    @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

    @btbusinesscare hi all - are there broadband outages today SO52 area? Our offices are reporting the internet down so all employees have left. I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?

    Hello @btbusinesscare I’ve wasted hours of my life, and raised my blood pressure all afternoon trying to connect new Cloud Voice kit and set up an account. You’re the worst in the world. I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank I’d be hitting the brandy.

    @bt_uk been having non stop issues with your Internet an when i do Internet tests always comes back saying no issues was fond constantly lagging everyday

    @btbusinesscare Another week and another attempt to get BT issues sorted. Just absolutely incapable. Everything has to be done Chat. I am sure I wil gte an agent within the next hour who will be absolutely useless and just fob me off again.
