This time last night and offering the only solution of sending my phone away so it "might be able to be repaired" In order to cancel my current contract and get a new phone on same standard of £65 the line went dead and they have not rang me me today, but the money is pending @ee

@danjyyd @irving_graeme @EE ‘When the £10 is taken it means dispatched’ suddenly changed to ‘we didn’t mean that’ ....our weekly update told us what we already knew. Their communication has been awful since the 19th. Now their CS are saying we’ll be lucky to get them for Xmas?
