@bt_uk I tried the APP on my Mobile but that did not work at all. The Website should work and if you follow the "Help" or enter the URL provided with your Hardware then most of these Pages do not exist. Help still references "CHAT" that has not worked for years!

@bt_uk Don't bother I used 1572 on the phone instead. I will mention these new Website problems to the Customer Resolution Team the next time I talk to them. They are already dealing with problems caused by the MY BT Website not working correctly back in Janurary.

@bt_uk So your prices are "changing" are they? £7.83 more per month for a service that still can't even handle wifi calls reliably, despite hassling you about it for around two years. You've got quite a nerve, haven't you? Absolute joke 😡

@bt_uk I've spoken to 2 different advisors in the last 10 minutes, the first made me confident I am correct to leave your company the second 'susie' has just about restored my faith in your company, she epitomised customer service and actually made me feel valued as a customer

@bt_uk As I have changed the settings via 1572 I have done want I needed. Hopefully the Website will be improved to fix a lot of the problems that users have been reporting. So the next time I need to change something it will hopefully work correctly. Thanks

@bt_uk My query is generic, regarding your fault-reporting process. For example, what happens if a person does not have a mobile, and landline and broadband are both down? Is there a number one can call to speak with a real person?
