@bt_uk Yes in November 2022 😡, until then you will take money monthly from me for a service I do not want and do not use = theft. But of course, no problem at all changing the contract if I want to upgrade and give you even more money 😡

@bt_uk my internet isn’t working. The hub is blue indicating it is working I was promised this wouldn’t happened and obviously have been lied to. I only had this WiFi for 3 weeks and already running into problems

@bt_uk my partner @AneeshBhatt has spent nearly 15 hours on the phone to you this past month to get our internet sorted. 1 survey and 2 engineer visits later we’re still without internet and our order has apparently has been cancelled? Disappointing customer service 😔

@bt_uk engineer showed up and is actually accepting to do the job 🎉🎉🎉🎉 manager still hasn’t called to manage my issues since Saturday. It took a year and a half for an engineer to do the job, how long will I wait for a manager to call!!!!
