@prbreez @MLB The UK ESPN website is not showing MLB. I paid for the year on MLBtv and it stated postseason was included up until a day or so ago. Previous years I could watch postseason even with MLB's deal with BTSport who shows baseball in the UK. They didn't blackout the main season.

@bt_uk fixed by the 7th. It is/was literally the 7th and they said it would be fixed. I’m very disappointed with the service.

@bt_uk Spoke to loyalty team. Told I can’t complain or change existing package as she’s in contract. I complained that oversold to vulnerable 81 yo was answered “it’s feedback not a complaint as in contract”

@bt_uk Frustrating? It's been off for over a week guys. Then to get a message saying its fixed, when it's not, is poor expectation setting. Not your fault. Its the tools your company provides to its staff and how it treats them. Affects customers like this. It's really bad 😬

@bt_uk I’m just about to change to Airband because my service is crap…live in a small cottage and no longer have service I’m upstairs…keep running out of data on my phone because the broadband chucks me off

@bt_uk i have had the same issue in August with my router flashing purple. And now again, 4th October, again even with the replacement router it has started to flash purple again? What is this? I’ve contacted the technical support team, they said an engineer was meant to get it

@btbusinesscare No. I’m one of his regulars who was worried he had to keep telling people cash only and losing business. I helped him talk to your support team, who offered the £50 for him to buy a mobile dongle himself

@bt_uk I've moved house today and was assured our broadband would switch over with us by 9pm, all I needed to dp was plug my router in at my new house. Sadly it's still not working yet, can you check and see what's wrong?
