@ReturnOfTheKop @CODWarfareForum @EE Hope so! Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

@EE Who's Matt?! Not replied because we rang yourselves, who are coming out after new year to "fix".. When the other half and the kids have gone back to work and school - having watch barely any of the films they had planned to watch (streaming didn't work) How has it taken a month?!

@ee @btsport Hi there, I have been locked out and can now not use the app to watch anything. I have not changed my password and nothing else has been changed and it appears I am not the only one this had happened to. Please can you help resolve ASAP.

@EE after a very unsatisfactory call from a rather arrogant EE customer service, basically told me to go find another provider - not interested in supporting me as a long time customer. EE what a sad disappointing end. Bye bye

@EE Liars who don’t tell you your FIVE MASTS ARE DOWN in your area and sat no problem on line until you call to check! Oh, and it might takes months to gain access to the main mast which is on PRIVATE LAND

@EE Thanks. We just about have the numbers ported now - just one more to go. But it has taken a month! I think I now have an issue with sms otp codes from barclaycard being blocked. This is a real pain. How do I get it sorted please?
