    O2 cust.service0/10! @O2 (loyal customer of 19 years!)now moved to EE 22nd Nov-Wish to pay final bill/discontinue a watch plan as never got working.Cut off thru 1 option then spent 45 minutes listening to a ringing phone from leaving us option. GAVE UP! Thankfully @EE are good.

    @EE by far the worst customer service I've ever received from any company! Six plus weeks without service and the past ten days I've been totally ignored. Their Executive Customer Resolution Team is a joke. Best to find a different mobile provider #EE
