    @mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

    @bt_uk And to add insult to injury, the last 2 times the number they've given me is "not in service". Must be the worst telecoms company in the uk. Prove me wrong.

    @bt_uk I just feel paying £50 a month more than a new customer, shows a serious lack of customer service, loyalty goes both ways.

    @bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum

    @bt_uk Good Morning Had a fibre installation in June Unit fell off the wall .a bad install ,have had hours of phone calls ,engineers were promised but never came ,what do I do now
