@bt_uk ur internet services stink. took 4 days for a engineer to come out and fix it for not even up 3 days and it’s gone again

@bt_uk 2/2 but not to worry I have a sky engineer coming this week so we shall see what he says just find it funny that my signal has been awful on ALL devices and your best suggestion when I ring is to upgrade my package

@dexter1dog @bt_uk warning if you are going to sign up to btbroadband and tv - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!

@bt_uk My first tweet shows the Google DNS servers resolving it and the two BT DNS servers I'm presented with not resolving it, it's been like this for at least two weeks. So it's a problem with BT's DNS Servers. I don't mind if you fix it, but it is a problem at your end.

@bt_uk been waiting since 3rd september for line install, now you've cancelled our order for no reason and without telling us.Half a job and no shows. Shocking service for a new customer. Sort it out.
