Karla (@SaffyBun) reported@bt_uk Thank you. I'd done this, but everything says to call. I am not deaf, so cannot use that facility. Why can't we cancel things from our app? Shouldn't need to ring anyone, it should all be manageable from the app. Please give me an email to help with this matter.

It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre

Joey (@laggyteabag) reported@bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?
