Hi @EE phoned earlier to discuss upgrading phone. Advisor was looking at the wrong account telling me the cost of the monthly contract is £127.00 and not the £27 paid each month then wouldn’t except she was wrong. Poor service and worrying that this happens...

@EE It would already be okay of we would have any kind of service.. can’t make or receive calls and top left corner says ‘no service’. Restarted phone, tried everything I know how and still not working

So the @bt_uk and @EE saga continues, EE won’t replace faulty item over 30 days as its manufacturer problem, even though it’s still in warranty, BT won’t replace as I didn’t purchase it from them. @MarcAllera can you help?!

@EE I upgraded my I phone over a week ago but my BT app hasn’t worked since changing over despite it still being a service Included. I have rang three times and it’s still not been resolved... apparently I’d get a call in 24 hours but not had that two days later. #notsatifactory
