@bt_uk @El_Loco_Jo That is not how contracts work Sharon an existing customer early into a contract will be offered upgrades only plus you can't rewind the clock for them. No wonder it takes 50 mins to get through to BT

@bt_uk I don't know the landline so I can't check the status. Not that I need to, when the wifi goes down it's always on you. Down detector 90% of people are having trouble with BT Internet now. Can't hide from the fact

Had a complaint with @bt_uk ongoing for about 2 months. Was told 2 weeks ago they would be refunding the money they owe me, still not in my account. Absolutely disgraceful company. Time to go to the ombudsman
