    Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider. I'm in the process of getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved from my @bt_uk email address. Will update more soon!

    @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @bt_uk I need help. Tried DMing and got a bot. Tried through the BT FB messenger...get a bot... Where can I message BT?.. I cant ring at the mo.

    Our internet and landline aren't working. I've text in and it said no issue but there clearly is @bt_uk

    @bt_uk The options youโ€™ve suggested donโ€™t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say itโ€™s working fine, but it isnโ€™t. Youโ€™ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.
