@EE Ideal? You want to charge £270 for a phone waiting to be recycled but you failed to organise it properly. You harass via text and email yet when I contacted you, you wanted me to chase your recycling partner and sort it. I don't work for EE so why is it my problem to resolve?

@urbancyclist @EE I'm an EE customer and I'd buy the SE interest-free from Apple (as low as £16.67 per month) then choose my SIM only plan.. 120gb for £20 sounds good to me.

Cannot praise @EE enough. Their lovely customer service agent (didn’t get his name) allowed me to match a “new customer deal” and lower my phone plan to £10pm, then threw in half price for 3 months and £30 credit. Then switched my broadband to £3 more per month but double speed
