    It's a real shame that after being an @EE customer for 27+ years and spending £25 - £30,000 that no one tried to help (I did get a small credit as I wasn't advised that Upgrade Anytime comes with big costs). I no longer feel valued and have 3 lines out of contract,

    @EE Sorry EE your services are the worse always had issues with EE before you was orange never had best signal but sorry but @VodafoneUK has the best coverage I supposed it's where you live in the UK never had issues. I will never go back to EE ever

    @EE my smart hub has been flashing a red light for the last 4 days and turning it off and resetting has done nothing. My landlord owns the account and I have a big online uni hand in this week and am currently having to hotspot my phone. Help please

    @EE signal problem for over a year not just in one place but in general. I also received a new SIM for myself and my wife but still very weak signal with calls dropping in and out. I've checked coverage both inside and outside the house as there is a mast just up the road from us

    @EE For some reason I can’t log into the EE iOS app version 4.56.1, even though I can log into the website just fine. I’ve been having this issue since Friday which coincides with the release of this iOS app version.
