@EE I set up my new sim card on Sunday, and used a PAC code that day to transfer my old number to my new sim. I have no problems making calls and sending texts, but can't receive any, people are being told the number isn't recognised. Help!

@Jessica85079057 @EE What. Did I read that correctly. £787? Have you escalated it to the financial ombudsman? I think you should. Also request your bank to do a charge back. And they will until the matter has been resolved. Thanks I’ll cancel.

@EE I used to think you were a good network but after having no service for the last two weeks with no explanation except "It's an IT issue " I've changed my mind. So now i am paying for a phone that i cant use ? To add insult to injury i've just been hung up on. Shambles.

@EE Hello, I did, but what a nightmare. Ended up having to log on to my work computer as I couldn't pay my mobile on my mobile,which is slightly ironic. Then I called EE and again could not even pay over the phone. how can you be the best network in the UK,when I can't even pay bill!

@EE the uk's shittest network strikes again. Wife waiting on a doctors call, call came went straight to voicemail without even ringing as yet again she has no signal. You can shove your contract up your arse I'm not paying it anymore...... shite!

@EE hi,I switched from Tesco to EE on 23 Nov, sim only deal, the sim didn’t arrive so a replacement was ordered, I received a sim yesterday but my phone shows no service, I am unsure if this is the original sim delayed by post, if it is the original would it have been cancelled

@EE I have had an intermittent broadband connection for the last week. Router drops off every two hours and then refuses to regain a connection for around 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened this year. Please can you help me?
