@bt_uk @beccynotbecky So you won’t be making any profit this year?? Load of rubbish. Your network usage won’t be increasing when everyone leaves as soon as possible, like myself. Absolute robbery.

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk I believe you have a short period where you can cancel and switch without penalty when they increase prices. Worth checking out. I done it last year with virgin but then they gave me a better deal to stay

.@bt_uk Your contempt for your customers knows no bounds when you use the excuse of personal security preventing a technical third party to follow up on email errors for client. I have an incident number but just need you to implement the agreed change. Why won't you?

@bt_uk £6 odd increase when you're already way out compared to competition is a joke. I'll be cancelling my contract as soon as I am able. You're welcome to email me with regards to this complaint.

@bt_uk Yes, they 'send' an engineer (the 4th) who will say no problem, yet every test I run (on BT website) says there's a fault. I know there's a fault, BT knows there's a fault, why don't the engineers know there's a fault?
