    Dear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.

    @bt_uk @M300bt3 iโ€™ve had multiple calls and they just say we are trying to fix it - they donโ€™t care - itโ€™s breach of contract surely and they need to compensate us
