@bt_uk nt sure BT. I visited ur collaborated Store and i was branded as a potential fraud and after 1 hour i left. I said i got bad back, no phone no fix address yet. i told the truth 100%. ur managers passed me back and forth. Only i endured the pain.

@bt_uk I’ve now cancelled my contract as @bt_uk cannot connect me. No one even looked at my case for a week. Terrible service. Would never recommend @bt_uk to anyone.
