I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

.@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently upgraded to Fibre 300 at a discounted price of £39.99. Service went live, now been downgraded as “it was a mistake” and there is no way of honouring the price, despite having it all in writing. Seems poor from a massive company, no?

@bt_uk Yes - it’s been going on since the 17th March. The masts in Twickenham have been down so there has been no signal.

@bt_uk You say We Connect for Good. We’re here to help. Both untrue. Inside/outside engineer promised two weeks ago, never arrived. Neither WiFi nor minihub working. In the best traditions of a monopoly, you don't seem to care.

Hi @bt_uk three times today I was endangered by a driver of one of your vans. Does this come free with my Broadband deal or am I paying extra for that? Being attacked by a member of your staff must be a breach of contract on your part, right? So I can terminate early?

@bt_uk Our @virginmedia broadband goes down about once a fortnight and the whole street could be interested in switching to BT. Is there a way we can petition for you to bring fibre to us? It's on other nearby streets but not ours.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks for the reply. It’s a change from ADSL over copper with another provider to new FTTP service with @bt_uk. Just been told by BT that your engineer “didn’t bring enough cable” 🙈. Would be great if ‘Michael’ could have just answered the phone no. you gave us & explained!
