  @bt_uk why do you keep calling my business partner whose phone number was never part of this account? why are you so awful? i can tell from the first word of your customer service automated broken that you are screwing up your business. a few more words and its even worse.

  @bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.

  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

  @phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!

  @bt_uk I've now raised a formal complaint with BT. I have the emails and now a screenshot of an Openreach build status map for the Newport on Tay exchange showing we don't have plans to build any further in this area.!

  @bt_uk you app, your website and your twitter account is useless. Dont bother having a twitter account if your answer to “my app is not allowing me to make purchases” is to download the app is the epitome of your customer service

  @bt_uk I still need my mobile to be able to do this! The system won’t let me in on our login: saying incorrect when we know it isn’t. An update would be nice

  Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again

  Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data
