@bt_uk Tomorrow. Problem is that we haven’t exchanged contracts on new house yet so no certainty at all. I can’t order a service on someone else’s house. Anyway, I’ll write off the £320 - put it down to BT inflexibility and find someone offering better customer service. #BTRipOff

Good ****** but @bt_uk #DigitalVoice is a terrible pain in the neck. Call quality is so poor I have started asking people to use WhatsApp for calls instead (our mobile signal is virtually non-existent). The customer service people are always nice but I haven't got the energy...

@bt_uk - AND so it continues. The connection was set up for tomorrow (Friday). Just received an email saying it’s been cancelled for the FIFTH time. A BT unbreakable contract for an unusable service! Surely this is mis- selling at best and fraudulent at worst!! Ombudsman??
