I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk I'm now in a two step authentication loop. I've got mobile access so that's better than nothing but PC access and the Web link you sent are looping. I've tried turning 2step on and off but no joy. DM me for details to help.

@bt_uk just had fttp fitted today. Was working fine all evening and is now showing a red light. Have reset the ONT but nothing. Any problems known in the cm13 area please.
