@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Customer services, Spent 40 mins yesterday, told 24 hours, spent 68 mins today told 24-48 hours due to glitch? You lot are a shambles. Still zero broadband and no answers. Go to @EE I wish I had.

@EE Can someone explain why your website and mobile app constantly have problems. I can't top up a family members mobile in the app despite being able to see their phone in my account and can't log in to my account on the website as keep getting a system error.

@EE There have been poor network issues in the Area IG1 post code. This issue has been occurring since 27th March. Been told its fix but its actually not as other customers in the area report the issue again. Please resolve. #network #noservice #ee
