    @bt_uk The website just comes up with an error and I’ve been trying to call constantly but can’t hang around for that long. I feel for whoever it is, but if anybody from BT asks us about renewing our contract they will probably not enjoy our response

    @bt_uk Hi, once again I'm having issues with BTs customer service. On August 25th I called and they confirmed you had received back my Smart Hub 2 but someone hadn't marked it received. It was marked and he sent me a confirmation email saying its returned. I just got an email and

    @bt_uk trying to cancel an engineer visit today as my issue has been resolved, I was told by customer service that they can't cancel and just turn the engineer away 😐

    @BTCare due to a mains water leak, United utilities damaged the BT cables. The water leak was repaired quickly but the phone lines haven’t. Why haven’t the engineers fixed the problem and reinstated after 10 days on BL3 4QG? #btslowtofix

    @bt_uk I am a new customer, I raised that my voicemail was not working 6 weeks ago. I have requested escalation but no contact in 10 days despite several emails. I have trying to get through for 40 mins on the phone. Is this acceptable service?
