@EE, Can’t even make a call in my area because the service is so bad, however I’m meant to be getting 3 bars of signal not 1. Any ideas. I’ve put in a service complaint but you haven’t done anything yet !

@EE recently reported the poor signal I’ve had since moving to my current address 6 years ago. Gave all details and explained I’ve had different handsets in this time. After 48 hours of thought, EE experts came back with “please try restarting your device”! Unbelievabl!

Went into @EE today knowing exactly what I wanted. "We don't offer that in-store". More and more companies beginning to offer a completely different service online to offline.

@EE still problems with my Internet as messaged last night. Only 4 mb/s this morning on speed test rather than ~25 - please can you advice.

@EE our internet is just 2mb per second rather than normal 25. Is there a known issue in TA3?
