    @bt_uk How about making all UK calls free for at least the 48 hours of Christmas Day and Boxing Day? Many of the elderly and needy are lonely but not in contracts with inclusive calls. These are the folk who often have noone nearby to support them

    @bt_uk please sort out your broadband for the last 24 hours every hour it’s stopped and started flashing purple then orange then conencting again and going straight away afterwards Happens every hour and nothing has been said about it even tho we’ve reported the problem

    @alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No-one is more reliable, sadly. When it works, BT is good. When it goes wrong, it's terrible.

    @bt_uk Don't believe them. They are not interested if you live in the country and get terrible reception. £78000+ to fit us with fast broadband. Even tweeted to me the other day to tell me I didn't qualify for the £100 back.

    @bt_uk Hi Nick, thanks for getting in touch. Didn’t manage to get through (hour waiting) and online doesn’t let me explain the issue of the damage caused by workers from Scottish Power energy workers. I’d greatly appreciate some help with this issue.

    @bt_uk Got a new BT hub recently. Seems worse than the old one (from sept 2017). Signal seems weaker and more prone to dropping out. Never had any problems with the old one.

    @bt_uk Day 10, 34 total no services, still no call back as promised. Probably easier if you continue with this atrocious service or lack of then you will be in breach of contract

    @bt_uk hi how do I request a new router to be sent out? I have paid for a new service every year for 4 years, And only ever received 1 router. My router is now 4 years old and I’m pretty sure there’ll be a new up to date one out.

    @bt_uk hi, I had my internet installed on the 15th and it has been down for the last two days. The fix ETA may be until the 24th December. However, I need the internet working by Monday so I can work. Please can this sorted out ASAP. Thanks.
