@bt_uk I work yet you expect me to make another phone call which in all honesty is unlikely to resolve the issue. You want me to chase the problem cos @bt_uk can’t be bothered… I didn’t shut my line down after 5 years with no warning! Hopeless! Sorry but what rotten service.

@Foonerisms @bt_uk I got this from the troubleshooter: We'll need to send an engineer to fix the issue which is outside your home. We'll get things sorted. You don't need to do anything. Estimated fix time: 28 September 2022 at 6pm". But also...
