@BTCare you put my broadband installation back by a month. RIDICULOUS. There is already an active bt broadband service there All you are doing is delivering a router. I have a router - why is it going to take 8 weeks to activate?!

@bt_uk Elderly parents BB down since sat. Spent 7hrs on phone to you and spoken to 15 people. Get lies and misinformtation. Told fix on Mon = rubbish. Told fix Thurs and now phone down too and told Fri. Computer just says no! Do you actually care? Are you going to help?

Anybody else in Durham with contract for broadband with @bt_uk having significant issues with speed and connection stability since the beginning of the year? Finding impossible to work. Wondering if it’s a zone issue 😢

@bt_uk I'm a key worker (teacher) and you have left me waiting since November for my internet, 5 engineers, 3 none shows. Managers have never called back, You even cancelled my internet at one stage. Now you email me saying my appointment will be March 26th NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!
