@AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

@bt_uk It’s only “unbreakable” if you can get a good 4G signal indoors. My broadband was down for ages until Openreach could be bothered to mend the line and they gave me a mini hub that they told me to put “near a window”. Even then it was extremely slow and kept cutting out.

@bt_uk With working from this is a big problem. I already had disurption for 2 weeks in June resulting in a new box and wall socket. This feels like really poor service and it is costing us money

@bt_uk No a domestic account. I have spoken to someone but promised updates never happened. Looks like another day down. Let's hope it is sorted tomorrow but nobody let's you know. Got dold I would be text with update twice

@MagicByCarl @bt_uk Carl - BT is just a billing company not a communications company. They provide billing process for Openreach and Openreach are another level of terrible because they have no competition.

@bt_uk Also no one picks up the phone if there is a fault with the broadband discs. People still work from home yet I have to sort out a broadband problem via text. Not great

Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

@bt_uk We have an issue and I hope you can help. Internet has been down since about 6:30pm, and hub is stuck on flashing pink. Have tried everything we can think of with no change. Need it back up asap.
