@virginmedia @martinjohnmiles @bt_uk fancy 100's of customer, the all of park street area would like to move from horrible Virgin media to you guys, can you do a quote for the all of us...

  • j_j0907 JJ (@j_j0907) reported

@bt_uk @MorganMarkF If its FTTP its probably locked to BT only to provide service so if your placing orders elsewhere Open reach will cancel them as they can only activate services supplied by BT into FTTP homes. Might want to check with the company who built the houses to who supplies the service

  • CrimsonzEu Crimsonz (@CrimsonzEu) reported

@bt_uk ur internet is **** atm fix it 👍

  • markhan41924967 oconnor mark (@markhan41924967) reported

@bt_uk no didn't know you had to report slow speeds. as you say you keep an eye on them

  • Gavin_WHA Gavin W H Anderson (@Gavin_WHA) reported

@bt_uk The issue was the router was installed in a solid brick and concrete room so the signal could not get to the rest of the house. BT selected where it went, I then after 2 disks and 4 visits. I worked the only option was to move it. So I had to pay to solve a BT issue

  • lou89 Sarah 💕 (@lou89) reported

@bt_uk But WHY is it taking 12 weeks? This is way beyond a joke at this point. So I have to ring yet again to waste yet more of my time trying to resolve this? The customer service on a whole is utterly appalling

  • Niyanto NiNi (@Niyanto) reported

@bt_uk No, there shouldn’t need to be a new order because I didn’t cancel my contract…. I need fibre to do my job and I don’t know why the contract was cancelled without my consent 😓😭 It’s been a hard enough year already without having to add no WiFi to the problem 😢

  • pianotime Lisa Cramp-newman (@pianotime) reported

@bt_uk why are the services not working in SW16 landline and broadband?

  • GregoryTKint GregoryTKint #SafeEdForAll (@GregoryTKint) reported

@bt_uk But that is my issue... if I re-register, will this be marked as spam? As I was warned by someone else in your social media team. So how do I check my status? Surely, if you don't know... there must be someone who knows. Someone who can help?

  • BlenkharnPaul pbcumbria (@BlenkharnPaul) reported

Honestly @bt_uk your open reach team have me at the end of my tether! Half a day unpaid and no engineer! Line test done and no phone call to ask what the issue is! A frayed connection is the problem and needs an internal visit! Now attempting the 3rd visit to see if we can 1/2
