    @bt_uk should have had Internet fitted 21st June, still nothing. Messaged BT, called customer services and still no further along. Over a month since our initial order. Please can someone sort this 🙏

    @bt_uk Thanks for getting back to me Lesley. No this has been an ongoing issue for a few months now. When he was here he thought it was a WiFi issue. New box with booster

    @bt_uk feeling really let down. I’ve had an engineer. Had a new hub & it’s worse than ever. The tv keeps dropping & it’s right beside the hub!! You were so good up until recently 🫣 not reliable for work

    @bt_uk Absolutely appalling service from BT. Signed up 13 June. Today was the earliest appointment they had to connect us up. Our contract was “activated” yesterday (so they can start charging us), and this afternoon they have just cancelled the appointment to connect us.

    @bt_uk As I said not fussed about it we are leaving you your customer service is poor you leave people hanging about on the phone then you pass people around like a Rugby League ball & then you cut people off.
