@UtdMiII @bt_uk 10 hours? Our Internet has been almost nonexistent for over a week. BT are the worst provider in the UK, plus their customer service is the worst I've seen. They be like we'll call you back. They don't call back and we call back and they say they have no record of us calling.

@bt_uk I tried that years ago but told i would have to change number. I am named on bill & BT know i am authorised but when i ring with problems (often) i have to get husband to say you can speak to me! Its archaic! No other company behaves like this

@bt_uk @BTCare BT Wi-Fi is terrible it improved for about 2 weeks after I threatened to leave bt now it’s so bad I need to tether my iPad to my mobile hotspot and use mobile data just to watch a 4 minute YouTube video! Utter **** service!
