    @bt_uk Students beware. BT try to sell students a very convenient 9 month contract for Broadband to fix into term time. Except you know what, when it comes to the end of term time the contract rolls on and then you don't get money back. Beware #btbroadband #students

    @bt_uk @Plusnet @DrRosena I have rung Plusnet to complain but was not told the truth by the complaints department so I have written to the CEO Philip Jansen. Will he do anything? I have copied my complaint to my M.P.

    @bt_uk Hi, issue is still continuing even after new router installation. No surprises, as I’ve said before, the work that was done on our line a few weeks ago that completely cut out our service for 4 days hasn’t been fixed correctly, it’s just a botched job to say ‘it’s on now’.
