    Disappointed with @EE service in their Newcastle branch. Went to enquire about changing broadband and spoke to a person in store who gave me some information. Turns out she had signed me up to a new tariff without me signing anything. Thanks to @bt_uk for sorting it today.

    As I frequently use Twitter to moan, it's only fair I point out I've just had great customer service from @EE. And a reminder to always telephone a company to haggle a price increase/new contract. You often get a far better deal that what it is offering on its website.

    Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

    @EE is there a problem with EE signal in Gloucester? I'm in the highest building possible in the city centre and the signal is terrible today. Going from crap 4G to 3G and no signal at all.

    @EE signal in Hornsea has been less than 1mbs for over two weeks now. Supposed to be golden area with priority service. Really!?! When will service be resumed?

    @EE Hi I’m currently getting no signal, I’ve a 4G sim of yours which is plugged into a 4G satellite so my house can get internet. There was been very poor signal & connection cut offs the past few weeks. Now there is no signal at all. Could you please advise?

    @EE just got my latest bill with price increase. £68 per month for an iPhone 13. Can’t wait for my contract to be over so I can leave. Loyal customer for years!
