    @EE Repeat itself. My focus is now on exposing these poor practices, so I'll be investing my time in doing exactly that, as I now have a credit search on my record at a time of buying a house that I didn't need to have and no new phone. Office of fair trading, ofcom & ombudsman next

    @EE I have added the BT Sport add on and have the large screen add on active on my account but everytime I try to access via non-mobile it tells me I need to upgrade my account. Can you please help? Play extra for nothing at the moment.

    @EE really poor customer. Upgrade phone last month on Ap. Receive bill for double what upgraded to. Ring up and am told that two lines have been added to account. Advised this is not what I requested. Old line cancelled, huge faff with change of number and 140 still deducted

    @EE are the latest company on my **** list. "We are currently receiving a high number of calls. You will be waiting at least 20 minutes." I can't stress this enough. But I don't give a ****, get more staff and stop thinking it's acceptable to ALWAYS say you're busy
