@BTCare BT Ultimate is the best picture on a telly that I’ve ever seen. Pity the technology makes it crackle and pixilate and stop every enfeebled minutes. So it’s currently useless. And no. I’m not doing yet another BT chat. Fix it!!

@bt_uk Poor customer service, price rises even though BT will charge you to come out of your contract. Slow broadband, read the small print CPI price rise every year.

@bt_uk so after my previous issues (read my last thread between us and @bt_uk ). #1: You ‘accidentally’ cancelled my account and cut our connection we were paying for. So we said, ok send us a mini hub to see us through THREE WEEKS before you can fix! THE MINI HUB NEVER WORKED!

@bt_uk Hey, the internet was fixed yesterday when the engineer came out. Now I’ve got issues again today and can’t get online. Can Jules call me back please if she’s free as she was helpful yesterday but now I have more issues after being without broadband since last Thursday.
