@EE absolute shambles not having 4G in belfast today - still have no internet and depending on public wifi while away from home. Also couldn’t access train tickets which resulted in buying a new one. Shocking service.

@EE Due to your incopetence i might lose my job as i was not able to use the internet and even at this poin is not working. Are you serious? Is this the way you deal with your customers, customers service is down until tommorow i can't make any calls to them

@EE so what actually happened with your entire network today? is it the cliché 'DNS issue' every major company claims when something goes wrong? What are you offering in terms of compensation for this too? lost out on a good 5 hours of work because of this...

@EE Currently using a rival network for data while you fix this EE, glad I've got a phone that's dual sim......had the rival network sim as my previous job used to take me places where the network would occasionally cut out.

@EE you can get a person shaved remotely up a mountain but you’re unable to provide a decent signal in Birmingham which is the second city in the UK !
