@bt_uk Yeah that’s great done that you tested the line said all is fine I’m back down to 4mbs then still dropping out, 10 years this has been going on, numerous eng. visits who report 10 till 5 min after they leave!!! Legally under UBO we should be getting 10mbs

@bt_uk can I speak to a human about a new line install? I need it to go back where the old one was, cable attached to brick wall, not fascia board. It's to go to a bracket, drop straight down and go through a wall. Don't want to order and find there is a problem...!

@bt_uk BT you are the single worst provider of anything I have ever known. Engineer came to fix friday Sun night lose Internet again. Still paying for a service I'm not receiving.

@bt_uk why have I been charged £9.99 on my bill this month for installation etc of new broadband when I was advised this would be free due to internet service being so bad really should be getting the £100 you advertise on tv back not charged extra

@bt_uk it's every night as soon as midnight hits i get constant disconnects till i eventually give up and sleep. why should i send my details over, i pay for a service thats supposed to work think you'll find tomorrow you have one less paying person

@bt_uk hi there. Why has our broadband been absolutely rubbish for about a week now. Kids start back home learning tomorrow and will need a reliable service. At present we can barely get through half an hour of a film and it cuts out.
