I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk additionally this is causing issues every 30-60minutes causing the whole internet to shut off (not the wifi, that stays connected) for around 2 minutes

@bt_uk phoned to cancel a service from you this morning. The guy does this but then renews my contract for 24 months without my say so! What is going on? Is this your strategy now?

@bt_uk Wrong again. They told me many times I could book when I can't. The order should be closed off by now. This is literally the worst service I've ever had. Did I mention it took 15 phone calls for you to restore the broadband you turned off in error. Just totally rubbish.
