My bin gets emptied on Monday btw. I will cancel my direct debit also. Not paying for non existent internet.

Ben Edwards (@BenEdwa17958801) reported@bt_uk 2 hours and counting on the phone to your helpline after no one called me back at 1600hrs today as agreed. Call taker answered 1 hour in and I was “put on hold” while she tried to sort the problem with my broadband home move. That was an hour ago now.
