    @EE and @MarcAllera so another day goes by and #EE still hasn't resolved the problem. I am still waiting for my call that was promised by 15:00 last Thursday. Great way to treat a customer that has been with Orange/EE for 20 years!

    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    Question to @EE, why would you sell someone a contract that lives in a known “no coverage” area? Each time lying saying their is a mast down. After my own research, I find that this area is a known low coverage area on EE’s own checker. #joke #coverage #ee

    @iakhtar1 @EE Been with EE for almost 3 years. Only phone company that gets signal where I live without having to use WiFi calling. As I live almost 200 miles away from my technologically less savvy family I'll stick with them - thanks though

    @EE This is correct. Since starting the contract I have had nothing but poor service.Each time to be told it’s a mast problem near me.... Now I am finding out this has never been the problem,and infact it’s just a terrible reception area.

    @EE @oppo Vodaphone have much better deals and service for Oppo phones. EE are a money hungry company who don't give a damn about their customers. Look at other networks, I completely regret being manipulated into extending my contract. The worst Network in the UK!

    @EE So my contract is going up by nearly £3 and I never get more than 2 bars of signal. You’ll see on my account notes that I’ve complained about this several times. Also was misinformed about pro-rata charges when I upgraded. Cannot wait to leave.

    @EE No solution provided to my problem! You have been kept mentioning services are limited through Twitter. Then I do not see the reason why would someone bother to send you PM?
