I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk getting a rather scary message when I try to get into my emails. Tried a laptop and computer and tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome & still getting the same message. Looking at social media, seems I'm not alone, what's the issue ?

@bt_uk I'm trying to connect to BT Mail. I'm getting 'Your connection is not private'. I've tried different broswers (Chrome and Edge) and different laptops. Downdetector shows there is a spike in problems from 4pm.

@bt_uk That's fine, but this is a no cold calling area and there's been no complaints. If they are representing "money expert" it was never said, and would only say they were from BT.

So the @OpenreachHelp fibre modem in a newbuild retirement cottage has a fault light showing, meaning the smart hub won’t connect and the SMS help from BT says “go online” for help. Not impressed with that @bt_uk

ARGH!!!!! Landline issues but cannot call @bt_uk because the mobile is not 'matched' to my BT account and the really really really stupid bot is testing my fading patience.
