    @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !

    @bt_uk you cut customer services , phones Broadband and no one can advise after 4 days what services will be reinstated. After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .

    @bt_uk I’m still blocked from my btinternet email weeks later. Your customer care person said someone would call but they didn’t. How can I resolve this? I have important information in that email account and you’ve stopped me accessing it with no warning.

    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

    @bt_uk hi my btinternet address has stopped working. I can’t get into it. It told me to call 0800800150 but I don’t have a BT number so I can’t get through the menus. How can I fix this?

    28+ days waiting for broadband from BT. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService
