@bt_uk your service is a complete joke. Arrange an installation for 2 weeks time then 3days after this didnt happen notify me i would have to wait another 25days to be connected. No explanation for this or resolution is being provided. Should take my custom to another provider

@bt_uk My BT broadband went down this evening just after 9pm. I can't believe your tech helplines are only open from 8am to 9pm. I need assistance now as I work from home so an Internet connection is essential. Seems like your "we're to help" promise doesn't always apply.

@Closey69 @bt_uk Sorry, I meant their fibre lines, not just like a normal phone line. Vodafone did an extension with BT sometime last year. Its essentially the same service but with a different end device.

@Closey69 @bt_uk In some cases the cabling from the local exchange to your house is Vodafone. That might be the case with you and why its improved the service. But essentially Vodafone use BT Openreach as their internet delivery service.

@btsport Its a disgrace that I pay a monthly subscription to listen to Steve Mcmanaman RUIN the greatest European competition. Season after season same ****. Sort it out or handover the ucl rights to Itv or another channel that actually deserves it had it up to here. Utter Clown.
