    @EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted

    @MarkyTalk @EE I had this exact issue recently. @EE didn't care that i'd been with them for 25 years and were happy to screw me over at the first opportunity. Considering a new company now, as it clearly doesn't mean what I thought!

    @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?
