@bt_uk I’m residential & yes constant spam, I’ve tried blocking them & still coming through, it seems that it’s an overall issue with BT as lots of complaints about it.

@bt_uk Can you hear the screams of frustration🤬 ?How did a simple request to update our broadband and landline package end in NO internet, NO landline and our number of 25 years standing being cancelled???? Utterly awful service, hours being passed from pillar to post..

@bt_uk my elderly neighbour is having issues with her broadband today in St Merryn cornwall, I have said it may be an outage somewhere but there is no outages reported on your site. Is there one but not updated yet?
