I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.

Shelley Squire (@badshelley) reported@bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .

Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎
