@bt_uk I’ve been trying to find a contact point through your website for 30mins! I need to speak to someone about my new (and very poor) BT full fibre broadband hub which your engineer has installed in totally the wrong place in the house.

@bt_uk have left us a week without internet due to incompetency. Terrible customer service, no one making sure things get sorted. Waited in today for an engineer who never arrived. Avoid BT at all costs! Absolutely terrible time consuming experience.
