    @bt_uk Absolute joke. Purchase broadband and phone for my business and using your own speed test I've got 0 mbps upload and you tell me I have to pay a termination fee. Appalling customer service

    @btbusinesscare 900mbps over Wi-Fi. So when is your next gen router and discs out. I was told last year these were being tested in the wild but when are they being sent out. Firmware will never make the discs perform faster. Maybe firmware will sort the SH2 but again…..

    Tired of the service from @bt_uk - I can't remember the last time BT TV - on laptop or TV - worked for a whole day without problems. Oh for the days of aerials and four channels - at least they all worked, and for a lot less than a grand a year.

    @btbusinesscare I have just discovered the whole home Wi-Fi 6 discs. Why has no one reached out to me to advise me if these knowing how high up my complaint went after being mis-sold the ones I have now!!!!
