Tried phoning @bt_uk to see how to cancel or at least reduce our services. Was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. Unsurprisingly their website only has options to add to the services they provide you.

PART 1 @EE everyone avoid this scam company. @bt_uk are moving their mobile network to EE so I moved over. Less than hours later I wake to a text from a bank and someone else's daughter, sent to her number which wasn't on my sim.

@bt_uk 6 months after leaving bt and you still can’t sort out refunding some after you messed up closing my account - will never use bt again, so incompetent
