    @bt_uk absolutely disgusting service today from bt cables left over the floor socket left on the floor and live cables hanging out of the socket. They refused to send someone back to fix it until late next week. I recommend that no one ever uses bt

    @bt_uk can you actually speak to a human being at BT? My internet has gone down and your texting me to tell me you’ll fix it by 03/05/23. I work from home and that is not good enough! What an appalling service you provide.

    @bt_uk It is now 5 days since my broadband has been off and there seems to be no urgency to fix it, my wife works from home and can’t do her job because of this, I’ll be returning to Virgin as soon as I can.🤬🤬

    @Dirtypawz__ @bt_uk Yeah but due to an account issue (basically my sister had the account and we put it in my name) they won’t do a check on myself and won’t let me change the account to my name so they can do a check.

    @bt_uk I am a new customer and awaiting set up. I keep receiving emails saying to claim my free gift of the cash back card but when I log on it says there isn’t one there? I’m confused? How do I claim?
