@EE Hi. Severe issues with my ee county have now been resolved however I have been promised compenstation. It has been passed on the the jeopardy team to arrange this. Can u tell me what the jeopardy team are and what compensation they are capable of please?

@EE I’ve spent hours on calls with your unhelpful team…I explain to them that I have no signal in my area but because their checklist tells them that it’s “good service” they don’t do anything about it. I’m paying monthly to receive no/poor service and no support to try sort it.

@EE 18 months in and still no signal. Ombudsman found in your favour as Ts and Cs cannot guarantee signal . Paying for no service as in contract. Customer service crap. Avoid like the plague if you value your sanity. @MartinSLewis

@EE hi EE. When will you sort out the money you owe me? I’ve been paying for 2x broadband for a year, you have all the records and agreed what’s owed. It’s becoming a bit of a joke now. Please help
