    @bt_uk So I have to pay to call you on a premium number from a non bt mobile (I donโ€™t use the landline with you) for an issue your end as never had a problem logging in before.

    @bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? Iโ€™ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldnโ€™t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that canโ€™t organise itself?

    @bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?

    @robincornelius @bt_uk @ThreeUKSupport Hi Robin, is that affecting EE customers do you know as mines been down all morning and when ive phoned up they are saying thereโ€™s nothing wrong and Iโ€™m saying well there definitely is as nothing it work?.

    @bt_uk Hi, thanks for the quick reply. That's what I did but they were significantly higher than what a new customer is offered. Is my only option to get the best deal is to switch provider? If so, then unfortunately I will have to do that.

    @bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Hey, I tell a lie. She received a cable by post that arrived the day before people came to wreck one of her utilities. Where is the recompense? Where? Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.

    @bt_uk unbelievable service, booked an engineer two weeks in advance only to be told now that ive been missed and the next time slot is in another two weeks! Can i get someone out quicker, atrocious

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.
