@bt_uk @ewan_m23 I have exactly the same problem as Ewan described with a Samsung tv. Works for a few seconds after reloading then goes out of sync again. All other apps on the tv work

@bt_uk Is BT down or something? I’ve been trying to make a BT ID as well as call to report a failure, but the queue to get assistance is long and it won’t let me make an ID because of some failure in the system.

This is one of the reasons having none, or very slow internet @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk . Over the last year when we were all stuck indoors my anxiety ridden self actually managed to find a group of friends online. Its been so long since ive been able to join in since the move
