Honestly, I don’t think a I’ve ever come across a company as bafflingly incompetent as @bt_uk!! I am so fed up of having to spend too much of my time sorting out problems they’ve created!

@bt_uk I had everything cancelled& ready to leave u due to the service or lack of.This was after 1.5hrs of call yesterday&even a call back from 'a manager' re my complaint. I received a call this morning from Joe in the Enniskillen team. 12mins 38 secs and I'm happy to stay.

@bt_uk - worst possible onboard in experience. Broadband still not activated and the min hub delivered is not activated. Even after multiple follow-ups no ETA is being provided.

@bt_uk Logged in now .just joint BT spent an hour on phone yesterday to get things working as get told one thing when signing up but completely different when trying to set it up.still manage emails is not working says server issue when will this be sorted

According to @bt_uk customer services anyone can move their account to any address. Provide no proof they live at that address. And close the account of whoever lives there! That they can do nothing but through the change request every day.

Really not great service from @EE & @bt_uk. Customer since 1995 & switched to a plan that included @btsport on Weds. Called twice to say it can’t be activated & twice told the EE BT sport team would contact me but heard nothing. Good job I’m in my 14 day termination period. #poor

@btsport Problem is, the broadband is crap, the BT app does function correctly, so you are paying to watch a frozen picture most of the time. I cancelled and buy sky sports, far better and better coverage
