    @bt_uk Beginning to get frustrated by #btbroadband customer service. The transition from one house to my new home was supposed to be seamless but the TV setup is turning into a pain. 3 phone calls later to different departments and losing connection I need a callback!

    @bt_uk hello. Have upgraded package on 15th jan. but haven’t been sent new hub and discs and no improvement in speed or service.

    @bt_uk It was constantly dropping out, way to late now anyway, when I was getting nowhere with you, I have ordered a new fibre service. Hugely disappointed at being lied to regards extending my service.

    @bt_uk Also, if you've got a note in your system that says the date has been moved - would it be good customer service, polite, or even just common courtesy to let me know that? Would that stop me pointing out yet another @bt_uk failure on Twitter, d'you reckon?

    @bt_uk It's simple, BT flog the service (sales company) Openreach have to do the work. Openreach still think they're operating in the 1970's, customers? They're just an unfortunate byproduct that interrupt their day..

    Hahahahahahahahahahaaah I've just found out that my highly anticipated @bt_uk hub (smart hub 2) is not f*cking compatible with @google speakers. BT hell is never-ending. Yes, I've tried channel hopping/resets/everything. It's a common issue. When will this be sorted @bt_uk?

    @btsportrugby @bt_uk After weeks of appalling service and despite spending hours on the phone trying to sort out a simple phone system,it seems that bt has failed as a communication company. Another hour on the phone to get cut off. What an absolute shower. @BTBusiness
