@bt_uk Just spoke with someone who said can’t provide it, no reason, that’s it he said, we can’t provide.Appalling disgusting customer service. Why send all bloody equipment out, surely checks should be done first. I will be showing you up as an organisation for what your worth.

@hendopolis @bt_uk looks just like the pole outside our house in Brixton and when our broadband is down it's at the top of it that the engineer has to fix it.

@bt_uk Is this the same mobile network your Mini Hub uses that we’ve had to suffer for the last week? Barely a signal and all queue up to use it because if can only handle one thing at a time? Oh well, 15 minutes until it’s finally fixed. Just like last week. Just like yesterday…

@bt_uk Why can't @bt_uk keep appointments. Have failed to keep 2 appointments to install fibre at my property and send me messages to say sorry we missed you....cheek of this week . However one thing I'm sure of, they won't fail to call for the payment they surely have not earned 🙄

@btbusinesscare @bt_uk Your wait times to be answered on Cloud Enquiry line is outrageous, very poor. They just do not answer. Another reason why we are cancelling our contracts with you. Just seems you do NOT CARE anymore!!!!!! Please do not blame COVID.
