  @bt_uk She is an existing customer on basic broadband and phone, upgrading after 3mths or so, to a broadband only package, clearly shows currently the broadband only package for 150 fibre is £34.99 yet she is being charged £59.99, that’s £4 more than your own 900 fibre package

  So. @bt_uk on Monday insisted my broadband going out was not related to my contract renewal. Told me its Openreach's problem. Guess what? It wasn't Openreach's problem, there's an error in my order code somewhere with BT's Wholesale team which could be another 72 hours to fix.

  @bt_uk Call yourself a communication company!!??? My 84 year old mum has been without a landline’her lifeline’ for over a week with no communication from you or resolution to the problem.She’s feeling very alone and vulnerable and very cross! A loyal customer for 20yrs! Terrible.

  Shocking service, yet again, from @bt_uk ... After hours worth of calls, endless assurances, and money grabbing policies, my call was 'hung up' after over 90 minutes on the phone (80% of that time on hold). You'd think one of the 5 people I got transferred to could've helped?!

  @bt_uk It was good once I found where it got best signal thanks. The broadband has been solved too - our neighbour cut through the cable cutting his hedge ang he persuaded an engineer to fix it pronto'.
