@AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

I think @BTCare should win an award for taking over 2 years to issue me a refund on my bill 😂 stop sending me bills with refunds on if you will never issue the cheque. 🙄

@bt_uk Can we cancel our landline with you? Was told back in 2018 we had to have a landline to have broadband etc but I do not believe this to be true. We are paying for landline calls etc but we don’t have one.

  • Celia8Falconer Celia Falconer (@Celia8Falconer) reported

@btsport coverage of ManCity game is shocking - sound intermittent, pixelated picture - is this what we pay for? 41 mins in and still no resolution

  • ceejay_epping Colin (@ceejay_epping) reported

@bt_uk ISPs are supposed to be the face to the customer, but that isn’t much good if they don’t have any information to supply (even though Openreach does have that info).

  • mich_k_1989 Michelle (@mich_k_1989) reported

@bt_uk can someone help? I renewed my contract on Tuesday, got sent a extra WiFi disc, now I have an email to say my disc needs to be returned by April or a £30 charge? 😬😬

  • ange_lane Angela Lane (@ange_lane) reported

@bt_uk My contract is up in 2024, that is no help whatsoever to me at this current time. The increase this year is so high it’s ridiculous & you are just causing customers more financial difficulties. It’s appalling, and when my contract is up I’ll be looking for a new provider.

  • KyleMan13102004 Kyle Manson (@KyleMan13102004) reported

@bt_uk Can you confirm if any WiFi is down in the KW14 area

  • ickle_moo Kylo (@ickle_moo) reported

@bt_uk @thechrisish Amazing justification @bt_uk , customers are buying a product you sell, so that explains it🧐 the way this company fails at customer care never ceases to amaze me, did you even read your reply before you posted it?

  • andrewian84 Andrew (@andrewian84) reported

@bt_uk Thanks. I get that you can’t tell me the details. My problem is that I have requested written evidence that BT told me that it’s fraudulent and that hasn’t been provided. The bank is unhelpful and won’t go ahead with an indemnity claim until they see this.

  • ceejay_epping Colin (@ceejay_epping) reported

@bt_uk Just a general comment that this sort of problem shows a gap in customer comms between OR & ISPs when it comes to problems that occur with fibre rollout. People don’t like being ‘left behind’ without any comms that there is a plan in place that will ensure they are not forgotten.

  • DanielGrant92 Daniel Grant (@DanielGrant92) reported

@btsport I have to pay an extra £5 a month to watch your service on a different tv and all the channels are constantly sticking. Not good enough!! #btsport
