    Been a @EE business customer from day 1. No attempt made to retain my custom at all. Didn’t even ask why I was leaving! I even asked to keep my business account running in the background for possible future use and was told NO!

    @EE I have spoken to them. They said there is nothing they can do? No attempt to help or looking into, a sold NO!

    @EE It’s okay now, but has been playing up on & off for the past few weeks & it seems to be when i’m at home, but I don’t go anywhere else at the moment. I was just interested to see if anyone has had the same problem.

    @EE It’s an issue of not feeling valued and having no attempt made to retain my business. I wouldn’t know if it was price at they clearly weren’t interested.

    @EE An extra £10.00 per month seems excessive on top of what I'm already paying. Especially given that BT (who own EE) offer a whole home fibre service for less than the combined cost that EE are offering. Thanks but no thanks. I'll look at BT!

    @EE Im having trouble getting MyEE app to work. It says I have no services but I hope I do! I think its due to having an old inactive account and its messing up registration.
