  @bt_uk Thanks, James re prompt reply! My account number is MY52837710, and then it also says GB12593068. I think one of the numbers is a previous account which is now closed but the number still remains on my system. I wonder if it’s a transmitter problem but no report of issues.

  Anyone else had a despairing experience with @btbusinesscare ? Just cancelled my installation for tomorrow without any communication nor explanation after I spent 40 minutes trying to get through. No one there seems to really give a **** that we’re trying to run a business.

  @bt_uk why are you holding customers hostage? I tried to cancel my 900mb FTTP broadband package within the cooling off period, to be told I can't unless I pay £335 for early termination of the Sports package (even if I wanted to keep it). Shocking behaviour. Ref Matthew Innes
