@BTCare two years after buying a house and moving in, bills for the previous owner keep arriving. I keep returning them to sender so assume Royal Mail is returning them to BT. I'm not even a customer. What should I do? Keep returning them and assume you'll get the hint?

Some scam artist was trying to get me to connect to my @bt_uk account this morning. I was going along with them to see what they were up to. (sadly I do not have an account so they hang up on me when I told them my password was invalid)

@bt_uk Just spoken to your customer services - increased my bill by 10%, been a customer for 30 years and you don’t reward loyalty at all. New customers get a much better deal. Will be changing provider as soon as possible.

@bt_uk my elderly vulnerable parents still don’t have a phone line despite being advised that this should be sorted by Tuesday. What’s the latest please? I understand not isolated as there’s an issue in the area MK3 6DB.
