@EE **** company & **** customer service. I’ve been complaining since 2020 about internet not working, 3 engineers have attended... still doesn’t work & they still want me to pay to cancel the contract, what a joke!! #THIEVES #SHITCOMPANY

@EE Please can you help?? I’ve been trying to complete my upgrade online, when I’m getting to payment page and trying to pay the £20 upfront cost the page seems to be missing the part about card verification - don’t know if it’s because I’m doing it on phone but have tried x4 now!

Service from @EE past 6 months since moving house so bad I can't put it into appropriate words. No signal, no 4G, broadband dropping out multiple times/day. 20 hours plus on phone to them. Refunds not given when promised; fobbed off; stories changed, £600 to them for this. #ee

@EE Quick question, just wondering why the student discount code doesn't work on your website for the 160GB SIMO plan, but yet works for the other plans when upgrading. Cheers.
