    Something weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?

    @EE Been trying to get onto the app for hours but keep getting told something is wrong, almost impossible to talk to anyone as there's no option on the helpline. Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

    @EE Complaint already escalated… however no real word… on to EE this morning to cancel… looking online so many people angry with lack of service, poor repair and addressing of issues… I’ll be adding to their voice. 2 weeks no broadband: comms between EE and Openreach not working

    @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

    @EE Guides tell there is no current plan for FF broadband to my property. Openreach tell me “building in this area in the next year”. No fixed plan just a time frame that moves forward. HELP!
