    @bt_uk Hi BT, how is it that my prices are increasing, but you are offering the same if not slightly better deal to new customers? Surely if the price of my service is going up due to inflation, then any new deals should match?

    This month @bt_uk are increasing what I actually pay by 32.3% (because their CPI increase is being based on the so-called full price - before their "special offer" - which I never ever actually pay). This is called having your cake and eating it @MoneySavingExp

    @bt_uk Terrible service, we have had no service since the 3rd of March. Excuse after Excuse. Keep being told different times and dates as to when we will have connection. Apparently we don’t qualify for a dongle as temporary measure as we don’t pay enough.

    @bt_uk I apparently need a new router, why couldn't an engineer do this in 1 job why does it have to be a post it job he's literally come to fix and issue its either the line or the router why is this stuff not on their vans 🤔 p*ss poor that's what this is #openreach #bt

    @bt_uk hi I’ve signed up for wifi with you and you said you’d automatically cancel my sky wifi and phone line but I’ve not heard anything from sky at all and it’s due to change over 3/4/23. Will you defo cancel for me?

    @bt_uk 6 days without any broadband . Promised a hub that hasn’t arrived no support when ringing bt. No halo even though it’s in the new contract . I need the Internet to work!

    @bt_uk How is it possible for your team to make so many errors that I am on my 8th round of attempts to secure a broadband package! I was promised a call back from a senior manager and nothing! Over a month and no internet!
