@bt_uk my internet has been slow and dropping out now for the last 5 days. Not had issues previously. We cant watch programs on now TV even tho the box is connected via cable. Having to use our 4G how can I get this checked.

@bt_uk very poor show we've been expecting an engineer booked to arrive 12-2 still not here its now 3.21 no call, nothing to say they are running late. This is the 3rd engineer visit you still can't fix our problem. Shame on you. Awful service
