    @bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.

    @bt_uk your home hub for us went down at 10pm still down, down detector shows an outage yet literally no communication All the support pages are also saying down for maintenance, what is going on

    @mizmuggle @bt_uk Me too. Texting that number they mention 61998 I tried help and HELP and fault. I got a text back saying they will run some tests and it says system down in my area and they hope it will be up by 19:00 today....
