@Ofcom @VictoriaTimper2 @bt_uk I raised two welfare cases on the first matter but neither was dealt with any faster. The latest error happened the day after we settled the first complaint. They cut off the land line - it came back on after a week but no guarantee of the number they've had since 1974

@bt_uk They are who I've been dealing with. The day after the complaint was resolved the landline was cut off again amd I am being told that there's no guarantee they can keep the number they've had since 1974! After a week it was reconnected with a different number - it is beyond bad

@bt_uk so after agreeing to join you in January, your engineers were booked 1st March, fitting my phone line and broadband finally took place Wednesday, you tell me TODAY you do not have the port space for me to be a customer and your advice is to find another provider.

It really should be more public how bad @bt_uk are treating their employees (the company not the media team). It literally seems like this company is out to cause as much pain as possible for us. @CWUnews best of luck with your strike. @ProspectUnion get off your ******* arses.
