@AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

@bt_uk I am paying a lot for it already but it says the mirroring is ending on the 17th April because of security issues or something

@bt_uk That’s a bit bizarre as it comes from the same pole. I will convey the bad news. We get 160 Mbps they get 2Mbps!

@bt_uk Don't worry I will be letting everyone know how it goes. I'm sick of paying for a substandard service. I paid for halo because it's suppose to be the best but I have had more trouble with BT than I have with any other telecoms provider....

@Omodon @bt_uk @WhichUK We use EE but at first it was slow. Turned out we had an incorrect (old style) junction box. Now get 36/40 mbps.

@bt_uk your service is shocking, my connection is dropping every night and today it hasn’t even come back... what exactly do we pay for?!!!

@bt_uk Reasons to go elsewhere:1. Static IPv4 address. 2. Static Ipv6 prefix. 3. Ipv6 reverse DNS delegation. 4. Tech support who actually have a clue.

@Omodon @bt_uk @WhichUK Do you know how close the fibre cable is to your property? Also, if you still have crackle on your ‘phone it suggests a cable issue. Did the engineer check you phone line for crackle? We had the same issue [crackle] and it was external to the house.
