    @Beno_ldn @EE Nuts! Being on any sort of phone and service contract is a total scam. Buy a phone/watch outright and then get a cheap as chips all inclusive tariff for approx £15 a month! That’s what I did and do but not with EE.

    Getting really sick of @EE ECR team sending me abusive emails and all the while their CEO @MarcAllera completely ignores my letters reporting these matters to him. I've never known the UK to be so bad. Almost impossible to get any decency or respect from anyone.

    @EE Customer for 15 years-closing my business due to the economic climate. Livid! my broadband contract ends Sept 23-EE want to charge £117 to cancel! How about spending less on fancy tv adverts! We have 2 mobiles and home broadband with EE and you call this customer service!

    @EE what is going on with my phone delivery ? Joined EE ,placed an order for a phone & still not heard anything regarding a delivery -one email saying "order confirmed" been a week now starting to wonder if I've made the right choice joining your network!

    @bt_uk @EE I previously messaged the EE team and they directed me to BT. It was then BT who said it's an EE issue and I can either cancel the contract or speak to branch manager. Ideally I don't want to cancel but annoyed I have been miss-sold. It's going to cost £120 more over contract
