shocking service.
