@bt_uk To help, BT can provide a good, reliable service without me having to call every week to fix it. It's exhausting. The service is simply not good enough and, to make matters worse, BT underpays its workers.

@bt_uk please, please help. My 81 year old Mum has had her telephone cut off since Saturday after problems connecting digital voice and her lifeline alarm. Openreach left voicemail today saying they would ring in a weeks time. Being quoted 30/11 for reconnection. BT Help Pls

@bt_uk You also said you would give us a call back and never did. My child is off poorly and all he wants is to watch TV but he can't. How do I explain to a 1 year old that BT WiFi is awful so you can't. 🥺

Anyone else having problems with wired internet with @bt_uk recently? 5/6 times it’s stopped my download today, loss connection twice on Monday, it’s never been this bad?

@bt_uk never in my life have I experienced such a diabolical service. Don't ask me to DM with my details, you have pages worth of notes regarding my account. False promises, lies & time scales not met!! Emails are now being ignored?! Never will I recommend your company again!

@bt_uk is rubbish. Would never recommend to anyone. Won't let us move from them even tho our contract is over and cancelled the direct debit so no WiFi got payed and now I've payed it, it still hasn't turned on. They are useless over the phone also.
