@samcrashb4 @bt_uk I moved away from Virgin and vowed never to be with them. Absolutely terrible customer service over the course of 5 years. Never again.

@bt_uk just realising house stupid bt is that messed with my line and i have to have an engineer come out, they changed my appointment for one day earlier, now that's messed with the engineer who comes out who needs the right equipment, the company is so disjointed is a joke
