@EE The worst network provider in the world which is called the biggest in the UK. If you need to move abroad or something, they ask you an early cancellation fee which costs more than £200. If you keep your plan and purchase 900MB data abroad for a week, it costs over £50. 👎

@EE Hi, is there a problem in the NN7 area? We have had very slow/intermittent or no WiFi recently. It makes working from home impossible. We are paying for a service we are not getting!

Seriously most @EE staff are USELESS. Tech guy fobbed me off to BT, didnt even tell them the problem & transferred me to the billing team who transferred me to the tech team who told me to go back to EE to sort this stupid BT Sport issue. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

@EE Hello, I topped up with £15 credit which I used to purchase a 3GB Add On Pack, however, the app reflects 1GB only and I was charged £10 for it. Appreciate your help.
