Dear @EE Our children are out of data but for some reason we cannot login to the MyEE app, or on the website, to send them any. Have we been hacked as it keeps telling us to change our password. Very frustrating.

@EE Seems to working again now but was without service for 2.5 hours for not the first time this year causing me to not be able to work. Very frustrating when everyone in my household are EE customers.

I have contacted @EE and it seems large parts of East London are having issues with connecting to 5G. I’ve been informed it should be fixed within 7 working days.
