    @bt_uk It’s not just that. A job that’s been promised to be done, constantly let down and nobody is sorting it out. Unbelievably poor service

    @WeAreOpenreach @WeAreOpenreach have compromised our fire safety compartmentation in a block of 28 flats when installing full fibre in 2024 but award a Double Gold to their Health and Safety team! Details left on your answering service that @bt_uk directed me too but no reply.

    Over the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.

    @bt_uk Your guides basically said I’ll have to dispute it with Vodafone. You’re expecting me to pay for a service that was cancelled when I switched to Vodafone. I even had an email stating my final bill would be £15. Loyal BT customer for over ten years

    @btbusinesscare your customer care takes some beating I tell you I’d even say Evris customer care and delivery services is better than yours Absolutely appalling And as for your rude staff on the blower What a Wally he is
