  @bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

  @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki

  @bt_uk I can’t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.

  @BasilTheGreat Well then it will be no more internet for me. Im not going to back down to their demands, plus ill save money for having to pay for the internet. So i guess @bt_uk and others will be pissed at the loss of money. I wont be the only one it will be millions if not billions.

  @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

  @BT @BTcare @BT_Helpline I have been 9 days without broadband. 90 minute waits every day to speak to guides. 1 openreach appointment. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

  @bt_uk Tremendous work @bt_uk not only have I contacted you on here (and you haven’t even replied or DM’d to my reply), but I also emailed you and got nothing back. So, phone call, twitter feed and email and no comeback from you guys other than to call again. Awful. Goodbye in Oct.
