I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@EvLenz @bt_uk Where are you in the UK? I'm trying to convince @bt_uk this is a NATIONAL issue. Not one turning my router off and on again will fix. Do a little research, seems half the UK is off.

@HolmesyA19 @bt_uk It's worse than just our area by the amount of posts on twitter from ALL AROUND THE UK saying BT is down..... wish they'd just stop keeping customers in the dark. I'm praying for the day FTTP is rolled out here do we can stop using BT's archaic network. #btdown

@bt_uk Possibly refund me the £700 that was taken that would be a start! Due to the lack of customer service I will be cancelling all my contracts with @bt_uk and using a different supplier which are there to help the customer not just see them as a cash flow.

@bt_uk seriously getting annoyed now. What should’ve been a pretty simple upgrade for my parents broadband has led to me having to contact you multiple times and we’re getting nowhere. Customer service is shocking and communication is very poor. Really unimpressed
