@bt_uk so internet has been off since about 4pm, told it will be up and running by 11pm latest yet still no internet or tv beside aerial great day this has been, "bad weather" funny it happened wednesday last week aswell. coinkidink? **** day? give everyone the **** day - bt 2022

@bt_uk it’s blinking orange. we called before they said they’re gonna send alternative 4g, never came. engineer was gonna come to, never came as well.

Hi @bt_uk Connecting your BT YouView box via Ethernet throughout did help prevent some of the freezes we experienced, it has not sorted out all of them. The boxes still freezes sometimes once a day.

@bt_uk hi BT, I recently discovered that BT continued to charge me for months after I moved to Sky. I called to complain and was waiting for bt to phone me back. No one ever did and they closed the complaint. I was charged 600 pounds over 9 months despite returning the BT box

@bt_uk 7th March will be exactly one month since you turned off my service. Please just turn it on and cancel the FTTP. I only ordered it in November. So will be 5 months since ordering to installation. Give me what I pay for
