    @WeAreOpenreach @WeAreOpenreach have compromised our fire safety compartmentation in a block of 28 flats when installing full fibre in 2024 but award a Double Gold to their Health and Safety team! Details left on your answering service that @bt_uk directed me too but no reply.

    @bt_uk After yesterday’s direct messages with one of your employees I thought this problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, that is already been dashed by your total ignorance not to help after you promised me you would help. It would be elevated to a higher level . Nothing.
