    @Ofcom #dontbother my digital voice and broadband from @bt_uk has been out of service and continues to be out of service for over 2 weeks now It’s a disgrace that @WeAreOpenreach can’t resolve a fault quicker, and provide a fix date. At the minute I have no fix date

    @JohnLewisRetail @bt_uk get your acts together. Disabled brothers broadband and phone ordered fir 20th Oct to go live, today 9th Nov still not working. 21st Central and your service is rubbish.

    @bt_uk I’ve taken the day off work to sort the mess out your call centre con artist has caused. I’ll be phoning direct but apparently @bt can sign someone up to an ee contract they didn’t want but you can’t call bt to cancel it.

    @bt_uk Thanks, it came back up at about 7.30am this morning which means we had an outage of ~14hrs

    @bt_uk Will see what it’s like in the morning… if it’s back up to 50Mbps sustained, then I’m afraid I’ll stand by my assessment that the internet service was degraded, not the line capacity/capability not the WiFi.

    @bt_uk hi, I can’t seem to get through on the phone and online chat isn’t connecting. I need help to understand whether my old connection has been taken care of? Looks like I’m paying two bills…..

    It's almost like people are using 'Black Friday Deal' to just send out the same prices to people and pretending that it's a better deal than you would have gotten just a few days ago. This is poor @bt_uk
