Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday

Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr “updates” that deliver nothing. No broadband, no TV, no smart devices pt1.

Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.
