@EE 2 weeks now of pathetic phone reception in EC1V postcode. Finally called the customer service team with frustration and all they could offer is a lousy refund and tell me that I have agreed to their Terms and conditions, so I should shut up. #Shameless #poorservice #donotuse

@virginmedia so trash. So trash. Not a single cable was laid. @EE provides my broadband. But Virgin taking 2 months worth of payment for a service they never gave or installed. Is this not fraud @Barclays ?

@VodafoneUK why is it your agents find it acceptable to lie to customers! Why is it that when challenged on the matter all I get told Is that the information I was given is not correct and there is nothing that can be done! @EE @ThreeUK wouldn’t treat loyal customers this way!
