    @EE it seems impossible to get a number to transfer to you. Port request form filled out on Monday. Nothing has happened. Calm centre bounces around or has you on hold. Can’t message support through the app. Be better.

    @EE Hi, had numerous calls with the technical team and had a couple of technical engineer visits. Keep being told by the technical engineers it's problem with the line, and being told by the call centre it's a problem with the equipment. Neither talking to each other it seems...

    @EE You know that is BS. The signal throughout TA21 is dreadful and the map it totally inaccurate for that postcode.

    @EE I am abroad in the US. Have paid for the added £25 to use my package abroad but I am unable to send or receive texts or make phone calls despite my data roaming being on. How can I fix this? This is a bad service.

    @EE need some help, currently out of the country with no roaming. I was talking to a customer service guide this morning via the app. apps crashed on me and logged me out. I can’t get back into the app as it says I need a passcode which you’ll send to me. But I can’t receive it

    @EE just made my 11th call to you to try and sort this problem out that’s been going on for over two months since your staff don’t have a clue what they’re doing if this isn’t sorted in the next five days then goodbye you’re treating me like some sort of idiot

    @EE But I’m afraid I’ve called 14 times and you can’t help me so will cancel your contract and forget me paying to get out of it you are incompetent company Cleary have no idea of customer service or what you are doing. You’ve had 2:5 months and still going round in circles Usless

    @EE The last I time Called today I was told by one of your advisors who was constantly chewing gum in my ear to go and treat my self to an Italian meal or a sandwich WTF is the the mentally of your customer service if that’s what you. All it. Sort this out !!!
