    @bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? It’s disproportionate for a simple task.

    @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

    @bt_uk @M300bt3 i’ve had multiple calls and they just say we are trying to fix it - they don’t care - it’s breach of contract surely and they need to compensate us

    WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? No I can’t……

    @bt_uk no service since 6pm Ryde, IOW. tried everything reboot, turn on/off. Confused as to why as there’s no outage being reported however the text AI service is saying there is?? ? Sort it ouT BT

    @Benleo @BTBusiness @bt_uk are very similarly disrespectful. Raised a formal complaint and they fumbled like inept foreigners who did not intend to care, and then suddenly dropped off a call but never picked my case back up. And that was 17 days ago ...!

    @bt_uk So I have filed a complaint its number is N150511-151190. And guess what you are now threatening to disconnect us when in fact we dont have a service with you and haven't since March. So what are you going to disconnect! You are a JOKE
