Didn’t anyone anticipate the ensuing customer queries that would come from resuming DV rollout? Poor customer experience waiting for BT to figure how to manage this.

jo (@Jok19887) reported@bt_uk My elderly parents moved into their new house 14th Feb & you STILL haven’t moved their internet over. Every week you tell them it will work. Almost TWO MONTHS when it should take 2 days. This is a disgrace, you’re causing them so much stress. How do we fix it?

Vaaghee (@Vaaghee1) reported@zeeman1976 @bt_uk On the phone to them right now as well for the same issue, not sure how that’s even possible to be taken out twice when there’s only one date registered for direct debit. I pay for a high package too and being taken twice really affects me financially.
