    @bt_uk We have indeed and the soonest offer was the end of August after first starting this process in July. This is not practical when WFH - other providers have said they can sort this week but loathe to pay £75 cancellation for @bt_uk’s poor service and incompetency

    @drjeff_tooth @BTCare Totally agree! 🤬🤬 So, my SIM card has now been blocked, I only have WiFi, and no idea if I'll get a new one!!! I can't believe how a company can be so terrible!!!

    @bt_uk It says No known issues in my area. But it loose connection every 5 mins, and takes 5 mins to be back. Any solution?
