@EE my name and address has been used to open an account - do you not do ID checks? Phoned customer service yesterday who told me nothing to be done until shops reopen and I can take in ID! This is not right! This is your error for not checking ID and this needs to be sorted.

@Danny2156 @EE Really? Wow. First impressions are everything. Been with o2 for 8 years and in fairness to them, never had any issues with their customer service, only reason I was switching was for better signal at work. How hard is it to provide a working SIM card?

@botrash @EE 15 years mate, t-mobile payg all the way through to EE contracts at £50+ a month. Sent me an email 2 weeks later telling me I could upgrade!! Garbage mate. Moved to Voxi and get free social media allowance. Costs me 10 a month. As long as you have WiFi passwords you’re golden

@EE I need help as the call centre continually fob me off. New phone contract taken out, phone received Thursday, sim does not work and told it could take 7 to 10 days - even longer. How is this acceptable. Now have no way of making a phone call on UK's supposed best network!
