@EE Can’t get a bloody signal at work though where I actually need to use my phone. But hey, far more important to be able to do a video on a sodding beach. Get your priorities right.

@EE hi I am wondering how the new roaming charges will work for me as a pay as you go customer. I currently pay £30 a month for a pack, is this included abroad as it used to be?

@cmsdrums @peterkyle It’s just one of the many things, all of which added together,show why leaving the EU was wrong. I left @EE when they introduced roaming charges after saying they wouldn’t. Their rep tried to tell me it was down to “ new legislation” 🙄

. @EE Such appalling customer service - will find new provider asap. EE provide absolutely no controls for parents to stop kids racking up Add on costs on their mobiles. Surely they have a duty of care here

@EE When I complained to EE after they refused to help with this, EE removed an offer of a small refund as punishment. Clearly have no concerns about customer retention @MarcAllera
