@bt_uk OK,thank you for the info, i have never had much luck getting a router from BT, the only one i ever got free was a Home Hub 3 & i have had to buy them myself ever since as the technology has evolved.

@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

@bt_uk been having problems with the internet since Friday! Kept dropping off and on on Friday and now have had no signal since Friday evening. I don't know what my landline number is so can't check it on there!! Please fix it!

@bt_uk I renewed my BT TV contract after being told by customer services man that I would get a new BT TV box. It never came and I have since been told that I shouldn't get a new box. My subsequent complaint seems to have disappeared. Misleading selling!
