    @bt_uk we have BT complete Wi-fi but it doesn’t extend through the entire house - we’ve spent well over an hour trying to work out to request another of the discs that are meant to be available if needed so we can set up a home office in the spare room but no joy - can you help?

    @CofCdivM @StopFundingHate @bt_uk im sorry but you have a choice of either virgin or bt you can cut off bt and go to like say sky or talk talk but they use bt lines one customer leaving wont do **** to them

    12 days of no internet service from @bt_uk £30 compensation offered and “we will try and get you up and running soon” 2 engineer visits and still no one knows if it’s an internal or external fault! Think it’s time I leave @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I’m now watching the footy on the BT app on my 4K firestick with a perfect picture . So I do think the issue is with the Youview box not liking the BT signal

    So you log a complaint with bt the out come of your complaint is to pay full etf and account closes on 20th of this month but they turn everything of today @bt_uk disgusting service
