@EE Hi, I had 4g internet with you. I was told it would work in my area but it didn’t. I paid over £40 for 7 moths for a service I didn’t receive. Now you’re sending me threatening letters as I cancelled early.

@EE hey 👋 I’m looking at coming back to your network from O2. If I order a phone and sim online how would I go about using the pac code I’ll request to transfer my number? Also I’m looking at Galaxy S21 Ultra but says dispatched within 7 days any reason for this? Thanks

@EE I’ve filed a complaint. Your advisor offered me discounted terms on my contract but didn’t apply them, creating a £100 bill & higher monthly payments. Good job I had screenshots of the convo as you sent no transcript & it was my word against his when I raised the issue.

@TigTibbsy @EE I have a similar issue in that my phone regularly connects to the Isle of Man service but thankfully I don’t get charges for it because it’s included in roaming
