@bt_uk Have to agree with all negative responses. 14th(or is it 15th, lost count)OpenReach engineer due out. Download & Upload speeds appalling & not met 'speed guarantee' last 18 months. BT needs to understand that this Unbreakable ad is insulting to longstanding, let down customers

@bt_uk Early May was when I upgraded. Having to go fibre direct as bt cannot fix a fault in my area. Can even get new line installed. Becoming a joke now

@bt_uk why on earth am I paying £45 a month for broadband when I’ve had to have an engineer out twice in the past couple of days? 4 months I’ve been with BT and it’s failed several times. Absolute garbage, never experienced such poor service

@bt_uk Promise?! Broadband not working on move in due to an exchange fault, not 'entitled' to dongle on £40pm contract, BT unable to confirm when fix. No phone/mobile reception so have to stay at work/hotel as clinical on-call. Come on BT, you can do better than this?
