    @AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

    @bt_uk and the farce continues. I have never been lied too and fed so much rubbish in my entire life. 1. Damaged Cable, 2. Open reach are not very good (words from BT), 3. Dig permit expired & now no engineers available. You cannot make it up. No phone or internet since 28th Jul.

    @bt_uk please help….my Isle of Man based mobile provider @SureIOM claim Bt has a transmission fault in the UK severely impacting capacity between Sure’s network and BT’s. Can you confirm this is correct and when will this be fixed?

    @bt_uk now been a week without the new fibre broadband that was installed. The hub has never worked and after 2 openreach visits in 2 days they cannot get BT(the provider) to sort out the PPP part to connect. Absolute shambles from BT tech support

    @bt_uk When are you going to fix my 90 year old Dad’s broadband? It’s coming up to 3 months since he reported a fault and numerous calls and complaints later and it’s still not working. #notgoodenough

    @bt_uk the most disgraceful customer service. Was guaranteed a phone call at 2pm today after being over charge on my account. I am told something different each time I call. Being refused a refund- so much for “excellent customer service”.

    Definition of rip off: same broadband package, same speeds, same fibre infrastructure, same level of support, very similar equipment. Price difference? @VodafoneUK is £19 cheaper than @BT_uk. Not £9, NINETEEN! Absolutely disgraceful of BT.

    The incompetence of your teams have led to my details being referred on incorrectly to a debt collector. 4 failed calls to customer service with lies, hours wasted and promises made that have not been met, we are still waiting for a call from your "Values" team @btsport

    @bt_uk What an absolute debacle @bt_uk overcsn hour on the phone setting up contracts an banking and services ....ONLY TO GET A TEXT the very next day to cancel the contract. REALLY ???? Wholly inept and ill informed ..chat line contradicts call centre snd vice versa ABSOKUTR SHAMBOLIC
