@bt_uk your customer service is appalling. Full Fibre upgrade processes wrong - cut off my broadband in error 31/3 and nobody knows how to reconnect me. Told I have to wait for engineer to come 19/4 - nearly 3 weeks 😡 Order supposed to be expedited but stuck in system for days!

@janie07 @bt_uk It’s ridiculous isn’t it? Spoke to at least 10, friendly, trying to help but can’t, BT staff. No ownership of problems. Apparently my landline was cut off when Openreach installed fibre. Why?! So it’s had to be installed as a new connection. The drop outs? Infuriating.

@bt_uk It gets worse. The line has been fitted but we have no router. The person who set it up from @EE in Doxford is telling me to call BT. BT are telling me they need account info & to call her. They gave me another number but nobody can locate her or help! What a waste of time!

Received a written response to a #complaint I made to @bt_uk. It does not address my complaint at all. However, the letter starts "Dear Mr Saunders" so maybe it addresses his complaint, poor man. I wouldn't know. #AppallingCustomerService
