    @ee your biz customer service #shocking after swapping from Ltd to small partnership & filling out said form to find out after 8 days its still not done!!! No one is taking ownership of my problem, 10 years of being EE customer I'm disappointed and will be disconnecting soon

    @GilesPalaeoLab @EE Literally this week found out that EE’s ‘free’ tablet they gave me last year with my broadband/phone package wasn’t free and they had been charging me for it… despite the fact I never wanted it but it was ‘free’ and made my contract cheaper… until it didn’t.

    @EE I’ve ported my number to my EE SIM card, my texts are still working but the calls have stopped & the new number hasn’t come across. Can’t call 150 either. Can you help?

    @OpenreachHelp I was told by @EE and @BT to phone you direct as there is an problem with the line, I was met with "we don't deal with people direct" yet I can't get a service provider without a line. Round in circles for hours. Very rude man on the phone.

    @EE is the worst network for consumers . Over charging . And doing the most to keep people on their network. If you press 4 on 150 to say you want to leave . They purposely put you on hold. Hoping you will put the phone down @o2 is definitely the way forward .
