@bt_uk Well, surely it would have been beneficial to be told what the problem is before arriving to prepare? He had to wait a long time for another engineer to join him as clearly it’s a two man job. For a communication company it’s a bit ironic…

.@bt_uk I am a longstanding customer who has had a problem today. Not only can I not get through to speak to someone, your autoBot is broken and does not accept my phone number as I try to get something resolved. This is awful customer service. Please fix.

@bt_uk Want to set up a new broadband account with BT? Me too! It has taken them >>>22 days<<< to activate my broadband and I still don't have internet. I have spent countless hours at this point with tech support on chat and phone with no effect.
