    @bt_uk Why is your broadband upload and download speeds in my area so terrible? It's no better than tethering. I've been a customer for years, and the service has worsened as the years tick by. It's been almost a week, and we have an upload speed of less than 4 mb.

    Hi @bt_uk I bought a 5 day WiFi pass to cover me while I move house, it worked perfectly yesterday (if a little slow) but today will only work on my phone. I don’t need it on my phone, I need it on my laptop - can someone contact me to help?

    @bt_uk @HMD_UK You need to fix the website so that offers show to those on the low income tariffs please as currently there is no reductions for those wanting to buy the 900mb full fibre even above 150mb not available and the site blocks prices showing for upgrades the cheapest is £75???

    @bt_uk And your week may have flown by but without broadband, phone or TV my week has felt like a marathon completed by a tortoise - slow! And your Consumer Resolution Team don’t respond to emails either. For a communications company BT is an epic fail.

    A few months back a very pushy 'customer services' operative persuaded me 2 move my @bt_uk mobile account early to a 'near identincal' but sim only package with @EE. He failed 2 mention the £2 a day roaming charge I'm now incurring while in France. I'll be leaving EE on my return

    @bt_uk Rang up to reduce my package to lowest possible, instead of doing that got signed up to new a two year contract. Then called back to cancel and got told this has been happening a lot. Always a worry when a company openly admits their employees have been deliberately scamming
