@bt_uk We finally managed to get through on the phone and confirmed appointment time. We’re crossing fingers that the engineer arrives at the right time (he can early last time and we were out) and fixes the problem. If not, I’ll get back in touch. Thanks

If you’re gonna offer 4K streams make sure you can handle the load @btsport. Constant ‘Sorry there’s a problem’ errors on your Xbox app. And to think you charge £25 per month for this ****.
