@AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

@gooner1947 @albsar1970 All this crap "we missed the fans so much" or "how important the fans are to the game" is crap lip service and BS! They're only interested in the product that makes them money. #bbcfootball #SkySports #btsport

@bt_uk He wasn’t telling me to factory reset. He says after every 7 days I need to shut the hub down for 5 minutes, which I find absurd (along with the analogy he gave). I’ve only been with BT about a month, it can’t be that the hub is overworked already!

@bt_uk Hi @BT_UK just had another call from OneCall saying that they are BT. How do they know what tariff I'm on with you? I've never consented to you sharing my personal data with them as far as I'm aware.

@SkyHelpTeam That's great to hear and if I was charged I would be contesting it. However, the poor communication from @bt_uk to yourselves and no indication of when this will be resolved isn't acceptable. I've been told to call tomorrow night if it still hasn't been resolved.

@bt_uk Different hardware adds confusion to the user (VMX instead of Ans Machine) The list goes on migration is not the answer for this customer. You are letting her down

@bt_uk I don’t want the equipment removed, I want your customers service removed from it so I can have my service installed rather than having to have hardware pointlessly replaced. Your customer has emigrated, the service is no longer used.
