    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

    @bt_uk Sorry but you really don't give a sh*t. You fekk up at every contact. Hopeless 'guides', rude, dismissive, unwilling to take ownership, never advise calls are recorded on call backs and now trying to charge me for a temporary fix!!! PATHETIC.

    Why do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.

    @bt_uk Thanks for getting back to me. The complaint to your office in Sheffield over 6 weeks ago was closed and not dealt with. I'm so frustrated and disatisfied I'm pulling together evidence to complain to @Ofcom

    @bt_uk I did that last Monday. 5 days of a complaint and still nothing . Everything seems sub contacted and nobody takes ownership.

    This fault was fixed by the next day but have had multiple outages since this. Currently there is another outage for me. @bt_uk
