@bt_uk 30th August 2022 you promised to refund credit within 14 days. Despite three calls to you, 6 weeks later, no money received with all calls registered as complaints. Shocking customer service- why don't you pay the money you owe?

@btsport hi, is there an issue with play back online? I’ve tried three separate browsers and changed the cookie settings and still, whenever I press play for a repeat program, it just doesn’t load and does the loading spinning things. Watching live works fine. Thanks.

@bt_uk Once again a massive thank you to #LukeinLincoln. When everyone else was refusing to help me, he turned things around. What did he do? He provided me great customer service, he provided me a solution that ensured I had a running wifi, he made sure to stay in contact.

@bt_uk . Worst Broadband service available. No service for over a week, no call backs and no compensation because they failed to book appointments and call backs. Totally disgusting worst service ever. Do not go with them at all.waste of time and over priced money
