Ed Walsh (@Farmerwalsh) reportedWell done @bt_uk came to replace our aging pole but forgot to reconnect the internet again. Booked engineer but he can only sort internal issue not pole. Now have to wait up to 3 days for fix. If I break something I would ensure it is a quick fix

Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

Broden 🇬🇧♿✝️ (@Gavtaraysin) reported@bt_uk I can't get in my account because of your pass code system is sending out multiple pass codes which neither work, and now it says to wait or cancel. Cancelling does nothing to fix the problem. How long do I have to wait until the pass code system resets?
