@bt_uk please can you advise why I can no longer receive sms activation codes from my Spanish Bank? I have been in touch with the bank, who assure me the problem lies with my phone provider. Looking on the net reveals that Bt/EE class these as spam, so block them. Is this true?

@bt_uk The most horrible uncaring company- I am a single mum to an 8 year old who both have been left without Internet or phone line since 21st December, completely isolated, unable to work from home and my daughter unable to home school now.

Does anyone else have problems with Apple devices connecting to BT Broadband? My speed test tells me the data is fine. However social media, apps and browsers struggle to stay connected and often show "no internet connection." Not a problem on Android devices. @bt_uk @Apple

@bt_uk when I signed up a few months ago for TV I was told I'd get Britbox and never did. NowTV worked perfectly for my SkySports but never heard anything about BritBox. Amy idea why this was and if I can correct it? As I've now given enough time due to the present world.
