Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored. After reading your issues I think the communication ombudsman is next!

  @bt_uk we've had no WiFi for nearly two weeks now! Cancelled last minute sending out an engineer last Wednesday. Then the engineer comes out yesterday, says the issue was diagnosed wrong and we need to wait 24-36 hours for Openreach... LIES! Now they say Saturday @BTCare

  @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare If I'm not next to the router, no internet access at all. If I'm less than 1M, it's gone. Why are you providing rather ****** mobile data for a business account? I'd wish up a cute for cancer faster than you'd give customer service

  @bt_uk @BTCare @EE wow I've never dealt with such awful companies. It's been a total farce. All recorded for shock value how bad the journey has been. Def worthy of a CG bt creator comforts. Am un funny joke. I'm lost for words. :( so so bad. Nightmare.
