@AndyGraham59 They are worth abolition thanks to #YewTree Losing the Crown Jewels of sport to BTsport and Sky. Being outsmarted by Netflix, Prime and Sky Atlantic. Being biased. Overpaid primal Donna talentless stars. Crap programming. Annexing BBC3 to IPlayer. No 4K HDR content.

Dont ever use @bt_uk broadband for online gaming. Shocking service and slow speeds despite what was promised. Don't buy anything from BT, they haven't upgraded anything in decades.

@bt_uk My Engineer has just left & He was fantastic. Absolutely brilliant. I've spent a Wk with no real Internet. I'm Housebound due to being Disabled as a result of serious Chronic Health issues. Gaming & Chatting online is a major thing for Me...

@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@bt_uk I had an engineer out for my internet this morning - he left about 15 minutes ago. It’s already gone down again. Calling is a nightmare because the line is so bad, as is trying to work on this connection 😬 is there anything you can do?

@bt_uk we have had no internet for 7 days, it’s getting very difficult trying to work from home. The least BT could do is send an alternate to help in the meantime. I really regret switching @bt_uk

So was thinking about upgrading my internet service to full fibre. @EE can upgrade me but means I no longer have a landline. @bt_uk @BTGroup can do fullfibre and say I most definitely can have a landline still. If I swap EE want £100+ early contract expiry fee
