Hey @bt_uk! I’ve been ghosted twice by engineers in two days after reporting poor connectivity on the 18th. Now the UNBREAKABLE Fibre 900 has been disconnected and won’t be looked until at least Tuesday. Since moving to Fibre 900 it has been non-stop problems. Shameful.

Tried to upgrade my broadband to full fibre back in December, a ******* epic saga ensues, the latest being told by @bt_uk they can't can fix their cable duct running to my house until APRIL. Five months to get carry out a simple upgrade

@bt_uk I did! Also the details are in my Tweet. Very poor that no action has been taken. As you will see if you look me up I have identified, investigated and reported thousands of investment scams like this. You can’t expect me to stop them as well!
