@EE I’m having problems with my WiFi and tried everything and want to know if the service is down in my area

  • Jon_the_Deacon Deacon Jon (@Jon_the_Deacon) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Only seem to be customer focused in terms of taking our money. Responding to complaints? No. Ethical sales practice? No. Listening to customers? Only enough to exploit them. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for a mobile phone contract.

  • shannonsmith_97 Shannon (@shannonsmith_97) reported

@EE I seem to be having issues with myee account. Can I have some assistance please

  • KeithSeume Keith Seume (@KeithSeume) reported

27 years with @O2 (starting with Cellnet then Cellnet Digital) decided to move to @EE. Did @O2 ask why a long-standing customer might be leaving? Was there anything they could do to change my mind? No, nothing. Gives the impression they don't really care about their customers...

  • lodeslan Myfanwy Alexander (@lodeslan) reported

@EE On your website, it suggests I use 0800 9566000 to contact you from a non EE phone. Then the message asks for an EE number, rejecting any non EE phone. Which number should I call and did Kafka design your customer service team?

  • Hendi213 Hendi (@Hendi213) reported

@HaraldHadrada2 Now your making me laugh lol, Branson not owned it for years, its an American company i think who owns them. Im going to use a technical term - they are ****! Ive moved to @EE, theres a service for about £30 that you can add mini routers in anyroom that the signal cant reach.👍

@EE Hey, my Internet is down (not your problem) so I’m having to use my phone as a hotspot for my work laptop. I have an unlimited data plan but wondering if there’s a limit for if I’m using my phone as a hotspot?
