@EE Yes. My husband was on the phone yesterday. Seems like EE want us to go to 4G router. More money and not unlimited. Just want some reliability from our existing service. Watch a film without a wheel of doom. Video call my granddaughter. Not much to ask.

@EE Hiya. Nearest store in wales is in Llandudno. Website says upgrade only if the phone is not working. Is this still the case and do you have to make an appointment?

@btsport @EE I have the BT ultimate add-on with my EE phone contract which allows me to view on the big screen (as you guys put it) but when I try to log in on the PlayStation it doesn't work. Can you help at all?

Interesting. Just had call from @EE. Caller not realising I'd answered was still laughing & talking to a colleague about scamming another customer he'd called before. Suddenly realising I'd answered and stumbled back in to sales mode! Great insight in to your sales techniques.

Rural ultra fast broadband becoming a bit of a joke I think. Network installed March 2020 available Jan2021! 3 failed install’s because @WeAreOpenreach can’t manage contractors to install. @EE can’t get any update from #openreach mafia as you can’t talk to them @Dines4Dales

@EE hi there, upgraded last month and first payment has come out. NHS discount hasn’t been applied despite confirming this on phone at time of order. Help please.

@EE was charged the bill even after cancelling the plan within initial 14 days and moving to other plan. And now cannot connect to EE through phone to solve the query because I moved to other network. Seriously!!!

So today is day 6 of waiting for @EE to switch my number over from my previous network provider, hoping today will be the day so I can use my new phone 😔

@bt_uk So if dsl broadband goes down locally, everyone will switch to the same @EE cell? I think I'll need a new mobile provider if this catches on 😕
