    I think @BTCare should win an award for taking over 2 years to issue me a refund on my bill 😂 stop sending me bills with refunds on if you will never issue the cheque. 🙄

    @bt_uk still no internet, 3 weeks now. Worst service I’ve ever received for anything! Haven’t been able to work for over 2 weeks! Tragic.

    @bt_uk really disappointed by the way my 86 year old vulnerable parents have been treated. They phoned up to cancel and it was not made clear to them about the huge cancellation fee. They have been hit with £250 and it’s come as a big shock.

    @bt_uk Thanks for your reply. The thing is, I spoke to one of your customer services on this number regarding a billing issue which has now been dealt with. If it wasn’t yourselves I don’t understand how they rectified my issue unless they were BT.

    @bt_uk Seeing serious increases in pings to sites like google in the Wakefield area currently, multiple issues reported online. We're talking 250+ms ping when the norm is about 19ms. Any updates on what the issue is and when it may be fixed?
