@bt_uk I’ve done the diagnostic check and it’s said the line from network to home is fine, and give me a little checklist via link. None of that helped so I typed advisor and no one can call because of times. Any other suggestions?

@bt_uk Just had an extremely rude Engineer today who promptly left mid conversation and drove off without installing my FTTP.. So now I have no engineer and no Internet!

6 weeks after moving house still no proper internet. @Plusnet messed up so we changed to BT Broadband @bt_uk. They've botched our connection and can't guarantee a fix before 30 Dec. I'm paying to use my phone as a hotspot. No streaming etc. over Christmas. 😡
