Help me out internet, I have a faulty @bt_uk disc, BT have given me fault reference, told to go back to @EE as I bought from them, (owned by BT anyway) product is guaranteed for 3 years, EE said they only replace within 30 days, each saying the other should replace. Help!!

@EE hi, I’m trying to get proof of payment for the iPhone I bought in October because I wasn’t sent a confirmation email at the time. Online chat is too busy to accept me and phone was put down on me to say you’re too busy to speak. Can someone arrange this pls?

@EE can someone explain how my phone wasn't delivered because it wasn't 'allocated' for delivery even though someone confirmed it would be delivered on the phone this morning? I now have to go to the back of the delivery list. Great way to treat loyal customers.

@EE ordered Tues 5th, shipped Thurs 7th - STILL not arrived! IF i had actually lost, and needed to replace phone, i would not have had any service for 10 DAYS. For something that could be sent via email/added to customer portal, this is ridiculous!
