@bt_uk That's really helpful Tasha, thank you. Text option doesn't come up on desktop site, which is strange (and unhelpful - online report is easier as mobile signal's poor here). Desktop site just gives options for wifi/broadband tests. We've now sent text about current issue though.

Morning @bt_uk, just wanted to say how irritating it is not to be able to report *landline* problems on your website. Fault reporting defaults to broadband only, with no option to test/report landline. Some of us still have problems with one but not the other. Infuriating.

@bt_uk Thankyou I did speak to customer retention tonight and the lady said my bill is going up even on contract renewal after years. I will try the number tomorrow.
