@EE by locking your phones into being locked to the network for 6 months you are effectively taking the use away from the phone for 6 months if the 12 months I own it and for that reason I won’t be taking out any further contracts with you

@EE Not happy after waiting 5 hours for a bt guy to come out and fit our new internet and they don't turn up! No apologies given just wanted to pass the blame on! Shame i thought ee was great but im not impressed why the service last night! Why should i wait in again?!

Love how @EE will fail to apply a discount code for a contract ,over charge you on it, agree to pay back what they over charged you ,then refuse to pay anything back past 3 months ,blame me for it ,and fail to answer my complaints procedure and close it without contacting me.

Typical @VodafoneUK telling me I have an upgrade after 12 months promise and pay no upfront cost, then as I’m choosing I have to then pay a flexi fee! **** that! £500 to upgrade a year early! Absolute con! See you in another 12 months...or maybe I’ll join @EE with my nhs discount
