    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE Phone is ok Jason, as per my tweet, it's not just EE, but also with Three, O2. Can't confirm Vodaphone as never used them.

    @EE I remember years ago an EE employee used this phrase when I asked to price match a competitor deal. I was so disgusted by the arrogant answer that I’ve never used EE since. Funny how things work out.

    @EE Yes please. I can’t login on my other device when over network. Wi-fi is fine but just not logging in at all. Logged out and now can’t get back in. Login details all fine and can do it on another device over a different network

    @EE I have spoken a couple times to 150 about getting a charge removed from my bill which I was promised would be done instantly and in time prior to the direct debit yet the debit has been taken at the full amount, please help!!!

    @EE for the past two days now I have been receiving a rubbish service from ee the line is bad and so is the internet , I can’t call anyone or text , it’s only now the internet has decided to work , and I’m sure it will cut out again after 10 mins , it’s been like this for 2 days
