I had a call from @EE tonight as they were aware that this year was the hardest since losing my Dad, spending most of the time on the phone to my doctor or through counselling service. Whoever I spoke to, showed genuine kindness and I’m still ‘done’ like a wreck. Thank you. 🌹

really nice of @EE to charge me £7.50 for 1GB of extra data and then not give me the damn data and I can’t get a refund 🙃

@EE 2 days to get a reply from your customer service, they ask a question and I reply immediately and then never hear back ! You’ve taken money out my account twice now for “ one off service and charges” with no explanation. Refund my money and cancel my account

Is @EE having issues today? I've got no 4G and very very poor intermittent mobile phone signal. Not normally like this, I've switched my phone on and off and all tbr usual things they ask you to do...

@EE I have a problem with my account - can't phone you as kept on hold for hours, cant live chat you as no one available, cant sort problem out on my app. This is rubbish customer service - will look for another provider if you cant be bothered to retain the customers you have
