I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk The entire experience has been ruined. It was impossible to avoid seeing the result of the fight. Absolutely useless. I will be taking this complaint further and will seek a full refund.

Got through to @bt_uk via online chat. Been told I need to set up a new account for new address which none of the previous customer advisors told me to do. Apparently my correctly spelt forename, with an ë, is invalid. #MyNameIsValid #MyNameIsNotInvalid

@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thanks James and Steph. Transferring v fiddly; I want to select "single call", not multi call for our line - but the phones are old BT phones I've connected with adapters - I don't have a special "digital" phone with all the settings options that the instructions assume. Help!

@bt_uk I finally managed to get through to one of your people, having to report a non-existant fault to your automated service. I'm old enough to remember the BT tag line, "it's good to talk," it is indeed when you finally get through to a BT operative.

hey @bt_uk You close my complaint case with the answer "We've explained our policy" when I haven't spoken to anyone nor have I received and email explaining your policy? You rip me off and then discard my complaint as if it was nothing. How can your customer service be so bad?
