    @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .

    @bt_uk Hi, thanks for the quick reply. That's what I did but they were significantly higher than what a new customer is offered. Is my only option to get the best deal is to switch provider? If so, then unfortunately I will have to do that.

    @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
