  @bt_uk @CharlotteLDev i do i tweeted hours ago that my bt sports is not active still and broadband down.why arent u helping to sort this and pulled support since complaining about disabilty gone missing etc again. that is the definition i allege of victimisation u cant refuse service like this!

  @ColCass5 @themichaelowen @btsport Well that’s a load of shite. The whole RM team said they first half was crazy. 2nd half with 0-3 down then it drops of course but nope, not having that. First half bonkers. Ask Rangers what they thought a few days ago getting pumped 4-0. They shat it.

  Once again, internet roulette because @bt_uk is a terrible service. Complain on the phone & nothing gets done. Make a ****** tweet & someone reaches out instantly, & the problem stops for most of a month with no engineer visit or fixes done. But here we go again!

  @bt_uk Can i have a statement pls. is it true that anyone owing more than 20 pounds cant get debt help until thats paid what Theresa told me today even tho the debt is your fault? for disability rights were hitting cost of living crisis so how do u justify this refusing plans?

  @bt_uk It wouldn’t have been an issue, had they worn ID instead of looking like they did. Very unprofessional with a tiny notepad. Mum didn’t feel confident opening the door as felt they were up to mischief. Sales tactics like this shouldn’t be allowed. Preys on elderly

  @kellismithx @bt_uk BT are 100% the worst company I've had to deal with in 20 years of business! If you need fast and reliable internet, see if @Hyperoptic cover your postcode. I have their 1gb service and the only time it's been down is for about 1 hour in the night and they gave me advanced notice

  @bt_uk 4k this winter in bills and your complaints wont help when u are 20 over to everyone even when your acount u did this in error and refuse u a debt plan to any of this? is this really your stance managing director when complaints did this to me today? quote please
