    @AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

    @bt_uk @DMk03s This all very useful information @bt_uk but spread over so many pages & with 'drop down menus' does for some, with age related problems have problems navigating around the using BT Mobile abroad. Can it all be consolidated to a PDF to download & read at leisure?

    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Fair bit of damage there Jim to soffits and fascia boards also looks like a scaffold job as well. Don't know why you have to chase up estimates?

    @bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?

    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me

    @bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
