@EE what the hell is going on with your mobile data at the moment?! My 5G home router is getting hardly any 5G or 4G signal. And keeps cutting out every 10 minutes!

  • sausage_the_dog Sausage The Dog (@sausage_the_dog) reported

@EE Great, let me know when it’s fixed please!? I see somebody else ( @mickstevens ) has been tweeting you about this for 10 days & no fix yet!?

  • sg06297 sg06297 (@sg06297) reported

@EE Thanks, I saw that page and I will refer to it but I'm hoping to use the app. So my current connection won't support the new router? I thought I might be just able to swap them over? I'm only upgrading the router, it's not a new account.

  • kswindells88 Katherine Swindells (@kswindells88) reported

@EE having problems claiming my free Razer Kishi as part of my S21 Ultra bundle. Code texted to me isn't working at the checkout. Help please!

  • sg06297 sg06297 (@sg06297) reported

@EE Today but it wasn't originally due until Weds so I can just use my old one until they new one is live, it's no problem.

  • Red_Owhite RedOwhite (@Red_Owhite) reported

@EE I want unlimited calls I have been trying all day to get it please help!!!

  • StarsMum Winter (@StarsMum) reported

Dear @EE why do I have to pay more to upgrade as a loyal customer for many years than if I start a new contract? Also why are you so much more expensive than the alternative networks? Seems counterproductive at keeping custom.

  • jay_rourke Jay (@jay_rourke) reported

@EE Not too bad thanks georgia. I was given the pac code, and i have used it on a new line. Would like to pay whats owed 👍

  • catrionacousto1 Catriona Couston (@catrionacousto1) reported

Is anyone else experiencing very erratic broadband service from @EE in East Belfast? Really frustrating!

  • MartinJohnston7 Martin Johnston 💙 (@MartinJohnston7) reported

@chuckdeer1 @EE I opted to buy the iPhone 12 Max from Apple and keep my EE sim but upgraded to their 5G service which was done remotely without the need for a new sim. The real advantage of doing this is over 2 years I’m going to save £1000. Result!
