Tearing my hair out at customer service from @bt_uk. I was told 3 months ago that I'd be sent a wireless network extender to help with my new wifi Fibre 1's wireless signal weakness. 3 months later, received nothing, bad wifi, so chased it up. Told I will be sent a wireless (1/4)

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp please please please can somebody tell us what's happening with our new FTTP connection? After years of putting up with a an unreliable service, constant engineer visits, sometimes multiple visits to fix a problem, we were delighted to be offered FTTP.

@bt_uk An order placed for full fibre broadband on 3rd Aug 21 yet to be delivered after four months; while it tested the unlomited height of me & my family’s patience; at the same time your customer service has almost touched the core of earth.

@Carl_M79 I quit btsport for this szn so not watching it now but I had bt sport before from when it first got champions league and sometimes I watched games on the espn channel. English team games are never on it.

@bt_uk extender. Received a WIRED network extender. It doesn't work for wireless networks. Chased it up again. 2 customer service agents adamantly claim it works for wireless network. When I read the product description to them, they say, sure, it only works for wired networks (2/4)

@bt_uk I'm apparently near loads but alas nothing appearing on my devices in range. I've been sent a minihub, but it is coping intermittently with video calls - it isn't what I'm paying for and I don't feel I'm any closer to a resolution.
