@bt_uk My 93 year old Mum’s phone line was broken, the lady who took my call late on Saturday and the engineer who fixed it Sunday morning were amazing and both super helpful

@bt_uk Nope. An email at 00.42 ‘sorry… we’re not sure… we’re checking some things… hear from us in three days’. We’re now on three and a half weeks since an unnecessary disconnection (and still no interim 4G box). This is customer care in the WFH era?

@bt_uk hi BT our internet and our neighbours is down - started around 75 minute of Liverpool game. Before you ask, no we don’t have a landline to text you from, only Broadband.

@bt_uk Our weekend was relaxing until we had yet another letter from BT chasing money, threatening us with a debt collection agency, when we are NOT a customer of yours. We have tried countless times to get you to stop billing us for two years. What a horrendous standard!!!!
