@StephenToner88 @bt_uk Having exactly the same problem and got the same message this morning! It shocks me that internet is so important in this day in age but engineers don't work weekends! My teens are doing GCSEs and can't do there work.

@bt_uk WOEFUL service from #BT as usual. Leaving them today because of their dire WIFI service, rang them to say I am not paying cancellation charge and all I get is belligerence from their #customerservice team. Have been a customer for years, not anymore.

@BTCare thank you BT for the engineer that was booked to fix our Broadband fault but you failed to turn up because BT Open Reach is not fit for purpose and your lines are old and need replacing but won’t do it because that will cost you money. You are just a shambles

@bt_uk extremely frustrated to be advised that although you can add additional cameras to baby monitor 6000 - you can actually purchase a stand alone camera to add? What is that all about? Would never have bought originally if this was known!!! Very sneaky/underhand marketing!
