@defiaye @bt_uk When I lived in England we had BT because they were the only ones available. I have never dealt with a worse company in terms of customer support and getting the job done. We had so many problems and could do nothing. Our MP was no help. I’m with vodofone and had good service

@bt_uk I am thinking of changing my telephone/broadband to you but I see that on connection day someone has to be at home according to the website. We work all week and only home at weekends but no Saturday appointments available. Please help

@defiaye @bt_uk BT service is a nightmare and they are more expensive as well. Oh and the say I switched to EE and plugged the EE router in, my speed doubled, because BT had slowed it down on purpose. I hope your fault gets fixed soon xx

@bt_uk CAN SOMEONE FROM BT SHOW A DECENT LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE. IT IS A SHAMBLES TO BE WITHOUT BROADBAND FOR 3 WEEKS WITH NO EXPLANATION WHY

@defiaye @bt_uk Me too! I was surprised when it changed just by switching. My speeds are still low but that made a difference! And EE are so good with giving free data to use on your phone while they fix faults.

@bt_uk Unfortunately I have resorted to this as even your serious complaints team have breached there 5 days to get back to me after admitting you were at fault via the poor call handler who I spoke to !
