@bt_uk Also I didn’t ask for it. It was sent as part of the automatically process when submitting a complaint. I did explain to the agent that it probably wouldn’t work very well. I was able to do email for a short time, however 4g is very poor where we live.

Why ******** did sky buy the rights to bundesliga to not show the games. I used to love watching the German games on BTsport now reduced to watching a stream of Bayern 😑

@bt_uk i have NOW tv entertainment and cinema through you and the channels are not showing up through the BTTV box on smart tv and ipad its fine i have sent a DM but got an automated response is there a fix for this ???

@bt_uk Hi, I seem to have been overcharged for my final bill on my account, last time I was in touch I was told that my final bill would be £23 but it’s come through as £35, usually I’d chase this on the live chat but it seems to be dead, please help!
