@bt_uk With working from home this is a big problem. We already had disurption for 2 weeks in June resulting in a new box and wall socket. This feels like really poor service and it is costing us money

@bt_uk Can you please speak with Lisa at Horizon Management. I can DM you the direct contact details. She will share details of the issues with the lift. Disabled people are not able to access the ground floor as a result which BT does not seem to be concerned about!

@bt_uk We have an issue and I hope you can help. Internet has been down since about 6:30pm, and hub is stuck on flashing pink. Have tried everything we can think of with no change. Need it back up asap.
