@EE, I have been an EE customer for 5 years and currently very disappointed with their broadband policies: An EE broadband contract re-start every-time a subscriber moves home. Even in case of proven extenuating circumstances. EE should really look into their terms and conditions

@EE hi on Wed we had a complete network loss, and your status checker had a report on this, today its going down constantly but your status checker states it cannot provide an update for the postcode. Any ideas?

@JonseyLewis @EE I can’t wait to get rid of their home broadband. Dreadful and slow service. I want their 5G home hub but even though website says I can upgrade HB I can’t actually get rid of HB for the 5G one yet even tho I’m happy to pay over double p/m. Definitely not renewing HB though.
