@EE Sorry I got sidetracked with covid on holiday. Juat pointing out the signal in Ingoldmells is appalling. Not a fault just a low signal and obvious lack of data capacity in the summer down there

@EE A quick reminder to people that when your contract finishes you continue to pay the same amount via your DDM - and EE will make little effort to help customers save money. If your contract has expired and you have not made a new phone decision then call EE and reduce to SIM only.

@EE I’ve been waiting on your tech support line for 20 minutes and then just kicked off. Why can’t my phone connect to underground wifi? It’s never worked, just got the SIM card a month ago. Your online help is crap.
