    @bt_uk Just spoken to your customer services - increased my bill by 10%, been a customer for 30 years and you don’t reward loyalty at all. New customers get a much better deal. Will be changing provider as soon as possible.

    @bt_uk my elderly vulnerable parents still don’t have a phone line despite being advised that this should be sorted by Tuesday. What’s the latest please? I understand not isolated as there’s an issue in the area MK3 6DB.
