Morning @bt_uk I switched to digital voice for my landline today and caller ID is not working. Rang BT customer service to be told they have discovered that the caller ID function is not compatible with the new system. I need this function. Why was this not sorted before launch?

Can @bt_uk by any chance fix the internet access at the Regus centre in Doxford Park? It's been off since YESTERDAY MORNING and you haven't as much as sent an engineer. All businesses offline and my mobile data is just about spent, lab incapable of functioning

@bt_uk are the worst Internet provider in the world. Past few days our speeds have been going mega slow, but today they are at the all time low. Barely above 1Mbps and upload is below 1Mbps. Its almost impossible to do anything. If Virgin would actually turn up we'd have (1/2)
