    @EE Hello I have got a new SIM card today and had it in my phone but it has said no service all day ? I have PAC my number too - any ideas ? So I need to activate the sim perhaps ? Thank you

    @EE @asda_mobile #BTMobile please take a look at our 2G repeater mast here in TA24 6SF attached to @yarnmarkethotel. No service means no connection in a cellular #notspot.

    @EE - Been going through problems with @EE for weeks, your transition to digital landlines is shambolic. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😀 Good luck!

    So, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time πŸ€” Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

    @EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?
