@bt_uk yes they've left him til September 5th for a engineer. My brother has same issue on same street and had a engineer and still isn't sorted got another engineer today at 4pm. There's clearly an issue in the BD21 22 area but engineers don't know what

@bt_uk It seems to have improved by itself for the moment. The issue arose after we lost full connection during the night so maybe they were just the aftershocks...

@bt_uk How do I access your service status page without a landline number? I have a broadband only package as I imagine thousands do these days, but you won't let me check without giving you a landline number.

@btbusinesscare Thanks. The lack of help available via telephone from a telephone company is very poor & when you do get through advisors not knowing how to help & pass you to numerous dept is shocking! Eventually after 4 hours on the phone they “promised” service would be back on within 24 hrs
