    @EE iPhone 13 pro max! Actually had to keep checking with the advisor that the price was correct! He was so friendly and helpful. Felt like a loyal customer the way he was speaking to me

    @EE why is it when you try and upgrade your phone there are far superior deals for new customers than for existing customers ? I have been loyal for 9 years and its now time to shop around. Very poor customer service

    @EE how come when you ring EE and everything is good you get a survey by text straight after but when it goes wrong and you mention the word complaint you don’t send a survey ?? Looks like figures fiddling to me . The UK’s No 1 ???

    @EE I’ve been trying to upgrade to an iPhone 13 Pro Max all day and it has been a disaster! Constant issues! I had a successful order cancel & have been faced with the attached message over & over again! I was supposed to receive a call back this PM which never came. Please help!
