    @bt_uk - after a month of truly dismal service from a number of your call centre agents, the amazing LILLY was able to sort my issue! At one point I was told my elderly/unwell Uncle's service would be cut off within days. Never the case but cause undue stress. THANK YOU LILLY.

    @bt_uk No problem… Just got to work another 2 days to pay for the same service as what I was getting previously… As long as BT are doing ok that’s all they matters… I am off after this contract… Never to come back…

    The @bt_uk landline of my 89 year old Mother-in-law has gone down and she's been told it'll be Friday before she is reconnected!! Her emergency button is connected to this. Surely you can do better!!!

    So Sue Edmundson from BT @bt_uk uk you say you’ve ‘tried to call me a few times’ to check if my issue has been resolved … How? Mobile? No missed calls! Email? None rec’d! Landline? I was overseas, so that would be pointless, but also no phone attached #LetDown #disappointed

    @bt_uk @bt_uk i give up. I'm cancelling my contract as soon as possible and going with someone else. Extortionate priced for a service that isn't fit for purpose! I'm done. You could install all new cables and equipment in my house and it still wouldn't work! **** YOU BT!

    @bt_uk @TalkTalk No landline for 6 days, a string of ridiculous excuses and no resolution in sight. Unbelievably poor service from talktalk and openreach.

    @_reBeccaK @bt_uk That’s horrific. Some guy working for them tried to gaslight me as if it all never happened, despite the constant calls & engineers coming out every single month. There has to be, but they can’t leave you without internet anyway, definitely ruuuuun!

    @bt_uk it’s been more than 24hrs since we lost internet in our area. As a remote worker this is an essential service. Can we al least have an answer from your side on what’s going on?

    Well that didn't last long. Had @bt_uk 500Mbps fibre for a couple of weeks and already having issues. Engineer aimed to fix it by the end of the day on Friday. Not next day or anything. Three days. Expected better really.
