@bt_uk Terrible service, we have had no service since the 3rd of March. Excuse after Excuse. Keep being told different times and dates as to when we will have connection. Apparently we don’t qualify for a dongle as temporary measure as we don’t pay enough.

@bt_uk Hi BT, how is it that my prices are increasing, but you are offering the same if not slightly better deal to new customers? Surely if the price of my service is going up due to inflation, then any new deals should match?

@bt_uk It's supposed to be a new business line. Due to have another engineer come out on the 24th, no doubt the same issue will occur, 4th time! If they can not provide me with broadband, I will go to another provider #avoidbt @bt_uk

This month @bt_uk are increasing what my 88 yr old mother actually pays by 27.8% (because their CPI increase is being based on the so-called full price - before their "special offer" - which she never actually pays). This is called having your cake and eating it @MoneySavingExp

@bt_uk Can you DM me please? Broadband not working. Engineer said he turned up when he didn’t. Been told I have to wait until Monday now. Complaints team didn’t call when they said they would. Thanks
