@MarkusGerstel @EE Paid for 3 months of time I hadn't used and asked to actually cancel this time. They asked why, given I was using so much data each month. On the unplugged, unpowered, SIM-removed device that was gathering dust under my bed. 2/2

@PBerkul @EE I ordered on 15th too but comon they making crazy money on this so they can hire extra staff and better their service.. been told ill get mine in 2 weeks but nothing yet

@tescomobile Hi Laura, thanks for response. Always been a problem here, poor signal. Also had a TescoMob for elderly M-I-L but couldn't top up remotely for her as she doesn't do texts (poor sight) and she lived some distance away. Gave up and changed to @EE so no longer a problem.

My god 4g and 5g on @EE is so bad. I pretty much have no internet in my home unless I have Wi-Fi(which is down atm thanks Virgin). 😭
