    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @EE @EE 4 phone calls and over 4 hours spent on the phone since May with your people not doing as promised & 3 complaints later still not resolved. Very disappointing customer service
