I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

Trying to report broadband fault to @btbusinesscare @openreach but won't let us as their systems are down Fair dis but not heard of pen and paper and well call you back. No apparently down to us to keep trying. Doh

@bt_uk Apparently we don’t need an engineer, as it’s a software fault your end, all the line etc is good but not the software that voice digital uses. And yes fault raised because we had no active service after the switch over.

@bt_uk Tried that and just says 'we ran into trouble with your search, please try again'. Unable to stream anything e g. YouTube video, took 2 hours to download a basic PPT. Never normally have an issue
