    @bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.

    @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

    @bt_uk TF3 area no internet once again! @WeAreOpenreach say to speak to you! Non stop for 3 weeks Telford town centre internet line is down once again! Please someone sort it out.. stop blaming each other

    @bt_uk I still need my mobile to be able to do this! The system won’t let me in on our login: saying incorrect when we know it isn’t. An update would be nice

    @bt_uk The person on 0330 1234 150 wouldn’t resolve the problem, cut me off while I was still speaking and rerouted me to a long queue for reporting issues.

    @bt_uk Hi ... I have a fault ref. no. from 12 July but when I login to track it, it says not found or "access denied". I have no phone service at all and have heard nothing from BT by email. Please advise. Thanks AH

    @bt_uk Incorrect. Tried but the same useless system. Finally successful by using option to leave BT. Straight through to a human being, strange how loss of customers is more important than giving good service.

    @bt_uk Hi. Is the offer to upgrade my broadband for £1 a scam? The “checkout broadband “ only button doesn’t work unless I alter my tv package which then starts a new 24 month contract. Seems everyone has the same issue. Seems a con to me then.
