2 months and still no broadband, or communication from @bt_uk. On calling you I find out it will be another two weeks, really poor service I wasn’t expecting!

So this happened today. Broadband went down and we contacted BT. We were told there was a problem and they are going to fix it... BY THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER!!! Contacted them to ask if they could provide a dongle till the problem is fixed via twitter, phone and... 1/2 @bt_uk

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!
