    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though

    @bt_uk you made my 84yr old parents wait 2wks for an engineer to install WiFi & when he came he told them he couldn’t help & they needed super fast broadband & left. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @DeborahBlythe @bt_uk BT are useless!! Had an engineer booked in today to sort out our tv and WiFi , he turned up at the front door said I haven’t got a tool for that as mines broken and walked off .. 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk why am I still waiting for an adviser to help me via your chat option on website. It's been an hour and 10 minutes so far. A bit ridiculous don't you think?

    @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service at your hands. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.

    @bt_uk Please can you supply an email address to document my experience with BT & Openreach that has to date: Cost me 8 hours of my time on the phone every day since June 3rd. I’ve had to take 2 days off work. I want to raise a data subject access & a complaint before I go OFCOM
