Hi @EE, there seems to be a major 4G and phone signal outage in Shetland today. Nothing on your network status checker about it. Postcodes affected are ZE1 and ZE2.

@EE Hi, can I complain about a very cheeky person in Greenock I just spoke to on the phone??? Very poor attitude and patronising. Spoke to me as if I was 8 years old. How do I complain? This guy shouldn't be in a job. Disgusting customer service.

@EE really unhappy and angry with your customer service, my husband phones software has gone wrong & literally unable to use the phone at all and you won't help him, he's only had it 6 months and it's costing over £60 a month!
