So @bt_uk, nearly 3 months and still no resolution. 3 months without the number we’ve had for nearly 20 years, and because of her Alzheimer’s my Mum hasn’t been able to call in an emergency! Shocking service, absolutely shocking! @Ofcom here we come.

@bt_uk Appalling service and huge failing from BT. Disconnected my service with no warning in error, looking at weeks to reconnect and apparently no managers available to speak to until 3pm. Left unable to work and issue not being taken seriously. Absolutely not good enough!

@bt_uk I am moving to a new build property next week which doesn’t have an ont box installed and bt couldn’t give offer me a package, I am a new customer. How can I arrange for an ont box to be installed?

@bt_uk Phonline outage in Easingwold.. you say you are working on it but Service Status says no problem.. cannot both be correct. and if not back on until 25 July it must be a major fault.. please TELL US!

Was having a reasonable morning cancelling all my husband’s accounts. Everyone really helpful Then I phoned BT to cancel his @btsport account. An hour later and they’ve cut the broadband off as well . Can’t do anything until at least tomorrow. FUMING 😡

Really @virginmedia 😡 I've just been sat waiting on the phone for 45 minutes for your guy to cut me off. No wonder I'm cancelling and going to someone else. I don't have time to sit there and wait ffs. @skytv or @bt_uk I hope you have better customer service.
