@EE Is this some kind of joke? It's 2025 and the BT/EE mobile network coverage hasn't improved one bit. I've been with you for years. God knows what the others must be like if you're number 1. Too much money is being invested into 5G. A decent signal would suffice with 4G.

@vdsmdbk2wt @EE I wouldnt recommend EE to a dog!The service is disgraceful, the customer service is awful,purchased a sim only with the choice to upgrade after 3 months to a phone contract. Only to be told no it’s 6 months,the shop guaranteed me 3 months.Not one of them with take accountability

@EE Karan, the person I spoke to wouldn’t do absolutely anything, they refused anything of help to me. I’ve logged a complaint to get to speak to someone but karan told me I wouldn’t be speaking to anyone. It really is a disgrace

@EE stay away from ee and their pack of lies. Not the best. No compensation. Been with them for 4 year and signal is choppy. You try and tell them that they just give you bullshit. They fixed my phone once and replaced my battery with an old one. Sick of this **** service
