    @mstarmatt @bt_uk Yes I’ve had this to unfortunately Im stuck with them till next year I live in a bungalow it’s 3 to 4 steps to the bedroom and can’t get a signal loo yes apparently as you said what’s in the way or you have to much connected oh well

    @bt_uk can you advise if there are issues in Farnham GU10 3_ _ postcode area? Broadband dropping out intermittently over the past few weeks

    @ComethTheNerd @bt_uk Good luck with that; most other UK ISPs are just service companies who still use BT Openreach as their providers. Unless you have Virgin cable you're SoL.

    @bt_uk service outage due to drink driver hitting mains box. Originally told would be 3-4 days to repair now it’s telling my won’t be till 16th Nov (3 weeks!!!) No phone signal in our area so no internet access. Assuming my bill will be altered this month?!

    @bt_uk I've been having some issues but I haven't raised a fault yet, so the text and email are out of the blue - any idea whether these would be sent without me raising a fault? Might they be fraudulent?

    Complained to @bt_uk 72 hours ago about my BT TV not working, I have been promised 5 times someone will ring me to sort it out and still nothing!! I have never experienced such bad customer service #bt #worsecustomerservice #dontcareabouttheircustomers
