    @bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.

    @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

    @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

    @bt_uk On line service wasn't very good I disconnected overnight. When I woke up I plugged it back. It's now returned to blue. All good thanks.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk. I have phoned the number. I’ve got it on speed dial. You constantly lie saying you will fix the line but you do nothing. You really are appallingly bad. No care for elderly customers without broadband. Formal complaint coming. Not that you give a darn. Appalling.

    @bt_uk Well so far when speaking to people he's just been fobbed off with 'well it should be happening as we speak so he feels like people aren't actually really trying to help him so he's reluctant to ring again snd is now stuck between 2 phones....
